Big Idea
The argument in one line.
An open-source agent orchestrator can run a multi-agent company from one instruction for under $17, but it will spend your credits on whatever it guesses you want until you give it explicit scope and access.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You run a WordPress agency or freelance practice and want to see whether AI agents can do SEO cleanup and blog production as a sellable service.
You've used a single chatbot or one Claude Code session and want to understand what a hierarchical multi-agent setup actually looks like in practice.
You're evaluating Paperclip specifically and want the setup steps, the cost controls, and the failure modes before you install it.
You want a realistic read on what agents cost per task, with dollar figures instead of hand-waving.
SKIP IF…
You need the agents to write code or build products. This demo is entirely about content and SEO edits on existing WordPress sites.
You already run Paperclip or a similar orchestrator and want advanced configuration. This is a first-install walkthrough.
You're looking for proof that the optimizations moved rankings or traffic. The video ends before any results are measured.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
Paperclip is a free, open-source tool that turns one instruction into a company of AI agents: you act as the board, a CEO agent takes the goal, hires specialists like a CTO, and works through issues while asking for approval at key moments. The host deploys it on a VPS, funds it with $50 of Anthropic credits with auto-reload turned off, and creates WP Optimizer, a company meant to optimize any WordPress site given a URL, username, and application password. The agents immediately burned $7.30 scraping his own site before he scoped them to submitted sites only. Once given real credentials they audited a client site, rewrote titles and meta descriptions, cleaned taxonomy, published three keyword-targeted blog posts with images, and repeated the process on a second site. Two sites cost under $17. He warns that results must be measured in analytics before selling this to anyone.

The promise is stated up front: one instruction, the AI hires and decides. The host commits to showing what works, what he had to tweak, what went wrong, and what it cost.
00:40 – 03:25
02 · Buying the VPS
Paperclip is free but needs a server. He buys a Hostinger KVM 1 plan through his affiliate link and coupon, picks 12 months for the discount, skips daily backups, and lets it choose the closest region.
03:25 – 09:00
03 · Configuring Paperclip and funding Anthropic
The one-click template asks for an admin login and an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or Cursor. He creates a Claude console account, hits a spinner, refreshes, and buys $50 of credit instead of $5 because the larger balance unlocks 250,000 tokens per minute.
09:00 – 13:30
04 · Spend controls, API key, deploy
He declines auto-reload so the company can never spend beyond the prepaid $50, notes the $500 monthly spend limit, creates an API key named paperclip, pastes it into the template, and deploys. Hostinger adds a Traefik container as a security layer.
13:30 – 16:50
05 · Creating WP Optimizer and its CEO
He names the company WP Optimizer, has ChatGPT draft the mission text, names the first agent CEO, picks Claude Code as its adapter because the credits are Anthropic, and tests the connection.
16:50 – 18:00
06 · First task: hire the right agents
The launch task tells the CEO to find agents to scan WordPress sites, optimize for SEO and LLMs, research and write blog content. Launch creates the first issue and the company goes live.
18:00 – 21:30
07 · Dashboard tour and the first approval
Companies live in the left rail and you can run several. The dashboard shows active agents, tasks in progress, monthly spend, and pending approvals. The inbox asks to approve hiring a CTO, and the org chart grows to two agents.
21:30 – 22:20
08 · Favicon detour
While agents work, he replaces the company logo with a ChatGPT-generated square icon, trimming its edges in Photoshop.
22:20 – 25:20
09 · $7.50 gone: the agents picked their own target
Ten minutes in, spend is $7.50 and the issues list shows a completed SEO audit of his own site, which the CTO found through the hosting account and scraped from the front end. He opens a new issue: only work on websites I submit.
25:20 – 28:20
10 · Submitting the first client site
He submits a web design agency site with a URL, a new user, and an application password, and sketches the business: charge $100 a month or $500 a project while the agents cost a few dollars.
28:20 – 30:40
11 · The plan, then a block
Twenty minutes later the CTO has written a three-phase plan covering audit, content optimization, and blog generation, then blocked because the username did not exist. The fix is the real admin username plus the application password name.
30:40 – 33:30
12 · Results on site one and the image problem
Three keyword-targeted blog posts, rewritten page titles, updated meta descriptions, and taxonomy cleanup. Posts lacked images, so he asks for featured and inline images; the free stock picks look cheap, so he suggests iStock or a pre-loaded media library.
33:30 – 34:50
13 · Make it the default, then site two
He instructs the agents to do everything they did, including images, for every future site without being asked, then submits his second site with correct credentials from the start.
34:50 – 36:10
14 · Site two results, ten minutes later
Every post was refreshed from 2024 to 2026 with new publish dates, a new post was written using the site's own media library, but heading levels were inconsistent and a year in an image filename could not be changed.
36:10 – 36:45
15 · Measure before you sell, total spend, close
Check results in analytics or an SEO plugin and ask the agents for a weekly digest. Total spend for two sites was under $17. He closes by wondering where chat, then task agents, then multi-agent companies lead next.
Atomic Insights
Lines worth screenshotting.
A multi-agent AI company optimized two WordPress websites for a combined bill of under $17 in API credits.
Agents spent $7.30 auditing a website nobody asked them to touch, because they found it linked to the hosting account.
Agents with no credentials will scrape a site's public front end and prepare a plan anyway, so scope must be stated in the first instruction.
Turning off auto-reload on your API billing is the only hard ceiling on what an autonomous agent company can spend.
$5 of Anthropic credit caps you at 30,000 tokens per minute; adding at least $40 raises the ceiling to 250,000.
In Paperclip you are not the CEO. You are the board, and the CEO agent decides how to execute and who to hire.
A WordPress application password named after the tool is not a username, and the agents will block on the mismatch rather than guess.
The agents flagged a placeholder phone number, fictional team members, and financial details leaking through a meta description, without being asked.
AI-generated blog posts default to free stock photos that look cheap, so a real image library has to be supplied before the output is client-ready.
Tell the agents that every fix they made should become the default for the next site, or they will wait to be asked again.
When agents refreshed old posts they changed both the body year and the publish date, but could not fix a year baked into an image filename.
Never put a year in an image filename, because no automated refresh can update it.
Publishing optimized content proves nothing until analytics or a rank tracker shows visibility actually moved.
The host's proposed model was a few dollars in agent cost against a $100-per-month optimization subscription.
Takeaway
Agents work fast, spend fast, and wait for scope.
WHAT TO LEARN
A multi-agent company will happily audit, rewrite, and publish for a few dollars a site, but every dollar it spends before you define scope, access, and defaults is wasted.
03Configuring Paperclip and funding Anthropic
Prepay a fixed credit balance and leave auto-reload off, because that balance is the only hard limit on what autonomous agents can spend.
A $5 balance caps you at 30,000 tokens per minute, which is too little for real tasks; $40 or more unlocks 250,000.
04Spend controls, API key, deploy
Check the provider's organization spend limit once, then watch the orchestrator's monthly spend figure instead of the provider dashboard.
05Creating WP Optimizer and its CEO
Write the mission for the company, not the task; a specific mission is what the CEO agent uses to decide who to hire and what to do next.
Match the agent adapter to the credits you bought: Claude Code runs on Anthropic credit, Codex runs on OpenAI credit.
Test the model connection before launching; warnings are fine, a failed connection means nothing will run.
07Dashboard tour and the first approval
You file issues to the CEO and approve hires from the inbox; you never instruct the specialist agents directly.
Pending approvals are the safety valve. Hiring a new agent and sensitive actions wait for you, so check the inbox before assuming the company is stuck.
Each company is its own workspace, so keep unrelated projects in separate companies instead of one long chat history.
09$7.50 gone: the agents picked their own target
Agents will find and act on anything associated with your account. State the scope in the very first task: only work on what I submit.
Without credentials, agents scrape the public front end and prepare a plan anyway, which costs money and produces nothing you can use.
Reply to the blocked issue with the correction instead of opening a new one; the CEO wakes up on the reply and reroutes it.
10Submitting the first client site
Onboarding a site takes four fields: URL, an existing admin username, the application password name, and the application password itself.
An application password does not create a user. Name it whatever you like, but pair it with a real existing username or the task will block.
Price against outcome, not cost: a few dollars of agent time per site supports a $100-a-month subscription or a $500 project if results hold.
12Results on site one and the image problem
Expect the first pass to cover titles, meta descriptions, taxonomy cleanup, and a few keyword-targeted posts, with images left out unless asked.
Free stock images make otherwise good posts look cheap. Point the agents at a pre-loaded media library or a paid image subscription.
Keyword-stuffed page titles help search results but read badly if the same title is fetched into menus or link previews; check both.
13Make it the default, then site two
Once you've corrected the process, tell the agents that every fix becomes the default for all future work, or they will wait to be asked each time.
14Site two results, ten minutes later
Automated refreshes update copy and publish dates but not text baked into image filenames, so never put a year in a filename.
Review heading structure after generation; the agents produced inconsistent H3 and unstyled headings that need a template fix.
15Measure before you sell, total spend, close
Two optimized sites cost under $17 in credits, which is only a good deal if analytics later show visibility actually improved.
Ask the company for a weekly digest of traffic and engagement per site so the same agents that made the changes also report on them.
Glossary
Terms worth knowing.
Paperclip
An open-source orchestration tool that runs a company of AI agents on your own server. You create a company with a mission, assign a CEO agent, and it hires other agents, creates issues, and asks you for approvals.
VPS
A virtual private server: a rented slice of a cloud machine that stays on around the clock. Used here as the always-on home for Paperclip so the agents keep working when your laptop is closed.
Application password
A secondary WordPress password, created in a user's profile, that grants API access without exposing the real login. It is tied to an existing username; it does not create a new one.
Board of advisors
Your role in a Paperclip company. You set the goal and approve hires and sensitive actions, but the CEO agent decides how the work gets done.
Heartbeat
A scheduled wake-up cycle in which an agent checks its assigned issues and continues working. Changes queued by an agent are applied on the next heartbeat.
Auto-reload
A billing setting on an AI provider account that automatically buys more credits from your card when the balance drops below a threshold. Left off, spending stops when the prepaid balance is gone.
Tokens per minute
The rate limit an API provider enforces on how much text a model can process each minute. Higher prepaid balances unlock higher limits.
REST API
WordPress's programmatic interface. With valid credentials, external tools can read and edit posts, pages, and settings without logging in through the browser.

in this video i'm gonna build a company run entirely by ai no employees no team just ai agents working together i will give one clear instruction and then the ai will hire agents make decisions and get the job done This tool is called Paperclip and it's one of the craziest things I've seen so far. So I'm not just going to explain it to you.
I'm going to build a real company using Paperclip and show you exactly what happened. I will be completely honest with you. I will show you what works, why I had to tweak a few things, where things went wrong, how much it costs, and whether you can actually make a real profitable company with Paperclip.
Because if it can, this changes everything. so before we build this we need one thing we need to have a place where paperclip can run paperclip itself is free it's open source but it needs to run on a system and the best system and the easiest to deploy is a vps server a virtual private server that's a computer turned on 24 7 somewhere in the cloud completely safe and with hosting it's really easy to set it up and on top of the current deal i can give you 10 extra discounts so if you want to get started with paperclip then go to 30 .com forward slash paper clip hit enter you can also go to the link in the description or the link in the first comment and then you go to this page we're going to choose a virtual private server and on the private server we can run paperclip and hostinger made it easy for us so we can already deploy paperclip as soon as we get this vps so let me show you how you can choose a plan over here i will go for kvm1 i think it's sufficient to run paperclip so i click on deploy over here
and if the coupon code is not yet filled in then you can click over here type in 30 and click on apply and then you get 10 extra discount so what we can do now we can go for a certain period we can go for 24 months we can go for one month or for 12 months if you want to make use of the discount the least amount you need to have is 12 months that's what i will do over here it says paperclip auto deploys with your vps I scroll down.
If you want to, you can get daily backups somehow. If something goes wrong on the server, you can restore a backup. I never had any problem with my VPS so far.
So I turned it off. Choose server location and automatically choose the closest one. So as you see, this is what's much closer than this one.
So I will go with this one by default. The closest server is chosen. By the way, if you somehow don't like the service, you can get your money back within 30 days.
No questions asked. So there's no risk. i want to go for this plan so i click on continue and then i need to register i can do that with google with github or with my own email address so i will go for my own email address i need to create a password and then i click on register now if you want to you can fill in your billing address well the thing i want to fill in is my first name my last name the country of residence and you need to fill in your address over here then i click on continue I can choose my payment method and depending on where I live, I can choose local payment methods.
So right now I can choose credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. There are some payment methods that take a business day. So then we cannot continue at once.
So I prefer one of those payment methods. I want to go with credit card. So I fill in my details over here and then I click on submit payment.
Congrats, your journey begins now. Maybe you're already thinking, hey, my journey already started, but it's starting right now. So I get a Dutch configuration.
Why? Because I'm from the Netherlands. So if you want to change the language, you can click over here and change it to the language you prefer.
What I like about Hostinger is that they have a lot of languages you can choose. Sometimes I feel like, hey, let's go with Hindi. And then I'm like, no, let's go back to...
English, but it's good to try something new sometimes. Maybe this is not the best case. So what we have over here is the admin name.
You can change it. I leave it with admin. Then you need to have the admin email, and that should be your own email address that you have access to.
Then you need to create a password or use this one. And then really important, we need to choose one of the four services. Anthropic, which is from Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or CursorAI.
So how it works, Paperclip is free. it's open source you can use it for free but when it does things for you it needs credits you can get credits with entropic openai gemini and cursor ai so let me show you how to get it with entropic ai i grab this link i copy it i go to a new tab i paste it i can sign up over here so i'll fill in my email address then i click on continue now i need to go to my email account so here it is i open it sign in to cloud console okay there i am so i close those two tabs start building with claude what's your full name 30 corpus hook what should we call you well let's say 30.
i'm over 18 i click on continue i consider myself to be an individual and somehow it seems to be spinning nothing happens so i try to hit it again i want this tutorial to be real not skip anything that's going wrong so i refresh it and it works super cool so since we have an account at cloud we need to add credits so over here it says almost time to build begin building with cloud for only just five dollars so we can add credit and it needs to be at least five dollars but I suggest you go with $50.
Why? If you go with $5, you can use up to 30 ,000 tokens per minute. And if you're doing high quality tasks, it can be that it goes higher than those 30 ,000.
If you add at least $40 in credits, you get up to 250 ,000 tokens per minute. So I will go with $50. I will fill in my full names, my country and my address, and then I'll add $50 to my cloud account so I can use that to build something in pay -per -click.
So let me fill in my address. So I scroll down and I click on buy $50 off credits. Such an interesting animation.
I can look at it all day. But it says it's confirming my purchase. So in a few seconds, this will be gone.
But I recorded it so I can watch it back on repeat. So if my wife asked me, hey, what do you want to watch tonight? I can say, hey, I have a special video.
We can watch it over and over again. By the way, we can continue what it says right now. Turn on auto reload.
What happens when you spend all your credits, it automatically will add new credits from your credit card. I highly suggest you don't do this. You don't want to take any risk.
I've been burned multiple times with thousands of dollars, not with this, but with Google ads 50 years ago. Oh man, I skipped this for now. So I do not auto add credits when I am almost out of credits and I close this.
talking about limitations what I can do over here and manage limits I go to the organization settings I scroll down and it says spend limit right now it says that I spent a maximum of $500 per month if I want to change that I can change it over here but as long as you don't turn on auto renew after $50 it's just gone so I can leave this for what it is after $50 nothing will happen what i can do if i go to billing look at this it says auto reload is disabled if i want to turn it on if i'm like hey when i run out of credits add new credits because this company is crushing it then click on edit and then it says when the the bell turn it on and then when the balance reaches five dollars add 50 more dollars let's start with 50 or 40 and then see what's happening with your company with your paperclip company and then later if things are running you can always take a look at those settings but right now i leave it with 50 we're going to build something with 50 so what i need to do now i need to go back to the app then i need to go to where are your api keys here at manage api keys there are no api keys yet so i click on create key i call this one paper clip
And then I click on add. And there is the key. And make sure that this code is never visible to anyone except for you.
I copy this key. Then I go back to hosting a VPS. And here at Anthropic, I paste it.
Now I scroll down and I click on deploy.
Now it's deploying Paperclip on our VPS using the Docker manager. Paperclip is now running. Where to?
Okay. Let's let's get serious again. And what you also see here below, there's not a container.
It's called traffic. What is this? Well, this is an extra security layer from hosting and that will make your whole project secure.
So very important. What we need to do now over here at Docker manager projects access, we need to click on open. I close this.
There we go. Now we need to sign in with paperclip with the same details we had over here. So I will fill in my details and then I click on sign in.
Now I need to have my company name. So my ID, I want to create a project over here where I just fill in the application password of any website, any WordPress website, and then automatically it will optimize the website for SEO, for AI. It will create content based on the information it already has on the website.
So it will get more organic growth. and all that like by giving an application password so the name of my company it says over here as an example acme corp i would like to say wp optimizer in some cases with a z in some other case with an s i go with the z and then the mission goal what i will do i will ask chat gpt for help with everything in this process so i will say i am working on a project using paperclip I want to create.
Based on this information, give me a mission slash goal text. So, and now based on my story, JetGPT will help me. So there I go.
i copy this then i go to paperclip and i paste it over here then i click on next the agent name i can call it ceo so i am the board of advisors i say what i want and then ceo will perform everything and it does everything it needs to do in order to perform it it can hire other agents it can do things by itself it can delegate things so the name of the agent i'll go for ceo you can call it josh and if you're really in a good mood you can call cindy i will go with ceo really clear and i can go with cloud code or with codex i will go with cloud code because we used entropic and tropic is linked with cloud code chat gpt is linked with codex we did not use that one so i go for cloud code the model i will go for the default model and really important let's test if the connection is working so i click on test now it is working with a few warnings that's totally fine i click on next so now give it something to do so i can say hire verge engineer and create a hiring plan so what i will say task title hire the right agents for the right tasks and i say find people to scan the word press websites optimize
the wordpress websites for seo and lms write content do research about content to write blog posts about and find content writers and other agents to do the tasks that are needed to be done right click on next Ready to launch the WP Optimizer CEO with cloud code. Hire the right agent for the right tasks.
Agents, plural. Create and open an issue.
And we are live, ladies and gentlemen. Now, Paperclip is going to work for us. And I totally understand that this looks overwhelming when you see this for the first time.
So let me walk you through the dashboard and let me show you step by step what you can do within Paperclip. so the first thing i want to mention is this left area over here we see the paperclip logo and below that we see our company right now it has a ping background with the letter w because of wp optimizer i don't want to overwhelm you even more but if you're working with paperclip a little bit longer you can create multiple companies as you see over here in one of my accounts and if you want to create a new company really simple click on the plus and you can do the same thing again And then a new company will be created.
And what I really like about this is that you can have multiple companies. With my OpenClaw chatbot, Telegram Nova, I have everything in one chatbox. So now and then I want to go back to something.
I have to go to the history. I have to search for things. And everything is, all the different things I'm doing with OpenClaw are in one chatbot.
And I love it. But what I really like is that with Paperclip, you have multiple companies. It gives a bit more structure.
And I like structure. Do you like structure? so right now we are here at issues let's go to the dashboard what I see over here there's at this moment one agent and that is working what it's doing is hiring our first engineer and it's creating a hiring plan so right now it's running and here below I see some information I see the agents that are enabled right now it's only one there's only one task in process in progress And something just happened.
I also have something in my inbox. Let me finish this. I see the monthly spent.
So if I perform a few tasks, I see that this number will grow and I see pending approvals. What does it mean? It says it's a waiting board review.
So how does it work? There's a company with a CEO. I am not CEO.
I have a CEO. He can hire someone else and I have to instruct the CEO. So actually I'm the board of advisors.
I'm the one. that's not in the picture but i say to the to the ceo hey this needs to happen and then he will make it happen and he decides or she how he or she wants to make it happen so i see over here pending approval it will ask me hey is it okay to do this so in order to figure out what it is i need to go to my inbox and every time there's something that needs our attention we can go to our inbox so over here it says hire an agent chief technology officer i say approve So now, if I go to the organization here at company org, there are two people, the CEO and the CTO.
And the bigger your company becomes, the more clear it becomes of what it needs to do because it needs some instructions from us, the bigger this becomes. So if I go back to the dashboard, now there's not only one person running, but you see the CEO is working over here, the CTO is working over here. So the CTO is doing multiple things now.
So it's got my input. from what we have filled in. This is what I want.
And now the company is going to figure out how they can do that just like a real company, but this time only with AI agents. So while our agents are working, what I want to do, I want to keep things organized. So what I will do over here at the WordPress favicon, I want to change that.
So I go over here to settings and over here, I see the current logo. I want to replace it. So here at ChatGPT, I still want to make use of this.
I say, create a square favicon. png of a company called wordpress optimizer there you go i could say without the edges but i think it will do fine so let me go over here choose file i'm using it all the time for thumbnails i really like it no okay I can open it in Photoshop, get rid of the edges, save it again on the desktop, choose a file, I'll go to my desktop.
There you go.
And now it looks like this. So when I create multiple companies, I can see, hey, this is the WordPress optimizer. Awesome.
so it's now 10 minutes later and what do i see i already spent seven and a half dollars and i'm like we're just setting things up how does it work why do i spend this money well let me show you if we go to issues right now i set them to this you can go for a list view when it's green something is done something's finished when it's red it is blocked if you want to take a look at all the different terms there are you can click over here And here's the new issues working out in progress, blocked or done.
Well, over here, I see some things that are done. SEO audit, score all pages and identify gaps. And I'm like, what is going on over here?
Because I have not even assigned a website yet. So if I go to my inbox, I get this message. I see over here, they are working on the website.
they've worked on further .com what have they done they read my website further .com because they know it's associated with this web hosting account and since they did not have a rest api they started just scraping the website with from the front end so everybody every user can do this and then started coming up with new ids and then if i give the rest api then immediately they can put into practice what they've already prepared over here well this is not what i want so i will create a new issue that's how you work only work websites I submit my company ID is that I will sell as a service if it's working of course and then say to people hey give me your URL give me a username and a application password then I will give that to my WP optimizer company run by paperclip and that will optimize the website so that's what I'll make clear right now I will submit the website So I create the issue.
Then my CEO wakes up because he says, hey, there's a response. So let's take a look at the response.
I click over here. So here's my issue. And then over here, a response will be created.
So what happened over here, it says the CTO identified further .com because it knows it's my website. and then from the public front end they started doing a scrape on the website no password was seen no adjustment was made because they had no access to the website so now what they need from me is a login url username application password generated in wordpress on there i know so once you provide these we'll begin only from that authorized starting point nothing will be scraped or modified without your explicit submission so this is sometimes how it goes we burned 7 .30 and that's all part of the learning process now it says to me specifically just give me the website the url the username and the application password and then we start working on the website so what it will do it will check the website it will optimize it for seo and for llms and then based on the information on the website it will create blog posts so we get more organic results and we can be found better so in order to do that i have a website we are webdefined .com
what design agency and I removed all the blog posts so I grab this website I go to new issue my first website that I submit we are web divine come so I only I give this to the CEO and I only say URL this one user so now i go to the website to the back end to users and over here i say wp optimizer copy this create a password so i go back to paperclip user is this one and then the password or application password is This one.
So that's the whole idea of this company. I can sell this as a service when it's working, of course. I need to test it on a lot of websites, see if there are really results.
And then I can offer this as a service like, hey, do we want your website to be optimized? We'll create more content for you. We optimize your website for the search results, for SEO, for LLS.
So I create the issue. And now let's see what will happen. So it's now 20 minutes later.
What I see over here, here was my issue. They assigned the issue to number eight. So if I click over here, I see what happened.
Credentials, user, application, scope of work, analysis, optimization, and content generation constraints. It will stop if it's not working after three times. The goal, transform the website into a fully optimized, continuously growing content platform that increase organic traffic authority and AI visibility with minimum manual effort.
So, it did something beautiful. It checked my website, the analysis part. It's seeing what it can do better, title tags, categories, meta descriptions, how we can make it look better.
Phase two, content optimization, a lot of great suggestions. And then phase three, it even created a blog post for me, but then it got stuck because the color, as you saw, is red. so it got blocked so something is not working it almost seems like it's a real company where things sometimes do not work out as you want it to go so there are a few fixes what happened is probably i gave it a url a username an application password but it says the username wp optimizer is not it's not there so what i probably need to do i need to give the username of my current administrator email and then the name of the application and then the password so what i will say in the reply is so the real username of the administrator is this one the application password name is wp optimizer can you access the website now and optimize optimize the whole website sent so it wakes up the CTO so now it's doing things and what I'm thinking now is how does it go with my credits nice nice
If this is really helping people, I can sell this for $500. I can even sell it as a subscription. Like every month, we're going to optimize your website.
And it cost me a few dollars. And then if I charge $100 per month, it's a nice business model. So let's go back to the inbox.
Then to the, it's running again. So it's yellowish now. Page down.
So it's. working on all those things and if i take a look at the dashboard i see it's still live so it's still performing things it's yellow so it's still in progress if i go to the website let's see if anything is already done and the best thing to check it right now is at the blog area no blog post yet so i have to wait and then i will be back with you so what i see now it has done a lot of things it added three new blog posts page titles are updated made a description is adjusted taxonomy cleanup there's still so many other things that need to happen for instance i use a fake phone number there's a page in elementor that's not not even real so or not used so i should go to pages there's one page this one or this one can be trashed so i'm happy that it figures it out that i should do that or whatever it has done at a three new blog posts adjusted the key added keyword rich page titles so what i see if i go to the website i see about here also about if i click on edit page look at this it says about web design amsterdam web agency so that's good for the search results but it's not look uh you don't see that in the the menu over here
or on the page. So this looks great. This is something I created with Elementor.
If I click on Elementor, but if I would fetch the page title, then it would say about web design agency Amsterdam. That's a little bit too much. So I'm really happy with what it has done.
Let's take a look at the blog posts, three blog posts, how to choose a web design agency in Amsterdam. seo for small businesses in amsterdam well that's clearly focused on web design in amsterdam so people can search for web design agency amsterdam and then my blog post will pop up the only thing is if i go to the back end and i go to post all three pages or posts need to have improved seo why is that well let's take a look if i go to analyze it says no images or videos found on this page search engines title exceeds okay 60 characters Here I have a keyword, but I don't have images.
So that's the next thing I want to ask over here. Awesome. Now, can you add a featured image for each blog post and fill the blog post with images based on the content or based on the paragraph?
low or above sent so after five minutes there's an update featured images and inline images edit and it says on which post which images are added and where they are added cool so let me refresh this first wow now they're all green that's good now let's go to the website to blog i see images okay they're from a free website that's if i take a look at the quality i click over here okay or mobile so there's a mobile it's an old mobile reason five lack of trust so this is a trust okay i like it so it's it's in context but um I would like to, I have an iStock subscription to link it to, let me close this and close this.
I don't need this. I would like to link it to iStock. So I say, hey, I have a subscription.
You can get 100 images per month. Gosh, man. Then if you give that to your client, that is like, whoa, this is next level.
This is, it's doing the job, but it comes across as not super professional. So let me go to blog. I know this image is professional.
So what you can also do, go to iStock or a professional picture or with AI, create a lot of images, upload them all to your media library over here. If you want to optimize them, you can go to tinypng .com, make them smaller, upload them all over here and then BabyClip will choose which one will be used from within the media library because also over here, it took one of those images let me see where is it it took one of those images and those are from i stock those are high quality images it took this one so that could also be an option but better to link it with i stock get a subscription and give the best quality possible so what i'll say now over here really important all the things you have done please do them for the next website at once without me asking for it so that so for instance that having featured images and images in the blog post are part of the process sent in the meantime i go to divi5 .com then i go to blog So over here, I have quite some blog posts.
What I will do, I will go to the backend or I can go to user, edit profile, scroll down, say WP optimizer, add an application password. So I would say from a client, what is your website? What is your username?
What is the name of the application password? And what is the application password? Give me those four things and I will optimize your website like crazy.
So what I will do, let's see how far this one is understood. For every future of website optimization, I will do this. I like this.
I really like this. Oh, man. So let's go to my inbox.
I think it's saying that it is finished now.
And if I'm happy, I can say done. Awesome. So now I can create a new issue.
Optimize Divi 5 .com. And test this on a lot of websites because... if it's not working you should not sell this to others so uh optimize d5 .com hps divi 5 .4 wp admin user application user application pass word then assign it to the ceo okay so the ceo wakes up it's in progress now and if i go to the dashboard i see it's sent to the cto and the cto starts working on this with the right login details from the start and now it will also create blog posts with featured images and images that are for in blog post so i go to my inbox click over here go to the number 11 and now it starts to talk about what it will do it's running so i'll be back with you when it is finished so i'm back my aigens worked on this for 10 minutes and here you see everything that's done.
This time by default, it created all those blog posts. So if I go to the website, what I see it updated all the blog posts. So everywhere it says 2024, it adjusted to 20, 2026, but not only that, if I click on the blog post and I click on edit posts, they also changed the publish date to today.
But the images over here are still 2024. That's why I recommend in images, never use a number. This is what a team did that I hired a few years ago.
But in the meantime, I learned that you should not do that. And also over here, it created a blog post for me, opening a new tab. So this is created by a paperclip by the agents, AI agents, but it still uses images that I have in my media library and also another thing there are h2s so over here inspect h3 it's even h3 that's the problem and then here's h4 i guess no it's just wow it's not even an h so what i would prefer over here is that these will be titles because now i think it could be displayed better or i should make them purple like the titles over here so there are things i would like to tweak but overall it did a nice job so what i need to do now if i go to my own website at the dashboard or with google analytics or with SureRank or with Rank Math or Yoast, you should take a look at the results.
So you've optimized the website, keep track of how the website is performing, if it is doing better. If it's not, don't start using this as a tool for your website because it's not helping. So I tested it on WeAreWebDivine .com and on Divi5 .com.
I will take some time to see how it is working. And I can also ask a paid clip. check those websites, then I need to keep those application passwords there and give me an overview of what is happening every week.
So I can get a weekly digest of how my website is performing. Show me based on what you've done with the website, if it has increased in views and sales or not. So that's really important.
And I'm talking about sales, but it cannot track sales if it's a local business. But what I mean is, Does it increase the visibility, the visitors and the engagement or not?
So that's what you can do with paperclip. I use ChatGPT before. So you can just ask what are some great paperclip use cases that can help me with my, and then you can name your business, my YouTube channel.
how can paperclip help me to perform better question mark and over here you can click on the plus you can create a new company use gpt to create a mission all that stuff one more thing i want to take a look at is at the dashboard how much money did we spend we'd spent less than 17 and i think for optimizing two websites of course i need to check if it's really optimizing the website if the results are better but i think i'm happy with this amount i would be less happy if it would be 80 and i was not sure yet if it would be really working it's trial error it's a brand new tool oh man i wonder where this is going we had chat gpt we could chat and get answers then with open claw it could perform tasks and now we have paperclip with multiple agents that can do multiple things for you so i wonder where this is going and um I hope this video was helpful for you.
Let me know what you think of it. Feel free to like the video, subscribe for more upcoming tutorials about WordPress, but less WordPress, more AI kind of tools. I need to go with the flow.
So if more people are interested in those topics, I want to talk about that. And then I wish you the best of luck with everything you do. Bye -bye.

The bait, then the rug-pull.
The title promises a company with no employees, and the first forty seconds double down: one instruction, and the AI hires agents, makes decisions, and gets the job done. What follows is more honest than the title, because the host leaves in every place the company stalled, overspent, or needed him to step in.
