Big Idea
The argument in one line.
Google only allows one verified profile per real business location, but a service business captures more revenue by running extra branded Google Business Profiles in nearby cities it doesn't operate in, and the creator sells the setup, AI-reviewed verification, and ranking as a service to contractors who already know the math works.
Who This Is For
Read if. Skip if.
READ IF YOU ARE…
You run or want to run a remote lead-generation side business that needs no inventory, storefront, or employees.
You already have an audience of local service contractors and want a new high-ticket offer to sell them.
You're curious how local businesses manipulate Google Maps rankings to pull in more calls than their real footprint should allow.
SKIP IF…
You're looking for a fully above-board local SEO strategy. This video is openly vague about a verification workaround it admits could get flagged.
You have no existing relationship with local service contractors and aren't willing to cold-outreach or partner with one for a revenue split.
TL;DR
The full version, fast.
A local lead-gen operator explains how a Google Business Profile trick grew into a business making him over $100,000 a month. Google normally allows one verified listing per real location, but a contractor captures far more calls by running extra branded profiles in nearby cities, brokering every lead to a real local partner for a cut. He built his own network of plumbing profiles this way before contractors and even a healthcare clinic started paying him $2,000 to $9,000 to replicate it. Verification is reviewed by an AI rather than a person, and some niches auto-verify while others require a video proving location, equipment, and management. He sells three ways in: build your own profiles, cold-SMS-blast contractors, or post content that pulls in inbound coaching clients.

A business can legally hold only one verified Google Business Profile per real location, but nothing stops it from running branded profiles in cities it doesn't physically operate in.
A roofer charging $8,000 to $20,000 per job only needs a couple of extra calls a month for a second Google Business Profile to pay for itself many times over.
The creator brokers every lead his extra profiles generate to a real local contractor for a 40% cut, so he never has to do the actual service work himself.
One of his branded plumbing profiles pulled around 200 calls over several months and converted about half into paying jobs at roughly $300 profit each.
Some service niches, like house cleaning, auto detailing, and pool cleaning, verify a new Google Business Profile instantly with just a strong Gmail account.
Higher-trust trades like plumbing, HVAC, and roofing require submitting a verification video proving location, equipment and signage, and proof of management.
Google's Business Profile verification video is reviewed by an AI, not a human, which is the loophole the entire business model depends on.
The same trade can verify differently by country: the creator claims plumbing profiles can auto-verify in Australia while the same niche in the US always requires a video.
Reinstating a suspended Google Business Profile is sold for $2,000 or more, since a suspended listing that was generating $10,000 a month in revenue creates urgency to fix it fast.
Creating extra Google Business Profiles costs nothing and produces close to 100% profit margin leads, since it's an organic map result rather than a paid ad.
Cold-texting thousands of scraped contractor leads is framed as a low-conversion, high-payoff channel: out of 10,000 messages, even a handful of replies can land a $5,000 to $10,000 client.
The creator treats his own YouTube channel as a client-acquisition channel, telling viewers directly that the video itself exists so contractors watching it will pay him to teach the technique.
Takeaway
How extra Google listings turn into recurring revenue
WHAT TO LEARN
A single verified Google Business Profile can be replicated across cities to capture leads a business would otherwise miss, and understanding how Google's AI-reviewed verification works is what turns that gap into a sellable service.
02Why one profile isn't enough
Google only lets a business list one verified profile per physical location, but the same contractor could serve calls from every neighboring city if it had a listing there too.
A roofer charging $8,000 to $20,000 a job only needs a handful of extra calls a month for a second Google Business Profile to pay for itself many times over.
03Building a profile network
The creator's first move was building his own branded plumbing profiles in cities where he didn't operate, then handing every incoming call to a real local plumber for a 40% cut.
Once those extra profiles started ranking, word spread fast: other contractors and even a healthcare clinic reached out asking how to copy it, turning a lead-gen side hustle into a coaching offer.
04The 3 ways to get clients
The three client-acquisition channels are running your own branded profiles, a cold SMS blast built from scraped contractor lists, and content that pulls in inbound coaching clients.
Starting with your own profiles first is recommended because it's the one channel that makes money while you're still learning to sell the service to anyone else.
For cold outreach, the plan is to scrape contractor leads with a tool like Outscraper, then pay someone on Fiverr $50-100 to text the whole list rather than doing outreach by hand.
05The numbers behind one profile
One branded plumbing profile pulled about 200 calls over a few months, converted roughly half into 40 jobs, and cleared about $300 profit per job on a 40% cut.
A single well-ranked Google Business Profile can generate up to $10,000 a month, and creating the listing itself costs nothing since it's an organic map result, not a paid ad.
06What verification actually requires
Some niches like house cleaning, auto detailing, and pool cleaning verify instantly with just a strong Gmail account; others like plumbing, HVAC, and roofing require submitting a verification video.
Google's video verification checks three things: proof you're at that location, proof of business equipment and permanent signage, and proof of management like a cash register or staff-only area.
Verification requirements vary by both niche and country, so the same trade can auto-verify in one region and require a full video in another.
07The AI verification loophole
The verification video isn't reviewed by a human, it's reviewed by an AI, which is why the creator claims the requirements can be satisfied without actually having a second physical business.
He stays deliberately vague about the exact workaround on camera because Google could penalize the channel or the technique if he spells it out.
08The upsell ladder
Beyond initial verification, the two upsells are ranking the profile with basic SEO and reviews, and reinstating a suspended profile, which contractors pay heavily for since a suspension directly cuts their revenue.
If a profile generates a contractor $10,000 a month, charging $2,000 to get it unsuspended is an easy sell because the alternative is losing that revenue entirely.

The following is a video of a local roofing business owner counting up $9 ,000 cold hard cash and handing it my way as you can see over here for doing something that took me literally 45 minutes I shit you not I know it sounds too good to be true but I promise it'll make a lot of sense and I'm going to show you exactly how you can do it how it works and basically everything that would go into it so just for reference so you can understand if I am searching for a specific service in a specific city on Google there are going to be results that show up at the top so in this case, plumber new market.
If I'm a customer, I'm searching for a plumber in the city. I'm going to call one of these three profiles, most likely the one that ranks at the top over here. As you can see, this is one of my profiles, but that's besides the point, right?
So if I am getting hundreds of calls every single month, and I am a roofing business owner who charges around eight to 10, eight to $20 ,000 for the average roofing job, these 200 calls, sorry, I had to burp these 200 calls. can make me a lot of money, right? Hundreds of thousands of dollars.
But in order to get these 200 calls, I need to have a business profile that gets me those calls. Now, I as a roofing business owner probably already have one business profile that already makes me a shit ton of money. And I know in my mind that if I was to have two, three, five, 10, 20 of these business profiles, I would make a shit ton more money.
However, as far as Google's requirements go, you can only list a business profile If you actually have that business in that location with proof that you are management of that, like you are authorized to manage that business. So you are the owner that it actually is in the location that you listed and that there's tools and there's equipment and you show your business really exists with signs and everything.
So that's what Google requires you to show as the verification. So if I have a roofing business, no problem. I could show that.
However, I don't have 20 roofing businesses. But at the same time, if I had 20 roofing business profiles, I would make a shit ton of money. And so what I essentially do is I help these people set up multiple business listings without actually having to own a business in that area.
For example, right, if I was a roofing business owner and I was in Toronto, so if I'm on Google Maps and my business profile was listed here in Toronto. i am only getting calls from people in toronto i'm not getting calls from people who are in scarborough however i would gladly drive 30 minutes to scarborough to make 20 000 off of a roofing job so if i had a profile here and a profile here and a profile here and a profile here and a profile here and a profile here, the layout would look something like this, right?
It'll look something like this where I have a business profile for each individual city around my area. And so business owners who can do this make a shit ton of money, like hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, they don't know how to fucking do it because Google doesn't like you.
So if you can do it for them and you can create multiple listings that are verified and on Google, this is what will happen. You'll make a lot of money.
Okay. And so basically this is what I first did. This is what I first did for myself.
I created a ton of these business listings across different areas and different industries. And truthfully, this is actually how I make most of my money. When these calls come in, I send them to people who do that service in that area.
So for example, this new market profile that gets me 200 calls, right? I have nothing to do with them. I partner with a plumber in that area.
He does the jobs and I take 40%. That is how I make most of my money. However, I did get a handful of other business owners and contractors who have paid me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to teach them how to replicate the same thing or to do it for them.
So I'm basically going to show you how you can verify these locations for these business owners. And then after you do that, you can upsell them on ranking the profiles to the top. Again, they likely already have profiles or one singular profile that already gets some calls.
So they do not need to be sold on the idea that if they made 10 times more of these profiles, they would genuinely just make 10 times more money. They don't need to be sold on that. They know that this will make the money.
So that's why it's easy for them to justify paying a shit ton of money for it. And so here's how you're going to get them through the door. So the way that I got this client and a couple others, like I said, was just through my own profiles.
So I had multiple profiles. and I still do, multiple profiles around my city for my plumbing business brand, all in different areas. And they kind of popped up out of nowhere, right?
They didn't exist. Two weeks later, I had these profiles in every single city getting me a ton of calls, ranked at the top of Google. And so these other business owners started to see that, and they started calling me and asking me basically how I did this and how, because a lot of these business owners are actually actively looking to try to do this because they already know that this can make them a ton of money.
So when they see someone else pull, it off I was getting a ton of calls from people who ran these plumbing businesses who ran other kinds of businesses I had a health care clinic reach out that I worked with that will literally just want to pay you to do the same thing for them or to teach you how to do this.
So the way you could do this is, and this is truthfully what I recommend starting with, just actually creating these profiles for yourself so that when you do get calls, you could just send it to a contractor in that area and take a 40 % cut. This is kind of like what I mostly talk about on my YouTube channel. If you watch my other videos, that's like what I...
do that's my business. This is kind of just like an extra thing that I've made, honestly, also a shit ton of money doing very, very easily. But it all requires the same skill.
But anyways, the first thing that you can kind of do is you have your own profiles, you brand them out. So they're all under the same kind of branding where this is it. An example, Plumber on Demand of Toronto.
Plumber on Demand of Toronto. This is just another area of Toronto. Plumber on Demand of Mississauga.
This is like another suburb around Toronto. So if you had a bunch of these profiles listed in your area, you will start getting a lot of calls. When I say a lot, I don't mean you're going to get calls every day.
But every couple days, maybe every week or so, you'll get a call. And again, of course, it's going to vary from where you are and whatnot. But I personally, just anecdotally, I was getting...
probably around a call a week from somebody who was like, Hey, can I pay you to do this? Now at the time I was saying no to most of them because I wanted to gatekeep. Um, but once this guy paid me nine grand for doing 30 minutes of work and just basically like all I had to do was teach him how to do it.
Actually. Like I did set up other ones in the past, right before this was like a month after I first created a few for him that he paid me $2 ,000 for. Um, he's like, yo, I'll pay you 9k.
Just teach me how to do. as many as I want. So that's the first way that you can get a bunch just by honestly focusing on yourself, running your own kind of like remote service business where you do the lead generation and you just send the jobs out and take 40%.
The great thing again, by the way, it's completely free to create these listings. They don't cost any money. You're not paying Google for ads.
It's completely free. So all these jobs are 100 % profit margin. That's the first thing.
Now, the second thing, and truth be told, again, like I said, this is how I make most of my money through my own listings. So I haven't personally tried this, but I'm more than certain if I sent a text message to every single contractor in Toronto for all these different services and said, hey, I can verify you 10 profiles across all these areas, send them a screenshot of mine and show them how many calls they're getting, then I can for sure.
Get multiple people within the span of the first week to pay me to do this I I'm like 100 % certain if I sense basically the way I would do this the way that I would go about this Would be to send a text message blast where basically you can scrape the leads of every single contractor in your area across any industry And honestly, I would just pay somebody to do it.
Like you can set this up yourself using a CRM, like go high level. But I would personally just pay someone on Fiverr, like you can find something for like 50 to 100 bucks to just send this message out to every single contractor in the area. You can use a platform like Outscraper.
This will basically get all the data from every single business owner that runs X service, whatever data you want. And you can give this to this Fiverr guy and he will text every single person. And you will get a lot of responses from people who are interested.
You can always cold call and do other cold outreach, cold email, just messaging people. But I wouldn't recommend doing that, to be honest. If you're going to go this route, I would send a text message blast.
If you send 10 ,000 messages out, you will probably get at least 10 people interested, which is like a tiny conversion rate. And if one of those doesn't pay you, I will pay you, right? You'll probably...
I mean, if you send a message to 10 ,000 contractors, you will have somebody who pays you 5 to 10K, 100%. And then the third way is by making fucking content and YouTube videos like this. Literally, the reason I'm posting this right now is because contractors watching this might see this video and pay me.
You watching this is also something that I do. You watching this who might want to learn more about how to do this might also pay me. Of course, I make these YouTube videos so that I can also get paid, and I highly encourage other people to do the same.
If you have a skill, if you know something that makes you tens of thousands of dollars a month. This made me at its peak. getting these clients to create these profiles, teach them how, these contractors, and also through my own profiles, was making me over $50 ,000 a month in profit.
And now posting these YouTube videos and also helping other people do it, I make over $100 ,000 a month in profit. So if you have a skill that you've monetized, that you've gone really good at, and that can be very valuable for other people, start posting videos because people will pay you. If you know how to do something that they want to do as well.
And so you watching this, if you want to pay me. to help you do this or to teach you to do this, then you might be the person who goes in my description and schedules a call using the first link in the description. And on that call, I will basically show you how I can help you.
And then if you like it, then you can pay me. So content, this is a really good way to do this as well. But you need to know what you're doing.
Of course, you need to seem like a pro at what you're doing for people to be willing to send you thousands of dollars. But these are the three main ways that I recommend getting clients. If you're going to go the cold route, I do recommend doing this, basically just sending text message blasts.
Obviously, having your own profiles is like a way to make money while you make money because these profiles... can make you a shit ton of money. For example, again, just so you can reference, this is my plumbing profile that I showed over here.
200 calls over the span of a couple months. The best month with website clicks and everything got me around 40 calls and 40 form submissions, so 80 leads. I'm converting around 50 % of those, so I got around 40 jobs, and I'm making an average profit of $300 a job.
Just so you can keep for reference as well, a singular good profile can make you up to $10 ,000 a month, no problem. and you would just be sitting at home and sending the jobs out to a contractor. They'd call you, you'd answer, be like, yep, I can send somebody out.
Your guy goes out, you take 40%. You just need to find somebody who's down to do the split and you're good to go. That's basically kind of how you would actually get people to offer this service for and the easiest ways to do this.
Again, you can cold call, you can do all that stuff, but I think that's a waste of time. You can even run ads. But again, these are the three that I would say like I've vetted.
I don't personally have experience with SMS blast specifically for this, but I've done them for other things and they work phenomenally. One of those things being binding a contractor to take my jobs at a 60 -40 split. I got hundreds of people interested in taking.
jobs for me. And I have a video on this as well. So that's basically how you would go about getting clients.
Now, the main thing is actually doing the service. So how would you actually do this for other business owners? Again, the reason people pay for this is because it isn't easy to do it.
Actually, no, I take that back. It is very easy to do. It is pretty hard to learn though and figure out because like I said, Google has a couple requirements that they need for verification, right?
So the first thing that you need to learn and need to narrow down is what niches, what services require what with Google's verification. Some industries and some niches, you can create a profile, and as long as you have a strong Gmail account, Google will instantly verify. You don't have to submit any additional verification or anything at all.
Niches for this would include something like a house cleaning service, an auto detailing service, a pool cleaning service, And there's other niches that will also have this, but. They might have a higher or lower approval rate depending on the niche and the area too.
So for example, with plumbing, you might actually be able to get a profile approved without doing anything if you lived in Australia. But if you lived in the States, it's not possible. They always ask you to submit a video.
The other things that they can ask for is a phone code. So they will send you a code to your phone number and you'll put that code and verify your profile. Or they will send a code to your email, like a six -digit code.
You put it in and they verify through that. So you have to learn what niches and what industries ask for what specific things in order to verify the profiles. And you basically have to familiarize yourself with that because based on who you're working with, the process will look different.
Based on where they live, the process might look different. So you need to figure out, can I instantly verify this with a strong Gmail account? Do I have to submit a business video?
And can I submit a code? Can I just get a code to my phone number and submit that as the verification? You need to learn these things.
And like I just said, Car detailing, house cleaning, landscaping is another one that is pretty easy to do. Pool cleaning is an easy one.
And again, you've got to familiarize yourself as well. Those are just off the top of my head, ones that I personally have a lot of experience with that I know for a fact you can easily instantly verify them. Things like plumbing, HVAC, roofing, those are ones where you're going to have to record a video and submit a video to Google that basically proves that you own this business and...
The three requirements, like I said, are to prove that you're in the same location. So if you want to list a plumbing business in Los Angeles on 123 Los Angeles Street, you need to prove to Google, hey, I am at 123 Los Angeles Street in Los Angeles. That's the first thing.
The second thing is you need to show your business's equipment and your signage, basically. It asks for a sign. So for example, for McDonald's, there's a big ass M on the building or whatever.
That counts as permanent signage. That's what it asks for in the video. So that's the next requirement.
And then the third thing is proof of management. So it asks you to like open up a cash register or enter a staff only area where only employees can go or show like a company CRM. So these are the three requirements.
Now you might be thinking in your head, how the fuck am I supposed to have a big ass sign? How am I supposed to create a business profile if I'm not in that location? And how the fuck am I supposed to show a cash register or a staff -only sign?
The great thing about Google is this verification process isn't manually reviewed by a person. It's done by an AI. So all of these things, if you just put two and two together, you piece things together, and you can figure out how to do it, right?
So as long as Google thinks the requirements are met, you will be verified. There's a certain amount that I can say on YouTube because they're not going to be happy and they might take my video down. But as long as Google thinks that requirements are met, you're good.
You're verified. So how you choose to potentially be at that location and how you potentially choose to have permanent signs and equipment, which again, Google doesn't really know what the difference between cleaning equipment. And HVAC equipment and an air fryer.
How the fuck would the AI know if it's an air fryer or if it's like a plumbing snake or whatever they call the things that you stick down the toilet and it clears the drain? They don't know, okay? So those are kind of the things that you have to keep in mind.
And I do have to be generous with what I say because I don't want to have any issues. That's what you got to keep in mind. And again, you have to expect, just based off of this, again, watch my other videos.
I have a ton of videos on how to verify these profiles where I kind of give more context cues and clues here and there. I wish I could say it, but I just can't without jeopardizing my channel. So that's basically, you just need to do the due diligence of trial and error and watching my videos and just trying a couple things out, okay?
Yes, it's going to be a little bit of a process. Yes, it's going to be hard. But if you're willing to apply yourself and trial and error, and again, just for reference, like I probably tried, I don't know, 200 videos before I figured out like how I can really crack this down and get every single thing done without having to leave my house.
But you can kind of just put two and two together and you can try different things and you will figure it out. Of course, you could pay me to tell you. That's also another option.
And again, a big reason why I make these YouTube videos in the first place. If you try and you put some effort into it, you will figure it out. Now, once you actually verify the profiles, there's a couple things that you can also upsell, that being ranking the profile and getting it unsuspended.
As far as ranking goes, it's just general SEO stuff. And honestly, I'm not a boring dude. There's a million videos on SEO on my channel, on other people's channels.
That part's easy. SEO, easy. The hard part is getting reviews on these profiles.
So I have a ton of videos on how you can get reviews on these profiles as well and how you can get hundreds of those reviews without actually having hundreds of customers. And then also if a profile gets taken down because that's very possible too. A lot of these contractors deal with...
profiles getting taken down, if you can figure out how to get them back up, which again, I have videos on, then you can charge them a lot of money. Because if a profile is making them $10 ,000 a month in revenue, you can charge them $2 ,000 to get it back up, they'd be happy to pay. So that's kind of how the whole process would look like and how it would work.
Like I said, I make most of my money through my own personal profiles and now also this YouTube channel. So watch my videos on how to set all that up.
I have a video about every single thing that I went over here, how to do the SMS blast, how you would do the verification videos, how you would get reviews, how you'd rank profiles and unsuspend them. So everything on like a more micro niche level is all on my channel. So give all my other videos a watch.
And if you are interested in working with me one -on -one. and paying me to help you do any of this, whether this is actually learning how to verify these profiles and getting people through the door, or you want to start a remote service business like I did, which I scaled to $30 ,000 a month in profit, my second month doing, which I have a ton of proof on my channel for as well, then you can schedule a call with me.
First link in the description. I will help you scale to 20K a month within the next 60 days. And like I said, basically you just create these profiles in different areas with high demand, low competition.
You'd rank them at the top. Every call that you get, you send to a contractor. He gives you 40 % of the profit.
So that's how that business model works. That's kind of my main thing. But aside from that, I hope you guys enjoyed the video.
If you did like it, then please leave a like. If you found it helpful, then subscribe. Leave a comment if you have any questions.
And if you are interested, like I said, in working with me one -on -one, schedule a call with me. First link in the description. I'll run you through exactly what that would look like and how I can help you scale your remote service business or do any of this to 20K a month within the next 60 days.
I also have a school community at Dirt Cheap. It's like 50 bucks. I kind of teach the verification process there for like the lower ticket niches and how you would structure that and also start your remote service business and start making your first couple thousand bucks there.
So school community, second link in the description. And that's it for this video. I appreciate you guys all for watching.
Apologies for all the self -promo there, but someone's got to make money just like you do. So again, appreciate you guys all for watching. I'll see you all in the next video.
