Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Instagram Reels only generate clients when each post feeds a Claude-powered scripting pipeline, a ManyChat automation layer, and a community funnel — treated as standalone content they generate views without revenue.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A coach or consultant posting reels that get views but generate no DMs, no new followers, and no clients.
  • Someone spending over \ per month on ads whose margins no longer justify the cost.
  • A creator who wants to use Claude beyond one-off captions and build a repeatable scripting system in their own voice.
  • Anyone with an existing coaching offer who needs a front-end traffic system plugged into a community funnel.
  • A business owner curious about building Claude Skills, CLAUDE.md voice files, and scheduled AI tasks.
SKIP IF…
  • You are in ecommerce or product-based business — the community funnel presented is specific to personal brand and service businesses.
  • You already have a consistent inbound DM pipeline and are looking for advanced paid traffic or conversion rate optimization.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

The Organic IG Reels Conversion System works in three moves: script Reels using a Hook-Show-CTA formula (Claude writes them in your voice from a CLAUDE.md file built via Apify scrapes), ask for a keyword comment that triggers a ManyChat DM, and route prospects into a free or low-ticket Skool community before upselling to high ticket. Claude becomes a real AI agent — not a chatbot — when you give it Context (prompt engineering + MD files), Connections (Apify, Airtable, Blotato), Capabilities (custom Claude Skills), and Cadence (scheduled tasks). The four content pillars — Value, Connection, Proof, and CTA — map to what type of reel to produce and in what ratio.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Value content builds an engaged audience; it does not build buyers — you need Connection, Proof, and CTA content in the mix to move people through a pipeline.
  • A CLAUDE.md voice file built from Apify-scraped transcripts of your own past content lets Claude script new Reels in your exact voice without manual copy-pasting.
  • The comment-to-ManyChat-to-Skool funnel converts a viral Reel into MRR: one client went from zero to \,000 per month in one month with nine Reels.
  • Claude used from the chat interface runs at roughly 10% of its capacity — Skills, CLAUDE.md files, and Scheduled Tasks are what turn it into an actual system.
  • Do not give away the gold until you show them it is gold: withhold the core insight until you have established proof, then dopamine from anticipation keeps viewers watching.
  • Sparring with your AI — asking it to question you until it is 95% confident it can build what you need — produces better outputs than single-prompt requests.
  • The Hook-Show-CTA formula maps directly to human psychology: Hook creates a dopamine spike, Show sustains anticipation, CTA channels the release into action.
  • A Vercel-hosted dashboard built with Claude Code and Composio lets you see all Reel metrics, competitor performance, and auto-generate new scripts from top performers in one place.
  • Low-ticket Skool communities (\ to \ per month) build trust faster than free groups because a payment signals commitment, and committed members convert to high ticket at higher rates.
  • WhisperFlow formats spoken input better and remembers custom names, making voice-to-Claude four times faster than typing — native dictation does not do this.
  • Marketing at its core is moving traffic you do not own to traffic you do own — Instagram Reels are the mechanism, your community is the asset.
  • Three types of CTAs govern content ratio: value CTAs (guides, free communities), soft CTAs (comment for resource), and hard CTAs (book a call) — hard CTAs require sufficient value and connection content first.
Takeaway

Four pillars decide whether content creates clients.

WHAT TO LEARN

Views and likes follow value content; buyers follow connection, proof, and a clear next step — and Claude can script the whole sequence in your voice.

01Pain points open
  • Content that earns views without earning clients signals a missing distribution system, not a lack of knowledge or charisma.
02The What If reframe
  • Organic Reels paired with automation can replace paid ads as a top-of-funnel system when routed into a community rather than a cold sales page.
03Credibility and backstory
  • Connection content — sharing your low-to-high story — is not vanity; it is the trust infrastructure that makes proof content believable to a cold audience.
04The Organic IG Reels Conversion System
  • The comment-to-ManyChat-to-community pipeline converts a single viral Reel into automated lead capture: one client reached \,000 MRR in one month with nine videos.
05The Maximization Model
  • Building a full offer stack before driving traffic means every new follower has a natural path from a \ entry point to a \ mastermind without requiring a cold sales call.
06How to Build a Real Claude AI Agent
  • Claude becomes a system — not a chatbot — when you give it four things: context (your voice and instructions), connections (data access), capabilities (saved skills), and cadence (scheduled execution).
  • A CLAUDE.md voice file built from Apify-scraped transcripts of your own past content lets an AI system generate new scripts that sound like you without manual editing.
  • Sparring with Claude — asking it to question you until it is 95% confident it can complete the task — produces materially better output than a single-prompt request.
07The Script Framework
  • Withhold the core insight until after you have established proof: dopamine from anticipation keeps viewers watching and increases the rate at which they follow through on a CTA.
  • The Hook-Show-CTA formula maps to psychology: the hook creates a curiosity spike, the show sustains anticipation, and the CTA channels that energy into a specific action.
08The 4 Content Pillars
  • Value content builds an engaged audience but does not build buyers — you need Connection, Proof, and CTA content in a deliberate ratio to move people from follower to paying client.
  • Proof content showing how a client got a specific result converts belief faster than any CTA — the result is the argument, not the pitch.
09The Tools and AI Dashboard
  • Building a Vercel-hosted dashboard with Claude Code and Composio turns Instagram analytics into a scripting loop: top-performing reels surface automatically and generate new scripts based on their structure.
  • The execution tool stack is: Instagram (post) to Edits app (stitch) to ManyChat (capture) to Skool (community) — each step is automated once configured.

00:00Alright, guys. Well, welcome to the AI Instagram reels workshop. I'm gonna show you the AI reels system that fills your pipeline with quality buyers, not just views, not just followers without spending hours on content running a single ad or dealing with tire kickers.
00:17So you post a reel, gets 200 views and maybe three likes from people you already know. You spend forty five minutes writing a script, filming it, editing it, and it gets zero new followers and zero DMs. You see other coaches blowing up on Instagram and you think, I'm just not a content creator even though you have incredible knowledge to share.
00:42You've been told to run ads to solve your lead problem, but after spending money on ads for filming costs and platforms, your 6 figure business is barely profitable. And the gurus are showing you revenue screenshots, but no one no one's talking about what's left after expenses. And you're stuck in the content roller coaster.
01:03Some months you're posting consistently, other months you go dark because life gets busy and inspiration runs dry, and your content feels like a chore instead of a client acquisition machine, and you know it's costing you.
01:17Anybody feel that way? Put a one in the chat. If yes, put a two in the chat.
01:22If you're like, no, stop dropping me into my pain points. I hate your face, Andrew. Both are right answers.
01:29Cool. One one one. Sweet.
01:31Help me. It's my face. I like you guys.
01:33That's great. But what if you had a system where Claudia I scripted your reels in your voice? What if every reel you posted pulled the right people into a free or low ticket community where you got value first, trusted you, and naturally upgraded into your higher ticket offers?
01:52What if your Instagram was the top of funnel that flow directly into your communities and conversion assets, converting followers into buyers without paid ads eating into your profits? What if instead of chasing revenue numbers to impress people online, you're quietly building a lean, highly profitable business that costs almost nothing to run?
02:13And what if you posted less and grew faster because every piece of content was intentional, built on business growth systems instead of just inspiration.
02:24Would that solve everything? Put a one in the chat if that sounds good to you. Put a two in the chat if you hate my face again.
02:32Let's get the engagement going. So for you guys, you're in the right spot. Let me just answer.
02:38Is this training worth your time? I've been in the business coaching consulting space for over ten years now. I've built $5.07 figure companies in the space from business growth to personal development, and have helped a lot of amazing people in the space go from just starting out or multiple 6 figures to 7 figures with some of them.
02:58Kabitha was a relationship coach, is a relationship coach. She went from 20 k to a 160 k in four months by installing the right systems in place. Some of you guys might know Cole Gordon who runs Clozier's IO now.
03:11He started with us for out no business, and he was able to build that into a $40,000,000 sales agency in just three and a half years. Ambassador Slot going from 20 k, and now he runs he's an 8 figure coach and sales placements business as well.
03:28So list goes on and on. Just people crushing it with attracting, converting, and delivering, and dialing in those systems.
03:37Actually, one more. I just got this text yesterday from another client who crossed his first 100 k month. Super high profitability.
03:44Says thanks for all your help. So that was cool. I love waking up to those texts.
03:50And to give you some context on my own story, I started when I was $82,000 in debt.
03:57I suffered from severe depression for six years. I was in therapy taking Wellbutrin and Lexapro. I was drinking heavily.
04:05I was doing drugs. It was a bad life, and I was completely numb. One of my missions is to help people feel again, and I'm a breath work facilitator, and I've lived with monks for a month and yogis for a month and really loved the internal game as well.
04:19In 2017, I was scared shitless, I stopped being that freebie seeker and started buying courses, coaching, mentorship. My first one was a Kai Lopez program back in 2017.
04:32Here in my garage, I bought that one, the SMMA course. And I scared shitless, $82,000 in debt.
04:38Didn't get a client for six months, but that's what got me into the energy and momentum of building my own business was investing into myself. I bought a Dan Henry program, helped me launch my first agency, get my first client. Then I invested into another coach to help me grow my Facebook group at the time.
04:55And what I didn't know is marketing is a game of taking as much traffic you don't own to traffic you do own, and a lot of people were in my Facebook group. That that company, Tribe of Buyers, went from zero to doing $1,200,000 profit in less than two years, and I ended up selling that in 2021.
05:17And I've gotten to speak on stages, people like Damon John, Tom Billieux, bunch of other amazing people, three time two Comma Club Award winner, which has contributed to me helping me helping me retire my dad. One thing that I don't have on here, I build a house for a homeless family in Mexico every single year, and we're going back October eighteenth through twentieth if you guys wanna join me.
05:40So I get to buy houses for families in Mexico, and did $1,100,000 in twenty four hours at a live in person event, and sold my business to Michael Chu back in 2021.
05:54And, yep, it's been a cool life. Then let me break this down for you. So you guys have probably heard you don't rise to level of your goals, You fall to level of your systems.
06:04And as soon as I started living by that, everything changed. Everything is a system, whether we see it or not, and we just need to dissect the different parts of it. So we built out the 7 figure CEO AI system, which helps you go from 0 to over a 100 k per month in different stages.
06:24So if you guys are struggling with poor lead flow, going through the income roller coaster, you're or just feeling burnt out, what we install is and what we're gonna be going over today right here is building your audience, leading your audience, and generating demand from your audience.
06:41But then we also need to convert weekly, to not go through that income roller coaster, and assemble your offers, your maximization model, your conversion mechanisms, and your sales system.
06:54And then systems at the bottom, have an automated clear client pathway, install your AI engine, and install your systems brain.
07:04If you have those things, you're not gonna have poor lead flow. You're not gonna be on the income roller coaster. You're not gonna be burnt out.
07:10You're gonna have purpose. You're gonna have profits, and you're gonna have peace internally. So that's been the compilation of the past ten years of work.
07:19I wanna break that down for you, and let's go into the system that you guys came here for.
07:29So the organic IG reels conversion system. Who here is already posting Instagram reels?
07:37Put a one in the chat. If yes, put a two in the chat. If no.
07:43So with reels, you're gonna get far more reach. And the regular reels that you post and also trial reels that just go to your non audience, which is a great way to get started. With carousels, you actually get less reach, and there's less personal connection to you, so you're not gonna get as many conversions.
08:06And inside of this presentation, I'm gonna break down the four pillars of content that actually create conversions so you can impact more lives. So the big thing on Instagram reels is you do not need a big following to get started.
08:22You can start with a new Instagram. And like Luke, one of our clients here, he's posted nine reels total over the past month, and he's gotten, I think I took this today, a 156,000 followers.
08:42If you're following this framework that I'm gonna share with you guys, you guys can do that. So the biggest thing here is just get started with posting and make sure that you're following this frame.
08:58So what does this look like? Number one, you're creating the content, the reels. Number two, you're gonna ask for a comment.
09:08That is gonna go into ManyChat, which automates the conversation, which then goes into your conversion mechanism.
09:20So for Luke here, number one, he he has a nine to five job still, and he's creating these videos. And we put up a school community, which we built in under two hours, and then we're like, holy crap.
09:35This is getting so many people in here. Let's put a paywall on it. We started at $9 per month, and then we were like, holy crap.
09:45People are still buying. And then we put a $47 per month paywall on it directly inside of school.
09:52And then people continue to buy, and now we're building the internal system for these clients. And over the course of a month, he ended up going from zero to over $15,000 MRR through his school commute.
10:08So that's just front end of things. So when you have people inside a community, you guys all know we're going through a massive trust recession right now.
10:21So this is how we build up trust, by building community. And I think most of you guys came from the community. But then we can give our audience different options and different offers to work with us or work with our team or work with our system.
10:39So this is what I've been teaching for the past past seven years now, is we need low ticket offers that convert into a hands off course, that convert into a mid ticket and a high ticket.
10:53So this is what Cole Gordon did with his 50 k boardroom mastermind. He has that on the back end. Then he over the course of the years, he's been developing these different courses, different mid ticket programs, and low ticket programs to convert into the higher ticket.
11:08It's like baking a cake. You just start with one offer, and then you build on top of that. Right?
11:15So then you're getting traffic from your content. You're getting engagements, which are going into conversations, which is going into your community funnel, and then you can sparse it up any which way that you so does that make sense?
11:31The general flow of everything here? Cool. So I always tell my clients, done is better than perfect.
11:38The clarity will come in the doing. So I will repeat that over and over and over here. Done is better than perfect.
11:44The clarity will come in the doing. That's what we did here. We we built this out together, and I will have an option at the end if you want me to build this out for you.
11:53There's an option at the end for me to do that. And we just got his page up. We got this, and then just created one graphic.
12:02He just put a video there and a picture of himself. And then inside of the classroom, we're building that out right now.
12:12So just started with a start here video, and then why Jarvis, build your Jarvis, and then we have some in draft right now. I think started with, like, five videos here, and the community is rocking.
12:27So we're just building on top of the community. So is that good to see the example right here?
12:34Does that give you some inspiration? You buying this? Getting this?
12:38K. Cool. Sweet.
12:40So that is the general flow of everything. Let's get a few takeaways either in the chat.
12:50Yeah. Pop them into the chat. What was kind of like an moment going through this system, and then we'll go into the AI agent.
13:03Chat. Let's see the results. Love it, Charles.
13:07How few videos can be so effective. 100%.
13:13Absolutely. This is insane. Yes.
13:17Andy's working a job right now, so no excuses on that with nine reels a 100%. So question for you guys, how many of you guys are using Plaud? Put a one in the chat.
13:29If yes, put a two in the chat. If no, alright.
13:33So this is gonna be really helpful for any system that you develop inside of Claw because most people are just using it as a research tool and a talking tool going back and forth.
13:46They're not building actual AI agents and systems. So I wanna break this down for you.
13:52So here's the AI back end. So how to create a real AI agent for any system in your business.
14:03Now number one, Claude. I don't care if you use Cowork. I don't care if you use Code.
14:10Use one of them that's on your desktop. Do not use chat unless it's on your phone. You're just not building a real actual system out of Claude, and you're using it at, like, 10% of your capacity.
14:23So there are four components to building out a real AI agent and AI system.
14:31So you need to give the AI context. You need to give it connections. You need to give it capabilities, and you need to give it a cadence.
14:40So number one, context.
14:44We need prompt engineering and to give it good instructions. The better inputs that we give it, the better outputs we'll get. So I don't have it on this page, but I have a a process of giving it super clear instructions.
15:01Number two on this, use voice to text. I use WhisperFlow.
15:07Other people use AquaFlow, but you will create four times faster. I do not text. I I do not type anymore.
15:15Everything is spoken and read into it. Why WhisperFlow over regular dictation?
15:20Because WhisperFlow remembers names that you put in.
15:24It'll make corrections based on past experiences with it, and it will format the text so much better. So don't use regulated dictation. Get on WhisperFlow.
15:34It's great. And with the prompt engineering, I don't have it on here, but spar with your AI.
15:42What I mean by that is ask it to ask you questions until it's 95% sure that it can create the system for you.
15:51Or ask it, what am I not seeing here? Right? So if we're going back and forth with the AI with Claude, it's smarter than we are.
16:02It will give us better responses if we're sparring with it and planning things out first. Right? So if we have time at the end, I'll go deeper into that and share some examples.
16:13But that's number one. We gotta give it context and gotta give our AI better context. Right?
16:18Number two is your brain, MD files. If you're not getting the output that you want from Claude, it's probably because it's not being saved anywhere. You can create multiple MD files, markdown files.
16:32This is like your brain. So if you want better outputs, then create MD files around these things.
16:40I'll give you an example because we're gonna go into the scripting of your Instagram reels. What you can do right now is link up Appify and talk into Claude, tell it to scrape your Instagram reels that you currently have, and create an MD file of how you speak and how you talk through video.
17:07You could also do that through YouTube because the Appify will pull the actual transcripts. You can create MD files when you have your connectors set up from actual past experiences and examples.
17:21You don't need to copy and paste transcripts or anything like that. That's why connectors are so powerful. Where the future is going is we're not actually gonna go into these platforms.
17:32We're not gonna be going into Gmail or Google Calendar or Airtable or Notion. We're gonna have one centralized AI platform that pulls the data and pushes it back out. Right?
17:44So that's why number two is super important. So creating connections and your connectors.
17:50Most of you guys have set this up, but they're coming out with more and more. There are ones that are native to Clog, and then there's some MCPs like WhatsApp and, like, Go HighLevel that you can set up with code.
18:06So you could go into connectors right now. For this process of Instagram reels, what I recommend getting is Appify.
18:16And there's another one that you could get called Composeo. Both of them are great. I'm using a little mix of both.
18:23But this will pull data. This will pull transcripts and create outputs that you want. Right?
18:29I use Airtable for organization, and then Blotato is the best for automated posting.
18:36So I think Blotato is, like, 30 per month or something like that, and Apify pulls from an API. I'm not a 100% sure how much it is.
18:46Those are some of the connectors. You use Appify for research, Airtable for organization, and Blotato for posting.
18:57So then number three is capabilities.
19:03So these are your Claude skills. These are the things that actually perform the task for you that are custom to you.
19:14So you should have a skill around researching Instagram Reels. You should have a skill around scripting those Instagram Reels, and you should have a skill around posting those Instagram Reels. Right?
19:25So capabilities, building skills, you have it done once inside of Clog, and then you ask it to create a skill for you around it, and then you can update those at any time. Right?
19:38So you have capabilities, and last but not least is cadence.
19:43So with Claude's scheduled tasks or with code, you have routines. What is the cadence that these are activate?
19:52Are they activated on a daily basis, a weekly basis, a monthly basis to pull in these skills, these MD files, and these tools to get the output that you want?
20:06Right?
20:08So that's just high level overview of how to think about Claude, less of just, like, talking into and getting one output and actually creating a system. I see we got some engagement in the chat.
20:23Is this helpful, guys? Let me know. You can say no.
20:28That is fine. Boom. Cool.
20:31Michael is rocking it in there. So using Appify to make MD file. Yes.
20:37So Appify will scrape the different social media platforms. You can also if you have your Gmail connected, you can ask Claude to scrape your Gmail emails and create an MD file on how you respond to emails in different categories.
20:55And take it will take your voice and recreate it. Yeah. Sweet.
21:00Love it, Michael. Super helpful. Awesome.
21:03Cool. So now you have the high level overview to creating AI agents inside of Claude. Next, I wanna go into a little bit more tactical.
21:15So the scripting framework.
21:22Most people's reels flop because they don't choose a good hook.
21:33Our intention here for Instagram reels is to get attention, retain that attention, and have them take an action.
21:43Right? So hook, show, or story, call to action.
21:48Right? So you guys have probably heard this hook because it works really well.
21:56Everyone tells you blank, but no one is telling you blank. Let me show you.
22:01Right? So that's an example of one hook. Show, you can say, do this first, do this second, do this third.
22:08You guys have probably seen those reels. Why? Because people are wondering what's gonna happen next, what's gonna happen next.
22:13We have a dopamine boost when we are wondering what is on that other side and what is going to happen next. Dopamine creates focus and attention. And then call to action like we went into at the top.
22:27So comma x, y, and z, I'll shoot you over the guide. Right? So I'll show you a bad example and a great example.
22:38Let's go into here.
22:42Open this up. Let me know if the audio is okay.
23:03Guys, never ever ever say this to yourself. It kept me stuck for six years. I wasn't growing.
23:10I wasn't proud of myself because I kept saying this one thing over and over and over to myself. And as soon so you guys have probably heard enter the conversation going on in your ideal client's head.
23:24I was not doing that here. I was my first intention with Instagram reels was done is better than perfect.
23:30Let me just get them out there, and they sucked. And that's okay. I didn't have this framework in my back pocket.
23:37So that hook sucked, And it wasn't to my ideal client.
23:42So that's an example of a bad one. Let me show you an example of a good one.
23:48And you'll notice this hook right here.
23:56Everyone is telling you that you need to be making Instagram reels with Claude, but nobody is actually showing you how to do it. Let me show you. But before we get into that, let me tell you why this is important.
24:07I have a private client that went from zero to so everybody is telling you this. Nobody is telling you this.
24:14And then you can see from six likes to over 226 and over 769 engagements from following this framework.
24:26Hook, show, call to action. Right? And what I also did here is I retained attention.
24:38So first, we're giving them a promise, a hook. Right? And then retaining attention, I was like, but first, another language pattern.
24:48Right? So don't don't give away the gold until you show them that it's gold.
24:56Right? If you just remember that, don't give away the gold until you show them that it's gold. You will get far more retention and a far more amount of people that will engage with your call to action.
25:09Right? Does that make sense? Following this, buying this.
25:12So hook, show, war story, call to action. Right?
25:18And cool.
25:25So then the content pillars. This isn't just for Instagram.
25:30This is for any content that you're creating. How many of you guys have felt getting leads but I'm not actually getting Mhmm.
25:40Raise of hands. Charles, thank you.
25:44Alvin's like, oh, no. K. Cool.
25:47So this is how we engage our audience, grow our audience, and also create bars.
25:55Right? Value content of this is how you do the thing will get you an engaged audience, will get people to like you, it won't create buyers.
26:08Right? Odds are if you're not, like, moving people through your pipeline, you're creating a lot of value content.
26:17So Excellent. Number two, we need connection content.
26:23People don't buy coaching. They don't buy consultants. They buy coaches and they buy consultants.
26:31We need our audience to connect with us. Right? So if you're, like, pulling teeth with conversations on, like, in DMs or sales calls or your team is, it's probably because you don't have enough connection content.
26:47Right? And then what really creates buyers is proof content.
26:52People need to see that your stuff works, that actually gets results.
27:00So number three is proof. Get results and show results off. Right?
27:06And then number four, they need to take a next step, so call to action content. If you have these four pillars of content, not just in your Instagram reels, but your emails, are you reading content on Facebook, wherever you're at, this is what ultimately create buyers.
27:22Right? So I have some examples for you.
27:30Some of these will all be combined together. Right? So you might have value with a call to action.
27:35You might have value with proof and a call to action in one. You might have connection and proof and call to action. They might be combined together inside of Instagram reels, but I've got some examples for you.
27:47I learned the best from examples, so hope this is helpful with you guys.
27:59Guys, Clon can now connect to your low level CRM, and it is, like, not only can you build own funnels, create work phones, but you should also send and receive text messages and be able to go high level. Let me show you one of them.
28:15If you or your sales team is missing messages inside of go high level, you can set up this really simple skill that I just put in my solo community to see all of the messages in your inbox and then automatically reply to them like this.
28:31So that's an example of that. You can get this.
28:35Right? And mind you, I did this in a coffee shop where there was a bunch of noise, and I still got 839 engagements and 340.
28:47Right? So done is better than perfect. The clarity will come in.
28:50So it's where it gets fun.
28:57With your connection content, if you guys go into my preschool community, the AI for coaches and consultants, you'll see this framework directly in there.
29:09So what I start off with inside of my school community is a lot of connection content. So you guys can connect with me and know who I am.
29:19Right? There are a few other things I wanna share on that, but share more of your own story, your low to high moments.
29:28Right? So here's an example one that I posted recently.
29:34Hook was decent. Story could have been better.
29:46Bobby Guzzlin, MCP server went haywire. They'll send an iMessage that I was embarrassed about or anything like that. I'm creating custom skills to redefine my value, like my my mission, my my goals, everything right here.
30:04And what you guys might not know about me is I went through six years of severe depression and was so disconnected from myself. I can feel any emotion on the inside, and I didn't feel connected to anything on the outside.
30:17And you guys know that I'm there I'm going into a little bit of my own story. People can empathize with it and connect.
30:25Right? You all of you guys have a core story that I guarantee you you need to be sharing more with your audience.
30:33Right? So create that connection with your audience. And I ran a program called Masters of Fate, which was a men brotherhood because I was under a two year noncompete after selling my business.
30:47And that shit lit me the fuck up. So I'm bringing that back with AI agents that I'm super excited about, and that's what I was promoting there in that video. So what's cool about being in this space with coaching, consulting, like creating your own content, all of that stuff, you can create whatever you want that just lights you the f up.
31:07So I just had a client win a $28,000 AI consulting package, and this is exactly how we got it using Clonet and Airtable.
31:16So here's the message from the client for proof and let me show you how we did it. So number one, we gave him the Steel OS which is built on top of Airtable to organize his entire business. And we started with the leads OS to organize his pipeline.
31:31Now when you have the leads OS, you know exactly where all of your leads and prospects are in the pipeline and use quant to upload it. Step two, you go to quant code, you create a little section that says leads, and then you go into quant code to upload your CSV file. Then quant pulls all of the information that they know about the prospect and then boom.
31:53So Sammy is the one that closes $29,000 deal. But for you guys, for your proof, you get a result and then show it off, show them how they did it.
32:04And then in ManyChat, we just have a process of leading people to where they can actually get it. Right? Okay.
32:12So with the final one with call to action, basically, all of yours are gonna have a call to action, so I don't need to play that one. But all of them have a call to action at the end.
32:23You have three different types of call to actions. You have a soft call to action. You have a hard call to action.
32:29You have a value call to action. There's a ratio between how much value we actually provide and how many hard call to actions we can do.
32:38So value call to action would be, hey. Get this guide or join the free school community.
32:44A hard call to action would be booking the car. Go straight to this offer. Right?
32:49So there are different types of call to actions that you can do. But if you get anything from this section, it's create value content, connection content, proof content, call to action.
33:00Sweet. So let's go on to the tools.
33:16So your tools for planning. So you got Clogd. You got Amplify in Airtable to organize.
33:23Right? I'm gonna show you dashboard that I'm in the middle of creating for these Instagram reels.
33:29So that's gonna be next. But use Clog in the Amplify connection to pull in the scripts from your competitors and have it create a skill to script that in your voice in the MD file.
33:48So with Apify and Claude, you wanna create an MD file so it speaks like you, and then you wanna create a skill so it creates Instagram Reel scripts like you.
34:02Right? And then you want an organization platform so you can just go through and read these off and let them rip and send them out.
34:13If you're using Apify from content that you know that's working and you're creating a script that sounds like you, it's combined of authenticity and something that actually works with the hook show call to action framework.
34:27Right? Then with execution, you have Instagram where you're posting.
34:36You have edits where you stitch them together, and then that gets posted. You send them to ManyChat for generating the leads, and then you can send them to school, right, for a low ticket community or a free community that goes into your higher ticket offers and that sort of stuff.
34:57So let me show you one more thing, the possibilities with Claude. Here's what I'm building out right now.
35:07I'm building out an AI dashboard that pulls in all of the metrics, pulls in my competitors, pulls in all of my reels so I can see them all in one place and scripts new videos on this framework with it.
35:26So how am I doing that? We wanna create, capture, and compile.
35:34So number one, Claude is creating a Claude code. Then I'm pulling in the data. You can use but Composeo, there are a few other benefit to it.
35:44So I'm using Composeo to pull everything in, and then I'm using Bursell to actually create the dashboard. Right?
35:52So Vercel is freaking sweet to actually create these dashboards and using code to create them initially, and then Vercel, they actually showed off.
36:02Some of guys have already created it, and it's just an HTML file, and you can't actually share it. Vercel fixes that. So then there's just one website to go to.
36:14I've done this for my sales dashboard, for my finances, all of that stuff.
36:20And then I'm probably, like, two days away from completing this. But I can see everything here.
36:30You can customize what you're actually seeing. So if I wanna see it over a seven day period, a thirty day period of growth, a ninety day period of growth, it's all right there.
36:42I can click into the individual reel and see all the engagement stats. I can click into here and actually view it on Instagram.
36:54And then I can go down and go down to the bottom and create a new script based off of that script. So down here, make another script that another one that looks like this.
37:14So then I'm optimizing the code on the back end for this, but this will take me to another tab to actually create that script.
37:22So and then what this dashboard will also do at the bottom here, I have competitors, boom, and all that stuff from people that I can model down here.
37:37So I'm super excited for this, and we'll show you guys the possibilities inside of Claude and the different tools that you can use to build custom dashboards, whether that's for your clients or whether that's for yourself. So let's get some takeaways so far.
37:56Cool.
38:01Sammy. Hey. Sammy closed a 100 client this morning.
38:05Congrats. Sammy is one of our 7 figure CEO members. Awesome.
38:12Andrew, thanks for that image of what that flow looks like. That's so so simple. I remember you've set that up for us and set that we did that with you, and I just have to say that flow is so useful.
38:25As soon as you get into that process of just getting that script into the edits, it is so life changing. The only reason I jumped in here, I don't mean to interrupt, but I just wanna emphasize that it was from that flow of just getting into the edit, and that was the lead magnet has been used we've been using to just keep getting leads in the school.
38:50And so once it's in there, you can get so much stuff done in five minutes, and that's, I think, the thing that people get hung up on.
38:58It's like, oh, this is gonna take forever, but it's so fast.
39:03Yeah. I love it, dude. Thanks for sharing.
39:05And and, really, guys, you just need a couple to pop off for it to really grow and grow and grow. So as you could see with Sammy here and with Luke up there and all that stuff, let's go into the recap of q and a allocated at the end here.
39:20But here's what we went into today, what we covered, why most reels don't generate leads, and the simple shift that changes everything with the four pillars of content.
39:33The community funnel strategy, Instagram to school, which free low ticket, and then you can move them to high ticket. The three part reel formula hook show called action. How to turn Reels into DMs and cash flow whenever you want, how to use Clog to build real AI agents and script Reels in your voice, how to ethically steal content from competitors using Apify, and why ads destroy profit margins of how organic content and community builds a business that's actually profitable.
40:04So now you guys, you have two options here, and I'm gonna stay around for q and a at the end.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Most coaches posting Instagram Reels are optimizing for the wrong metric. Views are vanity; the funnel is the business. In this live workshop, Andrew Kroeze lays out the exact Claude-powered system that takes a single Reel comment and routes it through ManyChat automation into a Skool community and eventually into a high-ticket close — illustrated by a client who hit \,000 MRR with nine videos in one month.
