Big Idea
The argument in one line.
A four-year Reels editor gives away his full DaVinci Resolve production pipeline: cut for silence first, storyboard every kinetic-type animation before touching Fusion, then layer sound design and motion blur last.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
Someone who already edits in DaVinci Resolve and wants to build 3D kinetic text animations in the Fusion page instead of relying on caption templates.
A creator who wants a repeatable pre-production process: bold the script, get animation ideas from ChatGPT, then storyboard in Canva before opening the timeline.
Anyone making short-form content who wants the sound-design and motion-blur pass that makes a Reel feel expensive.
A viewer willing to follow a 61-minute build start to finish, not skim for one trick.
SKIP IF…
You've never opened DaVinci Resolve — this assumes basic timeline and node-editing familiarity, not zero experience.
You want captions-only content; most of the runtime is 3D Fusion text animation, not caption styling.
You're not willing to work around a couple of steps that assume the Studio version or his paid plugin bundle.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
This is a real-time build of one Instagram Reel in DaVinci Resolve, not a highlight reel of tips. Grubbe argues 90% of a Reel's success is decided in the first three seconds, so he splits every video into hook, value, and reward, then plans each animation on paper (bolded script, ChatGPT ideas, a Canva storyboard) before opening Fusion. From there he builds every kinetic-text scene from the same four nodes — image plane, camera, 3D merge, 3D renderer — and finishes with beat-matched sound effects, per-renderer motion blur, and a simple two-node color grade. The takeaway is a repeatable pipeline, not a one-off effect.

01:01 – 02:30
02 · Project setup and cutting the raw footage
60fps timeline with vertical resolution enabled, assets organized into named bins, talking-head footage imported and cut with the blade tool to remove silences and bad takes.
02:30 – 05:30
03 · Building the automated caption system
Text+ styled in bold Poppins with a Difference blend mode, then automated with Studio's AI subtitle tool and restyled with the free Snap Captions macro.
05:30 – 08:13
04 · Planning the animations
Key phrases bolded in the script, animation ideas generated with ChatGPT and Pinterest moodboards, then sketched as a storyboard in Canva before touching Fusion.
08:13 – 21:26
05 · Animating the hook: 3D kinetic type in Fusion
A zoom-and-blur intro, a stacked-caption title look, then a word-by-word 3D text build in Fusion — image plane, camera, 3D merge, 3D renderer — with per-word camera moves keyed to markers.
21:26 – 28:14
06 · The living-room 'history' parallax sequence
A still living-room image and a silhouette cutout combine with a blue color grade, character-level font mixing, and a duplicated warp-transform trick to fake a scrolling parallax through a photo.
28:14 – 35:01
07 · 'Life-changing advice' and 'giving away' text cards
A gradient rectangle with an animated stroke border draws itself on screen; an expression links a shape's vertical and horizontal softness for a one-keyframe pop animation.
35:01 – 36:43
08 · The $1,000 bill reveal
A shortened Paper Curl transition reveals a rotated dollar-bill graphic; the text layer uses a Difference apply mode for an automatically inverted, high-contrast look.
36:43 – 38:54
09 · Kinetic type: 'the video is divided into three parts'
A reveal-mask trick keyframes text visibility to zero and back, building the sentence up word by word without separate layers for each word.
38:54 – 42:55
10 · Hook / Value / Reward icon cards
Halftone-textured icon cards with a drop shadow stack to sell depth from two flat shapes; a saved animation preset reuses one slide-in move across all three cards.
42:55 – 50:50
11 · The Instagram 'fast dopamine' scene
A Fast Noise node used as a text mask creates a glitch-dissolve reveal on the word 'fast'; green-screen hand footage is keyed and color-matched into the same 3D scene.
50:50 – 55:20
12 · '90% of your effort' kinetic underline
An expanding rectangle animates from zero to full width beneath the headline, doubling as an underline reveal and a progress-bar visual.
55:20 – 1:01:05
13 · Sound design, motion blur, and the final render
Whooshes, typewriter clicks, and glitches are matched beat for beat to every text reveal; motion blur is enabled per-renderer across every Fusion comp; a two-node color grade and render queue finish the video.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
90% of the editing effort should go into the first three seconds, because viewers who aren't hooked immediately just scroll past.
A Reel breaks into three parts, the hook, the value, and the reward, and each needs its own animation plan before editing starts.
Bold the exact script phrases you want to animate first, then screenshot that script into ChatGPT for animation ideas before opening Fusion.
Sketching each animation by hand in Canva before building it in Fusion turns a vague idea into a literal shot list.
A 3D kinetic-text scene in Fusion is built from four connected nodes: an image plane, a camera, a 3D merge, and a 3D renderer.
Setting DaVinci Resolve's 3D renderer to hardware instead of software render makes Fusion playback noticeably smoother while animating.
A text Follower node with keyframed opacity creates a character-by-character reveal instead of the whole line popping on at once.
Motion blur has to be switched on per-renderer inside every single Fusion composition; there's no global timeline toggle for it.
Sound design (whooshes, typewriter clicks, glitches) gets layered in only after every visual animation is finished, matched beat for beat to each text reveal.
A two-node color grade, temperature down and contrast up, is enough finishing polish once every animation is already built and blurred.
Studio's AI subtitle tool plus a free caption macro can auto-generate a fully styled caption track from raw audio in under five minutes.
Cutting the blade tool through every silence and bad take before adding a single caption keeps the timeline honest before it gets busy with graphics.
Character-level text styling lets a single caption mix two different fonts on individual words, which sells the impression of a designed graphic.
Takeaway
A full Reel gets built hook-first, planned on paper, then animated node by node.
WHAT TO LEARN
The course turns a viral Reel into a repeatable pipeline: cut for silence, plan every animation on paper, build 3D kinetic type node by node, then finish with sound design and motion blur.
01The hook, value, reward pitch
Structure every Reel into three phases, the hook, the value, and the reward, and spend 90% of your editing effort on the hook.
State the free-course promise and preview the finished result before teaching a single step, so viewers know exactly what they're building toward.
02Project setup and cutting the raw footage
Set the timeline to 60fps with vertical resolution enabled before importing anything, so every clip and graphic renders at the right frame rate from the start.
Use the blade tool to cut out every silence and bad take before doing anything else — a clean base cut makes every later step easier.
03Building the automated caption system
Style one base caption (bold Poppins, tight tracking, a Difference blend mode) before automating the rest.
DaVinci Resolve Studio's AI subtitle tool plus a free Fusion macro like Snap Captions can auto-generate and restyle a full caption track from audio in under five minutes.
04Planning the animations
Bold the exact phrases in your script you intend to animate before opening Fusion, then screenshot them into ChatGPT for animation ideas and brainstorm word associations by hand.
Sketch every planned animation as a simple storyboard in Canva before building it, so you know exactly what you're building before touching the timeline.
05Animating the hook: 3D kinetic type in Fusion
Build any 3D text scene from four connected nodes: an image plane per line of text, a camera, a 3D merge, and a 3D renderer set to hardware render.
Use markers in the Fusion timeline to mark exactly where each spoken word lands, since Fusion doesn't play audio back while you edit.
A Follower node with opacity keyframed from 0 to 100 over a handful of frames creates a per-character fade-in instead of the whole word appearing at once.
06The living-room 'history' parallax sequence
A duplicated warp-transform trick, offset and instanced, fakes an infinite parallax scroll through a single still image without needing a real video plate.
Character-level text styling lets you mix two fonts in one line, a plain font for connecting words and a display font for the emphasized word, to make one caption feel designed.
07'Life-changing advice' and 'giving away' text cards
Animate a rectangle's stroke length from zero to full to draw an outline border around text as if it were being written on screen.
Link a shape's vertical softness to its horizontal value with an expression so one keyframe drives two axes of an animation at once.
08The $1,000 bill reveal
A shortened Paper Curl transition can double as a reveal effect for a graphic instead of a scene-to-scene cut.
The Difference apply mode on a text layer over footage is a fast way to get an automatically color-inverted, high-contrast look.
09Kinetic type: 'the video is divided into three parts'
A reveal-mask trick, keyframing a shape's width or height to zero and back, lets a sentence build up word by word without a separate text layer for each word.
10Hook / Value / Reward icon cards
Halftone-textured icon cards with a drop shadow between the top and bottom card sell a layered, tactile look with only two flat shapes.
A saved animation preset reuses a single slide-in move across multiple icon cards instead of hand-keying the same move each time.
11The Instagram 'fast dopamine' scene
A Fast Noise node used as a text mask input, keyframed on brightness and detail, creates a glitch-dissolve reveal on a single emphasized word.
Green-screen footage gets keyed with a Delta Keyer and color-corrected to match the rest of the scene's palette before it's composited in.
12'90% of your effort' kinetic underline
An expanding rectangle animated from zero width to full width under a headline doubles as both an underline reveal and a progress-bar visual.
13Sound design, motion blur, and the final render
Sound design happens last and beat-matched: a whoosh for every slide or zoom, a typewriter for every text build-on, a glitch for every dissolve reveal.
Motion blur must be switched on individually inside every 3D renderer node across every Fusion composition — there's no single global toggle for it.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Fusion page
DaVinci Resolve's node-based compositing workspace, separate from the Edit page, where layered animations are built by connecting effect nodes rather than stacking timeline tracks.
Image Plane 3D
A Fusion node that projects a flat 2D image or text layer into 3D space so it can be moved, rotated, and positioned relative to a virtual camera.
3D Merge / Renderer 3D
The pair of Fusion nodes that combine every image plane and camera into one scene, then flatten that 3D scene back into a 2D image the timeline can use.
Follower
A Fusion text modifier that animates individual characters or words on their own keyframes, used to fade or move text on letter by letter instead of all at once.
Halftone
A dot-pattern texture effect, from the creator's paid plugin bundle, applied over flat gradients to give a background a printed, grainy look.
Adjustment clip
A timeline clip that applies an effect, like a zoom, to everything underneath it without altering the original footage.
Text+
DaVinci Resolve's built-in caption and title tool, used here as the base template before it gets restyled and automated.
Character-level styling
A Text+ feature that lets individual letters or words inside one text box carry their own font, size, or color.
Expression (Fusion)
A way to link one parameter's value to another parameter's formula, for example making a shape's vertical softness automatically follow its horizontal value.
Shutter angle
A motion-blur setting, measured in degrees up to 360, that controls how much trailing blur an animated object gets inside a given Fusion renderer.
Paper Curl
A built-in DaVinci Resolve video transition that peels one clip away like a turning page, used here to reveal a graphic instead of cutting between scenes.
Snap Captions
A third-party Fusion macro that auto-styles and times captions generated by DaVinci Resolve's AI subtitle tool.

I've been editing Reels in DaVinci Resolve for over four years and if you're tired of making boring and forgettable Reels with the same captions and animations as everyone else, this free course will be for you. Here's what you're going to end up with if you stick around until the end. Nobody is giving the secrets away for free, but I'll do.
I'll give you my content creation secrets. C. Sometimes you create the greatest video in history, sharing life -changing advice or even giving away a thousand dollars, but people still doesn't watch the video till the end.
But why you may ask, I'll tell you why. The video is divided into three parts, the hook, the value and the reward. on instagram crave fast dopamine if you don't hook them in the first three seconds they are like So 90 % of your effort should go into the hook, and then you will guide them to the reward through value.
Normally people charge you over $100 for this type of training, but I'm giving it away completely free. But here's the deal. You'll only get better if you actually edit alongside with me.
If you just sit back and watch, you won't learn anything from it. So open up DaVinci Resolve, download the free exercise link below, and let's take your editing game to the next level. So to start off with, we'll just go into the settings, and then we'll just make the timeline frame rate 60 FPS, and then we'll check on this box that says used vertical resolution.
Now we just import all of our assets. So I'll just right click in the media pool and then I'll choose new bin and this just makes it so we have these folders and I'll make it called assets. Then I'll right click and add another new bin.
And then this one will be called Talking Head. Awesome. Now we will just add our assets into the assets folder.
They are all linked down below, as I said before. Just go into the assets folder and just mark all of these and then just add them into the assets folder here. And then we'll go into the Talking Head and then we'll go into this one and add our Talking Head footage.
Now we just input this to the timeline. And then I'll just make the video track a little bit bigger and the audio track as well. The volume is a little bit low, so I'll just turn it up a notch away for free, but I'll do.
So this is pretty good. Now we'll just grab the blade tool. And then I'll just make a cut here.
And then zoom in a little bit. Then I'll make a cut after the talking here. So we'll just cut all the silences away and the bed takes.
so now we have made all of our cuts so now we'll just click on shift and backspace on the bed text and the silences we want removed now we'll just give it a play and then we'll see if everything looks as we want it to look so now i've just looked through everything and everything looks good now we'll just create some captions so i'll just go into the effects and then i'll just go into titles and grab at six plus and then i'll just drag it up and move it to the start of the composition and then just added one layer above and add an adjustment clip right under it like so and just drag it to the end and we'll just use this adjustment clip to zoom in a little bit now we'll just stylize this so i'll just make it quite a bit bigger something like this and then i'll just change the font to my favorite font which is poppins and you can get that down below if you're interested and i'll just make it bold reduce the tracking to around 0 .965 or something like that and we can just go into the layout and just drag it down a tiny bit and then we can go into the settings of it to get this pretty cool look we'll just choose difference and then as you can see the color is just inverted which is pretty nice and if you got the studio version now we'll just use the automated captions feature and if you don't you'll just write out the captions manually so if we've got the studio version we'll just go into the timeline
and then go to ai tools and then create subtitles from audio make the language auto caption presets will be default and maximum length will be 12 characters and lines will be single then just create it and now we'll just use the snap captions to make this caption look like this instead and if you haven't already downloaded the snap captions i'll leave a link down below if you want to get it so now we'll just go into workspace then do scripts and then comp and then snap captions and then we'll just choose one of these two here and then click on you select the pack and then we'll get it in the media pool and this is just where we will drag our caption in we made earlier just make this a little bit bigger so it's better organized and then we can take this text here then we can just go into the files and then just make it say the victor open captions like this and then we can just drag it into the snap captions bin like this now if i go over to the main here we just click on this refresh button and then we can choose if it's global captions now we'll just do max fill to 1000 frames or something like that this is just to fill out the spaces when we don't talk and once you've done that we're actually ready to click on great captions and then it will do everything for us really cool and i'll just remove this one
secrets away for free but i'll do i'll give you my content creation secrets see sometimes you create the greatest video in history sharing life -changing advice but why you may ask So now we have already added some captions in less than five minutes. So what we'll do now is just go into Google Docs.
So the next step is just to plan the animations, which is an essential step if you want to make good reels. And I would really recommend you to watch this chapter, even though it's a bit boring. But if you don't want to, you can, of course, just skip to the next chapter where we begin animating.
And then in the assets, you can get the script in the Word file. So to start off, we'll just read through the script to find out where we want to animate it. So a rule of thumb is we want a visual hook in the first three seconds.
I want to create an animation. When we say C, sometimes you create the greatest video in history, sharing a life changing advice or giving away a thousand dollars. So I want to animate this part.
So I'll just make a click on control B to make it bold. And then I want to animate this part here as well. So make that bold as well.
And then I want to animate this part as well. So I want to make that bold as well. Now we will create the animation ideas for these parts.
So what we can do is just make a screenshot of this and then go into the chat GPT and then just make it say what I wrote. here so now we have already got a lot of animation ideas and that's pretty cool but another thing we can do is just skim through the text and then we just find the important words and then we see it says history and that's an important word so then we can just think what do we think of when we think history so for example i think maybe a old artwork we can think a book maybe we can think some trophies there's a lot of things we can think when we hear history so then we can just write these things down and that's pretty much the process of how we create the ideas so we look at the script and then we think about some things what you could also do is just go into pinterest so let's just type greatest in history and then we see some things this isn't really as we wanted but we can take some design principles from this for example if you want to and then we'll just do this all the way through so when we hear the reel is divided into three parts and then we can maybe do something like a reel that slices into three parts and for people on instagram create fast dopamine i think maybe we can do some
something with a person and some type of way we show that he creates a fast open mean but once we have got all these ideas we can jump into Canva and then we can just storyboard them and visualize them so I'll just click on make a new one and then presentation and then I'll just remove all of this and go down to tools and then we can just start drawing out our ideas.
So what I thought of when I wanted to do the greatest in history, I thought of artwork. So I'll just draw a room with a couch and then I'll make a person. and it's not the best looking but yeah that's what it is we get an idea of what you want to animate you can also do this by hand if you want to with your good draw and then i'll just do some mountains on this picture and this will be scene number one and i'll do scene number two transitions over to this one and to show it's in history we'll make this animation where it goes from one picture to another picture and then make the person a little bit bigger and then we can go to the next animation and then you'll just start drawing out the next animation you thought of i've already made one if we go back to the start here take a look at the other one i made so i made the couch here and i made a transition through the pictures and the person with some text down here and then we go over to where we have some text down here at the main in the frame
and then it transitions over to the hundred dollar bill so now we have come up with the ideas so now we'll just go back into the venture resolve and start animating so i'll just go to this subtitle layer here and just delete track because we have already made the captions so to start off with we'll just create this visual hook so i'll just go into the effects and add a adjustment layer above here and then we'll just do this zoom out so i'll just go into the adjustment clip here open infusion page and then i'll just add a transform and we'll just add a keyframe in the beginning and a keyframe at frame 60, let's say, zoom in a lot on the first one here, something like this, and then just mark these and just track this one down so it zooms out quickly in the beginning and this one down as well.
Pretty clean zoom out. And then we'll just add a blur node after and add a keyframe at frame 60 and just go to the first one, track up the blur size. And then we'll just go into the spine and do the exact same curve for that one.
so this is looking really sick now i'll just do this stacked caption i look so i'll just drag this one up this one up a layer this one up two layers and this one three then i'll just drag this one over and zoom in a little bit and we'll drag this one over as well like this and then you can just click on this rectangle here to move the text around freely and then you'll just move the text around until it looks good and you can also size them over down if you want to and this looks pretty good then i'll just make the first word that says nobody is a light version of the font And then I'll make giving a regular version there.
I'll just make it medium and then secrets. make a dot after it just for the design look and then just extra bold and italic and i think i'll just move them over a little bit like this and this one as well so they are centered and i think i'll add this adjustment layer above nobody is giving the secrets away for free yeah this is nobody and actually if you're on the new version of the venture soil which makes it a lot better for editing short form content then we just add it in this corner instead and we can see it a lot more easily then i'll just do a stacked animation for ads as concentration secrets and i will just drag this one over and then i would go into the spectre and then i would say i will give you and on this one it will just be my because we want to make a stacked animation give me my do this one again so we can see it more easily and just drag up the one that says content and the one that says creation and also the one that says secrets exactly like we did before and then just extend all the clips to the end like this and just place them around a little bit so they're not stacked on each other i'll just drag this one over a bit and size it up quite a bit
and go on to this one my content creation and then size up secrets again and add it under and i will just delete this comma here like this just make the word this is my light and this one we will make regular and the word this is secrets we will make that bold italic and just we just size up the word this is creation and then we'll just check this one over a little bit let's just take a look at it now my content creation secrets i think i'll just make this one that says my i'll just make that bold and content just make light and creation just make this medium and i think this looks pretty good i'll give you my content creation secrets so what we'll do now is just add some fusion compositions so we're ready to start animating the fusion stuff so just add a fusion composition above here See, sometimes you create the greatest video in history.
So I'll just resize this one down to here because now we'll make some 3D text for this one and then we'll make the history animation for itself. So I'll just make it this length. So to see where we have each work in the Fusion page, we can't actually hear the words in Fusion.
So if you just press an M on the keyboard, we can get a marker and then we can make this one say see. I'll just add it over here instead. And then we can add a marker here that says sometimes.
Sometimes you will create. Let's make it say that. And then make it say the greatest here.
Video. And I'll just make it a little bit shorter. Awesome.
So now we can actually jump into the Fusion page. So just click on Fusion down here. And then I'll just start off by adding a background.
And as you can see, we have the markers here. also somehow i'll just make a cool background i'll just make it a foreground gradient so top lift let's make it a blue bottom lift let's make it a vibrant blue with some green into it and the bottom right let's just copy the color in this corner and the top right we'll just make it a dark blue as well we can make this one a little bit lighter and this one down here a little bit lighter as well so now we have made the background and if you've got the new core pack which is linked down below which is my pay pack you can add the new halftone it'll just add some nice texture into the background but it's completely fine if you don't have it so then we get a lot of these cool looking dots Just turn down the dot frequency and then turn up the blur a little bit.
Now we get this pretty cool texture look, you can say. Now we can start building the 3D composition where we have the text here. So just add an image planer, a camera and a renderer like this.
And then just add the camera into the image plane and we'll get a 3D merge. And then just add the 3D merge into the 3D renderer and just add this into the halftone. So we get a merge here.
go click on one on the merge we can drag the back our camera quite a bit just before we see the blue edges let's just add some text into it then just open the keyframes tab and click on zoom to fit and then we can see what the marker says we can see we have to make it say c and then just size it up quite a bit and then i'll just change the font to poppins and just reduce the tracking And then we can choose another color if we want to.
I'll just choose this light shade of blue. This one is pretty cool. I'll just go into the text and we can right click in the.
box here and then we can choose follower and this is just to create an animation just go into shading then we can keyframe the opacity at frame 20 and go back to frame zero and just drag this one down to zero and then we can see it fades on but if we now go into the timing we can just drag this up a little bit and we can see it fades on character by character which is pretty cool i'll just make this one or something like that now just Close the keyframes tab here and go into the spline.
Then we can just click here and zoom to fit. And then just mark all of these. And then right click, choose ease and out cubic for a smooth animation.
And we can just drag up the delay a little bit. This is pretty good. Now we can just copy both of these and add them above.
And this one into the merge 3D. And then just, we can see it says sometimes here. Just make this one over here say sometimes.
And then if we open the keyframes tab again, we can see you will create. Just copy these, add them above and just make this one say you will create. And the next one says the greatest.
So just copy them again, add them above and then make it say the greatest. Just copy them again and add them above and make it say video now everything is added we can just size down some of these so i wanted to sometimes just start down this one as well this one as well and this one is fine i'll just make this one say c so f2 to rename it and then this sometimes make this say you will the greatest and video and we can go into the merge 3d and then we can actually start placing them so the first one back a little bit and put it down a little bit as well drag it over and then you can rotate a little bit to the side like this the next you will create just rotate this one as well and then you just continue with the rest of the text place them at different spots on the screen and rotate them and stuff like that now we'll adjust when the animation starts and when the different words come up in the keyframes tab and then go on to each one then just go in here and then you do show only selected tool and we can just mark these keyframes and then drag them over to where this marker begins or just a frame earlier i think a couple frames earlier then just do this for each of them and now we'll just add a 3d transform to animate the camera move so just click on f2 and rename it to anim1 now just go to the first frame
then go to frame 30 or something and then just go back to the first one and zoom out quite a lot and then just go into the spline then check on the C offset and then just mark the keyframes Ctrl A right click and choose out cubic I got this pretty cool animation now we'll just drag this one over copy it and add it here and then make it same nm2 and i learned this from a guy who wrote to me on my email if we add this before we will if you can see the camera we can see the pivot stays on the camera which is pretty cool i'll just reset this in here so just go to frame 30 keyframe everything go into this window here and then we'll go to nm2 go to frame 55, let's say, frame 50 maybe, zoom in quite a bit and go down and just rotate it a little bit to the side and just drag it over and zoom out a bit.
And this is just playing around with the different things. So this is pretty good. Zoom in, zoom down like this and just copy this one and add it right after and then rename it to Anim3.
just reset everything and so now we'll just keyframe everything on frame 50 and then we'll just go to frame 75 drag this one over and rotate it like this and rotate this one as well so this one aligns and then we can just zoom in quite a bit and then just copy this one head it right after and make this one say m4 and just reset everything in this one then we add frame 75 keyframe everything and go to frame 100 and just drag this one over rotate this a lot and move it over like this now just copy the image plane from the one that says the greatest and add it here and then just add the video into it and the image plane into this one and i'll just drag it down a little bit like this and just Make it go back and then I'll just copy the N4 and add it under like this.
Just reset everything and just go to frame 100, keyframe everything and then just make it zoom into the word that says video like this. And then I forgot to show you when we work in the 3D composition, we actually every time we go into the render 3D, we'll make it hardware render instead of software render. This just gives us a lot smoother playback.
Now we will just go into the spline on all of them. Just mark all of these except the number one here and zoom to fit then control A and then just click on S and then C and then we just drag up the E's in a little bit and the E's out. Not just not too much, just a little bit.
Now we'll just make the background look a little bit different. So let's go into D. media pool and just go into our assets and then we'll just drag on our liquid blue background and then we'll just add a switch like so and then we can choose between the backgrounds which is really cool let's just go to frame 65 and then 66 and deframe it again and then we'll choose input one so now we get this I'll just grab an ellipse node like so and add a background to it like this.
And then I'll just click control T to swap the inputs. And then I'll make this one quite a bit bigger, quite a bit wider as well. And just turn up the soft edge a lot and drag down the level a little bit so it's barely visible.
And then we'll add a waviness just to make it wiggle a little bit and turn down the speed and the strength. I will just copy it and click on control shift V to paste it as an instance. And then we'll deheat instance the waviness type and make it horizontal.
So if we turn up the scale in this one, we will also turn it up in the other one as well. Now we'll just grab a background and add it like this. And I will add a rectangle to it.
Just click on invert, check the width up and the height as well. Make this one. white go to frame 66 and just pre -frame the height and go to frame 65 let's say just drag down the height a bit so we get these white bars coming in create the grid create the grid and then just zoom to fit in the spine ctrl a right click and then we'll just do out cubic so this was the first animation and probably the toughest one and after we are done with all the animations we'll just go into each of them and then we'll add motion blur and we'll add shadows and stuff like that so let's continue to the next one and the next one is gonna be fire I'll just add another fusion composition afterwards like this.
I'll just make it so it's short enough to where it says $1 ,000. And we'll just go into the fusion comp, add a background like this. And we won't use that one actually.
So just turn the alpha down.
And we will add an image planer, camera, a renderer. And then we'll just create a merge by dragging the camera into the output of the image planer. and then just drag the merge into the renderer 3d and the renderer 3d into the background like so now we'll just drag in this picture of a living room and just drag back the camera until we can see it really nice and this picture i made with chatgpt so if you want to see how you generate images and assets for my videos with chatgpt comment down below now we'll just click on one on the merge and then we can drag back the image a little bit and then we will just size it up a lot like this now we'll just add a crop just to make the image a little bit slimmer just turn down the x size quite a lot just drag over the x offset like this and turn down the eye size a bit as well so now if we go into this one we can size it back up a little bit just drag the x offset so the picture is in the middle of this one now we can just add the picture of the main from the back so a dark silhouette of him this and just drag him a lot closer to the camera and down a bit so we only see the back of his head and then what i'll do is just drag these ones over a bit and i'll add a color corrector and add it after here
And then just make the color of the room blue. So this is pretty cool. And I'll add some text like so.
Let's make it say in history. And then I'll change the font to Poppins. Extra bold.
Turn down the lighting spacing quite a lot. And turn down the tracking a bit as well. And we can size it up a bit.
And we just drag click in the space here. And then we'll just add a character level styling. If we go into the modifiers, we can.
Highlight the word that says in, then I'm just going to drag it over a bit like this. The word that says history, I'll change the font to the font called Gluck, which is a pretty nice font. You can also download that on Google if you want to.
And just drag this one down a little bit like this. And then we can just drag it up to the picture and slice it down a little bit. Just go into this one and slice it down and drag it up.
And this is really nice. And now just animate it. So just right click in the open space.
click on insert add a follower and then just go into shading go to frame 20 and go to zero drag down to zero and then we can go into the spline click on the text zoom to fit and then ctrl a and then we'll go into ease and then do out cubic and then i'll just go into the timing and add a little bit of delay and we'll just go out to the edit page and when we hear it says sharing which is here we'll just add the transform real quickly transform and add like this and then we'll just make it say static zoom in one and then we'll just go make a keyframe then go from zero and then just keyframe the y as well and just zoom in quite a bit up a little bit so we get this nice static zoom in what we're gonna do now is just take these and then just add a transform here and a rectangle from the media in and we'll just drag it up to the picture only and we should maybe zoom in a little this or something like this and just zoom it out a bit And then we'll just size this one down a bit and just add some corner radius like this.
And on the transform, we will just do warp that just make it so when I move it over, we get a complete copy of it. What we can do now is just copy this one, click on control shift V and add it to the text here. And then we will just right click on the edges and then we will deinstance it and then we'll make it say canvas instead, which is just if we move this one, the text on this one won't follow along to the other one here.
Really cool. Now we will just go to frame 46 and just make a keyframe on the center and then go to frame 85 and just drag it over four times like four images. I will just go into the spline of it and just click on control A and click on S.
T and we'll just double click the E's in and the E's out. So we get this pretty cool animation. Now we will just do a static zoom out and then instead of zoom in, just do zoom out like this.
So if we go to this rectangle here, we will just go to frame 46, keyframe the height and the width and go to frame 45 and just make this one and just make this two, let's say, and the height two as well. When it's frame 46, it switches to this prop look here and begins animating. Then we'll just go into the color corrector and then make a keyframe on the saturation on frame 46 and on 45 and just go to frame 46 and just drag this saturation down to zero.
Then we'll just do the zoom out. So go to 46, add a keyframe on the C translation and go to A key 5 and just drag this one out quite a lot. And then we just add a background here.
Drag it under like this. And just make this one white. Add it after.
color corrector so like this and then we'll just go into scale and size it up a little bit maybe and just click on ctrl t to swap the inputs and then as we can see we get this scroll here so just go to frame 85 keyframe the scale on the image planer and add a keyframe on y and we'll just go let's say five frames ahead scale it up quite a bit to something like 10 and just drag up the y a bit as well let's maybe do 20 actually and just do like this then we can go back into the color corrector add a keyframe on the saturation at frame 90 and go back to frame 85 and just drag this one up and then we'll just add a blur node right after the color corrector just to make it have this gradient kind of look because the transitions is a bit harsh right now so we can just make it look a little bit smoother like this And I think we will just continue this zoom out actually.
So just go to frame 130, let's say, and then just zoom out quite a lot more. And then on frame 130, we'll just do a zoom in once again. So just delete these and then just zoom in quite a bit like this and then just drag it down a bit.
Now we'll just add some text for it. So let's just go back to this page here and then make a marker and then just make this one, say, a life changing here. and then just make it say advice here yeah right so you've been giving up let's just make it say giving away here cool now let's just jump back into the fusion page i'll just copy this text above here and then edit and then just copy an image plane from this one maybe and add that one as well and connect the text into the image plane and just connect this one into the merge 3d and then we'll say it alive and just soon to fit and then we can see here alive it says right here i will just drag it over like this and then we can just go into the merge 3d and then just drag back when it says alive quite a bit and add it above up here and then we'll just copy this one and add it right above then we'll just make it say changing just drag it forward quite a bit And I think we'll just take this one, drag this forward actually, and just scale it out a bit.
And we'll just go into the text here, drag these, and drag it over to when it says changing over here. Alive, changing, and just copy them again. I click one into the merge 3D, and just make this one say advice, like so.
And just mark these keyframes, and drag them over. to this marker here that says advice and then remember to add it to the merch tree like this so now we have made everything basically so what we will do now is just copy this image planer here and just add a buff and we just add it to the merch now we'll just make this a rectangle i'll just go into the image planer i do like this just right in front like so i will just add a rectangle to it like this And then I'll just go into the zoom in and just zoom a little less in.
Just a slight zoom in like so. Then I'll just go into the rectangle here. Make it a little bit less tall and a little bit less height.
And then I'll go into the rectangle. Change it from solid color to gradient. And then I'll just make this a dark blue.
And this one a light shade of blue like this. And then add it like so. And make this a little bit lighter I think.
really nice now i'll just go into this rectangle and then check off salted and i'll just drag up the border width quite a bit and i will change the order style to this one instead then on frame 115 let's say i'll add a keyframe on the length and then i'll go to frame 130 and add another one and go to the first one drag it down to zero i will get this clean animation on and we can just change the start position here so i'll make it start from the bottom left corner like so and i'll just go into the length in the spline soon to fit and i'll just click control a and then t and just drag up the ease in quite a bit and the ease out as well and then just copy this background and add it above here and make it white instead and just copy the rectangle and edit this and then just remove the animation on the length and make it solid and then just check on invert now this is really cool then go to frame 130 make a keyframe on the invert and go to frame 132 and 133 and just check on invert on frame 132 and then do the same on frame 130.
and this on frame 130 add a keyframe on the width and a keyframe on frame 129 and the one frame 129 you will just drag down to zero and then you can just make this a little bit more of a washed white instead and we can add the new halftone if you have that from my core bundle and then just turn up the dot blur quite a bit like this So now we get this nice texture up here.
We can actually just add it to both of these. It looks good on the edge as well. And then we can turn up the frequency a little bit more and turn down the opacity a little bit.
Now we'll just add some text up here. So just copy, drag it over, and then we'll just see where we have it. And it's right here.
And just copy it, paste it, and then make it a giving away. I just drag it up and make it a black instead and just turn off the line spacing a little bit. We could right click here, insert character level styling, and then we can just take this here, go into the modifiers, and then we can just move it over a little bit in some way.
I think if we move it like this, this looks pretty nice. I will just align it to the center. And I will make the one on top.
I'll just make that one regular instead and see and just take the keyframes, remove the spline and just copy them and drag them over like this. And I feel like we can move it over a little bit more. Nice.
This is really good. I think for this animation, we will just go into the follower. We can just go to the transform and just keyframe C as well and just go to the first one and just drag this one to minus 20 or something like that.
So we get this pop up thing and then we can go to the shading. Go down to softness, right click on the X, choose expression and then drag down to the Y. And if we turn off the softness up on the Y, it follows along on the X.
And we can just add a keyframe at frame 145, go to frame 165 and just drag this one up at the frame at 135. And we will need to add a keyframe on this one as well. Now this is pretty clean.
And we'll just close the keyframes, open the spline. And then just Ctrl A, right click and then to ease out cubic. And then I'll just add some halftone to the first animation as well.
This looks pretty nice. I'll just turn down the frequency a little bit to something like this and make this one a little bit of a wash to white so we can actually see it. And then just go to the frame where it becomes big.
That's frame 185. And then just go to make a keyframe on the opacity. 85 and then go to 87 and just drag it down to zero.
Now let's just take a look at the animation and let's continue on to the next one. I will just go back into the edit page and add another fusion composition like this and just drag it to where it ends saying a thousand dollars. We just go into this one here and copy the background and add it to this.
and now we have a pretty cool background we'll just add the halftone and just turn up the dot blur a little bit to add some nice texturizing and then just add a hundred dollar bill like this and add a transform into it and just make the angle 90 and size it down now we'll just add a color corrector after the transform and we can make it blue like this just grab the text plus make it say thousand dollars and then choose the font we always choose pop -ins and just drag it up and size it up as well and then now we can just make this one the light instead and then if i go down to the merge and i'll just change the apply mode to difference and we are pretty much done with this one we'll just go and add a transition so it's a video transition and then we will type paper curl just this one and then we'll make it quite a lot shorter so like 18 and then i'll just go into this one and see now it's fully animated on and i'll just add a transform add a keyframe here and zoom it in a lot so as you can see now it's just a dollar bill that's animating on
And then we'll just go to the last frame and zoom it out a lot. Then we can just go in here and just mark all of these and just do a cubic. A thousand dollars, but people still a thousand dollars.
Now let's take a look at it. My content creation secrets. See, sometimes you create the greatest video in history, sharing life changing advice or even giving away a thousand dollars.
This is really clean so far. I'll just add a zoom for this one, for this animation here. Quick zoom in.
and i'll just make it a bit longer now we'll just begin animating the next one so i'll just copy this one here and add it here just add it right under it infusion and just delete all of this and these mergers here and this switch this is just for the clean background so i will just drag this one up and this one as well and this one the hook and then we just drag this one over this one as well this one and this one videos divided and then just drag up the video and now we'll just animate all of this the video is divided i'll just drag the video up a little bit and size it up and it's divided i'll size this one up a little bit as well and change the font to regular and i'll make this one a little bit bigger and drag it over like this and trick this one over a little bit as well and then i'll just delete the other stuff here and size into up a lot And we can hear it say free here.
So I'll just hold and drag this one down and drag it over like this and make it say free. And then just size it up quite a lot. So let's make it really big and then we can have it like this.
So I'll just drag this. one here, I'll just drag it over so it fits in the space here and I'll drag this one over as well into freebree. The video is divided into three parts.
The video is divided into three parts. I'll just do some animation for it. So I will just go to the video.
So I'll just go to this one and then I'll do right on and then I'll hit when it begins things video. I can hit this video here. So I'll just make a keyframe.
and then go one back and just drag it down until it only says the video and then when this is divided i will make a keyframe and go one back and drag down until it only says is the video is divided into free i'll just drag this one over the auto captions got a little bit off the video is divided into free pass and i'll just do a static zoom in i'll just add a adjustment clip above and then just do a little bit of a zoom in Like this.
I'll tell you why. The video is divided into three parts. The hook, the value and the reward.
I'll just add another fusion composition and then just make a quick animation. Value and the reward. And then just size down.
I'll just add some markers. So when we hit, it says hook here. The hook.
Then it says the value. And then it says the reward here. So just make this one say hook.
This one says. value and this one says reward. Cool.
I will just go into the Fusion page, add a background and then just add a halftone. If you got the Neo core pack and then just go into the background, make it a gray, dark gray, turn down the frequency a little bit and turn up the dot blur and turn down the opacity as well. And I'll just add another background and make this one white and then connect it like so.
Then just add a rectangle to it and turn down the height and turn up the width a little bit. And the height, you can make it a little bit taller as well. And I'll just get the image of the hook and connect it into the background like so.
And then we will just size it down quite a bit. And then I'll add a text and add it into the merge like this. And then just make it say hook and go into the merge and just make the apply mode two different instead.
and then just turn up the size then just make the font pop -ins and turn up the size quite a bit and then just make the font medium and go to the hook here and then just add a color corrector after it and then just introduce some blue into it this looks really good now we can just the new anim if you got the new core pack this is just to save time and you can also just do a regular animation if you don't have the new core pack and i'll just do the angle to 180 it comes in from the side and the start offset will be like this then we'll just move this one over a little bit copy all of these and add them right after like so and just delete this mini out and add the diamond add it into the merge and then i'll just make this one say value and then of course drag them up a little bit just add a drop shadow to this one because it's above the other one and drag it up a little bit and over like this so we can see it's above and then just turn down the blur and you can drag it over and just turn up the blur again and we can see this needs to be animated on add frame
27 so just go into this here and just add some animation delay so it's at 27 i'll just copy this again add it after this one into it and then animate it at frame 60. change this to the treasure chest and we'll make this a reward and just size it down a little bit and now i'll just go back into the edit page and i'll just check this one above actually like this and then we have it as what frame is this we'll just go here then we will add a background and then click on control T to swap the inputs and make this one alpha zero and then just grab a rectangle add it to the merge then just make it invert turn up the width and the height and then go to minus 30 keyframe the height and then go to frame zero and just turn it down to zero and then just going to spline zoom to fit control a and right click ease out cubic now we're basically done with this animation so now we'll just continue on to the next one copy this one here people on instagram and just drag this one up and drag it over a little bit like this and just go into it and we will delete most of these delete these like so and then just delete this one as well and go to this one and turn the alpha down to zero and cut the halftone now just make this one a little bit shorter
I drag it over a little bit like this. Drag it back over. So we don't want it to have minus keyframes.
I'll just go from zero. Drag it over like this and just drag it above like so. And I'll just go back into the fusion page and make this one go on add frames in.
And then just remove this one here and remove the one that says reward. Just remove everything basically. then you can when it's fully on at let's just say frame 25 go to the rectangle keyframe the height and the width and go to frame 50 just drag both up to the maximum and go back into the new anim and just keyframe the center and go to the first one and just make the both of them 0 .5 like this now just go into the spine like this, Ctrl A and then S on the keyboard, then T, bring up E's in and D's out.
And this is pretty clean. People on Instagram do what? And then we'll just go into this one, then take this background, add it after like this, add the new new anim like this, just make a lint animation and make it a frame.
50 and just make it like two seven frames or something like that and just make it a washed white and add the new halftone to it now we'll just make the 3d composition so add an image planar a camera 3d into it like this and get a merge 3d and just add a renderer 3d connect this one into the renderer and add it like this and just make the render type hardware render and just drag it up quite a bit then we'll just add this main here just drag back the camera quite a lot something like this just go into this one and i will place him to the side like so and just remove the output like this add a background connect into it like this and then just make it a blue type of color and i'll just grab the new anim and click like this and i'll do a position animation from this side so just do angle 0 and we will animate it on at frame 45 then i'll just go into the other one and i'll just go into this one here and we can just grab the text from up here and just use that for this one.
So just copy this image planer, add it like this. Really cool. Then I'll just click on one on the merge so we can see what's going on.
And we'll just go into the keyframes like this and copy all of them and just drag them all down to frame 50. Instagram. We'll need to drag them a little bit earlier actually.
And then just make say people and then just drag it over a little bit to this side. down and then just size it down quite a bit and the text up here we will just animate on at frame audio as well just copy it one more time let's just go back to the edit page so so it says people here right instagram and then it says on instagram and crave here good so people on insta Graham Grave.
Nice. Let's just jump back into the Fusion page. And we'll just add this.
And I'll just size up the word that says on a little bit like this. And drag it over. And we'll just copy these two here.
And add them above. And add like this. And make it say Instagram.
And just drag it down. Size it down quite a bit. And drag them over.
This is really cool. Let's just copy the trend from here. And add it right after.
And then just rename this to static. and this to anim1 and then i'll just remove these keyframes go into the spline like this just go to frame let's say 60 and frame 95 and then keyframe dc and dx translation and then just go over quite a bit and zoom in Then I'll just go take the what this is Instagram and drag them back a little bit more.
So we actually end up seeing the animation. I'll just make this one down here start a little bit earlier and we'll make this one start a little bit earlier as well. Now we get the animation.
Let's just go into this one, the spline instead. Ctrl A and S and drag up the E's in and the E's out. Then just copy this image plane here and.
drag down like this and just take the text from it and push it backwards and over and then just add it on the top here and then we're just gonna make it say fast dopamine and then just go into the character level styling and enable it and just right and just click on one and mark the word that says fast take the transform and drag it over like this so the T fits exactly in the D, if you can see it like this.
Really cool. And we just add a transform to it, drag it over a little bit, and then let's just de -enable the follower and then just make it a little bit smaller and put it up here. And we just add a fast noise to text mask input and go to frame 89, keyframe the brightness.
the contrast and the detail and go to frame 100 and 10 let's say, reframe it all again and then just turn down the detail to zero and the brightness all the way up and then just add a little bit of teeth and then we can just turn down the scale a little bit look at it turn up the scale actually and then just click on one and then just zoom to fit in here trolley right click and do arc cubic and if we're on the first frame here let's just drag down the brightness minus one and now this is pretty cool let's just add the green screen we have here like this and go into the and then just break this one over until we see this one hand coming up like this there we have it then just add a transform rotate it like this and just size it up maybe i'll just size it down and we will just do a slide up animation so just copy this new one i'm down here add it like this to it right 75 on the animation delay and then just do minus 90 on the angle and then we have it sliding off like this really nice and just add a delta key after the transform and then add it like this now i'm just gonna add a rectangle like this and then just turn up the height
and the width quite a bit and then just add a little bit of soft edge and we can now just zoom in on this one until the edges are removed so this is really clean actually now let's just change the color here so just go after the new anim and add a color corrector and add some blue into it then just turn down the saturation a bit so it's just this slight blue color we have and just go to the first one and make this one this main here let's just make him a little less blue so let's take a look at this animation people on instagram crave fast dopamine let's go on to the next animations so just go to where it says 90 of your effort should go into the hook like this 90 of your effort should go into the hook nice and then we just go into the fusion page grab a background like this and then just make it a washed white add a halftone if you got call pack of course and then i'll just add some text and we'll just copy some text from this one here just take the text from where it says the greatest and go into this one and just add the text and just go to the keyframes tab here close the spline just drag them to
frame zero and then make it say so 90 percent and then just make this add dark blue and just copy it and add it right after and then just make it say of your effort like this just set it down and drag it right under and then just make this a medium and this one over here will make semi bold And then when it says your effort, just drag this one over a little bit.
And I'll just grab a background like this and add a rectangle to it. And then just drag down the width quite a bit and the height as well. And just add it over here.
And we can go into this one and just drag down the delay a little bit. And let's go to frame 75, let's say. Keyframe the height.
Go to frame 90. And go to the first one. Drag this one down to zero.
Open the spline. mark all of these right click ease then out cubic then keyframe at frame 90 go to frame 110 and just drag it over then just turn off the height then ctrl a and s and then t to bring up the ease in and ease out and drag them up a little bit like this i'll just grab this one and add it to the other one here and i can just make this quite wide drag it over like this make it a lot wider actually make it one and then drag it to the middle like this actually you need to make it two and then go to the first one just drag it over like this and just connect this one into the other one down here as well and just go to the last one and drag it over like this now we have now it's pretty good i will just copy this one add it after like this and just make it say book and just center it and size it up quite a bit put a little bit down to our center just grab this one here like this and just invert it and then just go to this rectangle here go to frame 120 let's say keyframe the height it goes to 140 and just drag it down to zero and just go to the height here and just mark this keyframe and right click and choose
these in cubic and now we'll just do these lines animating on around the screen so just do like this and then go to frame 45 and just add one like this as well and then just shake off solid and turn up the border width a little bit and cap style should be flat So let's keyframe it at frame 75, then go back to frame 45 and just drag down to zero and just go into the spline here and control A and then S on the keyboard, just drag up the E's in and the E's out and then just copy this.
I will just paste this and add it to the ledge here and just drag this one up and this one down a little bit and then we go into this one and just do something like this. Now we... we're looking good now we'll just go into the polygon here go into keyframes and mark both here and just drag them forward quite a bit and then i'll just add a transform afterwards after everything another keyframe on zero and i'll just zoom in a little bit on the last keyframe so we get this pretty nice static zoom really clean now we'll just be adding some zoom ins and zoom outs so i'll just grab a adjustment layer and add it under the text here it's a way for free but and then i'll just grab the magic zoo and i got the pro version but in the link in the description you can just download the free version and you'll be able to do pretty much the same as i do in this video it's a way for free i'll just turn down the zoom link a little bit it's a way for free pay for free but i'll do i'll give you my content creation secrets
so now we have this cool summit over there but people still doesn't watch the video till the end but why you may ask i'll tell you why so now we have added some pretty cool zoomings here and i will just go gram crave fast dopamine don't hook them in the first three seconds they are like and i'll just add two humans here instead like this but people still doesn't watch the video till the end but why you may ask i'll tell you why the video is divided into three parts they hook the value Don't hook them in the first three seconds they are like.
So 90 % of your effort should go into the hook and then you will guide them to the reward through value. So now we have pretty much edited the whole video. So now we'll just do some sound design.
You can just grab your favorite sound effects. I unfortunately can't give you my sound effects because there will be some licensing issues. Nobody is giving the secrets away for free, but I'll do.
I'll just add a wish for the zoom out here. Nobody is giving the secrets away. So I sit down quite a bit.
I add a typewriter for this. We can see the animation here where it slides over like this. I just add a whoosh.
So I'll just copy this one here. And then we'll just copy the typewriter for this part here. And then just make it stop when it's fully on.
And then we'll just take this glitch.
And then we'll edit. Even giving away. Just copy the typewriter here.
Giving away a thousand. And then just copy the whoosh. If we have a paper sound, we can also use that.
And then for this, we will just use some click sounds. So I'll just grab my click here and just turn it down. And then we'll just edit for each word coming on.
And just do a whoosh for this one. And then just make it quite a lot faster. So just go into speed change.
make it like maybe 200 they hook the hook just hit down this sound and then just grab the big wishy on instagram crave fast on instagram crave and then grab the typewriter as well on instagram people on instagram and we're just grab the typewriter and add it over here instead of your effort and then just add a couple of wishes that should go into the that should go into the hook go into the hook and 90 of your effort should go into the hook and then you will guide them to the reward through value and this is pretty good now we can just go into all of these and then just go to the renderer 3d and we'll go to settings and just enable motion blur on this one i'll just make shutter angle 360 and turn up the quality quite a bit pretty cool and i'll just add some motion blur on this one as well and just turn up the quality a little bit and then I'll go on to this one here and then I would go on to this animation here and enable motion blur on that one just turn up the shutter angle and go on to this one here and on this paper cold effect we unfortunately can't add any motion blur it says on here with the with the transmission but I can show a little trick so we can just click on this fusion here and we'll get into it
Then you can double click on the page girl here and then just go into the renderer 3D of it and then go to settings and then just enable motion blur. And then you will just do this for the other renderer 3D. And then we are pretty much good to go.
So now we'll just go to the next animations here. Let's go into this one and just go into all the new items here. just enable motion blur and then i will enable it on this one as well and on this one and i'm going to this one above here and then i will enable some motion blur on the new anim here and on the right angle just turn up the quality and the shutter angle and go on to the renderer and add some motion blur turn up the quality and shutter angle and then i'm going to go on to the last animation just go to all of these polygons add some motion blur and turn up the quality and shutter angle to the max and we'll do the same for the rectangle over here so now we're pretty much done we'll just go into the color grades here shake this one over a little bit so we can hit it and go into the color grading page and go to the start and then i will just add node serial then you can just right click on it and check on node label and then i'll just make this one called color correction and this one will just be for contrast it's a really simple setup i have but you can get a lot more advanced into it i'm i don't really specialize in color grading so yeah and i'll just turn down the temperature a little bit because the image is quite red as you can see it's a little bit cool now
And then we can just turn up the contrast a little bit as well. And yeah, that's pretty much it. If we go to this rim here, maybe we can see it.
This is after this before. So yeah, it makes a little bit of a difference. And now we are pretty much done actually.
So just move this one over. And now we can just go into the render page and choose a name for it and then add to render queue and then we're pretty much done. And that's everything for today.
We've just built a high -performing reel in DaVinci Resolve. And if you want to take your editing game to the next level, check out my plugins below. Some of them are even free and they are built specifically for editors like us.

The Hook
The bait, then the rug-pull.
Victor Grubbe opens by previewing the finished Reel and naming the real lesson before he touches a single clip: sometimes a great video still doesn't get watched, and the fix is almost always the first three seconds. What follows is a full, unedited build of that Reel, from raw footage to rendered file.

Reward
Every Reel splits into three phases. Roughly 90% of editing effort goes into the hook (the first three seconds), because a viewer who isn't caught there never sees the value or the reward at all.
