Grokbot just dropped its dashboard feature that builds beautiful UI reports. We now also have voice memory and other huge updates that have completely changed the way that I'm using Grokbot. And in this video, I'll show you exactly how you can use those seven new features immediately to save more time, make more money, and get light years ahead of everybody else.

So if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee and let's dive straight in. Now, there are literally seven different updates we're going to go out with, starting off with level number one, which essentially is the pages and dashboard features. inside Grokbot.

This is a really good one because most people use Grokbot, typically speaking, as an assistant or a chatbot or you ask it to do things. But realistically, what it can actually do now is build reports that can actually update themselves so you don't have to keep asking the same question all the time. Grokbot had always really struggled with using UI and displaying that in a good way.

So previously, you just asked it a question like how report's doing, whereas now it actually runs updates for you whenever you want to and you can actually see and it draws the data. Now, Grogbot built me reports like this that show revenue per stream, interactive pie charts, it even shows graphs, tables, data, everything you want.

And then you can come over and literally share this either by a link or open it yourself on the browser. So this is something you can actually now share with teams and you can see to get it set up, we don't have to switch anything on. You can literally just ask for anything and it will let you edit, update, share any kind of podcast.

you want to. So let's go ahead and do that with step one. So let's take an example.

Let's say, for example, that we want to go to Grokbot right now and get it to make a comparison page. I might say, hey there, Grokbot, I'd like to go ahead and make for me a comparison between Duet from Claude and Grokbot. And so when that's done, you'll see a page that looks like this.

And when you click on it, you can now see a completely different kind of interactive UI. So we have, for example, 6 ,000. connectors available in Claude's version and just compares them down here to show essentially like what availability looks like.

It's got a feature check matrix and it just makes consuming data way easier to do, which means you can keep track of everything that your crockpot is doing because before you'd be sending it off and it'd be so frustrating because you didn't know where anything was. Now we have everything down here that we can play around with.

And then at any point, I can click on share and I can literally share it to myself, open in browser or copy the link and share this with anybody else. So that could be a report. I could say, give me a report on our ad strategy.

Grokbot will do that for me. I just click on the link and share that with my team. So once you've got that, you can make the edits to it in Grokbot.

But the coolest feature is the fact that you can get this updated daily by just saying, hey, keep this up to date every single day. And so if you had a financial dashboard, you could ask Grant to go ahead and check all of your emails and your connectors to make sure this is updated on a daily basis. So the key takeaway here is that you don't have to keep asking for the same data over and over again.

And you can now expand your productivity by sharing this with your team. But sharing with the team is one thing and dashboards are one thing. But the thing is...

we're not always on our laptops, right? Sometimes we're on our phone, which is why what we can do now is actually talk to Grogbot on our phone without even opening up anything else. So if you install the Grogbot app and you click that button there on your iPhone, you can actually have full conversations with Grogbot, meaning you can use it anywhere that you want to.

This is a really cool peace of mind feature. So if you're moving about, you can actually chat to Grogbot on the move and it just enhances your productivity. Traditionally, everyone thinks you've got to open up the app, you're going to press button.

Now you literally can configure it to be that one button at the top. And instead of doing all that, You can press it once and essentially have a conversation with Grok.

Now to access this, you're going to go over to your settings and search for the action button. Then once you've got that, you're going to be able to go ahead and see a panel that looks like this. And you're just going to scroll across until you see something called shortcuts.

Once you've done that, we can then configure that shortcut to be anything. Once we've done that, we're then going to go ahead and search for Grok inside the window here. And you can go down and just click on start a voice chat and that will enable you to do it.

So now I've got mine, for example, my screen savers off. I can press the button. Like so, I'm going to hold it down and now I can begin a conversation with Grok.

It's now calling Grok, which is great. It's going to allow live activities and now I can have a full conversation with it. Hey there, Grok, how's it going?

Hey, going well. What's on your mind? Not much, bro.

And just like that, you can basically have these chats with Grok with just one button. So using it so easy, just literally add it in. You can push a button, ask it a question.

have a conversation with it, and then put it back in your pocket. And unlike calling everyone else, guys, maybe your girlfriend or your boyfriend, this will answer on the first time. People can't get a hold of me because I might do not disturb, but unlike me, Grokbot will actually pick up.

So I want you to think about this as just your ultra mega assistant that knows your world that you can now access with just one simple button click. But what makes this even better is the fact that Grok is now powered by Voice 3 .0. And what's really cool about this unlock is the fact that Grok's now actually going to carry and remember information from conversation to conversation.

Now, typically speaking, When you have a conversation with Grok, it would forget things, right? It wouldn't necessarily know what you spoke about last time.

But here, for example, it will actually remember everything you've said. Meaning that if I'm having a conversation with it, right? And I said, hey, I've got to do this activity in the evening or I'm going to meet with my team.

It will remember that. So the next time we have the conversation, it can actually have that chat. For example, if I come down here and begin a conversation with Grokbot, I can start a voice chat about anything.

Let's say, for example, I'm having a conversation with my social media manager. Hey, do me a favor, remind me that I need to share with my community later today. my entire short form automation strategy.

Setting that reminder for me today. Awesome. Thank you.

Okay. I give it a brief and let's say I go out, guys. Let's say I have a few too many coffees and I'm wondering what we need to do.

Let's say I open this back up again. I can now ask it. So for example, I might come over and say, hey there, we had a conversation earlier today.

What did I ask you? You asked me to remind you to share your entire short form. So you get the idea, it retains its memory.

Now, Grok now runs the world's number one voice model. If you haven't checked it out yet, this is a software that can run for developers. I just want to show you how powerful this is.

If you can have a conversation with it, look at this. Hey there, could you tell me what day is it today? It's Friday, October 20th.

Are you sure about that? Yes, that's what I've got on my head. Awesome.

Could you go ahead and book me 16 appointments for a beautiful coffee, please? So as you can see, that is lightning fast. We don't know yet if this is the one inside Grokbot, but for sure, they will start to integrate those as they go on.

Now, what's really exciting about here is the fact that the voice technology is getting more powerful inside Grokbot, meaning that latency goes down and the whole experience gets better. But what's really interesting now is that Grokbot can get unlimited email addresses. Previously, we could just ask Grokbot to create an email address, but now what we can do is have as many of those as we literally want to by using this appendage.

Now, most people think that you could just use one, but the truth is that you can. have as many as you want to for as many individual tasks as you'd like. Now to use this, you just say to Grogbot, hey, I want to grab a plus alias.

Now imagine you want to sign up for a really cool service, but they only allow you to have one email address and you've used it. What I can do is come over and say... Hey there, create for me a plus alias email address and call this one financial seven.

And as you can see, Grokbot's come back and now created a brand new email address, which essentially means you have a functionally brand new email address for everything. You could do financial eight, financial nine, financial 10. You could track who is replying to you.

You could use this for any number of things. So to get it, you just ask. If you're on a team, the admin just needs to activate it.

And thirdly, you can do one routine per alias. And what this means is that each alias can do its own task. For example, you could have one.

for newsletters one for receipts one for signups if you give an alias when you sign up for something and you start getting spam on that email address, you know exactly where that came from. It just gives you way more control and configurability.

But this takes us onto one problem. Alias sorts the mail coming to you, but your customers need mail from you. And what Scrapbot can do that if you connect to it, it is limited in that sense.

Because if you send emails to 100 people from your personal inbox, it's likely to end up in spam. And this means that we can supercharge your growth with email using the sponsor of today's video. Brevo.

Brevo being an actual email provider that I have used for literally years because they're that good. Grokbot can send emails, but sending emails is not enough if you want to curate and grow. And as somebody who's made a lot of money from email, I can tell you that with the right systems, you can go quite a long way.

Because Grok has just dropped some brand new connectors, and one of the best ones for that is Brevo. And the reason that we're going to be using it in this level here is because it is specifically built for AI agents. This is the future we're heading to.

Grokbot going out and doing things for you. But we have to give Grokbot the correct tools if we want to scale the business in the right way. The second thing is that we're only going to get charged on the emails we send, not contacts.

And if you're growing something like Instagram and you have lots of contacts, that can actually be quite expensive. So it's a little bit more dynamic to only actually pay for the emails that you're using. Now, crucially, we can do everything else beyond this, right?

We don't just do emails. We can do SMS, WhatsApp, and a free CRM on top of that. But before I show you how to set it up, I need to show you just how powerful this thing is.

Let's say you've got a brand new bot called email. going to come down here now and I'm going to do is at Brevo like so I'm going to say hey there could you tell me what was the most popular subject line I've had in my campaign and which email had the highest click -through rates because I'm looking to start a new campaign and I want to understand a bit about strategy and as you can see Grokbot is now checking our Brevo stats and this just gives us the ability guys to find that information so much easier and we can run our business now from Grokbot we can even do this again with the magic button as we're going about our day and you can see from one of the early campaigns that I did guys is actually found this thank you for joining campaign and it's told me here's how many unique clicks you got how many clicks how many unsubscribes and even gives me information about it so i can now chat with any of my campaigns and get that level of intelligence but this really gets crazy using brevi guys is if i'm doing some research on something say you're just having a conversation a yap session so to speak with grokbar i just asked to do some research right on grokbar this is called duets and it's come back and it's explained some of the differences now let's say that i think hey that was great what i can do now is come down

and do at Brevo, like so. And I can say, cool, I would like you to take this and turn it into an email that I can send out to all of my subscribers based on best practices and previous campaigns. I want you to write for me a subject line, share with me the copy, and then I will approve.

Then I want you to schedule that out for, let's say, 2 p .m. Dubai time tomorrow. And just like that, here's a draft.

It's modeled on your best Brevo email, which had a short subject. And again, it's broken it down. I've got the full overview there.

And then I can send it literally via Brevo if I want to. So the first thing that we need to do is head... over to Brevo and grab a key.

I'll put a link down below. Then once you're in, click on your profile at the top, come down and click on settings and then come down here to SMTP and API. Then what you're gonna do is click on API keys and then click on generate.

And then based on your company policy, you can configure the permissions of what it will be able to see. Then you're gonna see your API key and then just make sure you've got this create MCP server API key down below. And then you want to come down.

and grab the MCP server API key. Then you're going to come straight back over and say, hey there, I want you to connect to Brevo for email. So Grokbot will open this thing for you to add Brevo as a connector and then just go ahead and share the MCP token.

Then once you've done that, you can see that it is now connected to Brevo and you can ask it, hey, go ahead and show me everything that I can do now with email, which is always a great hack when speaking to... Grokbot or any AI, it can actually show you the functionality that it can go on and do for you. And just like before, I'm now getting it to show it this in a dashboard.

And of course, Grokbot's actually gone ahead and showed us everything we can do. We can now set up a points program. Who on my team has access to Breville?

But it does take us very nicely onto level six. Now, level six is the fact that Grokbot is expanding. its wins, and it's no longer just limited to Grokbot itself.

You can now do work inside of X itself. Now, the great thing that we can now do is actually bring Grokwithers either to Slack or to X. So say, for example, I found this one, which has a lot of great inspiration for logo designs that I just want to give to my Grok agent because I'm doing some stuff.

Now I can come down and I can just tag in bot like so. And literally, once I've done that, I can say, hey there, bro, just go ahead and add this to our design checklist to use these resources when building our design for our clients, whatever it might be.

I can send that one off and then it will literally go ahead and do that for us so that the next time we have a conversation with Grok either on the phone or in the app itself, it will remember this and can use it. What this basically means is that we can take a Grok bot essentially wherever we are. And beyond this, Grok can actually help you with your DMs on X as well.

Now using this is unbelievably simple. You can start by just connecting X. So go to connect apps and adapt the X plugin.

Once you've done that, you can just tag it and stuff that you want it to remember. And then finally, you can also ask it about dms what messages have i got especially if you get loads of dms it can be really tough to keep up and grok can help you crush that so essentially the direction trouble here is that grokbot is just going to be where you're doing work making your work ecosystem easier to access from everywhere and if this all sounds like i'm speaking spanish i'm going to put a link down below for my full agentic system masterclass i have lessons in there about how to master grokbot you get full access to my agentic operating system as well as my full memory system that brings in information from grok and codex and claude into one big system that will get you light years ahead of everybody else.

I'll put a link down below so you can grab that. But let's just take us on to this biggest problem of all, actually. And that's typically, how do we actually get Grok into every other area?

Now, to do this, I use a software called Zapier. I actually built my first tech startup using Zapier. Now, the very, very cool thing that Zapier solves here is it becomes the authentication layer.

You've probably seen recently everything with the breaches and the leaks and all that kind of thing. There is something to be said for having one authentication layer. It's pretty epic.

Now, what we can do with... Zapier is create a server and add any app. And what this lets us do, when we connect Zapier to Grokbot, we access over 6 ,000 connectors.

So it doesn't even matter if Grokbot can connect to it or not. We can use Zapier as a conduit to connect to everything else. Gmail, Outlook.

And what I really like about Zapier is the fact that I can configure very easily and visually what I want the permissions to be. I might be okay for you to get attachments. I may be okay for you to read emails, but I don't want you to be able to send emails.

I can configure all of this if I want to. I can also connect to stuff that I can't really access in other places, like my school community, for example.

I can do all sorts of things with it. And the course thing. is that with this, I can not only just access this beautiful marketplace of all these different apps, it makes it way easier, and I can use it across everything.

I can use it on Cloud and Codex, and I can, in one simple way, rotate a key, making it unbelievably easy. And what's cool, I can just say, hey, I want to connect to Zapier to Grogbot, and it will pop up in a browser, open it up like this, you just click on Allow, and then you are fully connected from Grogbot to all of your connections inside Zapier, making it unbelievably easy.
