Big Idea

The argument in one line.

One voice-dictated brief containing every source file and the full brand goal let Claude Code's Ultra workflow rebuild a client's entire five-page sales funnel in about two hours, almost unsupervised.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • Anyone doing freelance or favor-for-a-friend web design work who wants to see a full funnel rebuilt end-to-end with AI, not just a single landing page.
  • A Claude Code user curious what the 'Ultra' parallel-agent workflow mode actually looks like on a real multi-page deliverable.
  • Someone deciding between staged, one-thing-at-a-time prompting and loading a single large context dump before a big build.
SKIP IF…
  • You want a step-by-step, copy-the-exact-prompt tutorial — this is Joe narrating his own screen, not a structured lesson.
  • You're looking for book marketing or publishing advice — the video is about the web build, not the book itself.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

A creator with an existing audience offers to rebuild a friend's outdated book-sales website for free. Instead of prompting Claude Code in stages, he records one long voice-dictated brief covering every source file, the brand goal, and his open questions, then lets Claude Code's Ultra workflow run largely unsupervised for roughly two hours across parallel agents. It returns a full five-page funnel (sales letter, upsell, thank-you page, booking page, and a client delivery recap) plus new book-cover concepts and branded scheduling images, which the client confirms the next morning she loves.

Where the time goes.

00:0000:56

01 · The premise

Joe explains he reached out to a woman he knew years ago in Atlanta, CF Jackson, who is selling a book, and offered to redo her entire sales site for free instead of just a quick fix.

00:5603:10

02 · Reviewing what she sent

He goes through the raw materials CF emailed: the book file, book mock-up, a one-sheet/pitch deck, testimonials, and the existing WordPress site plus its $19 one-time offer, and decides it can be much better.

03:1005:11

03 · The brief dump

Using voice dictation, Joe records one long brief into Claude Code covering the brand-makeover goal, every attached file, the WordPress-vs-HTML question, and a request to ask questions and propose a plan first.

05:1106:08

04 · Why dump instead of stage prompts

He explains his prompting philosophy on camera — give the model total context up front rather than one-thing-at-a-time prompts — and notes he's using Opus 4.5 instead of his preferred model because its weekly quota is already 84% used.

06:0808:08

05 · Recording workflow aside

While the build starts, Joe talks about his recording setup (a proxy clip, auto-cut silent gaps) and jokes about giving the AI verbal affirmation for better results.

08:0810:33

06 · The Yapster plug

While waiting on the build, Joe shows off Yapster.app, the screen-recording and auto-editing tool he built and shipped for himself two days earlier, and plugs its waitlist.

10:3313:43

07 · Watching the Ultra build run

Back at the Claude Code session, the Ultra workflow runs research and build stages in parallel; Joe notices the agent has written its own Python automation files that didn't exist before, and steps away for two breaks totaling close to an hour.

13:4314:44

08 · Build finishes

After the second break, the workflow's foundation, build, and review-and-fix passes are done and Joe sits down to see the result for the first time.

14:4419:19

09 · First reveal and live notes

Joe opens the new sales letter, upsell page, and thank-you page for the first time, reacting in real time and calling out fixes needed: broken share-link permissions, a Wistia video that opens in a new tab instead of embedding, and a missing one-sheet link.

19:1922:47

10 · One-sheet and branded scheduler images

He reviews the redesigned one-sheet PDF (built by turning styled HTML into a PDF) and asks for new branded images to replace the mismatched artwork inside CF's Acuity scheduling page.

22:4726:13

11 · Booking page and the Vercel decision

A dedicated strategy-session booking page gets built to replace a bare embedded calendar link; when a live embed breaks unpredictably, Joe decides to stop debugging it in place and just deploy the whole funnel to Vercel.

26:1329:05

12 · Full funnel recap and cover options

With everything live on Vercel, Joe walks back through the finished sales letter, the $37 upsell with its double call-to-action, the thank-you page, and the booking flow, then reviews two new book-cover design concepts for CF to choose between.

29:0532:33

13 · The delivery page and the client's reply

Claude Code builds one more page — a client-facing delivery walkthrough explaining every asset and what's still needed from her — and the video closes with CF's next-morning reply confirming she loves the tone, visuals, and copy.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • Giving an AI coding agent every source file and the full brief in one upfront dump beats prompting it in small staged steps.
  • Claude Code's Ultra workflow mode runs foundation, build, review, and self-fix passes across parallel agents without being told to switch modes.
  • A five-page funnel (sales letter, upsell, thank-you page, booking page, delivery page) took roughly two hours of largely unsupervised AI build time.
  • The AI agent wrote its own Python automation scripts mid-build, including tools that didn't exist until the task required them.
  • A single generated image can burn tens of thousands of tokens and dozens of tool calls just to get one banner right.
  • Screenshots of the live pages were used as an automated QA loop, testing the build against itself before the human ever looked.
  • A dedicated delivery page can do the client hand-holding itself, so the sender never has to re-explain what got built.
  • A single Vercel deploy replaced a WordPress editing conversation the sender wanted to avoid having twice.
  • Weekly model usage quotas are now a real production constraint when a coding session runs for multiple hours straight.
  • A next-morning client reply confirming 'it sounds like me' is real evidence that AI-written copy, trained on someone else's own materials, can still read as authentically theirs.
Takeaway

Dump everything upfront, let AI run

ONE-SHOT AI BUILDS

Loading a coding agent with every file, the full brand goal, and your open questions in a single dump, then letting it run unsupervised, can turn hours of work into one long AI build session.

02Reviewing what she sent
  • Before touching any code, he read through everything the client sent: the book file, book mock-up, one-sheet, pitch deck, and the existing OTO — full context first, then judgment.
03The brief dump
  • The entire brief went in as one voice-dictated brain-dump: goal, source files, brand direction, an open technical question about WordPress, and a request to plan before building anything.
  • Asking the agent to research and propose a plan before executing avoids committing to an approach before checking what the client can actually maintain long-term.
04Why dump instead of stage prompts
  • Giving the agent everything at once and one clear command outperforms breaking a big project into a string of small, staged prompts.
  • Model choice matters at scale: he switched from his preferred model to Opus because a weekly usage quota was already 84% spent after only two days.
07Watching the Ultra build run
  • Claude Code's Ultra workflow mode ran research, foundation, build, and review as parallel background stages without any manual mode-switching mid-task.
  • The agent wrote its own Python automation scripts mid-project — tools that didn't exist until the task needed them, then got built to unblock it.
09First reveal and live notes
  • Reviewing AI-built pages line by line the moment they're ready catches real bugs fast: broken share-link permissions, an un-embeddable video, missing scheduler links.
  • A generated visual asset can quietly burn far more time and tokens than the page it belongs on — one banner ran 193,000 tokens and 68 tool calls.
10One-sheet and branded scheduler images
  • Asking for one deliverable can prompt the agent to also propose adjacent assets, like branded images sized for a third-party scheduling tool, once it understands the whole brand system.
11Booking page and the Vercel decision
  • Rather than solving a live embed bug inside someone else's WordPress theme, the faster call was deploying the whole funnel fresh to a new host and handing over a clean set of pages.
12Full funnel recap and cover options
  • Presenting two finished book-cover concepts side by side, instead of picking one, hands the client a real decision instead of a single take-it-or-leave-it option.
13The delivery page and the client's reply
  • A dedicated delivery page that explains what was built, in what order, and what's still needed from the client removes a whole round of email back-and-forth.
  • The strongest proof the AI-written copy worked wasn't a metric — it was the client's own reply the next morning: it sounds like me.

In this video, I'm going to do something different I haven't ever done before. I just reached out to somebody who I saw online, someone I know from my past and in my time in Atlanta. And I saw she was selling a book and I thought I could make the website a lot better.
And I didn't think it would take that long. So I offered to do it for free. And so here we are in this video.
Yeah. And I always thought she was really nice. And so I just offered to help her.
And she sent me all this information through email. I'm not going to show your email, but I'm going to pull up. all the stuff that she gave me.
I basically just asked her, I said, send me anything about you, your bio, anything to do with your offer. And then also send me the book that you're selling. And then I asked her about the OTO.
So she gave me was these. So here's the stuff she sent me. She sent me this file.
This is the actual book she's selling. This is the book mock -up. And then she's got this one sheet.
Okay. Visibility effect testimonial. It's like a sizzle kind of pitch deck thing.
Book mock -up.
There we go. And then the actual book itself. I already downloaded all this stuff.
I don't know why I'm doing it twice. Okay.
I think she helps people get apps on TV and stuff, like OTT. So anyway, I'm not going to go through the whole thing. That's what she's selling, but this is, this should do it.
So I basically said to write the copy, you know, give me the book. Okay. And she's got this, which one is this?
Okay. That's a story about her. And then this is her one -time offer.
Okay. So after they buy for $19, I think on the main website, here's the main website. Okay.
Yeah. So I just saw this and it was like, pretty short and everything.
And I was like, Okay, I think we could do better. And so we're gonna see what we could do. Okay, so basically, what I'm gonna do super easy.
Just gonna drop everything.
There we go.
So what I do is I just go here, clear it, and all those files should be right there. So I'm scrabble. Grab this one and this one.
Okay. And then I'll go grab the URLs. So I'll go back here, grab the URLs.
I already gave her that. So we're done with that. Give her this URL.
I don't know why I'm saying her. I mean, Claude is not a her. He's always been a man to me.
A very fine man. A very good man. A very noble man.
He's been good to me. Okay. Okay.
Here's the OTO URL. And so that, that was almost the most difficult part. Okay.
So now I am going to use Joe flow, but it's actually a whisper flow right now. All right. So here's what's up.
This is a, a project I'm doing for free for a client. Well, it's not really a client, but a friend. And I want to separate this from all my stuff, but this folder.
I just want to make sure it doesn't go into any kind of memory that's going to influence cloud code in the future when I'm building my own stuff. So just keep that in mind. And what I'm looking to do is do a total brand makeover and redo her sales letter to sell her book.
The book is attached. A one pager about her is attached. The book itself is attached so you can read the content of it and write really good sales copy.
And we want to make her look professional. We want it to be a pro website. We want it to be modern.
We want it to be superior in every possible way compared to what you're going to see here. And then also we want to redo her OTO as well. Okay.
We want to do this all in HTML right now. And I actually was going to ask you that before you build, come up with a plan because she's using WordPress right now. And I don't really want to spend any time figuring out how to get it into there.
If you know of an easy way that you can explain to her, or if I should offer to host it. But she needs a way to edit it. So I don't know.
I haven't talked to her about that, but I'm planning to just make it in HTML. But if you know anything, we should make the HTML version no matter what, because it's universal and it'll work. But then if you have any tricks or any advice or what you want me to ask her about WordPress to make it easier for her, possibly where we can just put in any URL or any HTML file, then we can talk about that after.
So she's using WordPress on that site. If you go look at the source code. And so ask any questions and create a plan and tell me what you think.
And then use images to model codecs to generate some really good images, anything you need to spice it up, make a better book cover and everything like that. And let's take this girl and take her to the next level and help her sell some stuff and help people get on. I might be wrong, but I think what she does is gets people on like Hulu or not Hulu, Roku, on Roku network and stuff like that.
So you can get your own app that actually shows up on smart TVs. I think that's what she does. I could be wrong, but I guess we'll find out when you look at the book, read the book and write the sales copy.
So guys, what I just did right there, that's called dumping, right? That's how I start stuff. Not everyone really shows that online.
They show you all these prompts and things to do. This is how you create a prompt. We're doing planning mode right now.
So it's manual, but I'm going to switch to plan. And then it's going to build a big plan. I don't really need this stuff, but I'm kind of just demonstrating it.
You get better results when you do it, when you're patient. So for something like this, it's multiple different things, but it's better to ask all at once and give it total context. So you give it everything you have and then you give it a command and tell it exactly what you want instead of just creating a...
one prompt that's like, here's the sales letter and do this. And then I do it in stages. Like, no, these models are smart enough now that you can use anything.
So I don't have a lot of Fable yet. I'm not trying to be stingy, but I've really hammered my Fable in the first, it's only 48 hours in from my reset for the week. And I'm already at 84%.
So that's the only reason I'm not using Fable. I'm going to push through with Opus 4, 5, because I have a lot of stuff I have to build still tomorrow. So that's the only reason I'm using Opus.
Okay, so now it's fixed, I think. So right now it's recording. I'm just going to record a couple seconds.
Hit stop again. And when I hit stop, you should be able to see it when I start it back. Okay, now I'm recording again.
You can see the proxy right here added the status bar while we were working on her stuff. That was a short recording, so that was super fast.
So sometimes I actually decide to use these little things. I don't know why I could have said that out loud. But I'm basically saying, you rock.
This is called love coding, by the way. Sometimes you've got to just show words of affirmation like it's your coding love language. Get better results.
Okay, let's go back to the brand makeover. Let's see what's happening. See, now, guys, it's doing all this stuff.
If we actually look at this. No, actually, it's not showing it. I'll run two commands, four files.
They decoded the QR codes to maybe create a better one. I don't know.
So it's doing all this. Ultra code, yes. The research is done.
So the parallel agents go and build and copy all that. Boom, boom, boom.
So it's using ultra code, but you didn't have to switch it here. You just tell it to do it.
This is going to be fun. Normally I would walk away, but I feel like I'm teaching a little bit and we'll cut some of this stuff out, but you're seeing how I code. And then I'm also showing you Yapper, baby.
For you guys with the behind -the -scenes footage, you're seeing the other monitor.
The Yapster is pretty badass.
Big Daddy Yap. That's my new name. B -D -Y.
Big Daddy Yapster. I'm a Big Daddy Yapster.
I love it. Guys, I'm so proud of this, by the way. Let me just show you.
While we're waiting for her, let me show you what I've built for myself and what you might be able to take advantage of very soon. Okay, let's go to yapster .app. There it is, baby.
Pretty sweet, huh? You see my face light up. I love dark mode, but this is not dark mode, but I still love this too.
Guys.
Jesus. It's insane. I'm creating so fast.
I'm building so fast. I'm moving so fast right now. And I don't know.
I think I have good things in the future happening.
Yupster baby.
Like I'm moving so fast. Like I just uploaded my first YouTube video two days ago is the day I built this. I spent all day building this instead of recording the video.
And I'm glad I did actually. So despite what I said in the video, it's like, I don't regret that. And then I just went so hard on it yesterday and I'm like, okay, people need this.
So I need it. I'm using it right now. I'm going to keep using it.
But like, I'm already got the wait list up. I created the site like.
Bam. So you guys can see, I'm just like selecting the takes as I'm freaking just sitting here waiting. And we'll still have to edit out a lot of this stuff.
But like AI will do that, handle that. Like if I'm not talking, it just gets cut. I don't have to think about it.
That's why you need the app store, baby. I mean, it's being, it's happening like. In real time almost.
Like I sunned my teeth.
Anyway.
Let's check in. Let's check in.
It's getting there.
Actually, sometimes I peek. Okay, so I use everything search. Let's take a look at this.
and see what it's building. Maybe we'll find some of the files. We can just start looking at stuff early.
No, it doesn't look like it's done. So it's built a bunch of stuff. So it built these two Python files.
And Python is an automation tool, mostly. Automates stuff locally that you can't do with anything else. And it's just, I love Python.
But now I used to be like having to worry about like actually looking at it and stuff in the code and indenting and all that. It's like, you don't have to do any of that anymore. You just tell Claude what to do.
In fact, I didn't tell Claude to create this file. I don't, I don't know what the file does, but it's building its own files in order to help it create what I need. So the file doesn't exist.
So it creates the file that is an automation or, or a function to do something. But that function didn't exist until they built the thing to do it so that they could. accomplish their task.
So they literally build stuff along the way just to build other stuff. It's very meta, but not like the company.
Oh, now it's starting a workflow.
And workflows are like, bam.
So now it's running tools. So it's probably running those files I just created, like I said.
Cause it said it was building screenshot systems or something.
Test the screenshot tool against her live pages and Santa Chanic, the length in parallel.
Okay. I'm going to stop guys. I'll be back in like 10 minutes.
All right, guys. So I went upstairs, played around with my parents, told them how much I love Yapster. And like, holy crap, I'm excited.
I was like selling it. I was selling it so hard. They were like, wow, you're using it two days in a row and you haven't built something new yet?
Like, you must love this thing.
Anyway, so check out this, guys. They're doing this workflow. I've been gone for at least 10, maybe 15 minutes.
So it's still going. But you can see here, this is why you want to do Ultracode, the workflow. It's got like one, two, three, four.
It's got two left. Oh, that's the foundation. Oh, we haven't even done the build yet.
Wow. Okay. So this thing is cooking.
I thought it was further ahead. It looks like it's foundations. What the hell is foundations?
No build yet.
So it's creating an install guide for her WordPress, a packaging script for preview links, paste ready WordPress found in her proof.
Okay. All right, guys, I'm going to take another break and come back in a little bit. Okay, guys, I'm back.
I had to go upstairs and just chill out. Like I was like, this was taking forever. It took like 40 or 50 minutes, I think.
So used a ton of fucking credits more than I was anticipating, but it's all good. And you can see here. So this workflow ran using ultra code and it went through all these modules to build everything.
And then it reviewed everything on its own. And then it fixed all the stuff that it found in the review. And it looks like it's still going a little bit here.
So let's see what we got.
Okay. Doesn't look bad at all.
Social media gets you seen. Interviews get you trusted. I'm CF Jackson.
I founded iDivinity. That's where writing workbooks shows you how to position yourself with the authorities and people who trust you before you look for yourself. Nice.
This is... CF, let's go. Oh my God, guys.
I feel good. This is better than my site. Come on.
Holy moly. She's going to be happy. I think I hope.
Damn. Look at this guys.
That's how you do it. That is how you do it. Okay.
Man, that is, that is good job. Okay. So what is this?
This is dub cell. Nice. It redid everything guys.
This is pro.
Okay. The links are bad. We got to fix the links and everything, but gosh, dang it.
This is a shareable link right here. So I can just copy that link and share, but it says anyone with link share publicly. Okay.
Let me go back to the other one. The same thing. Share.
Anyone with the link share publicly.
Okay. So let's continue looking at that upsell. Okay.
Did we go? I love this. I love the gradients.
I mean, this is like a mixture of fucking the best direct response back in the day, like with modern design, like it's still like very direct response. Okay. Okay.
So that goes to the right place. At least we got, it's linking up to Stripe. And we're going to have to have her fix that redirect probably.
So hopefully she can do. Thank you, Paige. Simple.
Nice.
Okay, I confirm with her how that is delivered.
Can't they embed it?
On the thank you page, why isn't that Wistia video able to be embedded? Why does it open in a new window?
Okay, this stuff, you did a fantastic job. I was shocked at how long it took, but you crushed it. Great job.
Did you redo her one pager?
To match this brand? Am I recording on Yapster? Okay, good.
I wanted to make sure I was recording. Like, holy moly. Good stuff.
Book your strategy session.
Okay, so that opened up here.
Okay, this could be made better. You could embed this on our site. It would look better.
And okay, on the thank you page, there's a link to book a strategy session. Instead of linking to her schedule once, can you embed that on a new page that matches the branding?
Okay, so now they're doing the one -sheeter, which I didn't specify.
This is explaining what it's doing here. I don't know how I turn that on. Usually it's off.
I don't know how to hide it. I mean, it's not bad, but those are going to come out great. Like, Ooh, let's go CF.
Come on. Let's sell some books.
This is nice. Okay. Let's see.
Um, I think they finished this other stuff. Thank you. Page video sales are, but she didn't, they didn't link to it.
But let's find it. Jackson one sheet. Here we go.
Here's the new one. Nice. Much better.
So much better. If she doesn't like this, I'm going to be hurt. I think she is going to fall in love.
And tell everyone about Jolie. Modern creator. Create with friends.
damn this feels good to deliver pro i don't think i delivered a funnel this good you know when i had to do it by hand 10 20 years ago or whatever uh yeah i mean it's just crazy okay so what we should do next just to really put the finishing touch on it oh they're actually creating the the another graphic too um or i add it I asked her to ask them to create these images.
Oh, they just changed that again. I mean, look, you can see all these files. Like it's doing all these screenshots just to create the files.
Like it creates its own things and then patches everything together. It's like crazy. Oh, look how they built it.
They used the HTML to build it. So it's an HTML file that they just turn into a PDF. So that's literally CSS.
That is so cool. Okay. So here's the one I told him to replace.
She has a, uh, an old image that's inside of her scheduling software. So I can give her a new version. You look at the acuity one.
So when they open up this on the thank you page, there's a link to book a session. And so now I told him to create a new image here that she could put inside of her scheduler to match everything. But where's that new page?
It's still running, I guess. Brand session booking page, branded images for Acuity Scheduler.
Rebranding. That's already done. I don't know why it's still running.
Let's open the new one. Let's see if it's different.
No, it's the same thing.
Okay.
So, it went from this.
Where the hell are these files at? Close this. Oh, I got to go in here.
So you tell me, guys. From this in WordPress to this.
Yes, please.
Let's go.
The one sheet is done. Yes. Very good.
Continue.
Okay.
A new one sheet in a funnel brown US letter one. Okay.
Okay. Strategy session page. We would be done if I didn't add more stuff.
Okay. So the strategy page is done. Look at this.
It built a whole little mini sales letter strategy session page. So before the thank you page link just to this on a, just link directly to this.
And they took some creative liberties and hopefully this stuff is accurate, but choose your time links down to it. Much more professional looks very pro. Okay.
I think she's going to love this.
I feel like I'm John, John Taffer making over a bar and I'm about to show it to her. God, maybe I should get her a reaction on, on live video instead of sending it to her. Hmm.
That'd make this video better. I guess we could do it on create with friends. Hmm.
Maybe I just show her the first sales page and then the rest of it. I say, Hey, do you want to get on a video call so I can just record your reaction and just, you know, five or 10 minutes max. Boom.
Show you what up. We can figure out your hosting situation, all that kind of thing. Okay.
Well, we'll see. But overall, I think this is pretty badass. They're just working on one freaking image that's taking forever.
That was me asking a question.
Shouldn't take 193 ,000 tokens to make one image. 68 tool uses.
I already see the page. The only thing you're building is that one image, right?
Okay, it looks like it's wrapping it up.
There we go.
Okay, look at that mock -up.
So we could do that one.
Looks like a banner ad. That's a three 50 by two 58 banner or three, three 50 by three 50. Is it okay.
So it's a different banner for scheduling. Okay.
Okay. So basically we're going to give her the images. And so if she uses that page outside of this funnel, you know, she can have the nice images that match.
But when they're embedded, they won't even show, I guess. But they are. Actually, they were showing, weren't they?
Where are the freaking links? Come on.
This is not loading because it's not in the browser. But I think it was loading. Now it's blocked.
What the hell?
Was working a second ago.
Yeah, the embed is not working. When I looked at it before, the embed worked fine. But now it's not loading.
The acuity scheduling.
I'm not talking about inside of your viewer. I opened up the cloud artifact. It's not loading from there.
And then, did I open a local HTML file? Yeah, I opened the local HTML file and it did work on that.
Okay, let's just do it. We're going to push it to Vercel, okay? So she can have everything.
Create like a thank you delivery page that then links to the funnel directly to each page in a new window or whatever for a really nice experience. All right, guys, I'm tired. I'm going to wrap this video up and just call it a day, but like pretty, pretty good stuff guys.
So, I mean, this is that page. Let me just show you everything in here. Okay.
We got the sales letter.
Baller. She looks like she's ready to sell some books. Okay.
Got that sales letter. We got the one -time offer, 37 bucks. We got the thank you page.
A couple of things that need to be ironed out. And then we have the session booking page. And now the last thing it's going to book for me is a delivery page.
Just, you know, that I can send to her and she can look at that page and then link to the pages. And it'll say, thank you, or you're welcome or whatever. I don't know.
How do I look? I'm ready for bed. Okay, let's check what got built.
All right, we've already seen this, but let's just recap.
That's cool. I'm just noticing something. Anyway, okay, so here's our sales letter.
Pretty good. I feel like some of the CSS might be slightly off on Vercel compared to what it looked like before, but this looks very good. Okay, upsell.
Look at that. Nice. Yes.
No, thanks. Yes. No, thanks.
A double call to action. Love it. Okay.
Thank you, Paige. Watch the bonus training. Okay.
Nice. Okay. They embedded it perfectly.
The Wistia video. And when you're ready, let's talk.
Book your strategy session. And then this goes to the new strategy session page right there.
Scroll down. It's right there on the page where you click the button. Go to the top.
Choose your time. Okay. There it is.
Then you just fill it out directly in here.
Boom. Perfect. Okay.
Now the delivery page is the last piece.
And it is still working. Okay, we're done. This is how you deliver for a $5 ,000 client.
Let's go. Except it's free, okay? This time.
All right, here we go. Look at this page. Imagine getting this page.
Holy shit. Thank you for trusting me with your book. Gave it a full brand makeover built around blah, blah, blah.
Four new pages, a new book cover, a new one sheet, branded images for your booking page. It's all on one page. Take your time with it.
Four, two, one, three. Start the walkthrough. What I need from you.
Open the pages order. If you like, just found each book. Okay.
Sales letter. Look at that. One -time offer on the animations.
This is pro. Thank you. Strategy session.
It tells them about the, tells her about the, the buy buttons and stripe checkout your brand kit. Download, download. Let's try and make sure this works.
Yep. So I just downloaded it and opened it right up.
Perfect. Oh, man. Look at that one sheet.
It's heavy. There it is. Bam.
Images for your booking page. Oh, perfect. It gave her the instructions on how to use these images.
I don't have to do any. This is like covering all the back and forth. I don't have to go back and forth explaining all this because I would just have to ask Claude anyway.
Stop competing. Three chapter titles. Okay.
Some errors that they found. Whoever goes over. Shipping.
Text or email Joe your answers. Any order is fine. How it goes live.
I spent years putting other people in front of your camera so they get seen. This time it was your turn. I love building.
Thank you for letting me help. I can't wait to see it live. Joe.
And like you always say, living life to leave a difference. Okay. Not listed in Surgeon.
Let's go. So that's how we're ending this video. That's what we're doing.
I'm going to go email this to her right now. And hopefully she'll see it and be like, really have a good day tomorrow. That's what I hope.
All right. And I get to go to bed now because it's 12 .06. That's two hours past my bedtime, guys.
All right. And you can see here on WAP. Not WAP.
Yapster. Yapster. Two hours and 52 minutes for me to record this.
That's not how long it took. It just. The AI took like two hours of it.
Okay. So guys have a good one. Cheers.
There's good news. I heard back from CF and she's excited. She likes it.
It's a win. Oh my goodness. Let's find out.
Here's the email I sent to her at 1210 AM. I was a little tired and then I went right to bed and You can see here I delivered that funnel page I showed you with the delivery and told her there's some questions.
And then I got this back at 10 o 'clock in the morning. Oh, my goodness. It's awesome.
The look and flow. It's hot for sure. Laugh out loud.
As you said, badass. I thank you, Joe. What I like most is the tone.
It sounds like me and flows in the same way. Visuals are great. You pulled out the gems and placed them front and center.
You already know. Laugh out loud. I'll get you everything you requested today.
No later than Saturday. Yeah. OK, well, let's call that a win and let's wrap this video up, OK?
Because, you know, maybe I'll have to make another video on how I actually deliver her website live if we run into any hiccups. I'll show you the stuff nobody else shows you, the complicated stuff that sucks probably because technology and dealing with other people's stuff, you know, it's like I don't miss client work, but I'm going to make it happen.
It's going to be awesome. So. Maybe I'll make a video about that.
Or maybe I got something else cooler that I'll make some other video about. But either way, stay tuned and I'll see you soon.
The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

Joe opens with a favor: an old acquaintance from his Atlanta days is selling a book off a bare-bones WordPress site, and he offers to rebuild the whole thing for free, on camera, using nothing but a single voice-dictated brief to Claude Code.

Dump-then-command prompting

Instead of staged, single-purpose prompts, give the coding agent every source file, the full goal, and open questions in one pass, then issue one clear directive and let it plan before building.

VERBAL ASK

Let me show you what I've built for myself and what you might be able to take advantage of very soon. Okay, let's go to yapster.app.

Casual live plug for his own screen-recording/auto-editing tool while the main Claude Code build runs unattended in the background; soft ask is just to check out the waitlist, no hard sell.
