Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Treating AI as a trained employee, not a chat window, is what let one company turn a $4 million launch goal into $19.5 million in six weeks.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • A founder or solo operator who already pays for Claude or ChatGPT but mostly uses it for one-off chats instead of repeatable workflows.
  • Someone scaling a coaching, course, or content business who wants to hand off repetitive work like content mining, proposals, or dashboards to AI before hiring for it.
  • A woman in business who feels behind on AI and wants a non-technical way to think about training it.
  • Anyone curious how a single launch generated $19.5 million in six weeks and what the preparation and delivery scramble actually looked like.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a step-by-step screen recording of Claude's interface. This is a conceptual walkthrough told in conversation, not a tutorial.
  • You're looking for investing or tax advice. The net-worth planning discussion is personal reflection, not instruction.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A business coach who runs her company on 150 trained AI employees and 40 humans explains that using AI well means training it, not chatting with it. The method: build a Claude Project with a knowledge base of past work, write instructions that define the AI's role and rules, then layer in a Claude Skill, a reusable trained procedure, for one repeatable task like a sales proposal. That system sat behind a launch that targeted $4 million and closed at $19.5 million in six weeks, helped by pre-launch visualization, an early signal the goal was too small, and bringing top students on as paid coaches once enrollment outgrew the original delivery plan.

01 · The $19.5M reveal and welcome

The host opens with the headline number, then the two friends welcome each other and set up the episode.

01:20 – 04:00

02 · 150 AI employees, 40 humans

Callan explains what it means to run 150 AI employees alongside 40 human staff, framing AI as leverage for repetitive work rather than a replacement for human judgment. The conversation turns to why women adopt AI more slowly than men.

04:00 – 07:28

03 · Train AI, don't just use it

Callan reframes AI from a technical skill to a trainable employee, and walks through finding the first task to delegate: mining old transcripts and podcasts for content, hooks, and carousels instead of creating from scratch.

07:28 – 12:44

04 · Building a Claude Project and a Claude Skill

Step by step: upload a knowledge base to a Claude Project's files section, write instructions defining the AI's role and rules, then layer in a Claude Skill for one repeatable task. The host shares how a webinar-forensic skill rewrote her own pitch.

12:44 – 20:36

05 · Inside the $19.5M launch

The goal was $4 million; the result was $19.5 million in six weeks. Callan covers pre-launch visualization, the early signal the launch would outgrow projections, the delivery scramble once enrollment tripled, and a CEO lesson about only needing to know the business's constraints.

20:36 – 24:24

06 · Announcing the AI Employee Bootcamp

Callan previews her September 29 bootcamp, where she opens up her company's actual operations department by department, and warns that most AI hype online doesn't hold up against what's actually working inside a real business.

24:24 – 28:20

07 · The favorite tools: Whisperflow, Granola, Claude dashboards

A rundown of the daily tool stack: a dictation tool, a silent meeting-transcript tool that syncs into Claude, and a custom dashboard that pulls tasks, chat messages, and a calendar into one interface for new hires.

28:20 – 32:52

08 · Standardizing on Claude, and Perplexity Computer

Why the company standardized on Claude over other tools, the scale of the operation, and two Perplexity Computer case studies: a 10-minute competitor pricing scan and a recruiting search that filled a role in two weeks.

32:52 – 37:12

09 · Inside the three-day bootcamp

The bootcamp's day-by-day structure across marketing, sales, ops, finance, and HR, the follow-on eight-week implementation program, and the recurring pattern of attendees rating their own AI skill much higher before they see an expert work than after.

37:12 – 41:11

10 · AI and the future of humanity

Callan pushes back on fear-based AI narratives, citing a client who built AI employees so she could stay present with a newborn instead of returning to payroll the next day. She frames AI as a choice to use deliberately rather than a future to predict.

41:11 – 47:58

11 · Money, meaning, and the house

The conversation turns personal: the belief that money amplifies someone's existing character rather than changing it, and the ritual Callan performed with the trees cut down to build her home before construction began.

47:58 – 59:27

12 · Quickfire: books, spirituality, and New Earth

Closing rapid-fire questions covering favorite business and spiritual books, her relationship to God and spiritual practice, a tangent on extraterrestrials, and what it means to her to help build a more conscious world.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • AI is only as good as its documentation, so writing down your actual process matters more than finding the perfect prompt.
  • A Claude Project needs two parts: a knowledge base of past work in the files section, and written instructions defining the AI's role, rules, and sources to follow.
  • A Claude Skill is a trained, reusable procedure for one task, like a sales proposal, that can take a piece of work to roughly 90% finished from a single input.
  • Spending two hours chatting with an AI tool to solve a one-time problem wastes the real value: that same workflow could be trained once and reused indefinitely.
  • A launch that targeted $4 million closed at $19.5 million in six weeks after early sales beat projections and a friend predicted a $15 million result before a single sale closed.
  • When a launch outgrows its delivery plan, calling past students and asking them to become paid coaches can solve a capacity problem faster than a hiring process.
  • Going from doer to visionary means accepting you won't know every operational detail, and focusing instead on identifying and solving the business's current constraints.
  • Most people haven't documented their own sales objections or responses, and that gap, not a lack of AI skill, is usually what AI output exposes.
  • A dictation tool that cleans filler words and infers punctuation can produce cleaner text faster than typing, even compared to a phone's built-in dictation.
  • Spending 40 to 60 hours learning to work with AI is a realistic investment, not an overnight switch, even inside a company built around it.
  • A research tool that can run hundreds of parallel browser sessions can complete a full competitor pricing scan in about 10 minutes instead of a day of manual work.
  • The same kind of multi-session research tool can scan a platform like LinkedIn for a specific hire and return a matched shortlist in about 30 minutes.
  • People consistently rate their own AI proficiency far higher before they watch an expert work than after, which makes self-assessment a poor measure of actual skill.
Takeaway

Train AI employees, don't just chat with them.

THE AI EMPLOYEE MODEL

Treating AI as a trained employee instead of a chat window is the mechanism behind a $19.5 million launch, and the real bottleneck it takes to get there is documentation and communication, not code.

02150 AI employees, 40 humans
  • A business can run on AI employees that handle repeatable work while humans keep the judgment calls, which changes what gets delegated first.
  • The biggest gap in AI adoption isn't skill, it's a story people tell themselves about not being technical, when working well with AI is closer to clear communication than coding.
03Train AI, don't just use it
  • If a task is repetitive, necessary, and doesn't require your unique judgment, it's the first candidate to hand to a trained AI process instead of redoing it yourself.
  • Old transcripts, calls, and podcasts already contain finished ideas, hooks, and stories that most people never reuse, so mining existing material can replace creating from scratch.
04Building a Claude Project and a Claude Skill
  • An AI workspace works best with two separate pieces: a knowledge base of your actual past work, and written instructions that define its role, rules, and which documents to follow.
  • Documenting your own undocumented knowledge, like your actual objection-handling responses, matters more than a clever prompt, because AI output is only as good as what it's given to work from.
  • A reusable, trained procedure for one specific task, built once, can take a piece of work like a sales proposal to roughly 90% finished from a single input like a call transcript.
05Inside the $19.5M launch
  • Visualizing the specific mechanics of a goal, like exactly where new revenue would get allocated, can function as real preparation and not just positive thinking.
  • Being surrounded by people who predict outcomes bigger than your stated goal can expand what you believe is possible before you have any evidence it will happen.
  • When volume outpaces a delivery plan, calling past customers and inviting them in as paid support can solve a capacity crisis faster than a hiring process.
  • Moving from doing the work yourself to running the business means accepting you won't know every operational detail, and your real job becomes solving the business's current constraints.
06Announcing the AI Employee Bootcamp
  • Showing the actual backend of a working business, not a slide deck, teaches a new way of operating more convincingly than describing it in the abstract.
  • Before adopting an AI claim seen online, it's worth testing it against a real business, because a lot of AI hype doesn't hold up under that test.
07The favorite tools: Whisperflow, Granola, Claude dashboards
  • A dictation tool that automatically cleans filler words and infers punctuation can be faster and cleaner than typing, even compared to a phone's built-in dictation.
  • A meeting tool that doesn't visibly join the call avoids the friction other participants feel when they notice a bot in the room.
  • Centralizing scattered tools like a task manager, chat app, and calendar into a single AI-built dashboard shortens the ramp-up time for anyone new to a role.
08Standardizing on Claude, and Perplexity Computer
  • Standardizing a team on one AI tool, instead of letting everyone use whatever they prefer, is itself a deliberate operating decision worth making on purpose.
  • A tool that can run many parallel research sessions can complete a task like scanning every competitor's pricing in about 10 minutes instead of a day of manual browsing.
  • The same kind of multi-session research tool can source and shortlist job candidates directly from a platform like LinkedIn, cutting a multi-month search down to weeks.
09Inside the three-day bootcamp
  • People consistently rate their own AI skill much higher before watching an expert work than after, which makes self-assessment a poor way to judge actual proficiency.
  • Learning to work well with AI is really a communication skill: describing your own problem precisely is the actual bottleneck, not the technical setup.
  • Budgeting real hours, not a single session, to get proficient with AI reflects how long the skill actually takes to build, even inside a company built around it.
10AI and the future of humanity
  • A business built around AI employees can let someone step back from day-to-day operations entirely during a major life moment, instead of returning to work the next day.
  • Focusing on using a new technology deliberately for a known, immediate benefit is a more useful stance than trying to predict its long-term outcome.
11Money, meaning, and the house
  • Believing that money amplifies the character someone already has, rather than changing it, reframes financial growth as revealing values instead of creating new ones.
  • A space built to create and gather in, rather than to display, is felt differently by the people who visit it, even without knowing the backstory.
12Quickfire: books, spirituality, and New Earth
  • Returning to one book during every major decision, rather than searching for new advice each time, can function as a stable personal reference point.
  • Separating a current belief system from a past institution that caused harm is possible even while keeping some of that belief's original language and concepts.

You broke the record on the internet of every female entrepreneur ever. Yes. So we, our goal was 4 million in revenue for this last launch of our AI architect training program.
We hit 19 .5 million. Yes. In a six week period.
In a six week period. Yeah.
Oh my God. Hi, Kim. Hi.
Welcome to my show. Thanks for having me in your show and in your house. Thanks for being in my life, babe.
So fun. We're roommates now. I know.
It's amazing. Please don't. I won't.
Lady and sister. And don't you love my husband? He's incredible.
Thank you. I'm obsessed. Well, we're obsessed with you.
And so is like the world right now. And I know why. We're going to talk about why.
And I'm really excited to bring your work to my community because. Everyone needs what you got, girl. Thank you.
So before we like break it all down, let's kind of go like up to the top and talk about the fact that you have 150 AI employees. Yes, ma 'am. Okay.
So when I first heard that, that like blew my mind. Okay. So what does it actually mean to have AI employees, let alone 150?
Yeah. And is this where we're going? Yeah.
Well, we're here. Okay. We've arrived.
We've arrived. Yeah, and I will say we can't say the 150 AI employees without saying there's 40 humans. Yes, you do.
That manage, optimize, train, and make those AI employees so freaking amazing. We cannot do it without humans. So yeah, we're here.
We have this amazing technology available to us. I've been in the technology world for my entire career. I love efficiency.
I love leverage. I love... making things really easy.
I often say I will remodel my house if it makes it easier to take my trash out because I just like things to feel really simple. And that's not often how feminine energy rolls. Sometimes females, especially 80 % of my clients are females.
We have over 13 ,000 businesses come through our program. Incredible. And many of them female.
And women often, they work really hard and then the more energy they put in, the more valuable the thing is. And we're in a world where AI can do a lot of this repetitive work. And it's not even my vision.
My reality is that the humans in my company are doing irreplaceable work and AI is doing replaceable work. And it's actually a very, very exciting time for humans. I mean, this is why we're both here for humans.
We're here for humanity. Correct. We're here for women.
Yes. And I think this is why you and I are so aligned with the work that we do, even though we do it in different ways. Because we want to show women that business gets to be easy.
Yes. That making money can be fun. That we can have a huge impact and still like have our peace.
And AI is really the vehicle to do that. And yet there is still such a gap between the adoption of women using AI versus men using AI. Yes.
What do you think that really is coming from? I think there's a story that women tell themselves, especially around hard topics like finance. I mean, technology is a good, this is a good example of like, I'm not techie enough.
I'm not smart enough to get in the weeds of my finances. My husband does my taxes. My husband does my finances.
And it's because I think, you know, the masculine brain is very black and white. They tend to be a little bit more of the analytical, but it doesn't mean women can't. We actually have a beautiful frame on technology.
And I've helped a lot of my clients understand that AI is actually not a technical skill set. Yeah, you're right, actually. You've started to get into this.
It's empowering, actually. Yeah. And it's conscious.
It is. And the more conscious you are, the more creative you are, the more resourceful you are, the more in touch you are with your intuition with a higher power, the better you are at AI you're going to be. There's a future where in like 26 into 27, where if you are not AI, proficient at least, let alone fluent, we're a part of a really beautiful community of women.
And I think it was Stacey Tushel who was like, if you're not working with AI, I can't hire you. Correct. Now that's a very serious reality.
Yes. And so where do women start? Because it's more than just using ChatGPT.
Yes. You have a very clear... point of view that you don't work with, you don't use AI.
You train AI. Build it. Yeah.
So it's a big, beautiful paradigm reframe. Yeah. Where does someone start training AI?
Yeah. I always start with what is a piece of work that you do every day, every week, every month that you have to do that doesn't light you up, but you have to do it to make money. So let's think of a simple one.
You create a lot of organic content. I do. You have to create organic content ideas.
That is a taxing part of your job. We're very repetitive. We have to think of new hooks and new ideas.
Now, you also have a lot of transcripts. Yes. You have a lot of podcasts.
You've done a lot. How many of these have you done? Hundreds.
Okay. So significant stories. And there's probably a lot of stories inside those podcasts you haven't even told on social.
A hundred percent. So why are we recreating the wheel? You've already told the stories.
There's already hooks. There's already contrarian thoughts inside of the transcripts you already have. So one of the employees I have does exactly this.
They go into my transcripts and they pull out all the things I've already said, I've already created. And then I have another employee that's really good at hooks. I have an employee that's incredible at putting carousels together.
I have a real script writer. And so the work's already done. It's about setting up this technology to use this incredible data that we already have, these transcripts with so much gold, and going and mining it and finding the amazing little diamonds and then presenting it in a WIT format.
So it's 80 % done. And then the 20 % is reading it and feeling in our body, do we like it? Correct.
Do we like it? I kind of like it. Tweak it.
But it's so much easier to have an 80%. I mean, it saves you hours, weeks, months of time. Absolutely.
So let's click a little deeper into this because we all feel like, okay, everyone's using AI. Everything kind of sounds like AI. Like there's markers of how AI messaging, like there's keywords.
At least I'm so in it and I just wrote a book. So I was like, I got to be really, really clear. I'm not, I can't use the word.
performance or performing or certain keywords. Cause I wrote my whole freaking book myself. I did not use AI for that, but it was such a learning for me as I'm watching social media and how many people are using it to write content, which is a beautiful thing to your point, to our points for efficiencies.
But you have this whole world inside of predominantly Claude where you create projects and you train your team. Claude, on how to sound like you. So I really would love for you to explain how to set up your AI, no matter what tool you're using, to ensure that it's your voice.
Yeah. So let's start from the very, very top. So when most people use AI, they log into a tool, whether it's ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and they put a prompt in there.
So let's say someone on this conversation might go in there and say, I need to build a sales proposal. to pitch my product to x person i just got a phone call with them and then you kind of go back and forth and you talk to it for about two hours and at the end of the two hours you're like yes i got my proposal and that's what most of our team members are doing too and they're like i'm using ai every day and as a founder like my team's using ai every day but they just used it for two hours right to do something that it could have been trained on so what's a better way Well, the first thing I want to introduce is this idea of a project, an AI project.
So when you go into Claude on the left -hand side, if you have the paid version versus we only use paid, it's like 25 bucks a month. That's less than like coffee, honestly, at this point. I guess it's smoothie.
Truly, truly. Smoothie at Erewhon. So left -hand side, we hit projects.
There's two components of projects that are different. So it's just like chatting with Claude, but bottom right, you're going to see this thing called files. And that's where you can upload a knowledge base.
So you could upload, let's say, now what would be really important if you were hiring Alexa here to do all of your sales proposals? Like what would you need to give her? Would you give her past proposals that you've written?
Maybe your pricing guide. Transcripts with client calls. Very good.
Your best sales calls you've done. Maybe your best client case studies you'd put in there. And then maybe you ask Claude.
What else would you want to write the best sales proposal in the world to make sure that my ideal client is going to close at the highest conversion rate possible? Can I pause you for one second? This is what I fucking love about the way you teach AI because we think that we're outsourcing our knowledge and genius and it's doing the work for us.
But actually the way that you coach on how to prompt and communicate with the tools, I think expands you instead of contracting. The way you think? Yes.
Does this make sense? Oh, yeah. My brain's never been more on fire.
Exactly. Like it pushes your own aptitude. Yeah.
And creativity. Creativity. Sorry.
Just wanted to continue. But yeah, because you can see me do that when I'm like, oh, no, I've run out of ideas. okay, hey, Claude, ask me for some more ideas.
What else do you think I have? And that's where I think we also come in and we try to tell it what to do versus like, put our ego down and be like, okay, I bet there's more inside of my own brain that I haven't even documented. Don't you think?
I have the chills right now. Have you documented your top 10 objections and exactly how you would handle them in every scenario? No.
Probably not. Most people haven't. And that really is going to be the difference in businesses is who sits down and documents their key information and who doesn't.
Because AI is only as good as its documentation. So we've got the file section. We've got that brain that we start to build.
And then in the instructions, that's where we set its role. We tell it what to do, how to do it, its rules. You are a world -class proposal builder.
You follow the notion and the rules of Chris Voss, Zig Ziglar, Daniel Pink, some of the world's greatest sales coaches. You build proposals just like template in knowledge base named X. You use the pricing guide called pricing guide XYZ.
It's an Excel document. Please always calculate sales tax and put it on this line. Please follow our branding perfectly with our colors.
It's in the knowledge base. Okay. And then we can tell it, there's this next thing I'm going to introduce.
Don't freak out. It's called a Claude skill. So Claude skills.
I'm freaking out in a good way about skills. It's good. Is a trained set of instructions to execute a task as good or better than a human.
So let's say we've created this project and we have something called the sales workspace in our world. So it's a Claude project and it's. all of our sales knowledge, everything that our sales team has been trained on and more.
Then we have a Claude skill that's a proposal generator. And it knows all the intricacies of generating proposals. If it's someone lower than X, then it would be like this.
If it's someone higher than X revenue, it would be like this. And then we bring in the Claude skill and we say, write the proposal. And the proposal skill knows to write the proposal, all I need is a transcript of a sales call.
And then it generates a proposal PDF and it's 90 % done. Okay. Can I tell my cloud skill story?
Cause I feel like my audience is really going to love this because I learned it all from you. Let's go. So you've created and you have a program.
We're going to talk about your program where you get a whole arsenal and access to all of the skills that your team has created, which is epic. And we're going to talk about your program, but because we're buds, you hooked us up with a webinar forensic skill. Yes.
And So many of us are pitching live, we're hosting webinars, masterclasses, three -day challenges, et cetera. And what I did is I ran the full transcript of my last live three -day event back in February, put the skill in place into the prompt and asked it basically to find me all of the gaps of how I could pitch this more effectively, where all my money leaks were.
And I'm in the midst of recreating my entire talk track and slides according to I think that Claude is like a PhD beyond anything that I could define. It's like working with the top master consultant in the world, in the universe, that is going to get so specific and granular.
And I actually did it for my live Q &A waitlist call and I showed up so much stronger because of that one skill that you gave me. So good. So I actually want to talk about your business.
Amazing. I want to talk about your launch. Yeah.
Because you broke the record on the internet of every female entrepreneur ever. And I just think that that should be so. We think so.
If there is another woman that can claim, I would love, I mean, we say this. I don't know, Callan. I don't know, girl.
I just want to celebrate you. Thank you. I want to celebrate you because I believe that money makes you more of who you are.
Yeah. And you have really just exemplified what it looks like to be a woman in her power. Thank you.
With influence. And you're so of service. And you, tell us the number.
Yes. So we, our goal was 4 million in revenue for this last launch of our AI architect training program. And we hit 19 .5 million in a six week period.
In a six week period. Yeah. And so can we go behind the scenes a little bit?
Because I think it's important to really normalize what happens. when you grow that fast, that quickly. Yeah.
I'd actually love to know first, did you see the writing on the wall at what point that you were going to 5X your goal? And how did you prepare for that? And then what happened once you crushed it?
I was chatting with Kate Northrup about this. Before my launch and over the last six months, I have been preparing my financial team. for a goal of 50 million net worth over the next 10 years.
And there's no rhyme or reason to that, very detached from it. But I think of it as though I'm an Olympic athlete and I'm going for gold. And so I'm like, well, what are all of the things that I could do to potentially get gold?
And I'm going to be proud of myself no matter what. So one of the things that my finance team said is like, well, let's play out where the $50 million goes when it starts to come in. So we played out in detail the first 10 to 20 million of, okay, how much goes into a high -yield savings?
How much goes into precious metals? How much of it goes into the stock market? How much of it would go into real estate?
What would be the tax strategies? What would be the moves? What would be the investments we'd make?
And that was really helpful because it's the same thing as Lindsey Vonn visualizing going down the mountain and just, you kind of look like her. Oh, yeah. She's a Minnesota girl.
I see that. Yeah. And so it's the same idea, like just playing out what if these scenarios and like visualizing all of this happening.
Did I think it was going to happen on this timeline? That was a absolute surprise. We started to see.
So we actually the first time we met, we met in a networking group. And it was that weekend where our numbers for our boot camp, which we ran this past spring. started to go.
Our goal was about $3 ,000 and we hit $3 ,000 about halfway through promo period. And Ashley, our friend Ashley Brock, turned to me and she's like, you're going to do a $15 million launch. And this is before we'd sold a single dollar.
And she's over on the treadmill talking to Jasmine Starr and she's like, Callum's going to do a $15 million launch. I'm like, you have to stop saying that out loud. That is very scary for me.
Our goal is $4 million. So I would be very happy with six. I'd be happy with three.
Let's be honest at this point. So she was like hyping me up. And I think that was a huge part because you've got all of this, you know, and you guys all were like, you could totally do it.
You can totally do it. And it's like if you're surrounding yourself with people that are, you know. That's the game.
Top four is so high. I mean, you guys were all like. You could do 20.
Surround yourself in a room filled with women who have no ceiling. Absolutely. That is invaluable.
Yes. And so they're already. So I'm being pushed outside of my own understanding of possibility because that's never been done by a female that I know of.
Again, I'm so excited to meet anyone that is. Seriously, I'm like, I don't know. We're claiming this.
But yeah, so then it started happening. And I called our friend Amy Porterfield in the middle when we hit about 10 million. My concern was delivery.
Yes, of course. Because we obviously were planning for about 500 students. And now we started to creep into the 1 ,000, 1 ,500.
And so Amy said, call your best students you've ever had. um through your last couple years and asked them to be coaches and we called the first 10 that we called all 10 said yes immediately they were like whatever we'll figure out money like we just want to support this organization and that was one of those amazing moments because anything from the outside can look amazing i can sell whatever because i'm a sales girl but have i delivered over the course of this time to these people who are so committed and the answer was yes and they were so willing to support in any way we brought them all on as advisors and that gave me a second wind to be like okay let's let's effing go like let's do we did another we did two bonus master classes after the boot camp um and then it just started creeping up in final launch night was so fun we brought in like another four million on launch night and the whole the whole team was together in an airbnb in minnesota and we had a chef come in our friend katie she was incredible and nicole planned the whole thing and yeah it was it was so magical what have you learned about yourself as a ceo in these last few months how's this launch stretched or this moment in your business stretched
You as a person, as a leader. There is so much that changes around what my job is and what my responsibility is for every single day, my day's work. I think this is probably one of the hardest parts in most entrepreneurs' journeys is going from being the doer and the be -all, do -all to the true visionary.
And being the true visionary means I don't know a lot of the intricacies of what's going on. And I have to battle against, does that mean I'm a bad leader? Because I don't know the newest person that just got hired on the ops team.
I don't know all the active builds that are going on. And we're working on better feedback loops to me because I'm like, I need to know enough. But that is the hardest thing.
What do I need to know? What do I really need to know? And I actually sat down, I had a day with Alex Hormozy a month ago and I asked him, I was like, what do you know about?
And he said, the only thing I know about are the constraints in the business so that I can help solve them. And I was like, that's the answer. So that's really been my newest thing is I am here to solve problems.
And I may not know salary ranges. I don't know who's getting paid what, you know, Kinsey's my right hand and she makes those decisions and I've been able to empower her. I mean, she's unbelievable.
So yeah, it's just coming down to like, this is our business. This is not my business anymore. And that was not easy.
This has been definitely a development for me. You know, you're such a spiritual hustler, Callan. Thank you.
Truly. Thank you. I want to reflect back what you've just broken down so that my community can really feel it because being around sisterhood.
Like that, I met you in this moment right before you totally catapulted to this next level. And for you to say, if it wasn't for these women around me who are cheering for my success, who are opening up what was possible with their support for me, who wanted it as badly as I did, had an abundance mindset to celebrate a woman.
And almost more happy for me when I did do it than I was even of myself. Like what a gift. It's gold.
Gift. It's invaluable. And then the evolution of who you need to be as a leader, letting go of certain things you probably once felt you had to control and letting your team thrive and putting yourself in the seat where your highest, best use of the business is the thing that only you can do.
And that's an evolution. And I mean, you're empowering thousands of people through a tool that is here to accelerate. I think everyone's thriving.
Through the power of AI. Thank you. So you have a bootcamp coming up.
Yes. On September 29th. Yes.
That takes the masses. Yeah. Into the AI gold.
In my world. Yeah. Into your world.
Into my business. So what can people expect at this bootcamp? Yeah.
So it's called the AI Employee Bootcamp. And the whole purpose of it, and I always say this, is I used to be a magician as a kid. I would go in my little room and I would practice my magic tricks all day.
Then I'd come out and do it for all the adults. And they're like, oh, sweet. But I actually do that for a living now.
So I bring thousands of people on Zoom and I show them the underbelly of our business. And I go through each department and I say, you know, this is what sales used to do. And this is how it operates now.
This is what our operations team used to do is how it operates now. Finance, HR, sales, marketing, organic team. And you get to see what it actually looks like to run an AI powered business.
And the whole point, I call it the inspo. It's like if you're going to go remodel your kitchen, what's the first thing you do? you go to pinterest you go to the magazines you start looking at inspiration of other kitchens it's the exact same thing with ai employees you need to see other businesses running ai employees and i'm not doing a canva slide deck this is like i'm like hi everybody how you doing go and log into cloud and i'm like you're ready to see the first demo like every session i kick off with a demo immediately because it's just it's my favorite thing to do and it's like people's draws are on the floor and there's a reason why i keep a day or two in between each one because...
So much information. Yeah. I mean, if we were tracking brain chemistry, we would see new neural pathways being generated.
Oh, I feel that way every time I'm with you. I'm going to just be... I think I told you this.
My husband, he couldn't sleep. He's like, I'm so activated. I felt the same way when I was with Callan.
Every time I'm with you, it's you. But it's also the way that you open, blow people's minds open to the possibilities. of what happens when we really get to know this that's what i'm really obsessed about you know there's a lot of um hype on ai and i'll say this too even on instagram like i'll see some random you know 19 year old claude bro talking about some create you know like oh claude code just killed interior design and then i'll have my research team go research it and it doesn't work You have to be very, very careful of who you're learning from, what business are they running, what is actually working inside of a business right now.
Every time someone asks me, like, what's going to happen 10 years from now? I'm like, I am not a futurist. I really am not.
I'm like, I want to make money, be happy, spend time with my girlfriend, go to Italy for a month. And AI is helping me do that. So that's why I'm not even really a techie girl.
Like I don't even like technology. No, I never. When I was like in college, I was business girl, sales girl.
I like it because I like winning. You like to live and win. I like living.
I like playing the game. Totally. This whole business is a game.
It is my outlet. It's my, I was a college athlete. I no longer play sports in that way.
This is the way that I get my competitive drive out. Not that I'm competing against anything. I'm competing against myself.
I use it to win. Totally. Because if you're going to play the game, play to win.
Play it. Why are we wasting? I mean, people that spend three hours on a sales proposal, I see it every single day.
I walk through a coffee shop. I can barely walk through a coffee shop. Like they'll be hammering away in their little Google Doc.
And I'm like, oh, my God, do I tell them about Whisper Flow? Don't do it. Don't do it.
Don't do it. They're just enjoying their little ice mocha. They don't need you to tell them anything.
And I'm like, God, but they just don't even know. And they're just wasting their little afternoon away writing out a proposal with their keyboard. No, I know.
I've got to share this story because the first time we all hung out, one of the first times we hung out, we were. masterminding and we were helping one of the women you were helping one of the women write her keynote and kellen has her laptop open and your laptop her laptop and you're like okay liz start um start your keynote talk so liz literally types like two keys and kellen goes wrong whoa whoa whoa are you doing wrong and i was like what's whisper flow so for the audience No more keyboards.
Let's break this down. Stop with the keyboards. Okay, we got to talk about WhisperFlow, Granola.
Yeah, yeah. Let's go through your favorite AI tools. Okay, so WhisperFlow is number one.
WhisperFlow is a tool that you can download to your computer and it allows you to - And your phone. And your phone, yep. It allows you to hit a little hotkey and it automatically starts recording you and then you stop it and then it pastes everything you just said anywhere you want it to go.
And it's brilliant. It says it, it cleans it, it cuts your ums, it cuts your likes. It actually says it.
in a more polished way than you would have probably typed it. It's incredible. It's amazing.
So that's a dictation tool. And people are like, why don't you just use the Apple dictation? I'm sorry, but have you used it?
I'm like, hello, mom, how are you doing? Question mark. No, we don't just say question mark with Whisperflow.
It just knows you're asking a question because it's smart. Second tool is Granola. That is my favorite transcript tool.
Why do I love Granola? Gosh, Cal and I already have Otter. I got Reed.
I got Fathom. What I love about Granola is it doesn't have to be invited into the Zoom room. That is the worst.
When the little Zooms are chatting, like, Otter has 20 minutes left. I'm like, I don't care, Otter. I really didn't need to hear from you.
Just stay silent in the back. Granola is silent in the back. It also has a phenomenal connection with Claude.
So if you turn the Granola connector on, you can ask it for a transcript. You can say, hey, I think I had three meetings yesterday. Can you summarize all my to -dos?
What did I promise? What did I not deliver? Can you check my emails to see what I haven't sent yet?
Also, can you go check in Slack to make sure I didn't miss anything yesterday? So now we can turn all of our connections on and we can start to get daily briefs. I'm looking at my EA, Sam.
Our life's about to change. Yes. So this is actually really cool.
We use Notion internally as our project management software. What do you guys use? Monday .com.
Monday .com. Same kind of deal. monday .com notion is on it they can all get really busy can get very messy in there there's a lot of things going on i can imagine there's probably some things going on in monday .com yes so what we've done as a company this is something we teach inside the program is claude is our interface and so what we've done is every day our our new especially our new team members because they're getting up to speed on ai and they're like notion slack what We give them a dashboard and it syncs in real time with their notion.
So they can see all of their tasks on their little dashboard. They can see all of their unread Slack messages or any Slack messages that AI deems as necessary that they haven't responded to. And then they have their calendar for the day on their little dashboard.
And we've built the dashboard in Cloud so that they can update a task or add a task or make a note on a task. They can respond to Slack messages right in their little dashboard. And so it's giving them a one -stop shop versus having to go in like three different apps.
This is really the future. Same thing for our finance team. We have the QuickBooks online connector turned on.
So we have a real -time dashboard of all the finances in our business that I can see. Same kind of thing. I can ask a question to it.
And this is really, this is, I mean, it's not even the future. It's happening right now where all of our data is now aggregated into one, well, into multiple databases, but we have one interface where we can communicate with it. That's insane.
Yeah. So Whisperflow, Granola, you like, obviously. Claude.
I'll just say the Claude. Claude, Claude Connectors, Claude Skills. Yes.
Talk to me about Gemini, Perplexity, Chat, because they all have their place. They do. And Chat's been doing really well.
They've been adding a lot of different things. As a company, we've locked with Claude. That's our decision.
We have 40 humans. Last week, we onboarded 18 new people that are coming on. Last week.
So you're going to 58? Yes. Is that the math?
I think we'll probably be going to, that'll be 50, 51, I think by the end of like two weeks when they all start. We're scaling rapidly, very aggressively. This is actually, this is really interesting.
This month, we're going to spend $2 million. Not even on ads. This is on people, processes we spend.
You're scaling. $200 ,000 on an agentic AI solution for customer service. Because last launch, that almost broke us.
40 ,000 emails in a two -week period. And it was AI plus humans, but this is like legit. So anyways, the tools that we're using.
Yeah. So to chat, Gemini, Google is going to be making some massive advancements and announcements over the next year or six months. They have everyone's data.
Are you using Google Suite? Yes. I've been waiting for the day when like it already knows all my calendar.
It knows all my emails. Like why? Why is this so hard?
So I'm guessing Gemini is going to make some massive. updates and i'm very excited for that but they're not quite there yet i love perplexity so i don't use it i'm not that familiar with so perplexity computer and claude has this capability but perplexity computer is the best perplexity computer is 200 bucks a month okay what it does is on its side it spins up however many computers browsers so let me give you an example my dad is a manufacturer's rep for target and he sells products into target He represents a brand called Bialetti.
It's a coffee brand. They have these little mocha pot espresso makers. And it was Amazon Prime Day.
And he was on the phone with them like, how are you? He's like, oh gosh, it's Amazon Prime Day. I was doing all this research and I wish that I could go on Amazon and have a little intern go find every other mocha pot on Amazon Prime Day.
And I want to know what their original price was and what their sale price is. I said, stop right there. Let's pull up Perplexity Computer.
I built him a beautiful prompt, as always. And it went out and it spun up 200 computers. And the agents went on Amazon and found every single mocha pot on Amazon Prime Day in 10 minutes and built an Excel doc with the current price, the sale price, and the percentage of a discount.
You know, what cups did it come in? What different sizes? What the reviews were?
And then he used that analysis to present back to his team what their price needs to be for Amazon Prime. 10 minutes. You also told us that you can use Perplexity Computer for hiring.
You can. Will you explain that? Absolutely.
So we have been doing significant recruiting before we recruit for a role. We run everything through Perplexity Computer to go out on LinkedIn. The first thing we do is we use AI to build our perfect role.
Very important. Exactly who this person is. We use manifestation principles to build out our perfect role.
Who are they? What do they look like? What's their demographic?
What are they interested in? I mean, getting down to the exact little nuances of that person so that when we see them, we know it's them. Then we go into Perplexity Computer as the actual finder.
And one of my favorite stories, one of my clients, her name's Colleen. She runs a company called Zego Foods, and she's obsessed with... food supply and making sure there's no pesticides and her oats are all glyphosate free.
We love her. She's psychopathic about every ingredient. Amazing.
Needed a plant manager for her oats manufacturing firm. Does anyone know anyone? I'm like, I personally don't.
But what if you ran our little talent scout AI employee inside of her Plexi computer? So she ran it. She came back with 25 potential plant managers that matched her exact description.
That it got from LinkedIn. Yeah, so this thing spun up hundreds of computers and they scoured LinkedIn for 30 minutes. I mean, imagine at light speed.
Came back with the 25 perfect profiles. The number one, and then also gave her personalized messages for outreach and recommended comp. And then she sent the message on LinkedIn, got a response the next day, got her on an interview same day.
And she was hired two weeks later. That number one, one on the talent scale. That is next level.
I know. Because the hiring can take three, six months. It only takes that long because we're not taking dramatic action.
Correct. Yeah. That is very, very true.
But now with this tool, that's like a whole other level. Yes. So I want to go back to this bootcamp.
There's been three days with you. Yes. I've been to your bootcamp.
Yes. It's a vibe. So fun.
Your team, the energy, the room. Really fun. You're such a masterful teacher.
Thank you. You can really feel your joy. in it.
My team has to truly get me off of Zoom. Yeah, I hear that. I can feel that.
Like, please end the call. That's exactly how my team is. You're like, stop talking.
Stop talking. We have to go to bed. Exactly.
We have other fucking things to do today. We're hungry. Yeah, exactly.
But it's worth it. It's an amazing way to spend your time. Yes.
So the first one is September 29th. Yeah. They're about an hour, hour and a half long.
Yep. Hour and a half. Okay, great.
Yep. And take us through the three days. Yep.
So I started 1130 September 29th. So we're going to do Um, we go literally day one, we go right into it.
So the whole, every three sessions, so we'll focus like marketing sales, we'll do ops, um, backend, and then we'll do finance, HR. And, you know, some people might be like, oh, finance, not sexy. I'm like, excuse me.
Yeah. Even personally, but that's not sexy because you're just not doing it. And I can show you how AI makes it so easy to see our finances.
AI makes everything sexy. It does. It really does.
So we're going to go through different themes each day. And then I do a little teaching. It's really important for me to make sure the founder understands what does it actually take to become an AI -powered business?
What does it really take to get their team up to speed on this? Because this really is a 40 to 60 hour investment of learning the skill set. It is not an overnight thing.
And we even deal with it internally with new hires. What I wish I could just snap my fingers and they're immediately good at it. But you know, you've been doing this and you're tinkering.
You have to practice. And then the thing... The best part is at the end of the bootcamp, they'll get an invitation to our eight -week program if they want to join it.
But the purpose of the eight weeks together is we need to do work. We need to set this stuff up. And so that's what we hold their hand for the eight weeks is documenting the key documentation, setting up their marketing, their sales, their operations, their finance, their HR workspaces, showing them the intricacies of our backend.
But the bootcamp is really, I want to show you what's possible. And it's so expansive. It is.
It is. I think people will see it and say, what typically happens is day one, I'll say, you know, zero to 10, how proficient are you with AI? And people are eight, nine, nine.
And then I'll say, okay, all right, day three. How do you, and they're like, I was actually a two. A hundred percent.
Okay. I didn't even realize, you know, it's like, how do you realize like, how good are you at cooking? Well, if you've never had, if you've lived in the jungle your entire life, you think you're pretty damn good.
And then you come out and Ina Garten is cooking for you and you're like, ah, I see. Like there's a difference, but we don't know until we see it. That's how I felt when I met you.
I was like, I'm a fucking kindergartner at this. And it was so motivating and up leveling just to learn a few things in a short amount of time from you. I would say too, at this point, like, you know.
what you need to do. It's not like you're in Claude Code and there's all these integrations. It's not like that.
This is not technical. This is how well do you understand your pain and your problems inside your business and how well can you communicate to AI what the actual process needs to be to get rid of those pain and problems. Right, to solve it.
Most people have not worked on their communication skills. that I actually think if Toastmasters was a skill as a stock, I'd invest in it because I think people are going to have to really learn how to communicate because most technical people have gotten to be in the back, you know, coding away, not talking. And now, oh my gosh, they're struggling because we have to be able to talk and say exactly what we're looking for.
That's what I was saying earlier. I feel like it. pushes my creativity and capacity for communication.
It actually makes me dig in deeper, you know? And there's this, my next question for you is really around the future, yours, as much as sort of the humanities, because people have a philosophy. There's a lot of women that I've talked to that have resistance to AI because they feel like it's going to take over.
But I love your frame on it because it's actually the antithesis of that. The more we actually get this right, the more space we have to live our lives. And the time we get back to be connected to one another, to be connected to nature, to be connected to God.
I believe it is such an incredibly exciting inflection point in humanity's evolution. And let's just, you know, we might be like a vegan battling a paleo person right now, but let's just agree with what we can agree on. You might think that AI is going to take over everything.
I think and I know because of real data and facts that AI is making me more money than it's ever made me. I'm not wasting human potential. I'm actually activating humans to their highest potential and using their soul gifts to fuel this company and this mission.
I mean, I would switch to paleo for that. Let's like you think it's going to take over. But OK, I don't know.
I don't know what's going to happen. Do I want to just use it for as much light as I possibly can in this time period? And every day I'm going to wake up every day and choose to create light with this technology we have available to us.
That's what I'm going to choose. I'm not going to choose to look at a potential possibility that I have zero control over. We have no control.
over whether AI is going to be bad, good, ugly. I honestly don't know. I'm very, very hopeful and I'm seeing, like I have a client who just had a baby.
She messaged our community and she's like, this is the first baby she's had one other. She's like, I did not enjoy that newborn phase because I had my baby and the next day I was running payroll and I was shipping products. She runs a coffee roasting company.
I was, you know, shipping my products. I was communicating with my vendors. And I have built, she's built 20, 25 AI employees with humans.
She has two amazing humans that run the AI employees. She's like, the business runs itself. I am nesting with my newborn right now.
And I would have never been able to do that had I not had this technology available to me. Boom. Come on.
You are doing God's work. You really are. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Not in the world of AI, but you. Yeah, I think, and there's a reason why I called it. The uncommon business.
I didn't call it the AI business because it's not about AI. It's about being uncommon, which is challenging the status quo. And I don't believe you have to sleep when you're dead.
I sleep, we talked about this, eight to nine hours a night. I don't have kids. So prayers and thoughts.
I will have kids maybe one day. And you know what? I don't know if I could be able to say that, but I don't work past 5 p .m.
I mean, really four most days. I'm really trying to create distance with myself and work. And my girlfriend, Nicole, is amazing.
She's like, we're going on trips without technology. I want women and men. I mean, I love our men in our community.
We could not do this without them. I really want women to understand that they have the power to make as much money as they believe they can make. I want them to understand that they can build a company and have kids and have a beautiful marriage.
And sure, some seasons, you know, one thing will be a little bit out of flux with the other, but they can do it and they do not have to grind to make that a reality. And if I say this all the time, five years from now, I really do think it will morph. I'm very passionate about increasing consciousness and the spiritual component of things.
But if Elon comes out with that in -house robot, baby. You know it's doing your laundry. Guess who's going to be?
Guess. I was talking to Brian, your husband, about it. And in that same moment, he's like, I got to go do the laundry.
And then he's pissed. He's like, I just did the laundry. Now I'm annoyed.
But I'm like, this is the whole thing. I'm like, how do we use this technology? I actually just got something called a Matic.
Have you heard about this? M -A -T -C. M -A -T -I -C.
And it is a little robot vacuum, but it's like a Tesla AI driving thing. And you can call to it. You can say, hey, Matic.
come clean right here and it's mop it's a vacuum it does the whole thing so if you spill like let's say you spilled some of your steel cutouts on the floor you just call to it and it comes to you and it cleans up your little your little mess that's the future that's what i'm talking about like let's let's use this to support right my life correct that is what i want and i want to be able to live it and be so present in the moment and we're going to use technology to be able to do that i feel like you and i were meant to meet i agree And I feel like our work intersects so, so beautifully.
100%. What you're here for, I'm here for. Same mission.
We have different tools and gifts and how we get there. Yes. But we're here for women rising into having it all.
Yes. Like financial freedom. And thank you, by the way.
I think that women need to discuss finances more. transparently and openly, it's so empowering and expanding that when we stand and have like, I love what you said about all of the ways you started thinking about your wealth and future planning. I mean, and the way that you hold such a big vision for yourself financially, this is what we should all adopt.
And I just want to thank you for just being such an amazing model of it. And like I said, at the beginning, I think I got that quote from Sarah Blakely. It's like money makes you more of who you already are.
Like it. If you're loving, if you're generous, if you're kind, if you're compassionate, it gives you more opportunity to be that person in the world. It's been really cool.
I have an amazing girlfriend, Nicole. I know, she's beautiful. She's the best.
She's super cool. And she grew up, her parents started the gym in a really wealthy resort. And so they got to be around a ton of wealth.
And most of those individuals were completely depressed, sad. um terrible relationships with their with their spouses obviously not all very well you know we're making some generalizations here you know the nanny is more of a mom than the mom and that kind of stuff and so for her it was like is that is this the reality here and i think this has been so cool of having this come in and saying like if anything we've just been able to to make more impact so quickly like we wanted to adopt this dog from nicaragua she's so cute her name's winnie And, you know, we had to pay a thousand dollars to get her up and out of there.
You know, most people, it's like, oh, I'm rescuing a dog and she's got, you know, all this stuff I got to pay. It's like, I didn't even think twice about that because I wanted her in our home as fast as possible. I was willing to just pay the extra whatever to make it happen.
And I think that's, it's just, it amplifies the values that you have. And I will say this, before this money has come in, I was so effing happy in my life.
And I was happy in my life when I was single, six months out of my divorce, living in my home, spending time with my girlfriends, going to the Minnesota State Fair and like having like, I was so happy. And I think that's why this money has come in at this time. Because Universe was like, you were already happy before.
You weren't waiting for it. I knew, I knew, I had some, I had certainty. That I knew it was going to come, but I wasn't waiting for that to feel so much joy in my life already.
Sister, we are so split from the same soul. Yes. I talk about joy.
I talk about fun and play and enjoying this human experience as the gateway to becoming magnetic. Yes. Like that's the whole fucking plot is to have a joyful life.
And I'd love to talk about this house that you've built. Because for most people, and I was talking to our shared makeup artist this morning, she told me, this is a gorgeous, beautiful, arguably would say luxury home, but it is the warmest home that also has the word luxury in it that she's ever felt. And it's because you didn't build this home to show it.
You built it to create inside of it and build memories inside of it. and build more and create more love inside of it. And that is the difference between you and many others that are navigating.
And it's not anything to do with them. It's just a worthiness. And you can feel it the moment you step in here.
And I'm just, I'm so grateful to have been able to experience it. It's gorgeous. Thank you so much for saying that.
You're making me cry.
I'll tell you a quick little story. Fun fact. We had to cut down so many trees when we bought this land to build this house.
And I was so sad about it. Yeah. I mean, we had to cut down a lot of trees.
Yeah. And so the morning that they came to do it, I told my builder, I need to come before. And I went to every single tree and actually poured my moon blood on them.
And I told them what was going to happen because trees have souls. And I told them to pull all of their consciousness and energy down into the mycelium network so they could take care of all of the trees in the forest. And I said, we are going to build a house here that will make you proud.
We're going to build a house here that is going to be a sanctuary for love. And we're going to gather in community and bring beautiful humans that are here to do their great work for you as well. And like, I literally just went back to that moment as you were explaining that and reflecting that.
You have no idea how much that means to me. It's so true. Well, they sacrificed their life for an extremely good reason.
For humanity paying it forward in reciprocity. 100%. That's the intention.
And there's no moment in here of feeling, oh my gosh, this is so over the top. But that, I think, again, just comes from that relationship. What are you using money to do, build, create?
What are you using it for? Right. And it is a gift.
And I hope every person in their lifetime gets to feel what it feels like to have a surplus of abundance. Me too. Because it really is the greatest gift that I've ever been given.
And to have friends that share. And I'm really genuine when I say I can't wait. personally to come into your world even more because I'm going through your bootcamp and I'm going to do all of your things.
You're coming in eight weeks. I'm bringing them in. We got the team members.
I will be there every day live. I'm really going to take it. I'm really going to put it all in for it.
But it's really what you're doing is reciprocity. I believe creating, educating and empowering your thousands of women and men that come through to learn ai to create more efficiencies and more capacity for more growth for more abundance yeah like that's the game that i really see you playing in such deep service thank you to the world yeah and you're just this like star beam that dropped into like this reality of mine and i'm just so grateful truly i'm so grateful i have a few last quick fire questions for you I'm really actually excited to get your answers on this because I know you're a reader.
Yes. So I want to know your favorite business book and your favorite spiritual book. Okay, amazing.
10X is easier than 2X. Yeah. Dr.
Benjamin Hardy. Just the, it just comes up so much. And it just, you know, when I'm up against a lot of big decisions, I just, I love, it's just such an easy thing to reference.
He's genius. It's just genius. Like, is this, you know, this has been the hardest thing for me recently is, Our new 10X goal is $400 million.
So when I'm making... You're going to do it, babe. I'm doing it.
We're doing it. We're doing it. It's written.
We are making decisions for that. You know, even this month, spending $2 million. It's like, okay, we have to be our future self now.
And to get to 10X, it's not going to require me grinding. It's not more sales calls. It's bigger, unique, different, creative moves.
I love it. And then a cart totally power of now. Girl.
I read that book and had like an existential crisis in the best way. Same. So I read that.
That was the first book I read like in the middle of my divorce. And I hired a spiritual coach like three days after I learned that we were most likely going to be separating. And it's just, it was the first time where it's, you are not your thoughts.
This is true. You're not. And I didn't know.
I didn't know. I didn't even know what emotion was. I didn't know what emotion was a feeling in your body in 2023.
Wow. No, no. And this is the last three years.
Yes, it's been a come far fast. Oh, yes. Well, you know, we speed things up.
We do. We don't have time to waste. Well, you'll know me.
I'm just if I get set on something, it's it is all an obsession. And I. Even this, you know, aggressive, I say all the time, someone will bring me a problem and I'm like, have you taken aggressive action against this?
No, I haven't. Well, then nothing. I'm so sorry.
Nothing's going to change. Yeah, so he's phenomenal. And then obviously Joe Dispenza, you know, your future self now.
Yeah, he's amazing. Yeah, I just, I love learning from them all. I'm also a big David Guillaume fan, as you know.
I do know. He's been, I went to his event actually last April. And if you have a chance to go see him in person, he is very, very magical human.
He did a seminar called Limitless Abundance. And what I love about him is he's scaled his company to 700 million in revenue. Mary Ruth Organics, they're very successful, the largest liquid vitamin company in the world.
And he did all of it using the principles of Kabbalah. I know. And it's phenomenal.
It's just, you know, he is the first time I heard somebody a couple years ago talking about money and prayer in the same sentence. And I was like, okay. Love that.
Love that. Yes. Yeah.
So this is that breaking a lot of these old patterns for me about, you know, the church never talked about money. My parents never talked about money. And it felt, yeah, like a, almost like a voodoo topic.
Sure.
To believe that God has a hand in the abundance and there's, you know, furthering my relationship with him and creator will assist in creation of abundance was pretty radical for me. Look at how far you have come. And it is working.
It is working. The plan is being executed. I love this.
That actually is a great segue into my next question. We were talking about this the other day at dinner, but, you know, the question is like, do you work with a specific? Spiritual practice, deity, God, God is Jesus.
What's your thing? For me as creator, God is newer for me. I came out in college and we grew up in the church.
And when I did come out, the church was not super thrilled. And I think it's hard because I have a little PTSD around that. For sure.
But I do understand the church is a human reflection of what they believe God, creator, Jesus to be. And Jesus is still a little hard for me. I do believe Jesus is a very powerful spiritual being.
And there are moments when I do call on him and his energy. But I would say most of the time it's creator and source. Yeah.
Well, that leads me to my next question, Callan, because I think I know the answer. We're going to come back to creator. Okay.
Do you believe in aliens? Yes, I do now because I've been educated by my friend Jess over a beautiful meal. And I think I am a Rack.
You're an Arcturian. Arcturian. Yes.
You are an Arcturian. But I think you have Pleiadian in you. Yeah.
Yeah. And the reason why. Saying that like I know.
I just know. I can see it in your eyes. The light in your eyes.
And I went on this whole diatribe that day on my alien philosophy. It was incredible. We were all like jaw on the floor.
You could hear a pin drop and it was over. Well, alien's a hard word because alien, you know, you already have an idea of what an alien is. Right.
All you're saying is we're a being that has a purpose on the planet. Beyond what we... Beyond the planet.
Like that has come here to seed consciousness with like a star light consciousness to change the planet into more light and love. Like not to be cliche, but that's really what it is. Absolutely.
And I remember going on that diatribe and you were all so like, I talked for like 20 minutes, you guys, on like aliens and nobody talked. Everyone was listening. And then it was over.
I looked at Alexa because she was next to me and I was like, was that too much? And Alexa was like, mm -hmm. And you lost them.
I was with you. I was like, I believe. And I was actually talking to a friend about this the other day and I was explaining.
My friend Jess told me this and this and this. And yeah. Look, you think we're the only species out here?
You think this little planet is just spinning around and we're just the only ones? No. No.
Probably not. And if you do any reading, research, deep dives, as I have on that whole extraterrestrial star family, star systems, they refer to the greater being, which humans often refer to as God, as creator. That is a common belief and foundational conscious come from.
Yeah. That we are actually a part of a universe that has a prime creator. Yeah.
And that the gods that we worship on planet Earth are like the little gods with a little G. Baby gods. It's interesting that you say that.
I like the word creator because it's also every time I say it reminding me of, I mean, truly that every opportunity. person, me, this rug, like everything I'm near was created by a source of power. Yes.
And I think that's just what I need. You know, we're look, am I talking to creator every second? No, no.
I'm you know, I'm I'm an entrepreneur. I'm like you guys. I'm looking at my phone too much.
I'm this and there. I'm like I'm distracted. But my practice is, you know, in the morning, especially we've moved into a new house and we've had.
I have so much more space in the morning and just on my dog walk. I'm like, you know, nature. Where you connect.
Yes. Really. Trees, really.
Like nature. Minnesota has a lot of trees in here. So many trees.
I cannot live without trees. Green. Forest.
Yes. Necessity for me. That's my time.
And I don't overcomplicate it. You don't have to. I'm not in a prayer chair or, you know, with the, I don't have the beads and the stuff.
I'll get you some. Please do. Give me all the things.
I mean, this is my next level. Um, but it is, it's just taking space and trying to be more quiet. This is my, this is my next level to more quiet, more boredom, more space, because this is working myself out again of, you know, more doing is not, is not going to be, this is more doing is not going to get us to 400 million.
I will tell you that right now. In fact, every time I step away on vacation, I come back, like even last week, they were like doing a review of our AI employee bootcamp sales page.
And I was like, guys, like, I'm so sorry, but I'm going to be going on this trip and I will get so many ideas because I don't do hard work. I don't work when I'm on. I mean, we're like doing podcasts.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I have more space. I will get ideas.
I will get downloads. I will get intuitive hits. And you can do whatever you want on this page.
But next Monday, I will be able to pour into you. And they now tell me if I haven't gone away for a little bit, they're like, please, please go away so you can bring the inspiration back to us because we need it. That's the role of the visionary.
That is the role of the visionary. Yeah. Okay.
One last question for you. New Earth, which is another book by Eckhart Tolle. The way that I define the new earth is what we're creating right now, like a world where it is peaceful and loving and abundant.
limitless for all. And it's a world that we're going to leave behind. And I think it's a really important time to be a conscious woman with money, with power, with consciousness.
And so the question is, what does it mean to you, Callan, to be a co -creator of the new earth?
I think the most important thing for me is every waking up and just deciding how do I create more love? How do I bring people together?
I love cooking. Yes, you do. I love, I have already getting my outdoor kitchen all set up.
He's like, are you using this? Or someone, I'm like, I'm using this. He's like, over an open fire?
I'm like, yes, women can grill. Thank you. But why?
He's like, whose house is this? Like, it's my house. It's Nicole.
It's our house. Yes, do women. Very, very crazy concept.
Yeah, I'm like, I just, every, this, and I think it's either new earth. It's like, I do think this earth that we're on in this exact moment, August, whatever. Yeah, like I feel in my own world, so much love every single day from people I don't know, from my community, from my.
friends, from my family. And we've gone through all the things and there's decisions you can make every single day to take you further away from love or bring you closer to love. And maybe you have a disagreement with someone.
You're like, they need to apologize. How about you just let it go? Do you love them?
And do you want to continue loving them? How about we just let it go and create more love? That's all.
That's for me. It seems very simple. It's simple and it's profound.
And the whole building block of the whole universe is love. I could not agree more. Exactly right.
Well, I love you. Love you too. This has been amazing.
So good. I'm so grateful to be in your orbit. And I cannot wait to see all of the lives that you're going to change with this next boot camp and all of the work that you're going to do for the rest of your life, baby.
You're only getting started. Thank you for supporting me. It means the world.
And it's just, it's like for us now. All of us. That's right.
It's all in. Can't wait. Thank you.
Thank you.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

The episode opens with the host telling her guest she just broke the record on the internet for every female entrepreneur. What follows is the mechanism behind that claim: 150 trained AI employees, a six-week launch that landed at nearly five times its goal, and a specific way of setting up Claude that has nothing to do with typing a better prompt.
