So first of all, the coolest thing I have it doing is actually editing my next video you're gonna watch after this. It is as we speak, editing this video inside of DaVinci Resolve. This is just going on on the side.
You're just editing, changing the color, changing everything on top of it. That's just cool. That's besides the point though.
That's amazing that it's doing that. I have it doing many other cool things. I mean, I'll go through like the tips of exactly what you need to set up.
I just wanna show you a few cool examples. So the company that supports this. channel the most, HubSpot.
I have a couple more integrations with them over the next few months. I need a script written for another integration I'm doing with them. So I said, hey, check my email inbox, go through every sponsorship I've ever done, read all the scripts, check out the brief on what they want me to cover, check out the product, give me a script on how I can use it, how I can get more out of it, and then give me a script I can send to them and then just send that directly to them.
And it did this whole unbelievably long process. where it went through my entire business inbox. It read every email correspondence I've done with every business I've ever worked with on sponsorships.
It went, looked through all the attachments on like every script I've done with them and then went through this other sponsorship, looked at what they want me to talk about and like wrote an entire script based on those other scripts. It walks through like every single thing I need to show on screen and then even autonomously sent the...
email back with like the script and everything to get the approval All by its, this literally, I'm not even joking. This one use case I just showed you saved like four hours of my time.

Well, I don't have a YouTube channel. I don't, I do sponsorships, things like, I need you to bear with me here. I know you don't do this, but this is what I do.

It just does it so, so well. It's unbelievable. So it's editing videos for me, saving me like two hours there.
It's responding to requests in my email inbox for me, saving a bunch of time there. I'm doing a bootcamp in my community in half an hour from filming right now on local AI. It's creating images and visuals for me to show in the bootcamp how local AI works.
This is like another hour saved right here. It's all going on simultaneously too. And then on top of that, I have it generating images for the video game I'm building.
More on that soon. I think you're gonna like this one. It's unbelievable.
Basically all my knowledge works being taken care of. And I've used like chat. chatGBT work before.
There's a reason why there's not a single chatGBT work video on this channel whatsoever. And that's because like, I just, I use it, but I wasn't impressed. I didn't find it that interesting.
Like if I'm going to talk to an AI and I have questions, I'll go to regular chatGBT. If I want to write code and get things done, I'll go to Codex. I didn't really see the value in having it like go through my emails.
I just didn't think it was good enough at that. ChatGBT 6 Astra is like that. .
It's like, okay, actually. This is wildly helpful. I think there's a few reasons for that before I get into, I'll show you how to set it up and everything in a second.
This for the first time, this model is the best at computer use of any AI model out there. It is faster at using computers than human beings are. It uses my computer faster than I can.
And I think that's a reason why I didn't really use Chad GBT work before or Claude coworker. There's no Claude coworker videos on this channel. I just like, I thought it was worse at using computers than me.
So I just wanted to do it myself for the. first time ever, we have a model. I wish you could see what's going on here in DaVinci Resolve.
Like it just going through editing and changing. It's just all happening at the same time and doing it so much faster than me. Anyway, what I was saying was for the first time ever, we have an AI model that is better at using computers than human beings.
Now, I think there's a lot of secondary and tertiary effects of that fact. I won't get into those just yet. But for the first time, it's so good that I think you truly need to be using chat GPT work.
I never used it before. I didn't like it. You should be using it now.
It's better at using computers than you. And what that means for you is you can save an outrageous amount of time. And I'll get into the setup in a second here, but just one last note here, why I think this is worth your time and investment to use.
One, it saves time. Two, you do less things you hate. Like this is kind of just the beauty of AI overall.
And this is like the new world we unlock. Like ignore the doomers, ignore the people going nuts and saying AI is going to kill everyone. Shut up, ignore them.
AI is beautiful. It lets you do less things you hate, which for me is editing videos, which for me is reading my... emails which for me is reading my slacks chad gbt work now takes care of all those things it allows you do more things you love i can do way more things i love now i've spent the last few days doing nothing uh but building henry intelligent machines i've done nothing but build this new video game i'm gonna put out soon which i absolutely love it just allowed me to be creative.
And like, that's the beauty of AI. The stuff you hate, AI takes care of it. The stuff you love, you can now just focus completely on it.
And that's what like chat GPT work over the last few days with six Astra has just been mind blowing for me. So let's talk about how to use it. Let's talk about how to set it up.
I'll show you some of those use cases I just showed you. I'll show you the plugins, everything. Let's just get straight into it.
So the first thing you need to do is have the right sources of data going into your chat GPT work. So like for writing the script and like checking my email, obviously you need to connect your email. So what you're going to want to do is you're going to want to go to plugins up here and here are the plugins you're going to want to install.
Number one is Gmail. I think the number one objection I'm going to get to this is, Alex, I don't want Sam Maltman reading my emails. Listen.
I had that hesitancy before. I've waited up to this point to connect my AIs to email. I was hesitant about it.
I thought I was like giving away my privacy. Here's what it comes down to is the efficiency unlocks by having your AI manage and run everything in your email is mind blowing. It saves me legitimately hours a day.
It helps me get significantly more done. It's closed me business, right? I'm not missing any opportunities in my email now.
It's worth it. You should connect your email. You officially should do it.
I don't think AI companies are reading your emails. Like I don't think Sam Altman's sitting there reading all your emails from your mom. The productivity unlocks are unbelievable.
I think it's worth it now. For those who've been holding out, I've done it. I was hesitant.
I've done it. I think it's worth it. And what's great in ChadGBT now is you can attach multiple accounts.
So I have my business and personal account attached, which is great. Slack, if you're a Slack person, if you do work like me. I absolutely loathe using Slack.
I absolutely loathe the Slack notification sound. That little sound it does, I hate it. It gives me agita.
I just let OpenAI handle it. Now, ChadGBTwork handles all of it for me, so you should connect Slack as well. Open AI developers is a great one to attach.
It allows basically your Chad GPT to create and use Chad GPT API keys whenever it wants. If you're building things, if you like to build a lot of apps, that one's a great one because it can just create its own API keys for itself. Unity, if you're like me, you're like a big old nerd.
You should have unity installed as well. So Chad, GBT work and build games for you. Visual stuff like that.
That's awesome. And then I like linear and notion. This allows you to do a lot of project management stuff.
So Chad, GBT work and track a lot of what it does. And last one here, get up obviously. So it can pull down code, work on code for you, stuff like that.
Get those installed and you'll be in a really good place. Now you have your data sources coming in so that Chad, GBT work can actually do work for you in the places you work. Now you want to get like the right context and data into ChatGBT, right?
So it has places to work. Next, it needs to know more about you so it can do better work. So what you want to do for that is you want to create projects for all the different areas in your life, right?
So projects are in the ChatGBT section here and just keeps context kind of in its correct silo. So it makes it easier for your work agents to do work. So like I have my business one.
This is the one where it was all about my business sponsorship. videos, things like that. Now all my agents in here have the proper context.
They can all work together and know what they're working on. So create projects for every area of your life. I have one for my business.
I have one for different apps I'm building. If you have the right context, then your agents can do better work. Next, you want to set up routines.
These are like the cron jobs of chat GPT work. I find this especially helpful for email stuff. I wanted to check my email every so often.
So I say, hey, set up a routine where you check my business email account every morning and alert me of any immediate action items and write me a draft. response. This is how I like to work where I have it write draft responses and put it in the drafts folder.
I'm not having an autonomously send the emails yet, but I have it create drafts for every single person that emails me. And then I just go in and I click send, send, send, delete, send, delete, send, delete in the morning. And it just kind of fires them off hours of work responding to people.
It just takes care of for me. So have it drop drafts into your drafts folder, and then you can go there, read it and approve and have it send off. So you want to set up these routines based on the things you do.
To set up routines, you just say, hey, create a routine that does this. Better yet, if you can't think of any routines, do the brain dump to reverse prompt strategy I give out. This is my number one patented strategy.
Brain dump everything about yourself into chat GPT work. Then say, hey, based on what you know about me, what are some of the best routines we can set up? And then it'll come up with the routines for you.
I wish AI companies would like make this the kind of user experience where instead of having to do that, just like automatically, proactively comes up with those routines. You don't have to ask them. They say, hey, by the way, I think you should do this in routines.
I wish they'd do that maybe sometime soon. Open AI, if you're watching this, call me, I'll help you out. By the way, I know I'm doing this kind of out of order.
I was just super inspired and I fired up my camera to do this. By the way, to do work, you switch to the work tab here. So when you're in a new chat, click work.
It's not in chat. You do it in work. That's where it'll like more proactively go into your plugins and your data sources.
It also, when it's in work, it can get its own cloud computer. So it can like do work on its own in the cloud, which is really sweet as well. Also, the computer use is amazing, by the way.
I know I'm jumping around here a lot, but bear with me. I'm just excited about this. The computer use is amazing.
It's doing all this. through like computer use on my computer, clicking around. I have like five different cursors on my other monitor with ChatGPT clicking around doing things, which is amazing.
So you have projects set up which have the right context. You have the plugins so that it can actually do work in the places you do work, like email and Slack and all of that. You have routine set up so it can work for you autonomously.
But now it's actually time to go in and start doing work with it. How do you do that? What should you do from here?
And by the way, in a second, I'll go with some bonus tips, things like that. I just kind of want to show you the core, using it, what your mindset should be. Because I actually think mindset of working with these AI tools is as important as the tool itself.
I think the biggest issue people have with tools like this, chat, GBT work, is they kind of get blank canvas syndrome. Just made that term up. But it's the issue a lot of human beings have when they get blank canvases, which you can do anything.
you want and they kind of just do nothing because they can't think of anything to do. Here's how you solve that. Here's how you solve blank canvas syndrome, which is an issue I had when using this tool before.
What you need to do is challenge yourself. And this is something I did three days ago and it totally changed my workflows and how I work. Now I'm getting way more done.
You need to challenge yourself and just choose a day next week. Maybe it's tomorrow. Maybe it's right now.
Whatever you want to do, choose a day and make it so that entire day, everything you do on your computer, you do it through chat GPT work. I'm not kidding. Every email you send, every time you check Twitter, every time you do anything, do it through chat GPT work.
time you have to create a document, every time you have to respond to someone in Slack, anytime you have to create a presentation, anytime you have to check for a piece of information online, do it through chat GBT work. I did this challenge three days ago and it completely blew my mind. It was the most productive day in my entire life.
And I'm not just saying that. I mean that. So for instance, I'm working on this game.
I need to test it. They just added a whole bunch of weapons to it last night while I was sleeping. I need to test it.
Well, I'm not going to test it myself. I'm going to have ChadGBTWork go and test it for me with its computer use. So I'll say my game codenamed Null District is up on my computer.
Please test it and see if all the weapons work in it and the artwork. looks good. And I'm going to hit enter on that.
And chadgbtwork will start doing computer use on this game I'm working on. And it should go through and start actually testing the game out. So instead of me having to sit here, test it, play, which for a video game, yeah, you want to test it yourself.
You want to make sure it's fun, but I'm using this as an example. Now I got the agent going off and doing that work for me. So now I can go in and start the next task I need to do.
So I can spin up a new agent in my business and I can say, check my business email and let me know anything I need to respond to. I hit enter on that. Now setting off doing that.
If you build this mindset of like everything I do, I need to do it through chat, GBT work. One, you'll be way more productive, but two, I guarantee you, you're like kind of blown away by what it's actually capable of because it is capable of way more than you can possibly imagine. Astra six is like, I think potentially the greatest technology ever created.
Like I'm just like so blown away by it, but it can do. anything a human being can do on a computer. I think that's really where OpenAI is winning now is they clearly are training their models on computer use.
They're training their models on how human beings use computers. I don't think Anthropic is doing that. They just released background computer use three days ago.
That's something OpenAI released back in May. So I think OpenAI really put a huge bet on computer use. And now that bet is paying off because I can't imagine doing my work any other way.
It's going through all my Gmail now. At the same time, I'll show you this. It's now testing the game.
I'll make the, I just dragged the game over. GVD doesn't get confused. I hope its cursor comes back over here into the screen share.
You'll see it's going to start clicking around. And now I have my agent going, checking out my email, responding to people. Another agent is playing around, testing my game, clicking around on things.
I have so much going on. I'm able to multitask so good. It really is mind -blowing.
So take this challenge. As you can see, I'm not doing anything. Hands -free, baby.
It's testing my game for me. It's replying to emails. doing all that.
If you do this challenge, I promise your life will change. Go into work mode. One day, everything you do, do it in chat, GPT work.
Everything. I'm talking everything. I guarantee you can do it, and I guarantee it'll do it much, much faster.

I think that's a big question because I think there's a lot of overlap between this and Grokbot. I will say this, Astra 6 is the smartest, most intelligent model I've ever used in my entire life. It is the number one out there.
I don't think there's any debate. I think if you're watching this, you probably agree with me. So here's how I kind of split my work now.
I still actually like the Grokbot like multi -agent setup like the most out of all this, but because this is so intelligent, Astra 6. Any sort of complex knowledge work you need to do, it has to be done in chat GPT work. Then for more of this simple work, checking my PRs, reviewing PRs for things I'm building.
checking on different agents, really simple knowledge work. I'm leaning a little bit more on Grokbot just because I have my agent set up in a really nice way that I really like, but I do have the work split up now, kind of 50 -50. I will say this for you, like find your routine that's good for you.
You don't have to go by everything I say. If you just like Grokbot way better and you like that interface, then stick with Grokbot. I'm just saying I've fallen in love with Chad GPT work and I'm figuring out my workflow of what I want to do with each kind of as I go.
find what works for you, find which tasks you like to do better in each and kind of stick with that and then change as it goes. Grok four sevens probably drop in the next few days. If that's way smarter than Astra, stick with that.
You can be nimble as you go. You can use whatever tool you like the most. It's totally up to you.
