Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Marketers who pair deep domain judgment with a stack of specialized AI agents, one bot per repeatable task, systematically out-produce marketers who still do everything by hand.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
A marketer or marketing leader with real experience who wants to build or manage a stack of AI agents instead of doing repetitive work by hand.
Someone evaluating Grok, OpenAI's Dots/Codex, or Meta's Muse for marketing use cases and wants to see an actual workflow, not a feature list.
A solo creator or in-house marketer who wants a repeatable system for turning one piece of content into every channel's version of it.
SKIP IF…
You want a step-by-step setup tutorial. This is a walkthrough of an existing stack, not a build-along.
You're looking for AI agent use cases outside marketing and content.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Eric Siu argues that AI has made execution cheap, so the job of a top 1% marketer is no longer doing the work but building and managing bots that do it. He walks through four tools: a Grok-based bot that tracks demand across his channels and feeds his content loop, an AEO/SEO bot that drafts and publishes blog content from internal and external sources, OpenAI's Dots for repurposing one recording into channel-specific posts and catching risks like leaked credentials, and Meta's Muse for paid social and influencer research. His conclusion: marketers who stay narrow and wait on other people to execute lose to marketers who pair their existing judgment with agents that remove the wait.

Siu opens with his own YouTube and Instagram analytics, showing views climbing after handing thumbnails, editing, and distribution to AI agents, and frames the rest of the video as the system behind those numbers.
02:19 – 08:57
02 · Find demand and build the content loop
He walks through a YouTube demand-radar bot that scores which of his channels' videos are still gaining traction, then an AEO/SEO bot that mines internal and external content, checks competitor gaps and decay, and drafts on-brand articles for WordPress.
08:57 – 10:03
03 · Put agents inside the team
The AEO/SEO bot introduces itself inside the team's Slack and explains its own job in plain language, showing how Siu hands bots off to teammates instead of keeping them as personal tools.
10:03 – 16:02
04 · Join Single Grain
A recruiting pitch for Single Grain opens the chapter, then Siu returns to the stack: single-purpose measurement, GEO audit, and outreach bots, the argument that experience alone no longer wins, and publishing nine AI-drafted articles live on camera.
16:02 – 19:54
05 · Repurpose with taste
Using a webinar clip that ranked #1 on Google in 38 minutes, he shows a review tool that turns one long recording into platform-specific captions for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Shorts, stressing that a human still adds taste before anything ships.
19:54 – 20:18
06 · Work with Single Grain
A short pitch for Single Grain's AI-native marketing services.
20:18 – 21:44
07 · Work across tools with OpenAI Dots
Siu switches to OpenAI's Dots, which can control his computer directly, coordinate his other bots, and turn internal tools into MCP-connected plugins so they become discoverable.
21:44 – 24:32
08 · Apply marketing judgment to AI output
He critiques an AI-drafted plugin landing page as generic 'AI slop' live, then re-prompts the bot with specific UX and brand feedback, modeling the editorial judgment step he says most marketers skip.
24:32 – 27:13
09 · Prepare paid media with Meta Muse
Inside Meta's Muse, he has an agent review Instagram performance, draft paid ad targeting and creative, build a RACI chart for the team, and surface high-value followers worth recruiting or partnering with.
27:13 – 28:30
10 · Marketing fundamentals are the advantage
Siu closes by arguing that code and execution are no longer the constraint, the marketers who combine existing distribution instincts with agent leverage become the hardest to compete with.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A marketing team built mostly on human execution loses to a solo marketer running the same playbook through specialized AI agents.
Burnout in content creation often comes from not seeing progress, not from the work itself, automating the grunt work restored the motivation to keep publishing.
A single webinar recording can become a ranked SEO article, an Instagram post, and a short-form video the same day instead of over two weeks.
The best AI-generated content ideas come from internal conversations, not external research, because the real signal already exists inside the team.
A weekly bot that scores which videos are still gaining views versus cooling off lets a creator kill underperforming formats before they drain the schedule.
Hiring filters are shifting: a candidate who isn't spending multiple hours a week using AI agents is treated as a weak hire regardless of years of experience.
Automatic content repurposing still fails without a human adding platform-specific taste before anything goes live.
An AI agent reviewing internal Slack and code repos caught a contract risk and a leaked credential before a human noticed either.
Treating a decade of marketing experience as a moat is a mistake once someone with the same experience adds AI leverage on top of it.
Publishing nine reviewed articles in one sitting is presented as the new baseline for a marketer running a content bot stack, not an exceptional day.
Takeaway
Marketing judgment is the bottleneck AI can't replace.
THE AGENT STACK
Every tool in this stack still needs a human to catch demand signals, add brand taste, and decide what's actually worth shipping.
01Results, then the workflow
Rising view counts after switching to AI-assisted editing and thumbnails are used as evidence that the bottleneck in content production was never the idea, it was execution speed.
A channel jumping from hundreds of views to tens of thousands is offered as proof that distribution improves once editing and thumbnail testing stop depending on a single person's bandwidth.
02Find demand and build the content loop
A weekly bot that checks which videos across multiple channels are still gaining views, versus cooling off, lets a creator decide what to keep making before wasting a week on a dead format.
The highest-signal content ideas come from internal conversations the team already had, not from external research, because the insight already exists and just needs to be captured.
03Put agents inside the team
Having a bot introduce itself and explain its own job inside a team chat makes an AI system legible to teammates who didn't build it.
Bots built for internal content work have to be the job, not a side experiment, and sunsetting the ones that no longer make sense is part of maintaining the stack.
04Join Single Grain
Running measurement, GEO audit, speed-to-lead, and outreach as separate single-purpose bots, each triggered by a specific condition, scales further than one general-purpose assistant trying to do all of it.
A marketer who stays narrow in one channel loses to a competitor with the same years of experience who has added agent leverage on top of their existing judgment.
Treating 'publish nine reviewed articles in one sitting' as routine, not exceptional, is the actual behavior change AI agents are supposed to produce, not a one-off spike.
05Repurpose with taste
A single long-form recording can become platform-specific drafts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Shorts in one sitting instead of waiting on an editor for two weeks.
Automated repurposing still needs a human pass to adjust character limits and hook style per platform, the system drafts the options, a person picks and tunes the one that fits.
Ranking #1 on Google within 38 minutes of publishing a webinar clip is offered as proof that speed from recording to distribution is now a controllable variable, not a fixed cost.
07Work across tools with OpenAI Dots
A tool that can directly control your computer and coordinate your other bots removes a layer of manual handoff between AI systems that don't otherwise talk to each other.
Turning an internal tool into a public, MCP-connected plugin is framed as a first-mover distribution move, discoverability inside an AI assistant's marketplace works like early SEO did.
08Apply marketing judgment to AI output
A specific critique, 'this still looks like AI slop, run it through a UX and design review that matches our actual workflow,' produces a usable result, vague feedback does not.
AI-drafted output defaults toward generic design patterns unless a human keeps feeding it the brand's specific point of view on every pass.
09Prepare paid media with Meta Muse
Having an agent build a RACI chart before handing off a workflow prevents the ambiguity that usually kills a new AI process once more than one person touches it.
An agent connected to your ad account and Instagram can shortlist which existing videos fit a target ICP and draft the ad variants, but the human still sets the call-to-action and targeting.
10Marketing fundamentals are the advantage
Code and production used to be the constraint on how much a marketer could ship, once agents remove that constraint, the limiting factor becomes whether you understand distribution well enough to direct them.
Existing marketing fundamentals, not AI fluency alone, are what make agent output usable, the agents are leverage on judgment you already have, not a replacement for not having it.

metaphor
AI is changing everything. And if you want to be a top 1 % marketer, you can't just do the same thing that you're doing even a year ago. Everything is changing from a workflow standpoint.
I'm going to show you exactly what you need to do to be a top 1 % marketer. And in fact, we are hiring these top 1 % marketers as well. More on that later.
So what I have on my screen right here, I'm just going to show you a couple of examples. This is what my YouTube channel looks like, right? And I'm focused on...
driving not only views, but views that are relevant views that can drive leads. And so you can see my channel here, the thumbnails, the editing, all of that is done by AI now, right? So like 18K over here, 7, 7 ,400, 14K, 15K, 11K, you know, 21K.
15k views over here 12k 14k um and you know 28 over here 16 right and so and 15 over here now when you look at the before i was like 887 you know 1453 1800 466 uh 437 744 it made me not want to record anymore because burnout comes from not seeing progress and so what i'm showing you over here is okay that's great not only that for instagram posts this one i just put up yesterday It was a webinar that I did with Cody Schneider, but then I had a skill.
I was just like, oh, well, you know what? Why don't we just try pushing over to Instagram? And then boom, 28 ,000 views on this one, right?
Which is really good. And then even over here, I can show you the type of SEO content we're putting out now. It's not just slop, right?
And so it is taking, and I'm going to break down how these systems work for you in a little bit. And I'll also share where you can go get these as well. So you want to stay until the end.
But I'm just looking at our blog post over here. I'm like, okay, this is well formatted. right um there's tables in here there's uh there's images in here there's stats it even cites the video that it pulled this from there's a table of contents in here as well there's internal links there's external links it also pulls from other sources with statistics too there's images here too right so my point of showing you all this is that this stuff is only going to get better over time okay so the cool thing is is this is all very doable and in fact this will make your work a lot more enjoyable, right?
So I'm going to show you the different systems that I'm using across different tools so you can go about doing this in a way that makes your work more enjoyable and makes it so you look forward to coming to work every single day. That is the objective because the work that we want to do, we want to feel like we're not only being useful, not only that we're contributing, but we're having fun as we're doing it.
So let's get into it. So the first thing that I want to show you is Grokbot. So I'm going to show you Grokbot.
I'm going to show you how I use Muse. I'm going to show you how you use the new OpenAI dots. I'm going to show you how you go about using Hermes as well and how you can use all these harnesses and how you should think about your day -to -day work and what you should undo from old habits that just don't make sense anymore.
Because keep in mind, we want to be doing... tasks that only humans can do robots should be focused on robot work humans should be focused on human work the problem is human inertia is a very real thing right and so we still have a long way to go right and so let me show you this so you can see that i'm using this youtube demand radar bot over here and this is actually literally this is uh for the two videos that i'm recording right now so we're talking about the top one percent marketer and top one one percent founder right now what this does every every week it'll take a look at youtube channels and be like oh okay hey this channel for marketing against the grain it they're talking about you know ai marketing teams that run themselves okay well then it sends me some ideas hey we think uh you know maybe you should go for you know how um you know an ai marketing team that runs itself which is basically this video i'm kind of talking about how and the reason why i'm doing this video too is to show you how to do it but also show my team and also future team members how to do this because this is the expectation in terms of how i expect my team members to work right um you know google traffic dropping because ai answers the question uh one person can do what do
can do what what used to take a team to do right so it's like oh this this this these this video happens on three channels over here this one happens on six channels this one on four or five okay so biggest video on this one it's like hey do we do this and by the way like if i if i miss one it's like hey The attention has cooled off for this video.
Maybe let's not do this one. It talks about how many views were on that one, right? So this is not bad.
And it uses the YouTube API. So why am I showing you this one first and foremost? It's because this is a form of marketing, right?
And so when I look at how we also think about the AEO SEO piece, well, we have that AEO SEO bot, right? And I'm going to show you the team version of this in a moment. But what this does is it combines a handful of things.
What it does is it will look at our... Our external content, so like the content I push to YouTube, podcasts or whatever, it'll look at our internal content. Anything I might have said internally that seems like a content spike that can go out externally because usually your best content is going to come from internal conversations that you're having.
That's what I truly believe. And then the other piece is what SEO tools, what AEO tools that you have that you can connect into this thing. Oh, do you have content that's decaying?
Okay, if it's decaying, maybe we should do something about it. Or are competitors attacking a target, like a topic that you're not attacking but is relevant to your niche? And then can you draft all that content that fits your writer guidelines?
And then can you tie that into whatever content management system that you're using? We use WordPress. We use WP Vibe for that, right?
We have an MCP where we can push all this content through. But the whole idea is this entire system that you can use to, and don't worry, I'll share how you can get this in a moment. This is an entire system that you can use here.
And it's like, oh, this is the closest live thing over here. Here's the job gap in terms of the content itself. Are you inventing statistics?
Is this already live? Because you don't want to duplicate a bunch of content on your site. Is there evidence?
Is this claim backed up? So it then shows the headlines over here. So you can keep iterating on this over time.
And the whole idea here is that you're building these bots. You're building these agents so you can compound with them over time. That is the leverage that you're trying to build.
all the things that you had to wait on for other people before. So when I, when I go back to when I was showing my YouTube channel, I had to wait on someone to do the thumbnail. I had to wait on a topics before either way on someone to edit the post before, by the time you get a video out, it's already two weeks.
You had to wait for someone to post the video out. You don't need that anymore, right? If you can put these agents together, these bots together, you can put these skills together.
There's no reason for you to have to wait on somebody else. And if your team is making you wait for those things, you might need to have a tough conversation because that is where the world's going. There is somebody else that is hungrier, that's working this way, that is waiting to take their job.
And that is my point. Like one of the things I want to get out to everybody is. I don't really, you know, we can talk about, oh, this inequality, that inequality.
You're watching this video right now because you want to get ahead, and I'm here to help you get ahead. You're working this way. I guarantee you, you're going to be unstoppable, okay?
So that's this AEO SEO bot, which we'll get to in a little bit. We have a measurement thing over here, too. We have a GEO audit bot.
From a marketing standpoint, SEO, AEO, okay, YouTube as well. We have the speed to lead bot that will call people within the first 60 seconds. And sure, it's an AI system, but it sounds good.
We've tested this with my team before, right? We have a he reach outreach that will help reach out to people that seem like they're a good fit from like a partnerships angle, right? Something that manages my sponsorship.
my sponsorships. We have something where if someone hits our website, if they're ICP fit and they're already on our list, what other angles can we hit them with based on the site that they're visiting? Right.
Cause you add, you can add a post hog to that. You can add other things. But my point is you can spin up these bots just by hitting, create a bot over here and you can create a group chat with these bots as well and have them talk to each other.
And then by the way, one fun thing I really like doing is. I like going to X and I just like hitting the share button and just sharing it over with my grokpa and say, Hey, should we do this? Should we do this?
Should we do this? Right. And then you have this chief of staff up here where you can ask it to do a bunch of different things.
Right. And so here's like, Hey, like what else do I need to do over here? Hey, well, what should I, how should I think about structuring these other bots over here?
You have the chief of staff with that, right? You can even have a site redesign bot. You can have a, you can have something that checks the, the, the number of pull requests that your, that your, that your team is pushing as well.
Right. These are all things that you can do. So the way I see this, if you want to be a top one, percent marketer today, you can't just be doing one thing anymore.
So my background is an SEO long time ago, right? But I'm deep in one area. Now that's not to say I can't do copywriting.
That's not to say I can't do paid ads. That's not to say I don't have taste when it comes to YouTube thumbnails. That is not to say that I don't understand the game when it comes to organic social media.
That is not to say that I can't mess around with these things too. The more you can do now with this world, the wider your abilities go. And as a company too, the more things you can do, the wider your total addressable market is.
We're just going to be doing a lot more. And 99 % of people don't want to hear that, right? But if you're motivated, you want to be useful to society and you want to make the most of your life, then you might as well try to maximize it, right?
And then you'll get everything that you want. I mean, I've shared a YouTube one. We have a product newsletter desk too that will pull from different product launches that we have.
And there's a handful of other bots in here as well that we can handle. You can make paid media bots as well. I have an M &A bot in here as well, which I won't talk about.
And the cool thing too is that you now have the ability to have these bots inside of your team for the bots to collaborate with your team. drink water my my team grok bots are now in here okay so here's the cool thing i'm like hey um you know tell me about yourself and what you can do tell me how eric has built you built you on what the expectations are how do we best use these right so you know we just i insert these bots in here i'm like hey i'm the aeo seo bot i'm single grains content os teammate eric built me for aeo strategy so what i do i mine and shape content ideas i run jeff gates that's the classifier that you have the fact that i mentioned jeff and you maybe you do understand it But if you don't understand it, it's a classifier and you can do things a lot more at scale.
So this is why you got to be on top of this stuff, right? The top 1 % marketers are on top of the latest happening AI right now. They're hanging out on X all the time.
They're building things and they're trying to drive distribution to those things because that's a unique superpower that they have. And they also understand that they need to be a T -shaped marketer. So deep in one area, but you got to go wide and you can't, it no longer works today to say that I'm just an SEO.
You can't say that anymore, right? Because someone else who is just an SEO has learned all these other things. And guess what?
The labor market is competitive, right? So again, you're watching this video because I want you, you're trying to be successful for long -term. This is what you got to do, right?
By the way. If you already work like this, if everything I'm saying is like, this is a dream, if you can work like this in another company, we want to work with you. Just go to singlegrain .com slash careers.
Again, singlegrain .com slash careers. And you can find out about the open roles that we have, or you can DM me on Instagram, just talking about the best things that you're doing in AI, what role you're applying for. And I'll even send you the AI questions that we screen for.
So that being said, back to the video. This will brief QA, layout, zip drafts. It'll send Slack packets.
It'll measure published cohorts after live, yes. It'll help with HubSpot, AEO reads. It will send GSC style visibility and content OS process questions, right?
So this is cool. And so you can see that it runs different routines every single day. And then what I just asked it to do yesterday, like I'm like, hey, what else do I need to connect over here to set this up correctly?
So what I did. was i added in the other bots i was like hey now that you guys are all together you know how should we best use you right and so we have a measurement bot in here we have a geo audit bot and then your team can interact with these right so i think this is very high leverage because from what i've seen i've used all the bots out there i've used open claw i've used hermes i've used like they're all good in their own right and i would say that grok bot when it comes to just setting up routines and getting things done it has been the most reliable now i do think dot which i'll probably cover next has uh Has the ability to get the edge on grok bot.
We'll see what happens because they they're one of the frontier labs, right? So it's like oh, you know, I run measurement cards over here Okay, I find citation gaps, you know, and then I tell a EOS you bought what the ship and then you know You know, we cover this content loop. That's what it is.
Right? So if you combine these together just like combining Combining workers together, this is what a new worker looks like.
And that's why when I talk to people during the interview process, I'm like, how many hours do you spend a week on X? If they're not spending multiple hours a week on X, it's probably not going to work. If they're not, the majority of the work isn't happening from AI right now, it's probably not going to work, right?
And then obviously that depends on the company, but just for my company, it doesn't work, right? For single grain, for single brain, what we're trying to do and where we're trying to go. Because here's the thing, even if you have a lot of experience in your area, let's say you've been working in marketing for 10 years or so, you might say you have a lot of experience and a lot of judgment.
That's great. But what if there's someone else out there that has the same 10 year experience that you do? They have the same experience, but they're adding leverage to that.
So they're applying. firepower on what's already good and they're amplifying themselves right how are you going to compete with that the only way to compete is to compete right you can't just say oh i don't want to play i'm checked out of it you cannot do that right so what i've done over here is i've actually i said hey um you know can you i think yeah okay right right over here so hey you know what can we publish these i'm checking these are still draft okay send this line okay great you know what i'm gonna do right now guys guys guys i'm gonna publish nine articles that I've reviewed already.
Literally, that's all I'm saying right now.
And guess what? Here's a superpower with this. Once you start to work like this, and let's say you work with a team, they start to see the leverage that you're driving.
They're going to want to work like this as well. And you shouldn't gatekeep this from them because the team, if the team does a lot better and you make the team better, you automatically become more valuable, right? So, hey, look at this.
Publishing those nine right now. This is how it works, guys. Like the stuff that I showed you earlier, like this YouTube video, the reason I'm recording this on a Sunday right now, after like a long day, and it's a very hot day today too, right?
Like I just, I know that I can get good packaging out for this and I can schedule this to come out on a Tuesday, right? And I don't need to wait a week. And because I no longer need to wait a week before when I was like, okay, I don't know if we're going to be reliable with the thumbnails, like the packaging.
I don't know if we're going to be reliable. Like every little thing that I think might not go exactly as I want. That demotivates me from making something, right?
But when you have the ability to make whatever it is that you want, and I'll show you codecs and dots in a moment, you are unencumbered, right? Which means you have the freedom to do the things that you want, which means that you are able to drive more value for your customers, for your company. That is ultimately what matters at the end of the day.
Okay, so look, this is great. This is why I think this is so important because I have multiple people on this channel. And what I'm doing now, by the way, is I'm taking these bots and I'm handing them off to other people on my team.
The expectation here is that. The AI native people on the team, which is eventually going to become 100%, they are just constantly building bots and they're constantly managing bots. And now we're getting to a point where you have people that are shipping thousands and thousands of pull requests a week, PRs, or in a month.
Well, how are they able to do that? It's because they trust the agents to do it and they trust the agents to continue to advance work. And so instead of having to do this back and forth all the time, I can just trust it and then I can evaluate it.
And I can continue to set the right gates, the right criteria to continue to tweak it and move in the right direction. So we, our job is to create these bots and then to maintain these bots, to optimize these bots, and then to build new bots and to also sunset bots that don't make sense. And also to make sure that they get what they need from a compute standpoint, from a security standpoint for your customers.
So all those things that you thought were not part of your day -to -day job. as a marketer are now your job. And the sooner that you get over the fact that your job is no longer just one thing, the easier time you're going to have in this world.
Because I can tell you right now, the top 1 % marketers, the stuff they're doing right now, and I'm showing you right now, literally, I'm doing YouTube. I'm doing Instagram. I'm doing AEO SEO.
I did a webinar with Cody Schneider. On one end, he's doing LinkedIn DM. On the other end, he's doing SEO.
On the other end, he's spinning out 11 ,000 creatives for his clients. And that is the expectation now. Because I just showed you the other bots I have.
I have talent bots. I have sales bots. There's other bots that I do for business.
I'm going to make a video on that one as well. But that is the whole idea behind it. So that being said, let's move over to DOTS.
Let's move over to Codex in terms of how the expectation is when it comes to work. All right. So we are now, we don't have Codex open.
Okay. So let me just show you something. So the video I showed you earlier that performed well for, uh, for Cody Schneider, right?
So the, the video I showed you on Instagram that got about 28 ,000 views very quickly. And again, it's, it's basically how to rank one on, on Google within the first, uh, 38 minutes or so. And he actually did it on a webinar when I did it with him.
I'm going to show you this thread over here where I was like, Hey, you know what? We edited the whole video, but I was like, you know what? I think this section over here might be really good for a short form.
So I was like, I want you to make a thumbnail for me. Okay. It makes this thumbnail for me.
Okay. Not bad. Right.
And then I was like, okay, well, you know, um, where else do you think this fits? Okay. I think it's a fit for LinkedIn.
You know, here's what I'm going to post for X over here. Here's what I'm going to post for LinkedIn. Here's what I'm going to post for Instagram.
By the way, you have to continue to add your taste to it. I was like, Hey, you know what? For LinkedIn, let's maximize the characters for X.
You can probably do more than two 40 for Instagram lead off with a strong hook. Right. And then say, okay, we, we, uh, We scheduled these live over here.
For LinkedIn, we went over here. Okay, for X, we're over here, right? But again, the skills that I've used to build this right now, these are all skills that you need someone to manage for you.
Eventually, you can have an agent hand it off and just run it as a routine. But I don't find that every video is the same, right? Some videos, maybe the repurposed versions can go to X.
Maybe some can go to LinkedIn. But sometimes it's not a fit for reals and vice versa, right? So let me just show you the preview here.
Right. So this was the video that went live on LinkedIn and X. It's just like, oh, okay.
I'm literally going to show you how to do this right now. And within the time that this live call is done, this will happen. written an article published it okay and then i'll show you the post captions over here so by the way this preview form that i built i was like hey just make something like frame i think it's frame .io where you can leave comments and things like that so i can definitely leave it at certain moments um here's the preview for the post captions for instagram reels uh tick tock youtube shorts and so this is the the shorter form right this one's only uh like three minutes or so so yeah it's ranking position one this was went live 38 minutes ago So anyways, I'm literally going to show you.
You see, that was all edited by AI. This preview over here is all done by AI and you need skills to do it, right? So we have this website called skillsdojo .com.
If you go to skillsdojo .com, you can get this. That AEO SEO bot is also in there as well, right? So I told you you'll get that.
But this is all splintered from... this piece over here, this is a 35 minute webinar that I did with Cody. Right.
Um, and then I was like, well, you know, he actually had some really good moments talking about 11 ,000 ad creatives. He actually has some good moments on that, that number one in SEO, right. That's a really good hook.
That's going to get people's attention. And so you, for me now I'm motivated to do this because this probably takes me like another five to 10 minutes. If I want to crank out more, maybe another hour max, do it.
If I want to maximize the, the, the half -life of my content. Right. And then also like I'm messing around with short form editing right now, um, because I want to, I want to make our make our aesthetic better.
But the whole idea here, you're watching this right now. Let's say you're a marketing leader. If you're an individual contributor, you want to work in this way, right?
You don't want to make more and more bots and you want to drive more and more results. And then you want to go to your boss and be like, Hey, I've already hit the results. What other results can I bring?
Right? And then that's how you get promoted. Now, if you are a marketing leader, you can probably tweak, you can probably mess around with these things, tweak these things, and then hand them off to your team, right?
If you have the best marketing taste on your team, then you should probably be making these bots. And if they're driving results for you, you got to speak to your team. Hey, these are the results that are driving.
This is what we actually expect. Uh, we don't want to just see stuff that is estimated save time or estimated ROI, right? We will actually want to see true ROI from this stuff.
Jasper is D tier. Jasper used to be big. So is this the best editing?
No, right? But I was testing something where it's like, it has the big letters in the back, whatever. It's like more interactive.
And this one was already edited. So it's not the best, but I would just say that this is stuff that you continue to work on, right? Or you can see like a post that you like and just hand it off to your team, but your stuff should be not getting incrementally better.
It should be getting exponentially better at least every month. Okay. If not even faster than that.
So that's how I think about it there. One more thing. If you're a company and you're looking for marketing help, specifically from an AI native marketing team, go to singlegrain .com with a G, singlegrain .com.
This is where we help with AI implementation. This is where we help with AI native services around scaling ad creative, around scaling SEO, around scaling cold outbound infrastructure. There's a handful of other things that we do.
Just go to singlegrain .com and we'll see you on the other side. So this is my OpenAI dot. Okay, so this is their competitor, their answer to Grokbot and Metamuse.
And so what I like about this one is that I can work on multiple things at once, right? So it actually can control my computer. So I can control Grokbot.
It can control my other agents. I can let it do its thing. And I would say that OpenAI does a good job with computer use, which is controlling your computer.
And then what I'm doing right now is I realized that, okay, OpenAI recently just came out with, they're pushing harder on plugins. They have an open ecosystem, open marketplace. And any...
Let's say anything that you make into a website, you can make it into an MCP and then you can make it into a plugin. So I'm like, okay, well, like we have. We have ClickFlow, we have Carrot.
Why don't we just take those repos and why don't we just make them into these websites and MCPs and plugins? And so they can become discoverable because it's a first mover advantage thing. And so my point of telling you this right now is if you want to be a top 1 % marketer, you have to understand, again, the new stuff that's coming out and understand how you can get this stuff out quickly because you don't need to wait on engineers anymore.
You don't need to wait on designers anymore. In fact, I might even just show you a design in a second because someone was telling me that design would take me four or five weeks and it's just unacceptable, right? You just can't do that anymore.
So what I'm going to show you right now is it's working on a handful of things. I'm like, okay, well, I saw this YouTube video yesterday. I'm like, okay, how do we actually ship thousands of PRs a month, right?
It's like, oh, these articles over here, like I'm checking the batch over here. Here's your private websites. I actually wonder what these private websites look like.
Let's just take a look. Okay. So I don't think this is a, this is a great site for a plugin, right?
Like it's, it's like, it does this AI slop over here. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to use whisper flow. I'm going to give it over back to do do, which is my, my, my chat GB dot.
Okay. So here, here's how I'm just going to work. Hey, I think more or less, this still looks like AI slop, right?
I thought you ran like a CEO and a UX review and a design review through this. But this doesn't quite follow the spirit of what we have with the AEO SEO bot. Like that is the spirit behind it.
And so, you know, how do we, I mean, that's the real workflow that we're imagining driving value. And so how do we make that into a UX that actually makes sense, right? So, you know, I think, Like with that one, the AEO SEO bot, obviously it ingests content, right?
And so it ingests external content, internal content. It also looks at the competitor gap. It also looks at decaying content as well using ClickFlow.
And then it figures out what the draft. And then obviously, every user has different writer guidelines, design guidelines, and things like that when it comes to their blog. So let me know what needs to be done here to make this more useful.
Or maybe alternatively, because ClickFlow does do a good job with tracking, like share of voice and AI results and decay as well, maybe it's more of a tracker. You let me know on that one. Okay.
So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to plug that in right here. So, hey, I think this more or less looks like AI slop. I'm referring to the ClickFlow site.
Okay. So let's do that. And probably similar feedback for the other ones, okay?
So I'm just working on this. And why do I like Doodoo so much? One, it's using GPT -6 Astra, which as of this recording is the frontier flagship model for OpenAI.
And it's not costing you extra usage to use it, right? And so it's the best thinking model that's available to you. And they're going to add multiple ones that you can use.
Now, I also love using this too, because it keeps... your top priorities, top of mind, and it'll also spot things that you wouldn't have spotted before. So the other day, like I wasn't involved with this contract negotiation, but it spotted a contract deal.
Or the other day, it saw someone with leaked credentials inside of our repo, right? And it called out the two people where this was an issue. And it actually drafted a Slack message for those people.
And so it's going to spot a lot of things that you typically wouldn't see. And I would encourage you to also think about if you're going to be a top 1 % marketer, how are you operating from a... cross -harness standpoint, right?
So I showed you how I'm working in ChatGP. I showed you how I'm working inside of Grokbot, right? And now I'm also going to show you how I'm working inside of Muse as well.
So you can get some value from that in terms of understanding how marketers might work inside of Muse. All right, so now we're inside of Metamuse. And Metamuse is amazing because it's connected to your Instagram.
It is connected to... the you can connect it to your ad accounts too right and there's gonna be a lot more that you can do because meta's ecosystem is so big you have whatsapp you have meta you have facebook right or meta is meta is the overarching one but you have facebook you you now have muse as well um i think i don't know if i mentioned instagram already but there's just a lot of a lot of stuff that you can do on the platforms and so what i'm doing over here is like i'm like hey can you just run my meta ads for me?
Can we make, can you look at my Instagram, look at what videos seem to make sense from an ICP standpoint, identified six good ones. I'm like, okay, which call to action should we add? And how should we handle the targeting?
And by the way, can you set up and draft all of these ads as well? And then now I'm at the point where I'm ready to hand this off. I'm like, hey, let's make a RACI chart for who should be accountable for what.
And then teammates should be, who should be. the one that's responsible for things, who should be the one that's, you know, who's the one that should be informed on things. So we will continue to refine this.
But not only that, I can use, because it's connected to my Instagram, I can say, hey, use Jev, the Jev API, use the classifier. Look at all my influential followers. Look at who's good to recruit.
Look at who's good from an M &A standpoint. Look at who's good to partner up with. Or like if I'm trying to travel somewhere, who do I follow from like a travel standpoint or who follows me from a travel standpoint?
And then also like, based on what I'm bookmarking, can you create an itinerary for me for my, let's say I want to go to Japan, for example, right? So, you know, influential IG followers, that's really powerful.
You can do that for other channels as well, but I like using it inside of Muse because it's already connected to that ecosystem. Um, you know, also I don't want to run trial reels. And so over here, I'm like, Hey, can you, can you make some new, uh, trial reel variations?
And then can we just set them live? And I'll just say, Hey, you know what? Uh, set them live, right?
Just like that. Set them live. Right.
And that's all you're doing right now. And by the way, again, if you're watching me do this right now, you're like, Oh man, there's so much back and forth. Like, how do you know it's going to be accurate?
Well, you make it more accurate over time. That's the human loop piece that never goes away. But you can only afford to hire people who are agent managers who know how to use this stuff because they don't know how to use it.
Just look at how I'm working right now. Imagine the version of me that doesn't know how to work like this with the same experience that I have. How in the hell am I supposed to beat me that has all this?
You can't. You cannot beat that because it is leverage added to it. It's an intelligence amplifier.
That's all it is, right? And so you don't necessarily have to be the smartest person in the world. I don't certainly think I am, but I'm just saying that.
If you are moving in the right direction and you're doing the right things over time, then why wouldn't you want to add leverage on top of that so you can do more of the right things, right? I just think this is amazing when it comes to trying to get organic or paid media work done because they have the most data and they have a pretty reliable model.
And by the way, when you combine all these things in the market, let's say you're working a little bit inside of Muse. Let's say you're working a little bit inside of ChatGPT. Let's say you're working a little bit inside of GrokBot.
Well, again, if you have computer use, you can have your computer control all these bots, right? You can continue to advance work. The other thing that I'm actively testing right now, because I'm paying attention to what's happening on the AI side, is I'm looking at how engineers are shipping thousands of PRs a month.
As a marketer, I'm like... Why can't I do that? Code is not the constraint anymore.
And so why can't I do that? Why can't I ship more? Why can't I build more things?
Because I know how to drive distribution. As a marketer, you know how to drive distribution. That's a very powerful skill.
Just like an engineer still has a powerful understanding of engineering fundamentals, you have an understanding of marketing fundamentals. When you marry those two, you become unstoppable, right? And so by the way, If you are looking to become a top 1 % marketer, if you can do all these things, what's going to happen is this is going to edge you closer and closer to becoming a top 1 % founder.
And then you have even more leverage. So hope you enjoyed this video and we'll catch you in the next one.
