Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Manifestation isn't about waiting for time to pass — it's about feeding your brain 30 days of consistent evidence that you already are the person who has achieved the goal, because the brain responds to repetition, not duration.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You set goals or made a vision board this year and feel like you've stalled or fallen off track halfway through.
You're drawn to identity-based goal frameworks ("become the result") over pure to-do-list productivity advice.
You want a structured, repeatable month-long routine rather than a one-time motivational push.
You're open to visualization/mental-rehearsal practices as part of a goal-achievement system, not just tactical action steps.
SKIP IF…
You're looking for evidence-based, clinical behavior-change research — this is presented as personal practice and neuroscience-flavored framing, not cited science.
You want free, complete instruction — the video is a funnel into a paid course ("The Unforgettable Effect") and a paid 1:1 call.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Marking the year's halfway point, the creator shares her personal 30-day "identity lock-in" plan for July, framed as five sequential steps. First, decide your end-of-year identity by asking who you need to become (not what you want) to hit your goal. Second, stop viewing yourself as "trying" and start acting as if you already are the result, collecting small daily evidence (a compliment, an early workout, a sale) as proof rather than dismissing setbacks as proof it isn't working. Third, make the identity familiar to your brain through a twice-daily visualized "mind movie" rehearsal, since the brain can't distinguish a vividly imagined memory from a real one. Fourth, consciously catch and verbally "delete" old limiting beliefs and stories the moment they surface. Fifth, double your action by taking the extra, uncomfortable step your old identity would have avoided, since action's real function is generating identity-confirming evidence, not directly manifesting outcomes. The plan is pitched as only working with full 30-day consistency.

Notes it's July 1 and the year's midpoint; recaps her own first-half wins (marriage, 70K subscribers, launched program) balanced against unfinished vision-board goals; promises a 30-day identity lock-in plan.
00:52 – 01:25
02 · Framing the plan
States the plan works whether you're already on track or have fallen off, and promises clarity on what to do to step into a new identity.
01:25 – 04:50
03 · Step 1 — Decide your end-of-year identity
Reframes goal-setting from "what do I want" to "who do I need to become," using her own 100K-subscriber goal and a leader-identity example; action item is naming the identity traits your goal requires.
04:50 – 08:05
04 · Step 2 — Become the result
Distinguishes "trying" from "being," argues the brain rewards proof over process, and defines the smallest daily wins (a compliment, an early workout, reading, a sale) as evidence you're already the target identity.
08:05 – 09:06
05 · Framework plug
Points viewers to her paid program, "The Unforgettable Effect," for deeper subconscious-reprogramming practices.
09:06 – 11:14
06 · Step 3 — Make it familiar in your mind
Introduces the "mind movie" — a twice-daily visualized rehearsal of already living the goal — and shares her own $10K-in-30-days story as proof the practice worked for her.
11:14 – 13:05
07 · Step 4 — Delete your old self
Instructs viewers to catch and verbally "delete" limiting beliefs and stories the instant they surface, and to write a list of everything currently keeping them stuck.
13:05 – 17:32
08 · Step 5 — Double your action
Reframes action as evidence-generation rather than direct manifestation; illustrated with a spontaneous-video and a workout-class example of taking the extra step the old identity would have skipped.
17:32 – 18:22
09 · Closing commitment + CTA
Reiterates the plan only works with full 30-day consistency, repeats the framework plug, and asks viewers to comment "commit" if they're in.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
The brain doesn't respond to how much time has passed — it responds to repetition, so 30 days of consistent evidence outweighs waiting months for a goal to feel earned.
Asking "who do I need to become" instead of "what do I want" reframes a goal from an outcome to an identity to step into.
The brain treats a vividly imagined mental rehearsal and a real lived experience as functionally the same, firing the same neural pathways for both.
Action's actual function isn't to directly manifest a result — it produces evidence, and that evidence is what shifts identity, which then produces results.
Dismissing a setback (a low-engagement post, an unanswered text, an extra bill) as "proof it's not working" reinforces the old identity just as much as celebrating a win reinforces the new one.
Verbally interrupting a negative or limiting thought the instant it appears ("delete") is framed as more effective than passively trying to think positive.
"Doubling your action" means taking the one additional, slightly uncomfortable step your old self would have skipped — not simply doing more of the same routine tasks.
A single month of consistency is presented as the make-or-break threshold — quitting at three weeks is framed as producing no lasting identity shift at all.
Takeaway
Evidence beats time in changing your identity
WHAT TO LEARN
The core mechanism here isn't mystical — it's a repeatable habit loop: name the identity, act from it in small ways, log the evidence, and repeat daily for 30 days.
Reframing a goal as an identity question ("who do I need to become") rather than an outcome question ("what do I want") can make the next action clearer, because identities imply behaviors while outcomes don't.
Treating small daily wins as evidence — rather than waiting for the big result to feel legitimate — keeps motivation running during the slow middle of any goal.
How you interpret a setback matters as much as the setback itself: deciding a bad day is 'proof it's not working' reinforces the old pattern just as strongly as a win reinforces the new one.
Mental rehearsal of a desired outcome, repeated on a fixed schedule, is a low-cost habit that can be layered onto any goal-pursuit system, not just manifestation practice.
Consistency over a bounded window (30 days here) is positioned as the make-or-break variable — partial effort spread over a longer period is framed as producing weaker results than short, unbroken commitment.
"Doubling your action" is really about noticing the one extra step your usual routine skips, not about doing more volume of the same actions you already take.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Identity lock-in
A defined period (here, 30 days) of deliberately acting, thinking, and speaking as the version of yourself who has already achieved a specific goal.
Mind movie
A visualized mental scene, rehearsed like a memory, in which you see yourself already living out a goal — used to create the same neural response as a real experienced event.
Proof over process
The idea that the brain is convinced by concrete evidence of a new behavior or outcome, not by the mere intention or effort of "trying" to change.

00:00It's July 1, which means we are officially halfway through the year, which is insane. And since you clicked on this video, grab a pen, get a piece of paper because the rest of your year is going to change.
00:12I'm gonna show you my thirty day identity lock in plan that I'm doing for July that is gonna change the rest of your year. Now maybe you're having the most amazing year already and you're thinking to yourself, oh my gosh. I'm just so proud of myself.
00:27Or you're wondering where the last six months went. Now I know for me, the first half of twenty twenty six was honestly one of the best half first half of the years I've had in a really long time. I got married.
00:39I grew my YouTube to 70,000 subscribers. I finally launched my new manifestation program. But at the same time, there's still a lot that is on my vision board that I want to accomplish and manifest before 2027.
00:52So in this video, what I'm gonna share with you is my thirty day identity lock in plan that I'm personally using starting today, July 1, to transform my identity, manifest my goals a lot faster, but more importantly, the course of where I'm headed for the rest of the year. Because once again, if you are already doing amazing and you just wanna lock in and do better or maybe you have fallen off on your goals, this is gonna help you get back on track.
01:17And by the end of this video, you're gonna know exactly what to do to step into that identity and start getting all the goals to you. Now the first step that I'm doing to fully lock in and make sure that I manifest and attract all my goals to me this year is decide my end of the year identity.
01:36So I stopped honestly asking myself, what do I want? Like, I stopped asking myself, what do I wanna achieve? What are my goals?
01:42And I started asking myself, who do I need to become to reach my goals by December 31? Now one of my biggest goals this year is reaching a 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.
01:56And I also want to start writing my new book. A lot of you guys have requested me to write a book on, like, neuroscience manifestation and a lot of other goals.
02:05And when I think about my goal of reaching a 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, I think about who do I need to be to make that normal inside of my life. So when I asked myself this question, I really start to think about what characteristics and what identity do I really need to step into to make this a true reality for me?
02:26And up until this point, I I am showing up in my content. I am leading. I'm being that thought leader, but I really need to step into that identity of being like a role model, being a full leader, knowing that I already have the credibility, knowing that I don't need validation from comments or messages even though I absolutely still love getting them.
02:46But I need to speak from experience and from my own knowledge. I don't need to always reinvent the wheel. I don't need to see what other people are doing.
02:53I need to know that my knowledge, what I have gone through, and what I continue to learn is more than enough already right now to achieve what it is that I want inside of my life. So the action item for step number one that I want you guys to do is ask yourself, like, who do I need to become to reach my goals by December 31?
03:13What version of you is this? And it really depends on what you have on your goal list. What do you have on your vision board?
03:19If you want to become the healthiest version of you, maybe you need to start, you know, showing up in that way. Maybe you wanna become the wealthy version. Maybe you wanna become the confident version.
03:29Maybe you wanna become an influencer. Whatever that looks like for you, you wanna start to carve out what does that version of you look like. So for an example, let's say that you want to get your business off the ground or you wanna start to make your own money.
03:42This identity would be like an entrepreneur identity.
03:46And you would wanna ask yourself the questions of, like, what identity traits do I need to start to embody? Now I know for me, I went through that phase of being an employer, being a worker to becoming an entrepreneur. And some of the beliefs and traits that I had to embody was knowing that I can always figure things out.
04:04When you're an entrepreneur, you have to be solution driven. You have to figure things out. Some other things that I had to get really comfortable with was getting comfortable with being on camera.
04:16I used to be a very shy person, but I knew if I wanted to build a successful business, I had to get comfortable being on social media and putting myself out there. Some other things was, you know, dedicating my time to expanding my skill set.
04:31Having really thick skin because I will tell you there will be a lot of comments and people coming at you when you start to post online. So step number one is really identifying who do you need to become by December 31 to achieve your goals.
04:45Not necessarily what you need to do, but really about that identity. Number two is become the result. I stopped viewing myself as the process, and I started viewing myself as the result.
04:58Because when you keep telling yourself, I'm trying to do something, or I'm taking all the action to become that version, you still have a disconnect.
05:09You don't believe you're actually that person right now. Therefore, it's gonna take you a lot longer to achieve what it is that you want. And I used to tell myself all the time that I need six months to become this this version of me or I need x amount of time to reach that goal but that's not true.
05:25What you really need is at least thirty days of consistent evidence of the new version of you. And this is where my neuroscience knowledge is gonna kick in for you guys because your brain doesn't respond to time.
05:40It doesn't matter how much time has passed. It responds to repetition. So it does not matter if it's been three months or if it's been three years.
05:49If you're giving your brain proof every single day that you are this person now, you are the person that you say you are, you will naturally start to attract the goals to you. And your brain will always believe proof over process. So for an example, if you tell yourself I'm going to start a business versus you actually taking the action to apply for that LLC to make your social media, uh, profile to to post content, that's proof.
06:22But if you're just thinking about it, that's not gonna tell your brain this is who I am. This is gonna tell your brain I'm still in my old identity wishing for this outcome, but I'm not doing anything.
06:32So for an example, I collect evidence in my reality that I am her now. So if someone comments on my YouTube channel, proof that I'm her now. If I wake up early to work out, proof that I'm taking care of myself.
06:45If I read 10 pages in a book, that's proof that I'm expanding on my knowledge. I made a new sale. That is proof and evidence that people want what it is that I am sharing with them.
06:56And at the same time, I always tell myself, like, what do I need to stop doing? And what do I need to stop using it in my reality that I'm trying to use as proof that it's not working?
07:05Right? So if I make a post on social media and I noticed that not many people liked my con my my post or my content, I'm not gonna use that as proof that it's not working. Or if I still have the the pain in my lower back or if my ex didn't text me back, whatever that is, I'm not gonna use that as proof that it's not working or that extra bill that you got in the mail.
07:28You need to stop using things in your reality as proof to why it's not working, and you need to start looking for evidence in your reality that you have proof and true evidence that you are now that version of you that can achieve what it is he or she wants. So the action item for this step is start collecting evidence and proof all day every day of why you are already the result.
07:53And I want you to do this with the smallest things possible. Even if someone tells you, oh my gosh, your energy is just amazing today, or I love the outfit that you're wearing. Every single small minute, like, little detail is evidence, and I don't want you to bypass that.
08:10Literally, the smallest things that people say to me, I will collect that in my brain and tell myself, oh, this is proof that I am already the version of me that has 100,000 YouTube subscribers. And this concept of creating evidence in your reality to shift your identity is something that I dive so much deeper inside of the unforgettable effect framework.
08:31And this is my neuroscience back process and how to shift your identity to become a match for what it is that you want. And inside of there, I talk more about the subconscious reprogramming, the different practices to rewire.
08:43So I'll leave the link in the description if you wanna check it out and you wanna join. Okay. Let's get into step number three.
08:48This is making it familiar inside of your mind. Now one of my favorite parts about this thirty day lock in is the mind movies that I use to rewire my brain to believe it's already happening to me. So what I really do is I create something called a mind movie where I see myself as the result, what I'm doing, who I'm being, who I'm talking to, what I'm wearing, how I'm thinking as if it's already happening.
09:15Now the reason why I love a mind movie is because you start to create it as a memory inside of your brain because your brain doesn't know the difference between a real experience versus like a vividly imagined one. It will fire the exact same neural pathways as if you're like living it in real life.
09:33So twice a day, usually morning and night, I will repeat and rehearse my mind movie as I'm meditating. Now this is a very important step because when you visualize, you start to create, once again, that new neural pathway inside of your brain as if it's already real.
09:49So over time, you will start to attract in your life and you'll start to notice the different opportunities, the different assets, the different people that will help you get what it is that you want inside of your life. And for an example, this happened to me so many times inside of my life.
10:06But the one time this really worked was when I made my first $10,000 in thirty days. I rehearsed in my mind getting the clients, closing the deals.
10:15And when that actually happened in real life, it felt like I had already lived it. It felt like I had I had already done it a million times because once again, my brain and my body, it was already wired for that result. So the action item that I want you to do for step number three is first of all, that mind movie and then rehearse it in your head at least twice a day.
10:36And I will tell you just by doing like, if you don't do anything else even though you have to do every single step. But even if you don't and you just do this, you will feel the biggest shift in you, your identity, your energy, and how you show up for yourself throughout the day in terms of getting what it is that you want in your life and actually going after the goals and achieving them inside of your life.
11:02Step number four is delete your old self. I need you to forget all the beliefs and stories that are keeping you stuck in your current life. So for my goal of a 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, I have to delete the beliefs and stories I have of.
11:17Like, I have to post more to get more subscribers or I always have to come up with new and different viral ideas. I need to jump on different trends.
11:27I need to be more likable in order to get more subscribers. Like, whatever beliefs and stories that are constantly ruminating in your mind that are keeping you stuck in your current life, you need to stop them.
11:40You need to delete them. You never need to think about them again. Because when I tell you that is the very reason why that you are still stuck in your current life, I need you to believe in that.
11:51So some of the questions that you can ask yourself as you're going through this process is like, what stories are keeping me stuck? What excuses are keeping me stuck?
12:00What maybe identity labels are keeping me stuck? So for an example, this can look like I've always been bad at consistency.
12:10Delete. You wanna delete that thought. I procrastinate.
12:16I can't do it. Delete. They're better than me.
12:18Delete. Like every single thing I will literally say this out loud to myself. If I am something pop up in my mind of like, oh, it's not working, I will say delete.
12:28That is not me anymore. That is my old identity trying to creep in, and it is not allowed here anymore because these thoughts, bestie, like these thoughts, these beliefs, they are not helping you.
12:40They're not not helping you. So this action item, one of the most important things, make a list of all the beliefs and stories that are holding you back and stuck in your current life.
12:51And honestly, don't even just make that list. I want you to consciously catch that that thought inside of your head throughout the day and say delete.
12:59Be like, nope. You're not welcome here anymore because I am not that version of me anymore.
13:05Step number five is double your action. I always say a vision board is deadweight unless you actually act on it. So if you made a vision board this year or even if you made a list of all your goals on your laptop and you haven't taken any action toward it, this is the exact reason why nothing has manifested inside of your life.
13:26And I also wanna make this step very clear because some people will mistake this step as taking so much action and burning yourself out versus taking a line action. When I say take, like, double the amount of action that you currently do, action isn't what actually manifests, but action produces evidence.
13:48And that evidence changes your identity. And when your identity changes, that is when you get results.
13:54So this is how double your action really works. So for an example for me, I usually outline a video first before I record and then I edit and then I post.
14:05But let's say throughout the day, maybe I get a random idea for a video on the fly and I get inspired to record it. Typically, I wouldn't just record on the fly because I'm like, oh, I need that add that outline.
14:21I need that script because I need to make sure I have good retention, and I need to make sure people keep watching. That is my old identity talking to me. So in that moment, what I would do is I would act on that I idea and take that action.
14:36I would record that video knowing that that is the aligned action that I need to take in that moment. And that's taking more action than I normally would because it creates evidence of my new identity.
14:47Remember, you're not just taking action to get what it is that you want. You're taking action to create that evidence for yourself, to create that proof so that way you build much more confidence in yourself. And since maybe I recorded that video on the fly and I posted, that might be the right video at the right time that's needed for me to go viral or maybe that's an additional video that I post that I usually don't do that could lead me to more results.
15:10We don't know that. Right. So for an example, let's say your goal is, I don't know, getting more healthy and getting in better shape.
15:17Now usually, maybe you just work out at home. But let's say one day you're on your phone, right, you're just scrolling and you see a post for a workout class near you. Now in that moment, your old self will probably say no, just work out at home.
15:32You don't need to go to that workout class. You don't need to spend money. You don't need to exert more energy to go there.
15:37You have so many other things to do. Therefore, you talk yourself out of it and you do not go. But let's say you do go to that workout class.
15:45You have the best workout ever and then maybe you meet someone during that workout class and then you end up going to lunch with them. Right? That is doubling your action because now you're not just working out, you're becoming more confident.
16:00You met somebody and maybe you you headed off and you start to go to workout classes with them more often and all of a sudden, you're getting in better shape not because you're working out three times a day, but because you put yourself out there and you did something different than what your old identity would do. So once again, doubling your action is more about doing the extra thing that you normally would not do.
16:24Because how many times how we told ourselves, oh, it's just so easy to just sit on the couch or it's so easy to just stay in or it's so easy to just scroll on our phone instead of reading that book. I know that still happens to me till this day but in that moment, I'll ask myself, what would she do? What would my highest self do versus what would my current self do?
16:43And every single time it's taking that action. Once again, not to try and control the result and try and control what you want to get faster inside of your life but further aligning your identity to the version of you that already has everything that she wants inside of her life.
16:59Now this thirty day lock in plan is only gonna work for you if you stick with it. And I am so blunt and so honest with that. If you do it for a day, you do it for a week, even if you do it for a three weeks and you quit, you're probably not gonna see the biggest shifts in your life.
17:12But if you're serious about this, I highly recommend doing this consistently. And once again, if you need my support, you wanna ask me questions, you kinda need more of a step by step process, That is where the unforgettable effect framework will come in.
17:27So once again, the link is below if you wanna join. But regardless, even if even if you don't join, like, I want you to take this so seriously because the version of you that's sitting here right now on August 1 or even December 31, you're going to be a completely different person from the person that right now is watching this video.
17:47You're gonna have so many more goals that are checked off of your vision board. You're gonna have manifested so many more different things in your life because you dedicated yourself.
17:57So if you watched till the really, really end, comment below commit if you're going to commit to yourself for the next thirty days.
18:05So that's all I have for this video. I'm so excited for you. Keep me updated on your progress.
18:10Comment below. Let me know. But that is all I have for this video.
18:14If you haven't watched this video, make sure to watch it next. And until next time, make sure that you stay unforgettable.
