00:04Yep. Uh, you gotta build some stuff first, though. And so this is the three k path, and it goes through validating, deploying, scaling, retaining, and ultimately build something that can generate you $3,000 an hour passively.
00:20You know, the older make money while you sleep thing, but it requires building assets to get there. And so the three k path is simple if you know where you are now, you know where you wanna go, and you actually do things one by one.
00:37So we need an offer, and this is an offer driven model. And the first thing we need is an install offer.
00:47An install offer is a defined promise over a defined time that gets a defined result for one person.
00:58And, you know, my install offer installs an offer that helps someone get a three k offer and get their first three clients across ten weeks. So it does one thing.
01:12We sell that to three people. Why three people? Well, once more than one person has bought something is statistically significant that the mark that you might have something the market might want, and then you are validated.
01:25In an offer driven model, having an offer that strangers will buy is absolutely essential, and we need to prove that by creating an offer that strangers will buy. Once we've validated that offer, we can move pretty quickly to the 3 k per week star.
01:41And that is, you know, the install and plus a game plan. And this is where we add the AI tool.
01:49And inside VirtualJK, I actually give you the AI tool that can use, which essentially what the AI tool does is we drive traffic to that.

02:12It is quite simple to drive 10 to 20 people a week to get a game plan and for, you know, one to three of those people to buy your install offer, and you essentially have a 3 k per week business on autopilot, rinsing and repeating those pieces, and you just having to deliver that. Once we've got that validated, we can make a pretty big leap to that because what we know is we've got an AI tool that actually is giving people a good plan, giving them some context, and then making them an offer.
02:42We know that people are buying the offer. We know that people are buying the offer after going through the game plan tool.
02:48So we can add you know, we've got the install offer, and then we've got the game plan tool. And then we can just add ads.
02:58We drive more people to the game plan tool because now we know what it costs us to deliver the the offer, how long it takes, what what the average time to convert after someone goes through the game plan to actually become a client, then we can feasibly run ads from as little budget as, like, $20 a day to actually drive people in there because we have some validation of an offer.
03:22We know the game plan tool is converting, and then we're just looking for more people. And during that time, you know, during the the three k and three pay k per week process, we are learning and understanding what kind of messaging people are responding to.
03:35So by the time we get to any kind of advertising, it's not a scary prospect because you know what to say before you before you need to invest in anything in terms of traffic.
03:45Once we have got through here, again, we can we're still doing some you know, the install offer is a consulting offer.
03:53It does require some of your time, and it does require putting people in an environment where you can get results. Probably a consulting group, you've probably got weekly calls, and you've probably got a delivery mechanism that allows you to, you know, show up to those people on a regular basis, so you're still actively working.
04:10But what you'll find is as you go along, you've cut you're rolling people out of your install offer, and then you just add coaching slash mentorship.
04:22And what this does is it allows you to have con continuity. You're selling people into your three k offer. You're selling more people frequently.
04:31People are rolling out the back of it. You've already sold to them once, so it's natural that they want more ongoing access to you, and and and we had a coaching offer for you to continue to maintain a relationship, retain them, and ultimately generate recurring revenue.
04:47You're still working for that revenue. There is still an active component, but your time by that stage because you've got scale is such that you're commanding a very, very healthy hourly rate.
04:57So obviously, you can see you can, you know, you can earn as much as you want to work because you've got a system to actually get people in and sell them consulting and ultimately upgrade them to coaching. When we get all the way down here, this is when we need something that scales past just our time.
05:18We've got an offer that they want. We've got an AI tool that sells it. We're running ads to it, very simple ads that are driving traffic to it because we know our numbers.
05:25We understand our scale. We're adding coaching, so we're selling once and then retaining them for weeks or months or in in some cases, years, so we've got recurring revenue. So we're in a strong position, but that passive income piece is still elusive.
05:38And this is where, you know, building a platform around your original AI tool is the play.
05:48That having a platform, having subscription revenue, having ongoing revenue, we've got it we've got a a multifunctional platform that has tool training and workshops inside it is the way to actually get paid while you sleep. I hate that phrase, but there's there's some truth to it when you have multiple subscription ticking over every week.
06:06So the 3 k to 3 k per week to 3 k per day to 3 k per hour active and three k per hour passive is just a systemic adding of one system at a time.
06:19We validate. We deploy. Scale.
06:22We retain after we've sold them, and, ultimately, we build on that path. The three k path, you know, you start and you stop wherever you are now.
06:34And, you know, I work with people who are coming in, and they're already at these kind of revenue levels, but it's difficult to to scale, so they have to go backwards before they go forward.
06:44I I I we have people coming in who are ready to burn it all down and start again, and they can rapidly get a three k offer coming up. We also have people who are working extremely hard for what they're doing, and it's time for it to build a platform. You know, we can deploy software.
06:59We can deploy platforms that offer a level of recurring and passive revenue that they don't have before because all their revenue, even though it was high, was very active.
07:10So having a path is extremely important so you know where you are now, where you wanna go, and what your right next move is. And and having a path that that means you know exactly what the next step is, what the k p KPIs are, and what the measurement is before you move to the next stage, and actually what good looks like means that you always know where you're on the path, and you can double back.
07:32You can redeploy. You can start again if the path isn't serving you because at the end of the day, the sovereign model is about a model that serves your life. And so you can get down the path but ultimately has an income, and then it's putting the numbers up there.
07:49But if you're not enjoying the work, you're not enjoying the clients, you've got the wrong modalities there, then you can go back to go forward very, very quickly knowing where you will stand. That is the path.
