§ 01 · The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The pitch lands in the first two sentences: Claude Cowork's sandbox used to block every outside image and video tool — Gemini, OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway — and Brock Mesarich is opening with the news that's now over. He spends 26 minutes installing the Higgsfield MCP connector, dropping six free skills into Cowork, and turning a desktop folder of product photos into autopilot UGC ads while you sleep.

§ · Chapters

Where the time goes.

00:0000:22

01 · Hook + promise

Opens with the news (images/video now work inside Cowork) and stacks three deliverables: do it yourself, six free skills, scheduled-task autopilot.

00:2201:08

02 · The problem — Cowork's sandbox

Cowork could do everything except generate images and video because the sandbox blocks outside AI APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway). Animated diagram drives the pain home.

01:0801:35

03 · Higgsfield is the fix

Introduces the new Higgsfield connector — one MCP that brings Soul, Nano Banana Pro, and Higgsfield Video inside Cowork. One platform, pay per use, no subscription stack.

01:3502:17

04 · Step 1 — Download Claude desktop & enter Cowork

Mac or Windows. Open desktop app, switch from chat to Cowork mode (the little checklist icon vs. Code).

02:1702:58

05 · Step 2 — Pick a working folder

Cowork's superpower is being scoped to a folder on your computer. Creates a new 'advertisements' folder and grants Claude file access.

02:5803:47

06 · Step 3 — Download the free skills pack

Free Gumroad link in the description: a ZIP of six skills plus a PDF guide. Walks through both downloads.

03:4704:40

07 · Step 4 — Upload plugin into Cowork

Customize → Plug-ins → Create plug-in → Upload plug-in → drag the ZIP. All six skills appear with descriptions.

04:4005:20

08 · Soft pitch — School community

Promotes his AI for Non-Techies School community (link in description) with full Cowork course and daily resources.

05:2006:42

09 · Step 5 — Use Claude projects (the power move)

Projects are separate ecosystems with their own CLAUDE.md. Shows his five projects (Financials, Short Form, Skool, Agency, YouTube). Each project gets its own instructions, scheduled tasks, memory, and context.

06:4207:43

10 · What is CLAUDE.md (jargon-stripped)

Treats CLAUDE.md as 'training an AI employee one time.' Voice, rules, context, preferences, tools. One per project keeps token costs down and outputs consistent.

07:4308:53

11 · Create the advertisements project

Projects → New project → Use an existing folder → select 'advertisements'. Sets up the home for the next demo.

08:5310:00

12 · /setup-higgsfield-project skill

Runs the included setup skill via slash command. Walks through prompted questions (workspace name, brand voice, platforms, default UGC actor, colors, output folder structure) which then auto-generate the project's CLAUDE.md.

10:0011:36

13 · Connect the Higgsfield MCP

Customize → Connectors → + → paste the Higgsfield MCP URL → Add. Now generate-image, generate-video, list-generations etc. show up as tools. Requires a Higgsfield account (start on the cheapest plan).

11:3612:48

14 · Bonus — Zapier MCP for everything else

If a connector isn't in Claude's list, route through Zapier MCP. 9,000+ apps, add a server, connect to Cowork, allow. Solves the 'what about app X' question for non-technical viewers.

12:4814:30

15 · First test — Austin GTA-5 image

Prompts: 'generate an image of a redheaded man standing in front of the Austin skyline, GTA 5 style.' Higgsfield fires up Nano Banana Pro and returns the image in ~30 seconds.

14:3015:45

16 · Turn the result into a reusable skill

Asks Claude to 'turn this into a GTA-5 skill' so the exact style fires from a single trigger word. Lands the broader meta-lesson: any good output can be frozen into a skill.

15:4517:40

17 · /product-to-ad skill (the hero demo)

Opens the desktop folder containing four product photos of blue-light-blocker sunglasses. Skill reads the images, generates a Soul actor, composites scenes, writes the script, renders the videos, and drops everything back into the folder.

17:4019:08

18 · Ad brief questionnaire + render

Inline form pops up: audience ('late-night tech worker'), tone ('calm and educational'), checkout code. Skill renders the UGC actor on Nano Banana Pro then animates with Seed Dance 2.0.

19:0820:20

19 · Three finished ad variations + caption

Plays three rendered video ads with VO lines ('these red-lens blue blockers save my eyes during late-night screen time') and shows the auto-written Instagram caption shipped with the asset.

20:2021:24

20 · Scheduled tasks — run ads while you sleep

New task → 'UGC daily.' Point at the same folder. Brock says you can drop new product images and have Claude generate five video variations per product every morning.

21:2423:27

21 · Soul character generation

Upload a folder of clean reference photos to Higgsfield's Soul feature. Generates a reusable character ID you can place into any scene ('Forbes stage giving a presentation'). Mentions you can also use Higgsfield directly outside Cowork to save tokens.

23:2724:46

22 · Generate characters in Soul

Direct walk-through inside higgsfield.com: Character → Soul ID character → Generate character → upload 10+ clear photos → Create. Takes 2–3 minutes.

24:4626:05

23 · /ig-carousel skill demo

Shows examples ('5 Claude Code skills I can't live without' carousel with 2,500 likes / 3,000 comments). Runs /ig-carousel for a Claude Live Artifacts post. Output: a multi-slide carousel ready to download or animate, all inside Cowork.

26:0526:07

24 · Outro + CTA stack

Asks for a like and subscribe, plugs the School community, points back at the free Gumroad link for the skills pack. Signs off with 'Cheers.'

HOOKopening / re-engagementCTAthe pitchmetaphoranalogystory
00:00HOOKYou can now generate images and videos directly inside of Claude Cowork. And as a Cowork power user, this is something I'm beyond stoked for. I generated these images and videos directly inside of Claude, and in this video, I'm gonna show you how to do the exact same thing. I'm also gonna share with you for free five different skills you can use to help you generate these from scratch. I'm even gonna show you how to pair these with scheduled tasks so Claude can generate these for you while you sleep. So without further ado, let's dive right into this. So before I show you exactly how we could begin generating images and videos inside of Claude now, I wanna talk about something real quickly, and that is Claude Cowork could do almost everything except for generate images and videos. And as a Cowork power user, this was extremely annoying and, honestly, one of the things that made CoWork not feel like a complete product yet. So if you aren't familiar with exactly why this would work, that is because the sandbox that Claude CoWork is inside of blocks outside AI tools. This is a perfect graphic to explain exactly what I'm talking about. So right here, we have Claude Cowork that's in this sandbox environment,
01:03and you aren't able to access these different image and video generation tools via API, such as Gemini, OpenAI, Midjourney, or Runway in order to generate images or videos, and this was a big headache. And no matter what you did, there was basically no workaround from inside of Cowork. That is now fixed with the new Higgs Field connector inside of Claude that allows you to not only generate images, but generate videos automatically directly inside of Claude. This is probably the most powerful connector that I've ever used inside of Claude because it solves a massive pain point that any CoWork user has had before. The first thing we need to do in order to begin using this is we have to download the Claude desktop app in order to use CoWork. So make sure to download this. If you're a Mac user as well as a Windows user, you can download this to your computer. And then once you do that, we'll move on to the next step. Next up, we're gonna open up the desktop app, and we're gonna see this interface here. If you've never used this before, let me give you a quick rundown. So on the top left where you see this little blue square, this is basically like interacting with Claude as if it's Chatcha Vuitti. We could ask you questions. And then right here, we can see this little checklist that is co work mode. And then on the right, that icon is code. We really wanna focus on co work in this video, so make sure to select that, and you could see that we now have this interface.
02:17Next up, this is what we're gonna see on screen, and this is a really important step. So we need to select a specific folder that we want to work inside of. And what I mean by this is there are folders we're gonna work inside of on our computer, and that is one of the key powers inside of Cowork. So what I'm gonna do is I'm going to click on this. I'm gonna scroll down. I'm going to choose a different folder. From And here, I'm just gonna select new folder, and I'm just gonna call this advertisements.
02:42CTAAnd then we're gonna be inside of this new folder. Click on open. Click allow so it can add different files, and then we will now see our advertisements folder right here. Another thing I want to note is if you have a preexisting folder with all of these different assets you want to use for ads, for example, you can just come here and select it. But for most people, you will probably want to start from scratch, and then you'll have your advertisements folder right here. Alright. So once you configure that folder inside of Claude Cowork, we next need to leverage these skills that I'm gonna show you in this video. So I'm gonna show you right now exactly how you could download these. I created them for you guys completely for free. Could You access them. There's a link in the description to grab these. Right here, we have all of these different skills that I'm gonna walk through in this video. But the question is, how do I download these and upload them to Cowork? And I'm gonna show you that right now. So if you go to the link in the description, you will see this zip file as well as this PDF right here. So what we're gonna do is let's download this zip file. We're gonna see it downloaded here, and then let's download this PDF guide as well. So first of all, I'm gonna pull up this PDF guide. And what and what this is is this is a step by step guide on exactly what problem this solves. It's gonna break down every single skill that I show in this video as well as show when to use them. So I highly suggest you follow along with this video, but also use this PDF guide as a way to guide you through exactly how to use these. Next up, once we download both the ZIP file and the PDF guide, we need to grab that ZIP file that we downloaded to our desktop. Then we need to come over to the left hand sidebar inside of Cowork, click on this customize button, and this is gonna take us to plug ins. Plug ins are basically just a bundle of skills that you could upload into Cowork instead of you having to individually add them. So I'm gonna come here. I'm gonna click on create plug in. Click on upload plug in, and just drag that ZIP file right here into Cowork. Click on upload. For me, I'm just gonna click replace, but for you, it'll just automatically upload this. And just like that, we now have all six of these specific skills here along with a description breaking down exactly what this plugin is for. Real quick, if you guys do wanna dive deeper into Claude CoWork, make sure to join my school community. There is a link in the description to do so. Inside of here, there are some high level entrepreneurs and professionals that are using Claude CoWork every single day, sharing some pretty cool use cases, as well as we have a full course on how to use Cowork inside of here. And all of the resources from my videos are here as well, such as this document here that breaks down exactly how Live Artifacts works. I'm sharing resources in here almost every single day for you guys. If you want to join, there is a link in the description to do so. Next up in our setup, this is something that you don't have to do, but I highly advise you do do this. As a Claude Cowork power user, this is a hack that honestly has been one of the most influential things I've done, and that is taking advantage of Claude projects. Inside of CoWork, we're gonna select this projects button on the left hand sidebar. And if you do not know what a project is, this is basically a separate ecosystem for different use cases you have for CoWork, and it could really help you stay organized. To show you exactly what a project looks like, this is my YouTube's video project. We can chat with it right here. You can see all of the different outputs here from this specific project. We can see all of the different chats that are on the project. We could see all of our scheduled tasks. We have specific instructions
05:54for this project. We could see any of the context that we have as well as the memory. So to show you all the projects I have, I have five different ones inside of CoWork. I have one for my financials. I have one for my short form. I have one for my school community. I have one for my influencer marketing agency, and I have one specifically dedicated for YouTube videos. So not only do projects help keep you organized, and it's a really nice visual inside of Cowork. But a key point here is that we could have separate Claude MD files for each different project. And if you don't know what a Claude MD is, let me break it down super simply now so literally anybody can understand it. Think of this as a Mark down file, which is a document that basically just explains a couple of different things. It explains your voice and your tone. It explains your rules, different context that it has on you, specific preferences,
06:42and the different tools that you use. Think of this as training an AI employee one time, and it always knows how to perform every single time that you interact with it. And every message that you send Claude in a specific folder pulls up your MD file every time, so it will always give you similar outputs and responses. To show you exactly what I mean, let's come back into Cowork. I'm gonna show you my Claude MD file for my YouTube's video folder. So if I click on instructions here, we can see a Claude MD file that is basically just a set of instructions, and this one is specific to YouTube. So every single time I message with Claude in this project, it's automatically gonna load this so it knows how to work with me on this specific task. But we don't want to use this Claude MD if we're generating ads, for example. We're most likely gonna wanna create our own separate CloudMD file for that specific project, and that is why we're gonna set up a project. This is a perfect visual. So for YouTube, we're gonna have a separate CloudMD file. We're gonna have a separate one for ads. We're gonna have a separate one for email and for community. That way, basically,
07:43these are custom to whatever we're working on. And the big thing here is this is gonna save you a lot of money on token costs because you're not just using an over bloated CloudMD file. That's just gonna waste your credits. It's gonna be specific to creating advertisements. In order for us to create a project, we're gonna come over to the left hand sidebar, make sure that we have selected projects here. And then from here, we're gonna click on the top right where it says new project. So I'm gonna open that up. We can either start from scratch, import a project from chat mode, or use an existing folder on our computer. So what I'm gonna do is use an existing folder. I'm going to select the one that I created at the beginning called advertisements.
08:17Once that is selected, we could either explain our instructions right here to Claude, add different files and whatnot, But I'm just gonna click create, and I'm gonna show you a hack in order to populate and create this Claude MD file without you running around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to figure out what to do. Luckily for you guys, inside of the plugin that I'm gonna share for this video, there's a link in the description completely free. Not only are you gonna get these skills that I am showing in this video, but you're also gonna get this skill that will help you set up this CloudMD file so you don't need to start from scratch and do it yourself. And that skill is called setup Higgs Field project as you could see here with all of these instructions
08:54that you could change, but this is a really good starting point in order for you to set this up. Now coming back to our advertisements project, we just need to select this, and this is what we're gonna see here. Next up, what I'm gonna do is type forward slash setup Higgs field project. You will see this populated in the skills that we have inside of Claude. And then literally, all I have to do is click on send, and it's gonna take us through a couple of different questions in order to help us set this up. And the best part about this skill that I gave you is it's gonna walk you through a couple of different questions, and it's gonna pull up this cool little question box for us to walk through a couple of different things. So first of all, it's gonna ask us what should we call this content workspace, what are we making here, and what brand voice fits best, and then it's also gonna ask which platforms are we actually gonna create content for. On top of that, it's gonna talk about our default character for this UGC actor that we're creating as well as the colors and the specific output folder structure. So let me just go through and add all this. Once we go through that checklist of our different specifications,
09:53we will now have a Claude MD file generated. So we're gonna see that in a couple of different spots. You'll see it down here at the very bottom. So it shows Claude MD. And then also inside of our advertisements project, we can now see instructions, which is our ClotMD file. If I open it up, this is basically a step by step guide on exactly how this project should function. If we wanna make any changes to this, we can just go ahead and do so. It's a markdown file. It's very easy to, you know, make changes. It even explains the output structure, which is going to come in handy later on in this video when we start using this. Alright. You've installed all of the skills. You've set up your working folder for your ads, and we even created a project that you could see right here inside of Cloud Cowork. The question is now, how do we connect this to Higgs Field and begin generating images and videos? So I'm gonna show you exactly how to do that right now. First of all, what we're gonna do is we're gonna come over to the left hand sidebar inside of Cowork. We're gonna click on customize. This is where we need to configure our connectors. So we need to click on connectors right here. And what we are gonna do is click on this plus button, and we are going to add a custom connector. From here, we're just gonna call this Higgs field, and then we're gonna paste in this specific URL here. So screenshot this, paste this exact same URL, and then we're gonna click on add. And just like that, you can now see that Higgs field is connected. We have all these different tools that Claw could basically perform for us right now. So it could generate images. It could generate videos, show all the generations, all those different things. Key thing here, though, you need to make sure you have a Higgs Field account. You can always sign up for the cheapest plan in order to begin generating images and videos. And if you hit the limits, then you can upgrade to a higher paid plan. But I do want to say this is the best alternative in order to generate videos and images inside of Claude right now. Personally, what I'm gonna do for these permissions
11:38is always allow so that way I don't always have to basically approve every single thing that Cowork is to do for me in order to generate videos and images. Do this at your own risk, of course, because it could use up some of your tokens that you don't want. So just do whatever works best for you. Alright. So let's say we wanna add more connectors to Claude that we do not see inside of this list here. Let's say you scroll through all and there's one that you wanna add that's just not inside of here. I'm gonna show you how to add other applications
12:04right now, and this is a simple hack for nontechnical users. So I personally use an MCP server called Zapier MCP, but you could use any MCP server that you would like. So I'm gonna click on get started, and once I'm inside of my account, I'm gonna see this interface. For me, I have this MCP server connected, which basically has access to all these different applications and tools, and I could add as many as I want. And there's 9,000 different applications that Zapier MCP can connect to. So in order to set up a server, we're gonna click on new MCP server. We're gonna click on co work. And from here, we could just add any of these apps that we want to, so that way we could have access to these connections. Then once we add our apps and we wanna connect this to Claude, we just click on connect up here. We click this add to Claude button, and all we have to do is click connect Zapier.
12:48Click on allow, and it should take us back to Claude, and this should be running smoothly. So any of the apps that we add, we can now access, pull information from, and perform different actions across with the Zapier MCP. Alright. And next up, let's test this out. Let's just give it a very simple prompt to generate an image. So I'm just gonna come here and say, generate an image of a redheaded man standing in front of the Austin skyline, and I want it to be in a GTA five style. So we want to basically check that image generation is working. So I'm gonna show you basically exactly how this is gonna work now. And there we go. We could see that Higgs Field is now generating this image. This is amazing. If you've used Cowork before, this is where we would get stuck. It would basically say, cannot generate images and videos. And then we would be stuck, and we'd have to go use something like Claude Code or a different image generation tool. So this is pretty cool. We could see it's now using Nano Banana Pro here in a nine by six format. And then, also, we could always see our Claude MD file that we created here. So, basically, this is just our set of instructions that we configured. We could always change this and basically configure our specific style that we would like it to use. Alright. And just like that, literally, just like thirty seconds later, we have this graphic, and it shows Austin. This is in GTA five format, and it even shows the different buildings from the skyline in Austin. So this is working properly. So one of the main reasons why this is so cool inside of Claude is we could turn anything into a skill. So let's say we like this exact style of this GTA character and the exact way this looks. Let's now turn this into a skill. So whenever we wanna do something similar, it could generate it like this every single time. So I'm just literally just gonna say, hey. Can you go ahead and turn this into a skill? I want it to be the GTA five skill to generate images like this every single time I use it. And whenever you generate something good, let's say that's a specific advertisement or maybe a profile shot of yourself that's like a business portrait of yourself, you could then turn that into a skill. So that way, it could run that exact same way every single time. Alright. And thirty seconds later, we now have this skill. You could see inside of this little context thing. And if I pull this up, you can see basically this description. Um, it shows the exact prompt template, etcetera. So whenever I wanna generate this exact same style, I could do so just by using, like, one singular word, and it will trigger this skill. Next up, I wanna show you the product to add skill that's inside of this plugin. And this is a co work skill that turns a product image into a UGC video ad, and it automatically pulls product images you have stored in a folder on your desktop and turns those into video advertisements. And this skill right here really shows the power of what Claude Cowork and Hicksfield together can really do. So this skill is gonna complete this exact same process here. It's gonna read the images in that folder. It's gonna generate a specific actor for us to use. It's gonna composite the scene, write the script, and then render the video for us automatically. And on top of all that, the videos and images generated are gonna be added to that specific folder we're working inside of on our desktop. Alright. So I'm inside of my advertisements project here. We're inside of the specific working folder we wanna work inside of. And let me just show you this folder that I have on my desktop. So this is the advertisements folder that we are working inside of, and we have a couple of different things. We have four different product images of these blue light blocker sunglasses,
15:55and we're basically going to pull the images that are inside of here in the co work because it has context on everything inside of this folder, and it's gonna generate advertisements for us on autopilot with this specific skill I'm gonna show you. I'm just gonna come back here and say forward slash and say product to advertisement to basically invoke this skill. And I'm gonna say, turn the images inside of that folder into video ad. Alright. So one of the coolest things about this skill is it's gonna really hone in who we are speaking to and the specific tone that we're going for with this ad. So it's always gonna ask us this question. It's gonna pull up this little ad brief details box. So let me just go ahead and select this. So who is this ad speaking to? I want to speak to the late night tech worker. What tone should the ad strike? Let's do calm and educational. Then we want them to use code at checkout, and let's just go ahead and continue with that. And now it's gonna generate the ad with those specifications along with those images of those the product that's in the folder. Alright. So here we go. We have this sole character created, which if you don't know what this is, I'm gonna break down how to create one later in this video. But this is a feature inside of Higgs Field that will generate characters that you can use across your different projects. So that way, you could generate a character or a UGC creator one time, and you could leverage that and use it in all the different ads you have. So we could go ahead and change this if we want. We could download this. We could animate it directly inside of Claude, but I'm gonna now show you the videos that were generated. Also, here is the first picture that was generated. This was generated with Nano Banana Pro. So what it's gonna do is it's gonna first take that beginning image and then turn that into a video. So this is that first frame of that image, and then now I could show you these videos. These red lens blue light blockers save my eyes during late night screen time. Honestly, a game changer. I mean, that is pretty crazy if you really think about it. Then we also have this one. Red lens screen glasses,
17:40instantly warmer, way less harsh blue at night. So, I mean, as you could see, the visuals on this are phenomenal. I believe it's using Seed Dance two point o, which is the newest video model. And, I mean, it's really solid. We could obviously change what we want the character to say, but I think this is a really, really good starting point, to be honest. And then we could either download this right here. We could open the link. It'll
18:00take us to Hicksfield. I could view it right here. Hit blockers. Save my eyes during late night screen time. Honestly, a game changer. I mean, guys, that's spectacular. That's pretty crazy. And then I could also recreate that as well. So if I wanna regenerate this, it's as easy as doing it right here. And then here is the third one as well. This one looks pretty cool with the lighting. If screens keep you up, these red lens blue blockers are my nightly reset.
18:23I mean, you guys could see the potential here. And, again, we could download this right now. And then another cool thing about this skill that I gave you guys is it even shows the caption here that we could automatically use for this, you know, ad creative. So if we wanna post this to Instagram, for example, we could just copy this text. It says, stop trusting clear blue light glasses past 9PM. They block about 30% of blue light. That is enough to protect melatonin once the sun goes down. But, guys, this is the power of using Higgs Field, but also using the power of Claude Cowork and all these amazing features when it comes to skills, being able to save this to your folders on your desktop, all these different things, it feels like CoWork is really becoming more and more powerful. Something that will take this to the next level when it comes to generating UGC ads with Higgsfield and Claude CoWork together is running scheduled tasks on autopilot.
19:08So that way, even when you're not touching your computer, you could automatically generate different advertisements for you to wake up to and have them ready to go and ready to post. It's as simple as just coming over and clicking new task. We could give it a name. We could just call this UGC daily or something like that, give it a description, and we need to select whatever, you know, folder we wanna work inside of. The cool part about this is we could drop a couple of different product images into a folder that we're working inside of and basically say, want you to always pull from here, pull the new product images, and every day, I want you to generate five different videos for each product. And that is one of the main powerful features here when combining Cowork and Higgs Field. It's pretty wild when you play around with it. Alright. So next up, I wanna show you how you could generate custom characters like this, and this is using the Soul feature inside of Higgs Field. So all I had to do was upload a couple of different reference images of myself, and I could basically generate myself in any setting. As you could see, I basically said, generate an image of me on the Forbes stage giving a presentation about AI. I mean, those are pretty solid. It actually does look pretty close to me. And this is actually a really good headshot here. So not only can we generate images, but we could then generate videos on top of that. So this is great if you want to generate images or videos for Instagram or even do product advertisements,
20:21um, with your face or your likeness, or you could basically create your own custom character from scratch if you don't wanna use your face. First thing I do wanna mention is we don't always need to be using Higgs Field inside of Claude Cowork. We could go directly to Higgs Field if we don't wanna waste our Claude tokens because you're not always gonna need to use Cowork to generate these images. You could just go directly to Higgs Field. So what I'm gonna do is come over to Higgs Field. And, guys, there are so many features in this platform that I can't even begin to touch on, but I'm just gonna show you how to use the character feature in order to generate an ID of yourself or, you know, a specific character you wanna create. So we're gonna come over here and click on character on the top right here. So I'm gonna click on it, click on soul ID character. And from here, we are gonna be brought to this page. I already have a couple that I've created, but let me show you very quickly how to generate these. So we could come over, click on generate character, and we want to make sure to add clear photos of our face that don't have bad lighting or specifically don't have other people in the images. So I'm just gonna upload some. I have this folder right here of images of myself. I'm just gonna click on open.
21:24Now it's gonna upload all of these. And, And, again, the more images you add, the better with good lighting and, you know, nothing blocking your face. So, for example, this one right here, should probably remove because I am wearing sunglasses. All the other ones are pretty solid and, you know, make for some dynamic images of myself. Next, I'm just gonna click on create.
21:42And now it's gonna spin this up. This should take maybe two to three minutes, and we should have our character generated. And then once our character is generated, we could just click on it. And right here, we could basically start generating images. So I gave the prompt to generate an image of Brock filming a YouTube video in his office with cool cinematic lighting, talking to the camera while showing a demo on his laptop. And then I'm gonna select the aspect ratio I want to generate these images in. Let's do 16 by nine. We could choose the quality. Prompt enhance, we could turn it on. So that way, it's gonna take this very basic prompt and make it better. Then we could generate as many of these images as we want. Let's go ahead and move with four and just click generate. Alright. And just like that, we actually have these images of me in a office filming a video with cinematic lighting. This looks really cool. I honestly wish my setup looked like that. So you guys could hopefully begin to see how powerful this sole feature inside of Higgs Field is, and it's even more powerful when we combine this with co work and begin running specific skills in order to generate different advertisements, images, and videos with all of these different characters we create. Alright. So another one of the skills that's inside of this plug in pack that I gave you for free and that is genuinely insane when you use it with Hicksfield is the IG carousel skill. This will actually generate Instagram carousels for us on autopilot, and let me show you exactly what I mean. Alright. So here are the carousels that I've generated myself, and they look pretty awesome. Right here, says five Claude code skills I can't live without. It shows a morning briefing skill, Instagram's carousel generator, invoice generator, receipt scanner. All of these different images were generated with this skill I'm about to show you as well as this one right here. This is another carousel, and then this one as well. I mean, these are insanely good if you think about it, the fact that AI is generating all of these. And to show you how this is working in practice, let's head over to my Instagram. Right here, this carousel has 2,500
23:27likes, and it has about 3,000 comments right here. So this looks absolutely flawless, and they're performing extremely well. As you could see on my, um, Instagram page, this one has almost 800 likes. It's got about 1,900 comments. So these are working, and I'm gonna show you now how you could generate carousels. And you're probably gonna look wanna customize them to your own liking, but this is a great starting point for you to begin creating carousels on autopilot using Claude Cowork and Hicksfield. Alright. So I'm back inside of my advertisements folder inside of Cowork. So what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna do forward slash IG carousel. And from here, I'm just gonna write out exactly what I wanna create this about. Generate an Instagram carousel about the new Claude live artifacts I just released. So, for example, like, this is gonna be specific to me in creating AI news and AI content. As you can see on my Instagram, it's fit to my style, and I customized that. This skill will be a really good starting point for you to begin generating carousels,
24:20CTAand you could just go back and forth and tell Claude exactly how you want these outputs to look. For me, personally, I gave it a couple of reference images that I screenshot, fed it to Claude, and say, hey. I want you to generate, you know, these images similar to these, and then it's really good creating those. And if you do want to customize that skill, you're just gonna come over here on the right hand side where it shows skills. You're gonna select this. You could then click manage, and it'll bring you over to all of your different skills. You're gonna wanna click on it. And from here, you could just click edit with Claude. And, basically, you could just do a brain dump and give it all of the instructions on exactly how you want it to look. Alright. And probably about two, three minutes later, we now have these visuals that have been crafted, crafted, and we could view them directly inside of Claude, which is pretty cool. We could open them up. We could even make changes to each of these. We could animate them, turn them into videos if we'd like, and we could directly download them inside of here. This is really good for this first initial prompt that I gave it. We could change this, make different iterations, and then say save that as a skill so we could always use that exact same format. That is the power of using Claude Cowork and Hicksfield together. Also, if you want to go and iterate further and not waste your Claude tokens, you could go directly into Hicksfield,
25:27CTAand you will see this along with all the other images you have generated inside of your account, and you could make changes directly inside of here, whether you wanna relight it, enhance it, you know, change whatever the text says, etcetera. Etcetera. Alright, guys. There we have it. We dove very deep in how to use Claude Cowork and Higgsfield together to generate images and videos. We even built out some custom automations in order to run this on autopilot. If you guys got some value from this video, leave a Subscribe to the channel for more content. And if you wanna dive even deeper, join my school community. There is a link in the description to do so. As well as if you want the resources for free for all the plugins that I showed in this video, there's also a link to grab those as well. Without further ado, thank you so, so much for staying to the end, and I'll see you in the next video. Cheers.

AI-for-non-techies playbook

Bundle a vertical, package it as a plug-in pack, and let the free magnet teach the platform for you.

  • Name the pain in a single sentence on screen ('Cowork could do everything… except generate images and video'). That one slide is the whole thumbnail.
  • Bundle 5–7 skills around one workflow (ads, carousels, characters), zip them, and ship as a free Gumroad lead magnet — the magnet does double duty as the tutorial's table of contents.
  • Build a setup-X skill that interviews the user and writes their CLAUDE.md for them. This is the move — the first skill teaches the platform.
  • Use the 'instruction manual' visual for CLAUDE.md (Voice / Rules / Context / Preferences / Tools). Borrow that exact metaphor for any JoeFlow/Mod skill teaching content.
  • Pair every visual demo with the loop 'turn that into a skill so it runs every time' — it's the meta-lesson that makes viewers feel like they're leveling up.
  • Close with a triple CTA stack (subscribe / community / free magnet) but pre-anchor the community midway through so the close doesn't feel cold.
§ · For You

What this could mean for you.

If you're a Claude Cowork user thinking about trying this

If you've been bouncing between ChatGPT for images, Runway for video, and Cowork for everything else, the Higgsfield connector collapses that into one screen.

  • Update the Claude desktop app and look under Customize → Connectors for the new Higgsfield option. You need a Higgsfield account; the cheapest plan is fine to test.
  • Grab the free Higgsfield Cowork Pack from the link in Brock's description before doing anything else — the /setup-higgsfield-project skill writes your CLAUDE.md so you don't have to start from a blank page.
  • Make one Cowork project per workflow (ads, carousels, YouTube) instead of one big shared one. Token costs drop and outputs stay on-brand.
  • Drop product photos in a desktop folder, run /product-to-ad, and you'll get a UGC video, a script, and an Instagram caption back — useful even if you only use it as a creative starting point.
  • Once you generate a look you like, ask Claude to 'save this as a skill' so the same style fires from a single command later.
  • If you want the workflow on autopilot, set a Scheduled Task pointing at the same folder — add new product photos at night, wake up to new ads.
