Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Loading your own content, a competitor channel, and one expert reference video into a single AI canvas eliminates the blank-page problem and produces scripts that sound like you — not like a chatbot.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A solo creator who already posts regularly but spends too much time deciding what to make next.
  • Someone who studies competitor channels manually and wants to automate outlier analysis.
  • A creator frustrated that ChatGPT never quite captures their voice, no matter how much they prompt.
  • Anyone building on Instagram Reels, YouTube, or TikTok who wants a system instead of a one-off prompt.
SKIP IF…
  • You haven't posted consistently yet — this system amplifies an existing voice, it doesn't create one from scratch.
  • You write all your scripts manually and prefer that process.
  • You want a free tool — Poppy is a paid platform.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The blank ChatGPT prompt fails creators because it has no context about who they are. Poppy AI solves this with a visual canvas that holds three loaded inputs at once: your own top-performing content (brand voice), a competitor channel with outlier scores (structural patterns), and a reference expert video (craft knowledge). Once all three are on the canvas, a single prompt produces 10 on-brand video ideas with hooks — and one selected idea becomes a full reel script with shot list, format, keyword, and CTA. The video closes with an AppSumo lifetime deal ( one-time) as an alternative to the /year subscription.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A canvas that holds your content, your competitor outliers, and an expert reference video outperforms any single act-as prompt because the context is already there before you type.
  • Outlier scoring (5.8x, 3x) surfaces which of your own videos already beat expectations — reverse-engineer those before studying anyone else.
  • Poppy does visual analysis on ingested videos, not just transcripts — it identifies on-screen text, shot composition, and visual hooks that text-only AI misses.
  • Feeding a competitor channel to an AI and asking for their content formula produces named, reusable tactics: Keyword CTA, Triple Reinforcement, Save the Best for Last.
  • Replace act-like-an-expert prompts with the actual video by that expert — the model improves because it is working from real source material, not a role-play.
  • Poppy asks clarifying questions before generating a script (length, format, keyword) which pushes output toward production-ready rather than generic.
  • The 80% goal is the right frame: AI gets you most of the way there, and editing the last 20% still makes the output yours.
  • Pasting your Instagram channel URL (not individual reels) makes Poppy analyze your entire posting history automatically.
  • Treating the hook as the idea means every new concept is tested for its opening-second potential before any filming commitment.
  • A one-time lifetime purchase removes the monthly cost objection that keeps creators from committing to any new tool in their stack.
Takeaway

Three inputs that end the blank-page problem.

WHAT TO LEARN

Context beats prompting — loading your own content, a competitor channel, and one expert video into a canvas gives any AI enough to work from before you type a single instruction.

04Building Blocks framework: 3 steps
  • Three distinct inputs — own content, competitor outliers, expert reference — together solve what no single prompt can: context-rich, on-brand output.
06Step 1 — Brand voice training
  • Pasting one reel gives the AI enough data to infer visual style, caption tone, and posting patterns — individual reels work but a full channel URL is more efficient.
07Visual hook analysis + shot list
  • AI analysis of video content goes beyond transcript: it surfaces on-screen text, shot composition, and visual pacing that define why a video hooks visually.
11Competitor content formula extraction
  • Analyzing outlier videos produces named, transferable tactics (Keyword CTA, Triple Reinforcement, Save the Best for Last) that apply across content formats, not just to the competitor studied.
12Step 3 — Expert brain
  • Attaching a hook framework video to the canvas means every script request draws on actual hook craft rather than generic AI writing conventions.
1410 video ideas + hooks generated
  • Treating the hook as the idea filters weak concepts before any production commitment — an idea that cannot be stated as a compelling opening line is not worth filming.
16Full reel script with shot list
  • Clarifying questions (format, length, keyword) before generation are what push AI output from generic to production-ready — a tool that skips these is optimizing for speed over usability.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Building Blocks Framework
Poppy AI's three-input system for an on-brand content engine: (1) brand voice from your own content, (2) structural patterns from competitor outliers, (3) craft knowledge from an expert reference video.
Outlier score
A multiplier (e.g., 5.8x) that shows how much a video over-performed relative to the channel average, used to identify which content formulas are actually working.
Expert brain
The third Building Block — a reference video or document added to the canvas so the AI draws on real craft knowledge rather than generic role-play prompts.
Visual hook analysis
Poppy's ability to analyze on-screen text, shot composition, and visual elements from ingested videos, not just audio transcripts.
Canvas (Poppy)
Poppy's infinite whiteboard interface where content nodes (videos, Instagram posts, chat windows) are placed spatially and connected, unlike a standard chat thread.
AppSumo lifetime deal
A one-time purchase arrangement through AppSumo that gives permanent access to a software product, replacing a recurring subscription price.

00:00Your brand is ahead of the curve but still human. Come on. This AI tool can create content workflows like this.
00:08And in this video, I have one of the founding members of Poppy AI to walk us through this framework that gives us unlimited video ideas, unlimited hooks, and unlimited scripts based off of our brand voice, our competitors,
00:21and a specific knowledge base. Let's watch. What up, everybody?
00:25My name is Lance. I'm part of the founding Poppy team. A little bit about me.
00:30I'm from New Jersey, really close to New York. So if anybody's in the East Coast over here, I love y'all. Uh, big Knicks fan, as you can see my whole life.
00:37I've never seen us go to the finals before. I've been working on Poppy for the last year and a half, and we and Poppy team used to be content creators themselves. And the reason we made Poppy is because I just felt kinda just boxed in with ChatGPT at the time.
00:51And, uh, we realized, oh, wait. We're also software devs. Let's make an AI tool that's super easy to use, that's made for content, and that can help you save a lot of time.
01:00And that's really the philosophy behind Poppy and making it super visual. The one thing that I like about
01:05Poppy is that it it's like a gift and a curse. It's like a blank canvas.
01:11Right? You do whatever you want with it.
01:14However Yeah. The curse of it is also it's a blank canvas.
01:19If you don't know what you want to do, it's going to stay blank.
01:24Right? Right. And so how how do you solve it?
01:29You personally solve it, and then how does the team solve it? Yeah.
01:34I I just basically tried to break it down into like a simple framework for me. I have something in the high teach my my creators I work with, like the building blocks framework for Poppy, and I would love to walk it through with you later.
01:46But, yeah, just breaking down things into three steps that you need, which is one is your brand voice, your brand box. Two, good examples.
01:54And three, just an expert brain. And that's what I found. If you have those three core things, you don't gotta make it super complicated.
02:00You'll get really good results that way. Let's let's go with the the the three things that you said. Let's let's build that out real quick.
02:06Once I log in, I got this blank
02:09situation going on.
02:11What do I do? If this is your screen right now, the first thing that I would love for you guys to look at is honestly just click the toolbars on the left side.
02:21That's all your tools. Right? If you, like, hover hover over it, you kinda see what each one does.
02:25And the best metaphor I like to say is, like, Poppy is like your canvas, like your painting canvas. Right? The left is all your colors.
02:33Right? So your favorite color is gonna be that purple one at the top, the chat icon. Right?
02:38And for all my AI experts out there, this is what you're used to. You could talk to Claude, chat GPT. If you hover over the models on the right side Mhmm.
02:46On it's the Claude right there. Yep. You can see everything we have to offer.
02:50So the nice part about Poppy is, like, we do have all the AIs here. So if you have multiple AI subscriptions to Chat, Cheap, Teen, Claude, Gemini, Grok, you can can then you can condense those. You can just have one.
03:02Either just Poppy, maybe Poppy, Claude, whatever you need. But, obviously, I'm biased. I would want you to just be on Poppy.
03:07So we could do let's stick with the Claude four four point five Sonnet because that's the best one, and it won't use a ton of credits. Right?
03:15You mean 44.6? Oh, 4.6? Yeah.
03:184.6 on it. If you're coming from Chad, you're coming from Claude, this is where you'd have to usually train it on all your transcripts if you're making content.
03:28Right? So the nice thing about Poppy is we make that that process super simple. You can get it up and running under ten minutes.
03:35So we could do this by if you go to a new tab. Let's start with your Instagram and we'll also do some YouTube stuff. New tab, you can make another tab.
03:41You go to your Instagram.
03:42Instagram.
03:43And give me any reel that you like that you made recently.
03:48Let's do let's do this one. I like this one. Perfect.
03:52Alright. All you gotta do is a train video a copy on your videos. Just copy the link like Nikki did and go to back to copy.
03:58K. Right? And then you're gonna click on the social media content button, which is the second one from the top.
04:04Right? And real quick, you could kinda see if you look closely all the different things you can add, right, that you can't easily add on regular chat to your client. Right?
04:13You have to you can paste in YouTube videos. You can paste in Instagram reels, carousels, TikToks, LinkedIn posts.
04:20Uh, if you're doing anything with ads, you can even do Facebook ads with Poppy as well. So, you know, what we could do is just paste that link right here, add to board. Right.
04:29And there you go. So you can see that Poppy is super visual and that Reel that Nikki posted, that has everything in it.
04:37The transcript, the the views, the Reel cover, the caption, and that's all the stuff that's in that transcript I mean, that node.
04:47And once you see that connection, you saw how it automatically connects to the chat. Yeah. Now this chat is trained on everything on Nikki's channel.
04:54Right? So we're gonna let that run.
04:57We can take this to another level. Right? The way we could take it to another level is if you go to back to Instagram.
05:03Instagram.
05:04Boom. Mhmm. And then let's just copy, like, your channel profile now.
05:08So it's that one that link at the top. Right? Because if you were to do each individual reel,
05:13it would Oh, you want me to do the the the reels one or just the profile?
05:17That one works too, actually. That actually works is fine. Great.
05:20Let's do it. Okay. And then oh, quick.
05:23Oh, actually, video is done. So the video is done. We'll hold on to that link.
05:26What I like for you to do is go to the AI chat Okay. Which is the yep. Yep.
05:31They're gonna say Go. Describe the visuals, describe the text on screen, and just for fun, add in a shot list.
05:38Okay.
05:39Describe the visuals that that is connected.
05:42Also, give me a shot list. Give me the text that you see, all of it. But as after you hit enter, you're gonna see that Poppy not only gets the transcript, but we also do a visual analysis on every single piece of content that you right?
05:55So if any of my people on here trying to grow on Instagram, trying to grow TikTok, visual hooks are super big. Right?
06:01You guys are gonna notice the top, like, branding creators are saying. So they're using Poppy to actually analyze visual hooks to figure out what to put text on screen. And if you're very cinematic kind of person, your editors will love you if you give them a shot list.
06:13You know, your videographers will love you if you can make a shot list, you can emulate that style. So so we are taking that on top of the transcript of your voice, and we're getting you the best results from all that.
06:26Makes sense so far, guys? Yep. Cool.
06:28Fire. But the next thing I wanna do now is, this is just, like I said, level one. We've got to level a 100 real quick.
06:33Uh, if you go back to the social media content button
06:37Mhmm.
06:38Side. Yep. And you saw that link.
06:40Right? Paste it in your channel. Boom.
06:43Let's go. And if you add it to board, this is a new feature that Poppy has that not a lot of other tools have, which is it Poppy literally analyzes your entire channel, whether that's Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok, and it has outlier scores built in.
06:58So you can see people in your niche, what kind of content they're doing, if there's anything recently that's been going really viral. So, Nikki, if you click on outliers Boom.
07:07Right, you can actually see all your best videos. Like, you actually have one that's 5.8 x, which is actually insane.
07:12It's like a really high So that's great.
07:16On. Trying over here. Trying.
07:18Oh, yeah. So then what you can do is let's do a quick add top 10 outliers. Boom.
07:25What you need to do next is let's take that group and let's add it into the chat. Right?
07:30There we Perfect. Uh-huh. And then one thing that's important I wanted to take note here is that thing, that giant box that Nikki put in, that's called a group.
07:40That's basically how Poppy can organize information. So if you look, there's like the name of the group there. It's just a dot for now, but we should label it.
07:48You should say, like, my top 10 outlier. What we could do here is go back to the chat.
07:53And honestly, this is the first step. This is the first step, which is, like, my building the the building block of my brand box. Right?
08:01So let's do a let's do a pulse check. Let's ask Poppy. You can you can say this on your, uh, WhisperFlow.
08:06You can say, uh, I added my outliers, analyze my tone, style, and brand voice. I added my outliers.
08:13Can you figure out my brand voice, my tone, my style, certain patterns that I may have? You're are the insider friend.
08:24You speak like someone who just discovered something and has to tell their people about it. Not a professor, not a guru, a trusted friend who happens to go ahead and ahead of the curve on tech.
08:35Okay. Okay. Alright.
08:40So in the chat, let me know if they got me on point. So I got casual, direct, zero fluff, first person and conversational, self aware and slightly self deprecating.
08:53Golly. Jesus.
08:56Bruh. What? Next step is what I said is like, let's have the expert brain.
09:02Right? So maybe talk to me.
09:04Who is your favorite creators that you wanna, like, learn content from? Is that anyone that comes to mind?
09:12I love Sabrina. Oh, Sabrina?
09:15Sabrina's dope. Hold on. Where's Sabrina at?
09:18Specifically in my brand, in in my niche, we'll go with Sabrina. Go with style and distribution with with Steven Barlett, and then we'll go with the authenticity of WALLO.
09:34I like that. That's a good combo. That's a good blend.
09:36I think for this let's start with Sabrina. So what I would do here, if I were you, I would just do the same thing.
09:42Take her channel. Yep. Right.
09:44Mhmm. Copy that. Yep.
09:46And somebody said in the chat, steal like an artist. Exactly. Right?
09:50We're not gonna rip off their content, say it word for word, bar for bar. Alright. We're gonna put our own spin to it.
09:55Mhmm. Mhmm. So Boom.
09:57Take your channel. It was same thing. Alright.
09:59So it looks like it's finished analyzing Sabrina's channel. If So go to outliers, right, do the quick add top 10 again.
10:0610. Right. And then we're gonna do the same thing connected to the chat.
10:12it over here.
10:17Amazing. Now it's all trained Sabrina's videos. And it also knows, since we talked to Poppy already, that this is like a whole different account.
10:24Right? So what I like to do is, you know, anal you can even say like analyze Sabrina's videos.
10:31Tell me what I could take from it. I just connected Sabrina's
10:35outliers.
10:36Can you analyze it and kinda give me, like, a content formula from it? Exactly. That's it.
10:43That's it right there. Mhmm. K.
10:45And then now, you can actually get a breakdown of, like, how your top creators are going viral, how they're successful. Right?
10:52Because it's not just gonna be because they're maybe famous. It's gonna be, like, the way to tell a story. Right?
10:56It's gonna be, like, the the expert knowledge that they have. It might even just be straight up just, like, how they hook you the audiences in from the first, like, five seconds. You don't have to go through the whole thing, but let let's quickly skim through this.
11:07Yeah. And let's just see, like Let me go all the way What? Back up.
11:10Oh, there we go. Makes Sabrina
11:12awesome. Right? They've got the performance outliers.
11:16We got Mhmm. Every single post follows this exact oh, we got the exact structure structure. That's cool.
11:24Claim That's perfect. Numbered list, visual proof. Let me add that in the chat so y'all could take a screenshot of this, but this is that's that's a good formula right there.
11:34That's a great formula. Mhmm. And then what you can oh, it already went into this, but you can steal this.
11:39Right? Because Poppy's really content, right? So it's it's already one step ahead of you.
11:42Right? Okay. So it says, what you could steal from from this keyword CTA pick one word per video tied to the content.
11:52Triple reinforcement say it show it demonstrated visually secret broken cheat code framing numbered list, specific outcomes, and save the best for last.
12:04The the step everyone skips creates suspense mid video.
12:09Fire. Fire. Awesome.
12:11Yeah, we got a lot of good nuggets from this. You guys can actually learn a lot from your favorite creators just by adding their channels just like this. Talking to them.
12:18Right. So now how can we use this for ourselves? How does can this help us right now?
12:22Right? So what I would do is let's add in one more thing. This is the so we got the second one, like good info.
12:29We have our personal brand, good info, good examples of people in our space, and now it's the expert opinion.
12:35So the cool thing about Poppy is it's really do good to do that as well. Have you guys ever heard the prompt like act like an expert script writer or act like a, you know, YouTube specialist?
12:46I'll give my hot take. I actually don't like that prop at all. Like, I would rate it a two out of 10.
12:52Mainly because I don't trust it. I don't think Cloud actually gets that much better. Right?
12:56I think what is better is giving that expert script writer to Poppy itself. Right?
13:03So my question for you, Nikki, is do you have any material you gave these guys, like maybe hooks or like formulas yourself that you have on you? If not, it's okay.
13:13me? Yeah. You're gonna make me look into Notion, like, real quick.
13:20Let's see. Let's see if I have something. Yeah.
13:23Mean like a PDF files.
13:25Maybe a YouTube video too. We
13:28could do that. I can find I know exactly who to go to for a hook formula.
13:33Hold on. Yeah. Let's go to YouTube.
13:37Let's go to where's my man Callaway? Got it.
13:40Yeah. There Perfect. We
13:43So let me just catch up. Look. So basically, copy the video and now you added it to the board and now it's connected to the chat.
13:50Yep. Got it. Boom.
13:53There you go. So you you don't need to say act like an expert script writer anymore. You don't say you need to say act like an expert on hooks.
13:59Just add the video. Let's use YouTube Academy, right, as the expert.
14:04So whenever Nikki's gonna type to this chat now, it knows, hey. This isn't Nikki. Hey.
14:10This isn't Sabrina. But if they're gonna ask me about hooks, I'm gonna use that to give you the the the gold, the sauce, essentially. Right?
14:17Mhmm. So now, you can say on, uh, talk to Poppy, you can say something like, you know, using my brand, uh, the good stuff I could take from Sabrina and the hooks framework, give me 10 Instagram real ideas.
14:30Okay.
14:32Okay. So we'll do oh, I got one.
14:35Okay. So now that you know my out lie outliers and my brand tone and you know the formula for Sabrina and we just connected the hook video.
14:49Can you give me 10 Instagram video ideas as well as hooks to go along with each of the ideas.
14:59Perfect. Because the way I think about content is like I like to think of the hook as the idea because that's like literally the first thing they're gonna see. Yeah.
15:06Alright. So that's perfect. Boom.
15:08And this is gonna be a very crucial step, guys. So, Nikki, you can be honest with me. I want you to tell me what you think of these.
15:13If you don't like them, this is where we can show you how to make them even better. I got you. Alright.
15:18Mhmm. So it
15:20says, I oh, wait. And it oh, and then it says create script.
15:25Okay. Wait. Well, I'm going too forward.
15:26I'm going too forward. Hold on. Hold on.
15:28Let me just let me just analyze. Let me just analyze. I tested five AI avatar tools, so you don't have to.
15:35One actually scared me. Makes sense. The Instagram feature nobody talks about and it already is in your app.
15:43I would say something like that. I made a digital twin of myself in under five under 10. Here's the that's exactly what I would do.
15:52Yep. I think I see that. Seven
15:54things I stopped posting about and why my engagement went oh, yeah. These are these are all great. Awesome.
16:01So basically, what you could do is like, out of all of these, which one would you be like, I would make that video or you're curious to see more? Probably
16:10probably the digital twin. The digital twin one is is a a top of my list right now because there's there's some creators who are killing it and it Oh, yeah.
16:22It's a it's a digital twin and no one knows. And no one knows. Like scary.
16:26Yes. Like you said, it's very realistic. Yeah.
16:29Mhmm.
16:30Awesome. So let's do that. So we could say you could do a lady's self poppy here like, I like idea one.
16:34Give me the full Instagram script. Something like that. Okay.
16:37It. So
16:39video idea one is perfect. Let's turn that into an IG script.
16:45Amazing. And again, we had to hear, like, I'm still not a person who's like copy and paste the exact script. It's gonna be good to go.
16:51My goal is to get 80% away. And if it doesn't know Poppy, actually, he's doing it right here. He's gonna ask you a couple questions to make sure we got it.
16:58So, Lent, are you going for a shorter reel or a slightly longer one?
17:05Let's do let's see it. Let's do thirty to forty five seconds.
17:10Do you usually do should that follow the same format? Yeah, let's do a talking head screen recording for the keyword.
17:20Let's use twin and Have you already made the avatar? Yep.
17:25I already made the avatar. Oh perfect So we got the hook that we already talked about.
17:32So I'm not gonna repeat that. It already has that. So I uploaded one photo into HeyGen one and within minutes it generated a digital twin that talks moves and sounds like me.
17:44No green screen. No studio. Just a picture then even says show the before photo then cut into the avatar talk.
17:53So I like how it breaks down exactly what the visuals is supposed to be too. And look, you can't even tell.
18:02Then And then like your hat.
18:03Yeah. Yeah. Mhmm.
18:04It's gonna be like where your avatars actually talking like, to be like cut to you, your avatar and like, look, you can't even tell. Mhmm. That's fire.
18:11And then this is what I mean when I say AI is changing content creation. You know you have to be on camera every single day anymore.
18:20And then comment twin and I'll send you the exact tool and how I set up. And then it has the shot list.
18:26Oh, yeah. There you go. Sure.
18:28On screen text. So the AI avatar just changed everything as the visual hook. The one photo, that's it.
18:38The reveal, no camera, no studio and then comment twin. Yeah. That's yep.
18:48like it. I like it. Let's go.
18:50And then one thing I wanna add to it, like I said, I'm all about, like, making this tweaking and making better. So if you see that pencil icon towards the bottom bottom underneath that text.
19:00Yep. Right there. Click on that.
19:02And now you can actually edit your script here. So, like, let's say there's things you wanna tweak.
19:07I didn't even know that.
19:09Yeah. It's it's also new. We added it, like, last month.
19:11Yeah. Mhmm.
19:15Yeah. We didn't tell you that, though.
19:18Trying all these tiny things, that's all the suggestions. So that's the cool thing about being, like, a small bootstrap company is, like, we get all the feedback, and we can, like, implement it fast. But, you know, Apple's really slow to things.
19:29We're gonna be really fast to things. Like, that's gonna be Come on. Okay.
19:31I I see the stab you just did. I see it. Yeah.
19:35went for Apple. Mhmm. You were if you were early, you saw you saw what we're talking about.
19:41Exactly.
19:42But, yeah, cool thing I wanna show you here is, like, if you click on that text box Yep. You can actually the top part of it Yep.
19:50Where it says tech. Yep. Click on that.
19:52And then I can click did you press f? Uh, the whiteboard itself. It just empty Oh, okay.
19:57Okay. Okay. Okay.
19:58Okay. There we go. Got it.
19:59Got it. My bad. My bad.
20:01That's cool. It's just a Google Doc, basically, now. So, you know, if you really wanna switch up the view a little bit, edit this like the Google Doc that you could have.
20:08And then, honestly, you could just plug it back into Poppy two as a good example if you really like the script. Oh, that's dope. Okay.
20:14Alright. What what to 10? Hold on.
20:17One to 10.
20:18What do y'all think about this so far? One being I'm not I'm I'm I'm on my Apple vibe.
20:25I'm not that impressed. 10 being like, yo, this is fire. This is I can see this very convenient and remember this for me personally, it is a super easy plug and play content system.
20:41Because once this is set up, now I can just go and be like, okay, give me another 10 ideas and kind of talk it out of Yes. Okay.
20:52I didn't like this. This was good. Let's have this script.
20:55That's great. And then I can continue to add on to the knowledge base to of like, let's say I like another creator.
21:04Right? Okay. How can I combine what I'm doing?
21:07What Sabrina's doing and another person because they're really good at the call to action sections. So now you're looking at it of I like how Sabrina gets all the engagement.
21:20Let's break that down to how she gets that, but I like how this person does their call to actions.
21:29And so now I'm I'm training this specific board into like that content like machine that all I got to do is like, yo, what are we doing next?
21:42Yep. One of the biggest issues from my audience and type in me if you you remember this when you guys first came out, it was only like by the whole year type vibe.
21:55We weren't even giving months. We were like, commit to us, no free situations, that's it.
22:01And people were like, because it's Nikki, I love you. We're gonna we're gonna do this.
22:06Right? And then we me and you got close, and you were like, hey, We're gonna do the monthly joint.
22:13I said, Uh, now you gotta you got a lifetime access situation?
22:23What are we doing? What are we doing? We do.
22:26We do. Do. So we partnered with a really big company.
22:29They're called AppSumo. It's run by this guy named Noah Kagan. He's like the thirtieth employee on the original Facebook team.
22:35And he got fired actually by Mark Zuckerberg and then started his own company. Bruh. Jesus.
22:41Yeah. It was a good start. Bruh.
22:43But we became friends with him, and he is has a service collab soon, and they have the the best lifetime deals ever. Right?
22:51So we worked out something. I And thought about you guys for this because I wanna get Poppy in the hands of everyone as possible. This is gonna be our best deal yet.
23:00Usually, you guys remember, Poppy's like $3.99, 400 for the year, and it's a subscription. Right? It's gonna be a lot.
23:06It's lot to invest. I'll be honest. It is.
23:08Right? But I think this is even better because you this is a one time lifetime purchase.
23:15You don't have to pay another $2.50. You just buy Poppy as a whole. And as Poppy gets better, we add the video gem.
23:21We add the n p MCP. It's still yours. It's just for $2.50.
23:29Hold on, but we have some tiers because I I I know my people like options. Okay? My people like options.
23:35So can we break down? We got what is tier two? What is tier three?
23:39Like, break down
23:41these these prices for people. Well, think we can do view plan. There we go.
23:45Okay. I'll see this is actually perfect. Perfect screen to have here.
23:47So they essentially they have all the same things. The only difference is you gotta see how much credits you need. Right?
23:53So that's why the credit question is really good. Right? So the lowest plan, we figured out 500 is a good starting point.
23:59Right? So, you know but if you're actively gonna be making content, you're definitely gonna need at least 1,000 to 2,000. So depending on that, this is what you need.
24:09But you're also allowed to upgrade. We're pretty flexible. You can get tier one.
24:12Kinda think of it like a free trial. You know, you can say, Poppy's not for me. Can get a refund.
24:16No harm done. But if you need more credits, you can just, like, pay the difference and then get monthly credit upgrades. Do you get the 500 credits every month?
24:26Yes. It's every month. Whatever you start with, it's not just for, you know, you can't get anymore.
24:30It's it resets every first. And then do the credits expire
24:36or rollover monthly?
24:38They expire. So definitely, if you stop from credits left, use all of it. If not, uh, let us know.
24:45And, uh, yeah, it usually resets at the end of the month. It doesn't roll over. Fair.
24:49Mhmm.
24:51It's not t mobile people.
24:56Lance, I appreciate you. Hopefully, the Knicks win. So go enjoy the fourth quarter, all of that amazing stuff.
25:05We will probably have to get you back sometime soon because you you the way you broke down that template right there,
25:15fire. Fire. Yeah.
25:16So we need to make more I'm to give you guys some of this too. So if you guys join Poppy, you know, let us know, and then I'll love to give you all the templates that we made today.
25:24Yay.
25:26Free templates. Free templates. Appreciate you, Lance.
25:31Appreciate you, Nikki. Take care, everybody. Peace.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Eight seconds in, before Lance says a word, the Poppy canvas has already printed a four-line brand summary of Nicky Saunders — and it reads sharper than most creator bios written by humans. That is the promise this video opens with, and the next 25 minutes is a live walkthrough of how it got there.
