Big Idea

The argument in one line.

One AI-run platform plus a plain-text ICM folder system replaces a four-tool, multi-day cold email stack with a same-day pipeline that sources, verifies, writes, and loads leads through Claude Code.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You currently duct-tape Apollo, a scraping service, a verifier, and Instantly together for cold email and want to see the whole stack replaced live.
  • You already point Claude Code at a paid SaaS's API and want a concrete example of it sourcing leads, writing sequences, and loading a campaign end to end.
  • You cold call or cold email for clients and want a productized quick-win offer you can build and hand off in an afternoon.
  • You're new to cold calling and want a simple two-part script instead of a memorized pitch.
SKIP IF…
  • You want polished, pre-edited software tutorial content. This is an unedited live build that includes a genuine crash and recovery.
  • You're looking for a free way to cold email at scale. The core recommendation is a $97-a-month paid tool.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

RyMac combines Lead Gen Jay's Consulti with Jake Van Clief's ICM folder structure to replace a four-tool cold email stack, Apollo for leads, Trusted Leads to scrape, MillionVerifier to clean, and Instantly to send, with one $97-a-month subscription and a Claude Code build run live. He opens with a 2011 cold-call story to teach a two-part script, then demos Consulti's AI copywriter and PRD generator, pulls 500 verified chiropractor leads, writes a voice-matched four-email sequence with spin tax, and loads it into Instantly, crash and recovery included. The unlock is Consulti's 'reverse lead magnet': a mini tool built from a PRD that a prospect runs against their own website, which becomes the reply-yes trigger inside the cold email.

Where the time goes.

00:0001:44

01 · The cold open, the 2011 call, the promise

The 'F you' cold call from 2011, matched energy, a callback the next day that became a client, and the promise: build a cold outreach machine live that sends leads today.

01:4402:23

02 · The combo: why Lead Gen Jay and Jake Van Clief

Jay brings the lead-gen tech stack knowledge, Jake brings the ICM folder system; RyMac frames the video as combining both into one build.

02:2304:08

03 · Cold calling real quick

The two-part script: name the problem you fix, never the tool, then ask 'is this worth discussing further?' and stop talking. A no that ends the call cleanly counts as a win.

04:0805:06

04 · The recap and the turn

Recaps the script with a chiropractor example, then pivots from teaching cold calling into the live technical build.

05:0606:39

05 · In the terminal: what I'm building

Opens a terminal running Claude Code and previews showing the old cold-email stack before the new one.

06:3910:47

06 · The old way: Apollo, Trusted Leads, MillionVerifier

Apollo sources leads free but capped; Trusted Leads scrapes an Apollo search URL (2,200 leads for $25); MillionVerifier cleans the list, only charging for valid emails. Roughly $65 and 3-4 days before sending.

10:4713:24

07 · The old way in Instantly, and the bet email

Shows an Instantly campaign for a home-services list and reads out a real high-performing 'bet' email (5-6% reply rate) built around a veteran-to-veteran personal angle.

13:2416:58

08 · Consulti: it's not just a lead list

Tours Consulti.ai: B2B/local/creator lead databases, warmed inboxes, DNS checkers, an AI copywriter that scans a site to draft ICP-targeted cold emails and objection responses.

16:5825:20

09 · The reverse lead magnet built this afternoon

Walks through Consulti's lead-magnet builder: generate a mini-SaaS idea, customize it, generate a PRD, feed the PRD to Claude Code. Demos the resulting 'Agency AI Task Mapper' audit tool live on a marketing agency's site, then shows an earlier PRD-built rent-cost calculator on his own site.

25:2026:41

10 · Into Claude Code: hooking it to Consulti, the folder wakes up

Confirms Consulti and Instantly are connected via API; Claude Code reports a brief already scoped from earlier in the day, 638 live agency-owner leads validated, 10 healthy mailboxes.

26:4134:40

11 · The plan, the skills, and how the emails get written

Sets rules for the sequence, in his voice, under 100 words, no links, no em dashes, spin tax for mass sends, then invokes named Claude Code skills (copywriting, AB testing, campaign deploy) to write the 4-email sequence and stage it in Instantly, paused, behind pre-launch gates.

34:4036:02

12 · It crashes. I keeps it in.

The Claude Code session disconnects mid-build; RyMac has it resume, and it picks up exactly where it left off from files it had already written to disk.

36:0240:56

13 · Reviewing the 4 emails in Instantly

Reads through the finished pitch, nudge, pivot, and breakup emails inside Instantly, including the same-subject-line threading trick on the nudge.

40:5644:48

14 · Sending schedule, mailboxes, and the settings that matter

Sets an 11am-8pm Eastern send window to cover both coasts, reviews mailbox accounts, daily limits (30/mailbox, 300/day cap), disabling open tracking and HTML to protect deliverability.

44:4846:01

15 · The 1 edit I made, and teaching it to never do it again

Catches a false claim in one email ('last one, I promise'), corrects it, and has Claude Code bank the fix as a permanent rule so it can't recur in future campaigns.

46:0148:06

16 · Wrapping up: the skills shelf

Shows the library of named Claude Code skills available in his free school community (copywriting, VSL, SEO, blog, video scripting, funnels, code audit).

48:0652:35

17 · The forgotten pull: asking for chiropractor owners

Realizes he skipped demoing the live lead pull, then asks Claude Code to pull small chiropractor-practice owners (1-10 staff) directly from Consulti's database via its API.

52:3556:18

18 · 500 leads, deduped, straight into the audience list

Consulti finds 1,637 US chiropractic-practice owners by free-text search (fixed industry categories missed most of them), pulls 500 as one send wave, and Claude Code dedupes them into the local 'Torso' lead database.

56:1859:40

19 · The real ceiling, the giveaway, and the sign-off

Confirms the true account balance, 21,953 leads and 39,300 verification credits with rollover, hands over the 3-laws bet script from his free community, and closes with the client-facing pitch: build this machine in an afternoon, book appointments in week one.

Atomic Insights

Lines worth screenshotting.

  • A cold call's only job is to book a conversation, not to close, so a clean 'no' counts as a completed call rather than a loss.
  • The old cold email stack, Apollo for sourcing, Trusted Leads to scrape, MillionVerifier to clean, and Instantly to send, costs roughly $65 and 3 to 4 days before a single email goes out.
  • Industry-average cold email performance is a 1% reply rate and a 0.5% interest rate, so 100 leads produce about half an interested prospect.
  • A 'reverse lead magnet' is a free mini tool a prospect runs against their own website after replying yes, and it converts better than a report or a video because it feels personalized to them.
  • Cold email copy rules used here: under 100 words, plain text, zero links, no em dashes, no digits, and jargon only when immediately translated in plain English.
  • 'Spin tax,' synonym-swapped phrasing on every send, keeps thousands of near-identical cold emails from tripping spam filters.
  • A four-email cold sequence runs pitch, nudge (same subject line, threads under the first email), pivot, then breakup, spaced across about a week.
  • Sending 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern also covers 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific, so one schedule window reaches both coasts during working hours.
  • Ten warmed mailboxes sending 30 emails a day each caps a campaign at 300 emails a day to protect domain reputation.
  • Picking one fixed industry category can throw away most of a target list; free-text keyword search recovered 1,637 chiropractic leads a single category filter would have mostly missed.
  • One Claude Code skill can, in a single pass, dedupe scraped leads against everyone already emailed, write the sequence, and load a paused campaign into Instantly by API.
  • Correcting an AI agent's writing mistake and asking it to bank the rule in permanent memory fixes that mistake in every future output, not just the one message.
  • A cold outreach machine that takes an afternoon to build for yourself is also a productized quick-win service you can build and deliver to a client the same day.
Takeaway

Replace four cold-email tools with one AI-run pipeline

WHAT TO LEARN

The old cold-email stack cost real money and days of waiting, so building the whole pipeline, lead sourcing, verification, sequence writing, and campaign load, inside one platform an AI coding agent can call directly removes both costs at once.

01The cold open, the 2011 call, the promise
  • A cold call's only job is to book a conversation, so treat a clean no as a completed call, not a loss.
  • Lead with the problem you fix, never the tool you use, and stop talking right after the one yes/no question.
06The old way: Apollo, Trusted Leads, MillionVerifier
  • Audit your own cold-outreach cost stack: Apollo plus a scraper plus a verifier plus a sender adds up to real money and multi-day delays.
07The old way in Instantly, and the bet email
  • A high-performing cold email can still be short and personal; the 'vet to vet' bet email built rapport in two sentences before the ask.
08Consulti: it's not just a lead list
  • A platform is worth switching to when it replaces your entire stack's individual line items, not just one of them.
09The reverse lead magnet built this afternoon
  • A PRD generator that scans your own site turns a vague offer into a buildable spec Claude Code can execute directly.
  • Offer prospects a personalized mini tool instead of a generic report; a reply-yes CTA converts better when the payoff feels built for them specifically.
10Into Claude Code: hooking it to Consulti, the folder wakes up
  • Feed an AI coding agent a scoped brief up front (targeting, mailbox health, prior sends) so it can resume work correctly after any interruption.
11The plan, the skills, and how the emails get written
  • Enforce copy constraints explicitly: word count, no links, no em dashes, and jargon only when translated in plain language in the same sentence.
  • Use synonym-varied phrasing across a mass send so near-identical emails don't read as identical to spam filters.
  • Structure a follow-up sequence as pitch, same-thread nudge, new-angle pivot, then breakup, rather than repeating the same pitch.
12It crashes. I keeps it in.
  • A build that crashes mid-session and resumes cleanly from saved state is a sign the workflow is durable enough to trust unattended.
15The 1 edit I made, and teaching it to never do it again
  • Before finalizing a send, sanity-check every claim in the copy; correcting a false line and banking the fix as a permanent rule stops it recurring later.
18500 leads, deduped, straight into the audience list
  • Don't rely on a single fixed industry filter when pulling leads; free-text keyword search can recover a majority of a niche a category list would miss.
19The real ceiling, the giveaway, and the sign-off
  • A cold-outreach machine you build for yourself in an afternoon is also a productized quick-win offer you can sell and deliver to a client the same day.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

ICM Folder Structure
Jake Van Clief's plain-text file-and-folder system that lets an AI agent execute tasks autonomously by following simple instructions, without a complex orchestration platform.
Reverse lead magnet
A free mini tool offered after a prospect replies to a cold email, rather than upfront, that runs against their own website or business and hands back a personalized report.
Spin tax
Synonym-swapped variations of the same cold email so mass sends don't read identically and trip spam filters, while keeping the same underlying message.
PRD
Product Requirements Document. In this workflow, an auto-generated build spec from Consulti describing a mini tool, which gets fed to Claude Code to actually build it.
Subsequence
A branch of an email campaign that only fires after a specific reply, such as 'yes', separate from the main outbound send sequence.
Nudge email
A follow-up in a cold sequence that reuses the previous email's subject line so it threads under the original message instead of starting a new one.

analogystory
F you. That was there when I bought the business last month. Don't you ever F and call me again.
That is a real business owner screaming at me on a real cold call back in 2011. I just told him the reason I called was that I help small business owners fix their reputation with an automated. review system and i noticed he had a one -star review that we could bury so when he screamed fu at me i matched him i said fu i can help you fix that so i'm calling you back tomorrow and i hung up on him first i called back the next day he was in a better mood he laughed we had a real conversation and he became a client So today I'm going to save you from the FUs because I'm combining Legion J and Jake Van Cleef Systems to build a cold outreach machine that sends leads today, live in front of you.
And for the ones who aren't scared to pick up the phone, I'm going to teach you cold calling real quick. Because if I was broke with only $100 in my account and I wanted to make money, I would pick up the phone and start calling people. For years, Legion J is who I've looked to for the best technical setups in cold outreach.
The man runs an Inc. 5000 cold outreach business. So when he put out Consulti, I didn't think twice.
And I got in at the $97 a month level. And stick around because later I'm going to show you why Consulti is more than just a lead getting tool. and how you can have a mini SaaS built to use in your cold email campaigns today.
This one got built this afternoon, and I'm walking you through it and my Elodra machine before we're done. And Jake Van Cleef published the ICM folder structure paper that completely changed the way I do business. So I'm even about to start using his software to better serve my community.
Jay brings the leads. Jake brings the system, and I'm going to show you what happens when you put them together. Here's the thing about that 2011 story.
Cold calling is fun when you understand what the job actually is. Your job on a cold call is not to close anybody. It's to book a conversation.
A great closer loses three out of four conversations anyways. So if a no counts as a loss, nobody survives this job. But if a note is a completed call, then you win 100 % of the time.
Same numbers, opposite career. The call itself is all confidence. It was never a script.
If a front desk answers, use first names, yours and theirs, and then stop talking. Hey Dora, is Phil available? That's how a friend of an owner calls.
And a company name, a title, or a pitch is how a telemarketer calls. When the owner picks up, there are only two things that you have to get right. Part one, say the words, the reason that I call it is.
Then name the problem you fix and never the tool that you're using. I help small business owners fix their reputation with an automated review funnel was how I started in 2011.
Part two, ask. Is this worth discussing further when you have the time? Then shut up.
Because every word you add after that question hands them something new to say no to. And the point of my story is the part that nobody teaches. You need to match their energy.
Do what you say you'll do and be consistent. I told an angry man I'd call him tomorrow. And the reason he became a client is that tomorrow I actually called.
So to recap. Hey, Phil. The reason that I'm calling is that I help chiropractors capture lost new patient revenue by making sure they never miss a call.
Is this worth discussing further?
If no, thank you. Hang up and you dial the next one. If yes, perfect.
What's your best email to send some of the information for a quick 15 -minute call? You're just setting yourself future appointments and bringing them up the customer journey framework. But I know cold calling is terrifying for a lot of people.
It's why I built AI sparring partners at buildmarketclothes .com so you can practice on a robot before you ever risk a real human. And you don't even need to worry about that today because I'm about to show you how to build a cold outreach machine that spits out interested prospects and appointments automagically.
All right, guys. So we are in the terminal now. And what I want to do before we do the build, I'm going to show you where it's pulling from, what works, why it works, okay?
And I want to show you first the old way of doing cold emailing, okay? And again, I've been doing cold email for a while, and I looked at Legion J. He has a really big company, does multi -millions, and all he does is cold emailing outreach for his clients.
So anytime that I want to do anything for clients or clients for cold emailing, then I always look to him for the best technical setup, how to warm up domains because you have to protect your own domain. You have to get other domains. You have to warm up.
It's a very technical thing. There's SPKD, KIM records, SPF records, all this stuff, right? i'm not a coder i'm not a developer i'm just dangerous enough okay so this is i want to show you the old way first and it works and i'm going to show you that you know i was using the old way until i saw what he put out with consultee and then with consultee i'm going to show you and walk you through consultee why it's more than just a replacement for a multi -layered tech stack and it's better priced and better leads but it also has everything to support what does good in code email outreach so first the old way okay so the old way was um using apollo okay and actually i'm not gonna log in i don't matter so here is all the way there's a bunch of other stuff i want to get rid of these tabs so apollo what you want to do with apollo is you log in and you separate through stuff well hell we're not gonna have fast let me just log in off screen so it doesn't i don't know what's gonna um maybe put a password or if it's going to connect right over let's see
Log in with the Googles.
Continue. Okay.
I'm going to make this part as quick as possible because I want to get to the good stuff, but I just want to... No, I don't want to upgrade.
Okay. So, on Apollo, I'm logged in here.
on apollo you can uh do a search for um businesses okay i don't want to upgrade i don't use you anymore you you can go in here and you can do a search for businesses companies right um emails however you want to do it but the what you do is is you would look for uh companies that is hold on one second i am human I am human.
Okay, so I'm not going to bore you by searching everything out here, but this is what you do if you want to do the old way. This way still works, okay, if you don't want to do the easier way. But what you do is you figure out everything.
You pull together a list, okay, based on industry keywords, company sizes, all that stuff, right? And you can do it for free, and you'll get back a string of results. It might be a few pages, right?
then what you do is you leave your Apollo you get the actual link up here from Apollo all right and then you use um trusted leads okay and what trusted leads does is it actually you can see I used them um back on June 25th was the last time because consult I found consultee I was like oh nope Legion J's got a new thing I'm gonna jump on that um but I pulled 2200 Apollo leads and it cost me $25 and then it goes through and it takes a couple of days i think i even had it up their support i was out of them or the next one one of them it took forever um and they go they scrape the apollo leads from the url that you give them okay so apollo is free you can get so many only so many leads so much data then you come over to trusted leads and then for 2200 leads it costs $25 they take the apollo links because if you get them from apollo it costs a lot more per lead if you use their service they're expensive and then these 2200 leads it pulls from the apollo search string that i give it the url right so then you wait for that to happen then you get that back like a day or two later all right and then you come over to million verifier and i did this case for a while but you come over to you see i still have credits in here um
And so just to give you an idea, it's $25 per 2200 leads on the first part. If you want to buy credits, which is a credit per lead, every 10 ,000 credits is $39. 25 ,000 credits is $59.
I think I did the $60 one. And I have like 9 ,003 random left. Okay.
And so then you take that list, you put it into Million Verifier, and then it verifies all of them. It gets rid of the bad ones, and it doesn't charge you for the ones that are bad. It only charges you for the clean ones that come out of it.
So I think out of like the 2 ,200, I think like 2 ,000 came back or something like that, right? So we're already 25, and even if you call it as cheap as possible, we're already $65 in at this point, and day three or four waiting. And then...
You get that back from them, and then you need to go over to Instantly. And I'm logged into Instantly right now. I'm going to show you.
I'm logged in here. I've got to be careful because it does show leads and stuff. But I'm in, like, one of the campaigns for CR6 Home Service Veterans, all right?
And then you have to upload the leads into here. Then you have to write out all the sequences. And then you also have to get mailbox email accounts, right?
They sell pre -warmed ones, so you don't have to wait, or you can buy them and warm them up. So you're looking at another $40 or $50 to get your email inboxes. And each email inbox, you only want to send like 20, maybe 30 a day.
So if you get five, you're looking at sending 100 a day. On industry average, a 1 % response rate and a half a percent interest rate is industry average. So per 100 leads, you might get a half a person interested.
basically right so that's if you are average but we're not average over here we're above average right and so you have sitting on here one of the ones that worked really well for me got uh i think this got closer like a five or six percent rate but it's like you want to take a bet from a vet one veteran business uh one veteran owned business owner to another Hope you had a great 4th.
This was around the 4th of July. I'm not here to tell you that you need more leads or that your SEO sucks. You get enough of that crap in your inbox.
Just a few quick bets. I'll bet a good chunk of your leads goes to you instead of turning into estimates. I'll bet you're great at landing the job, but want more at -bats.
And I'll bet you think that's a lead problem when it isn't. I've got a 68 -second read on the three laws that decide your lead -to -estimate ratio. I'll bet you're breaking at least two of them.
Want it? reply yes so the reply is like all right i'll take your bet right so i the the framework here is i resonate like vet to vet so you can say something like oh i looked at your linkedin page or whatever the case is right but um so it's like a personal kind of touch here okay um and then i just make a bet and i'm just straightforward with them it's not like the corporate like my name is this and we do that and then i'll uh here's a case that like whatever the case is okay this was this was one so if you want to you've already if you've already seen my other video about the three laws you can make this your own framework here if you want to make a bet right um so and we'll pull this up here in a minute after we build out a new one in cloud and then um you upload it instantly and then you can you know build your campaign and send it out and it takes days if not a whole week and it's a pain and it's kind of expensive And you got to duct tape a bunch of stuff together.
So consultee .ai, okay? And I have a coupon code. I have an affiliate link.
I have a referral link and stuff like that. But this is my top recommendation. And this is what I do now.
And you're going to watch me build it from inside. So one thing that I want to... talk about is it's not just a lead base so you have your b2b leads local leads creator leads instagram databases they're really good leads okay um they're really good leads now what i want to talk about is everything around it that they do to help okay you can get warmed email inboxes in here um they have hyper cleaners catch -alls uh make sure that you're sending verification stuff dns checkers all the technical checker stuff okay right and then they have cold email tools so for ai copywriter if you're not going to copywriter you just you can see that i plugged in files and folders in here it scans it it's offered it finds what's on my website files and files offers a free icm folder starter kit that simplifies ai workflow management by using plain text files and folders this system allows an ai agent to autonomously execute tasks by following straightforward instruction, eliminating the need for complex orchestration platforms.
It scanned my site. And then you can walk through this flow, and it will help you create your ICP, your offer details, your messaging. You can tailor it to change it, download the MDs, feed it to your cloud, right?
So if I just go to proven next. We're not going to see her read it because I write my own emails. I don't personally use this, but a lot of people don't know how to write cold email copies, and this is all based off of all of his data, okay?
So here it's like, who do you want to target? The job titles, the industries. Do you want to target new roles in the industry, technology changes, all these different ways that you can pull the leads from there.
It's like, who do you want to target? Just approve and continue real quick. This will show you the flow that it goes through.
analyzing okay so it's like do you want a curiosity ai workflow right and here would be the hook how do you manage workflows value proposition racm folder uses plain text files enabling ai agents to work autonomously without complex software streamline operations call to action open to exploring how this could simplify your task right so it can write you a good email a curiosity based one uh a streamline angle new roles and opportunities if that's what you're attacking or address workflow bottlenecks okay and then you can go to approve and continue and it's going to write emails now while it does that i'm going to talk about something else why it's doing this because um it takes a minute it's just okay we'll talk about their api documentation next and this is how it works out of cloud so objection responses price right price the initial investment for new systems are concerned even if it's free to start I understand that budget constraints are always on top of mind.
It's interesting, blah, blah, blah. So it builds out all of the different objections that could come up and how to respond to them, okay? So this is a truly, this is a really helpful tool, all right?
And then you go through, you can have it write your emails and you can export and save. And then based off your website, based on how you tailor it, you have your cold email campaign set up. But the ones that I've used and the, twice now is a lead magnet builder okay and the whole point of this is when you code email you don't want to like i can make a video for you or i'll send you a report or a case study right it is um it is a he calls it a reverse lead magnet i think is what he calls it but basically it's a little mini software as a service a little mini sass and i just built one out um let me find it um i just went through this so it was can i go back but let me go back here so it's my offer i scanned my thing i found out all this stuff then i went to generate ideas i want to just let me click it since already yeah then it comes up with ai ideas of what kind of little mini software i said agency task mapper right as and i i selected that then it came over to customize it named it just the company name what does the prospect provide the company website
they get an overall score and action items is what i asked to be on there okay um and that's all that asked to be on there but you can put recommendations opportunity size growth potential all this different stuff right cta url goes to a booking calendar from my crm and it just says book a quick intro call and then i select it rose and i said generate prd and it gave me a prd then i downloaded this md then i fed it to claude and i said claude make me this whiz bang all right And so Claude made me this whiz bank.
Discover hidden hours in your agency's operations. Get a customizing folder system blueprint showing exactly which agency tasks you can automate. Okay.
And then so if let's just find a marketing agency and we'll just run one real quick to show you because, yeah, show you how it works. So marketing agency. all right so let's just grab any one of these i've never done this so just doing this live with you well i've ran it on an agency just make sure it worked right so let's say that i sent an email this was this agency was on my list and my outreach the one one of the ones i scraped and then i emailed if someone replies and i say hey i can run a i'll run a free audit and show you um how you can save time right save uh you know up to 80 hours 80 hours a week whatever the case is whatever the email actually comes out to be in the hook when they reply yes they're interested then it replies and it will append this that was the last one i did right there so it'll append this link so whenever they click it their own link will be right here and all they have to do is click generate my blueprint okay so we'll let that generate for just a second and then um and here's how it works out of cloud so they have their api docs back here
everything is explained back here all you gotta do is just feed this to um your cloud or whatever ai you're using i use cloud code so here's the cloud code skill stuff npcs uh mcp server right how to set it up it's pretty simple okay and that's how um it's set up in here all right all this stuff is already set up in here so for this company It scanned its website.
So if I'm this company, pretend I'm this company. I click generate my blueprint, your ICM folder system blueprint. We found 10 high -value automation opportunities in your service -based contractor marketing agency.
10 automatable tasks, 125 hours back a month, two quick wins, eight client -facing, 82 % workload cut, 82 out of 100 readiness. Okay? And then it says, lead qualification intake process.
Automatically process incoming lead from contacts form. Qualify based on service type and business size. And route to appropriate account managers with pre -filled intake summaries.
14 hours back a month. ICM folder template. Implementation of action items.
Create a folder structure. Leads intake pending. leads or comma leads intake qualified or leads intake rejected with intake form template build an ai agent to parse form sub submissions extract business metrics and categorize by service fit so we're just telling them how to build an icm folder template right so if they are unaware which pretty much everybody's unaware about icm in the business world a lot of people are um everybody's stuck in multi -agent workflows okay uh set up routing logic to move qualified leads right so now they're like oh well wait this is interesting interesting i can just set up folders and save right so then it's case studies success story so i found case studies and success stories on this website so this is part of the audit okay save this how do you do it create a folder structure case study source data or case studies drafts um or this is the this is the folder structure should be case studies and you have source data drafts
Client review with data templates. Build an AI agent to read project outcomes, analytic reports, client feedbacks, right? Set up to review workflow.
Complete drafts, right? And it works all the way down. Monthly performance report, 20 hours back.
Content counter, social media planning, 14 hours back. In each way, it shows them actionable steps. Add variations, okay?
Here's your top level folder. Client name, variance Facebook, variance Instagram. And it's showing them how to build a folder structure.
okay and it goes through each one whatever it finds on their website it's going through each one of them okay so um that's the prd and at the end ready to build your icm folder system in 15 minutes we'll map your first automation in that icm folder system is a 15 minute intro call zero pressure walk away the plan right book intro call so we're not selling to them we're not saying get on a zoom and let me demo and bore you with powerpoint it's like hey we're just going to get a quick call there's no pressure and i'm going to give you a plan to walk away with right You're starting the dating process.
You're making sure you like each other, okay? You're figuring out if you can help them. So they're more apt to book because you just gave, they just found the audit and they're like, well, I can save all this time and what is this folder structure?
You know what? This is worth 15 minutes. It's not a sales call, no pressure.
Let's go. And then they click on it, right? And then it can just bring you right into a booking flow, okay?
So that is the PRD and that is something that a consultee, helps you with okay is that you have your infrastructure set up the ai copywriter a campaign doctor a scaling calculator so this creates your plan how to reverse engineer if you want so many appointments to make so much money here's how many people you need to at and you're getting this response rate here's what your plan is right because i'm a paid uh member um i get access to beta but this so i'm not sure if they do have a free level so you can try them out for free just click my link below below and if you decide to upgrade make sure you use the coupon code below So you get 20 % off for three months, okay?
If you don't want to use them, don't use them. I am affiliate. That's my disclaimer.
Don't hate me, okay? I only show things that are useful that I use in my business. So this is consulting, all right?
You have your lead database, your tech setup, your delivery, more of your tech stuff, and then tools to do better in cold email. And it completely replaces the Apollo, Trusted Leads, Million Verifier, Cadence, and then, you know, I wait a week and I spent 65, 80 bucks, whatever it is.
Um, when here I'm at $97 a month, I think, um, I'm at $97 a month and it's all in one and I can build PRDs. Now I've already used this before too. So if you've ever seen my site, uh, Loja, this was built with a PRD from consultee.
Okay. It's a, it's a, what is rent costing you calculator, right? And this was built from PRB and I fed it to Claude and then I put it here right here on my website Okay, and then saying see it's a calculator shows apply to qualify right and it shows it gives them a roadmap all the stuff So it shows them hey over ten years.
You're losing out on half a million dollars And then you can see if I actually take this off and I just do analyzer This is what was used in the cold email was just the my internet oh it's still gone it's just being slow it's just the analyzer okay so i use it as the point right i'm not just making shit up and i don't care about affiliate commission but if you want to save money cool right so now all that said uh it's easy to get all this tied into your cloud code let's go into cloud code let me get out of all these extra um Windows here so I can get some of my RAM back We'll keep instantly open over here because we're gonna build up.
All right, so I haven't talked to you well Salty it's reverse. I think he calls reverse lead magnet thingy Whoops AI What did I do with that link?
Let me give it to it so it gives context. Oh, here it is. Let me copy.
Folder structure. But first, are you still connected to consultee? And instantly so that we can.
get everything done in here okay so um while it does that and it's thinking fred speed this up okay instantly connected to workspace to answer through direct connection perfect consulting connected the credits check came back green 22 482 lead credits $39 ,300 to verification credits in the account. And the good news, this campaign already has a running start.
Yep, because I fed the information earlier to hopefully make this go a little quicker. But earlier today, a brief was built by Exactly As Played and is sitting in a cold email scripts campaign. So targeting is valid with live count 638 fresh U .S.
agency owners, 1 to 20 employees, owner of foundation titles, high level and their size proof. Wave 2 is prepaid to 242 verified. sending is healthy 10 mailboxes at 100 health memes and i can send 300 emails per day pre -fight pass today consulting the lead database and instantly all entered and a five lead end -to -end test ran clean one thing a brief want to confirm against what you just said the brief points the campaign it follows a folder's letter as this nation you mentioned the fns map but by the tool which link do the cold emails okay we're making a new for the ICM folder structure.
And still, when they reply, yes, interested, the response uses the app and appends their website. So that all they have to do is click. Can you use my skill to write an example opening campaign?
So that we can get it up to instantly.
Oops. So we can get up to instantly. We're...
We'll let it know. I'm recording live right now. So do not share any emails or PII with me, please.
I want to write... I want you to write up a... Let's do for email sequence.
gaining interest in the saving time over complex workflows and if they want a free site audit to reply yes and then we append and send Does this make sense before you Start find the excuse me To write these I forget the name So I'm gonna put it down here. I'll put on plan mode just to make sure it doesn't start doing stuff because sometimes clog gets a little ambitious And it's like, nope, I understand everything, and here it is.
I'm like, crap, I wasn't ready to start. So, Fred, speed this up.
Okay. FNF's reverse opt -in for email sequence plus reply, yes, audit link loaded to end to instantly. Context, a campaign, is already scoped, pre -flight, cold email, scripts, campaign, blah, blah, born today.
So I saved it, you guys, the lead scraping stuff.
But if I asked it to, it would just do that. So we're going to get right to it. So targeting is validated.
638, 120 staff. What is missing is the copy and the instantly build. Ryan is recording live right now, so no lead emails, names, or PII ever appear on the screen.
And keys only load through scripts with the hiding my keys. The play, he confirmed cold emails, pain, time lost over complex. And I worked with a seven agent mess that doesn't talk to itself.
No links in any cold send. The CTA in the sequence reply yes for a free site audit. When they reply yes, instantly sends a template carrying their personal link to the task mapper with their website already appended.
So all they do is click. Verified against the app code. Reads exactly.
So here's where the tracking comes in, right? So question mark website equals. Okay, so as an example right here, question mark website equals whatever their site is, right?
And that's what fills it into that box, okay? Skills to use in order. Anytime I write for a human, I write in his voice only in style.
I have fun naming my stuff. Okay, voice gate, right? Fires collaborate.
Agency under a hook, sold expensive guru course by someone who doesn't use AI the way they do, now stuck with a seven agent workflow. Code email copywriting, writes the four email sequence. Code email AB testing produces the AB testing variants.
And code email campaign deploy creates the instantly campaign via API paused and runs the eight prelaunch gates. Not using instantly campaign. It's another user skill.
Blah, blah, blah. Okay. So steps.
Write sequence. Copy sequence MD. Positions are copywriting skill E1 pitch.
E2 nudge. So the nudge is the same subject line of the E1. So you don't replace the subject line, write a new subject.
You just write another email, and it bumps the email, right? Day two, three, blank subject. Threads under E1.
E3, pivot. Day five to seven, E4, the breakup text, okay? Rules, under 100 words each, plain text, zero links, no em dashes, no digits, not words, no dev talk, jargon, only via the sandwich.
You may hear that called X. It simply means Y. um first name is only merge variable in a cold sin spin tax and instantly format so spin tax is important because when you're doing in mass if you send the same message out hundreds of thousands of times it's a bad boy mark right you can get hit the spam filter so it's spin taxes so it uses synonyms is basically what that means okay it just changes out words but it has the same framework Subjects, lowercase, internal sounding style, proven.
So it's proven on my Loja digital copy sequence. So this wave was talking about July. This was like the Loja stuff.
So write the reply engine templates, blah, blah, blah. It's going to do A -B testing variants where A -B tests the subject lines. So a subject variance on E1 to each, right?
So then over time, you'll see, you'll have a clear winner which subject line is working better. When the six -round leads are pulled and poured live, the four cells build. Okay.
Pin two. Verification. Sequencing.
Passes. Copywriting skills. Map or link.
Okay. Camera safety. Binding for every step.
No leads. Emails. Perfect.
Yes. And use auto mode. So let's go.
Take all my music and put it in this little piece of plastic. Steve Jobs and stuff. Okay.
So now it's invoking the skill. Anytime I write for the human, I write in his voice and style. So no AI slap comes out.
um now it's right now it's loading the copywriting skill and it's going to get to work so fred speed this up and here's the icm structure working right it's working through the files and folders it's reading a different wave so it can mimic like these are mds or text files right so fred speed this up crap i accidentally exited out of it hold on let's get back in there accidentally stopped on the plan can you pick back up let's say disconnect is my wi -fi let's try pick back up yeah i wasn't trying to um okay uh while this picks back up fred uh speed this up okay so it said copy files finished at 907 targeted brief pre -flight sequence copy so it's reloading skills and it's um it's picking back up so sorry to have wasted a couple minutes of your life there but um in the real world uh stuff happens so Let's let it get caught back up and finish what it was doing.
And we'll pick right back up where it left off. So perfect. Fred, speed this up.
Okay. All right. So pick back up and finished off.
Camera prep. Here's what happened in order. I found one stop landed.
Okay. I wrote the AV variants over email. Files AV testing variants.
Perfect. I wrote your reply engine build steps, subsequences. Perfect.
And a subsequence is simply when you have a campaign, you have to actually have a campaign like live. And then a subsequence is if they reply yes, then they get this email. Okay.
So you build a campaign that when in a way reply, then it disposition them into the, if they say like, no, thank you. Then it takes them off the list. Right.
Live beat for nine build. I don't need a video game plan. Okay.
I update the brief status. Your step. Scripts.
Campaigns. Video game plan. Nothing touched instantly.
Nothing touched instantly. Okay. I don't need a video game plan.
I am recording live now in the terminal. I need you to take the emails up. Load them into a campaign.
Campaign in instantly. So I can go review them live.
So it took the video as. So it went red that my videos always start with a game plan.
oh did it already do it let me check let me go to instantly campaigns oh hold on my bad it is my bad i see it okay so leads let me skip past that so you don't see leads let me pull over here okay here we go so this is what it just built into my thing and so over here on the left too you can see you have a uni inbox and you have a crm instantly has a really good crm okay as well to like i don't take them out of here until they booked and then i move them into my actual crm okay so here are the variants the seven agent no map seven agents no map is a subject random so it'd be hey hi hello first name so ever feel like you're sold a five thousand quarts by guru who doesn't use the ai the way you do and now you're babysitting seven agents so don't talk to each other i owned a seven -figure agency trained agencies for years fell in the same trap the fix wasn't more ai it was less i ran a short audit that reads your website and shows the tasks you could hand off and the hours you could get back each month want it want yours want to see yours reply yes and it's yours okay that's uh that so here is your ai stack first name
I own a seven -figure agency, trained agencies for years, so I'll say this is one of them. Most AI setups I see are seven agents deep and slower than the owner was alone. I run a short audit that reads your website and shows the task you could hand off, plus the hours you get back in a month.
Want it? Want it? Reply yes.
Okay, and then quick one about your automations. Honest question, how many hours did your AI stack hand you back this month? If you had to stop and think, the answer is probably zero.
I own a seven -figure agency and found the same trap, more agents, fewer hours. I run a short audit that reads your website and shows you the tasks you could hand off. Want it, want to see it, want to see it, reply yes, right?
So then if they don't reply to this, then see how it says previous email subject. So what that means is it just leaves the subject blank in here, so it creates like the bump thread on the same original email. Bumping this, floating this back up, nudging this in case it got buried.
Honest question, if the AI setup is not your department, who should I ask?
Right? This audit takes me two minutes to run. Costs you one word.
Still want it. Right? So it's just a bump.
And then it will do one more bump. Different angle. Then I'll leave you be.
Okay? The audit mentioned, read your websites and pulls repetitive tasks in your business. Different angle.
We're not going to leave them be because we got one more from them. Different angle.
I will change this to this. Said differently. Like that it's a different angle and I'll leave you be because that's not true The audit mentions so there's one edit that I had to make that all I mentioned takes two minutes cost nothing but a reply all right, and then Last one for me promise okay, so now this is true one thought for a go every hour spin your set runs clean You're ahead of most so I'll run your audit right so it just created for these for me now um so Let's show you what happened here.
It built all this out, okay? Then I would... Wait.
Save. Oh, which one did I change? Save.
Was this one... It said I'll leave you be. Was this one I changed?
Save. Okay. Schedule.
Right? So then you can set up your schedule with days of the week. I have 11 a .m.
to 8 p .m. by default. um that's just me uh it's some people what i do suggest is by data wednesday or um mondays are usually difficult and wednesdays or thursdays are some of the best days on my data anyways and there's some big studies and stuff but if you just want to hit people doing working hours you can do uh these are eastern time okay so what the 11 a .m does is it's 8 a .m pacific time right if you do 8 a .m eastern time then you're gonna be and if it's somebody in the west coast you're gonna hit him at five in the morning right so this kind of covers so it catches people at eight to five right pacific time and 11 to 8 eastern time and everybody in the middle so that's just kind of how i do it um this isn't a big deal don't ever rethink this right um and so that's the sequence sequences built right so um options so in here in your options these are my sending domains so you would add ah a tv just went to sleep and started that hold on one second sorry about that turn scared the crap out of me turn off so when my tv goes to sleep it starts playing gentle music i end up working to a lot more than um i care to admit so um accounts to use so this is however one you can just put five in here all 10 or whatever the case is right
um stop sending emails on reply enabled uh open tracking links don't don't do this disable this this puts html code it messes up your inbox okay um see right here delivery optimization send emails as text only no html if you put this on it's gonna take that off because in html as well i mean um it puts a tracking in there and it has to be html okay um and the daily limit so for 10 boxes it's 30 a day this is no more than 300 and that keeps the the mailbox is safe let's look at advanced options um owner so it'd be me okay um custom tags you can put tagging in here the time gap in between okay so if you want so the pattern sending uh max new leads you can put a no limit you can put a limit whatever case is prioritize new leads okay you can do that Auto -optimize A to Z testing.
I don't do this because I like to look at the data myself, but it'll start switching around subject lines and stuff like that. Stop campaign for email reply. So, like, if you're pulling a list of leads and say that it's a large company and you email, like, three people in a company, you can do this so that if one person replies, you don't keep emailing to other people.
Stop sending emails to other people. Enter the unsubscribe link header. leave that out i put it in i type in the footer already you already saw it in there allow risky emails so you can if you can enable risky emails meaning it's not the system not sure about it and it's like are you sure we'll send it right so that's your advanced options um sequences then you get the leads you tell it to upload the leads so let me do what are we going on 50 minutes holy crap okay uh this video is getting kind of long here so um there are no leads uploaded yet because i hadn't told it to upload the leads But when they are uploaded, they'll be here.
So if I go into these other campaigns I have running, I click on leads and show people stuff. And I don't want to do that. And then your analytics tab.
Right. So when you're open, right, when it starts with sending, if there's bounces, et cetera, et cetera.
So, I mean, that's pretty much it. And I would just turn this campaign on and I would resume the campaign. And then now I'm sending out leads.
OK.
Let me get out of here. Let's go back into here.
All right, perfect. Everything looks good. I only changed one error.
Please update. So it doesn't have happen again. So here's where we train it, right?
So it gets better. The first time I did it, I had to edit a lot of stuff and it gets better and better. You just saw me only had to edit one little line in the third email sequence.
You said different angle, angel, angle. Last one, that was a lie. There was one more behind it.
Never say different angle. Never make a statement that is not true. i changed it to actually let's do this that's not true can you see the change i made and bank it okay fred speed this up okay so it is going to um it's going to bank that it wrote in the rule in the permanent memory sorry it's it found my change right and so it shouldn't happen again better or worse better because the lie has gone from every copy of the campaign rule is killed is now permanent not just for tonight so um in closing here um i want you to understand that uh consultee is not just not just scraping emails right it's a whole email system built off of a guy that was ink 5000 uh company and um I actually built this PRD that does generate me leads all the time.
Some of you watching this might have actually taken calls off of this before. I actually just took a call earlier off of this. And so it creates the PRD and it creates it based off of your ICP and what it learns from your site.
And you select it, you feed it the cloud code, then you have something to do. Then you tell it to write your email sequence. If you need any of my skills or in my school under the free classroom, under start here actually let me show you i'll just show you and then we'll wrap this up so if you go into my school and you go right here to start here so those you in my school my clock code skills these are all the different skills that i use and i use them okay um direct sales copy vsl copywriting um ai blog writer seo writer video scripting call funnels code audit that's how I get sites up real quick and fast you can pick and choose um headline copywriting right you can pick and choose or you can get them all okay so with that let's go ahead and wrap this up into this but I realized after I started it and I started rendering it and then looked at the storyboard I was like I didn't even talk about I didn't even so I already had leads that I had pulled before for a Loja cold outreach.
And so what I wanted to show you was I showed you the API and how Consulti has an API, right? But I didn't show like using it. Okay, so let's do that real quick.
We'll do that real quick and then we get this wrapped up. So I showed you the instantly how it connects and ties there. Now let me show you it make the pull from Consulti.
Okay, so oops. we just set up a for instantly but i wanted to pull new leads live for the campaign from consultee to show how that works so for the fnf reverse Lead magnet.
Find me. I'd already pulled the go high level agency owners. Let's do small businesses with, let's just do one to 10 people in the, we'll just do home services niche, just as an example.
Well, no, I've already pulled home services.
Let's do chiropractor.
Chiropractor based.
Are you able to do that? Okay.
So it's going to do that. Fred, go ahead and speed this up while it thinks.
Okay, so there it is. It's pulling the skill consulting. Great.
Now it's going to reach into the back end of consultee. Let me get logged in on the other side too.
Fred, speed this up while it does that.
Okay, so right here it's saying since chiropractic, it might be chiropractor.
Okay, we'll switch over.
Well, I burned through Fable 5. I guess I have to wait two or three more days. So like I was saying, hold on.
So Fable switched models. Okay. Since chiropractic isn't among consultees exact match industry, it probably is like chiropractor and I put chiropractic.
I use free text search and it says it's going to do a one result smoke test to gauge the pool size. Good. The pool is real.
Let me narrow it to the decision makers, owner, founder, not staff. Excuse me. County chiropractor pool.
And then so what it's going to do is I'm going to. Because I have consultee over here. The leads that go down, but you see they've already had like.
There's 20 .9 million verified leads back here, too. It's a huge database back here. But right now, it's full up.
I hadn't even touched what I have. The last one I did was July. It's the end of August.
So this will all change once I do this. So listing consult the audience's list. And I want to show you how you don't have to just be inconsulted, and I rarely go in it.
I just really go in it when I want to make a PRD for a reverse lead magnet.
Like with CR6 and making a bet, and then CR6 has a calculator on it. I use calculators a lot, but this one's pretty cool with the ICM audit to save time. So, Fred, go ahead and speed this up.
so here's another thing too torso is the database for the cold now the torso database that's the database i use for this and cold outreach so all these leads get stored in that database to have a great like free level um so if you're looking for the database when you do the database part of this torso is what i use so i'm glad that i did this again sorry i completely forgot to do this part i want to pull leads and just show you like you can do everything in here except You have to go on to instantly double check the campaigns and then, you know, just basically start it.
Right. Um, but SQ light needs single coaster. Okay.
So Fred speed this up.
And also just to note, um, this is more for practical application. There's no way that I would send those emails that I have to chiropractors because they're written for agency owners. Right.
The ones that were already staged from July. So because I have the I don't I replace go high level with my own CRM. I in consultee, you can target people by what type of like you can see the go high level users.
And so I scraped all of the go high level users that consultee has in there. So.
So now it's importing the 500 chiropractor leads in the torso torso.
And it should be done here in just a few minutes. So what we'll do is Fred go ahead and speed this up So it's saying my table so that I got 7 ,000 leads In there right now. So what it does is every time you make new pools Even though like you might be doing a certain type of search string it double checks to make sure that um That you know you're that that you're not double tapping someone and also instantly uh i'm pretty sure because it happens here at the code level clock code level but i'm pretty sure that instantly like if you double upload somebody i don't think it'll it'll let them through i think it flags that instance i can't speak highly enough about instantly either um as well you know with the consultee um instantly combo and then having icm folder structure driving excuse me driving everything i mean you saw earlier i accidentally closed out and it picked right back up i didn't have to like read do anything because it had everything backed up to the brain um and it's been able to to move around and get things done so uh we're getting close because it's adding lines and updating some stuff it's updating some text documents here's the brief md right yep totally just get close so yes found 500 leads i found six
1 ,637 U .S. chiropractic practice owners with 1 to 10 staff who have good email file. I pulled 500 of them, which is one send wave at your 300 -a -day mailbox capacity.
Every single one came back with a real unmasked email. Staff counts 1 to 10. Big estate, so it tells you the states.
One thing I've known about how I found them, consulting makes you pick an industry from a fixed list of 145 choices, and chiropractic is not on it. I probably should say chiropractor. The practices are scattered across health, wellness, and fitness, medical practice, alternative medicine.
Makes sense. And plenty have nothing filled in at all. So instead of picking industry, I searched the words themselves, plus owner type job titles.
Picking a single industry would have thrown away most of the list. Alternative medicine loan only found 86 out of the 1637. So thank you, Cloud Code.
You're smarter than I am, right? So campaign sit and pause. Everything's recorded.
so it's doing good okay so now um let me see if it updates so let me ask it now i'm i started with 22 000 and 39 000 verify okay how many leads can i pull after that 500 And Fred, speed this up.
Oh, I think it's going to count the chiropractic leads. How many leads in my consultee account total can I pull?
Not just chiros.
The first number suspicious is identical to the pre -pull account. Yeah, I didn't see it update in my dashboard either.
But Claude, Claude sniffs out suspicious. So pending the pay -as -you -can strategy to find a true meaning of the lead count. Fred, speed this up.
Yep. So across your entire account, 21 ,953 leads. You also have 39 ,300 email verification credits.
My 10 mailboxes is 300 a day. And so that's a month. So it's also a random number because it gave me like rollover credits, whatever.
So that's another thing that's cool. And I didn't know they did that. But like, I think I still had, you know, 7000 or something left over from last month.
Excuse me. And they just rolled right over. So it's not a excuse me.
It's not a use it or lose it system. And again, you have everything you need to support you in cold outreach. If you're broke and you only got $100, then don't do this.
Pick up the phone and give somebody a call. Now you need to know what to actually say in a cold email. So I'm giving you mine.
It's the three laws bet script. The exact short version I ran on my own campaign at Sierra6ai .com. It's in the free files and folder system waiting for you in my free school community.
Take it, change the niche, and it's yours. And here's the business owner play on top of all of it. This machine is the fastest quick win that you can also hand a client.
You can build out their own outreach machine in an afternoon. Let it book them appointments in week one. And you've earned the trust for the bigger system conversation.
That bigger conversation is the ICM folder structure. And that's exactly how you walk a client up to it. If you like content like this, then go ahead and click subscribe so that you're alerted on the next drop.
I have a free school community. Join me there and say hello. If you like free software that helps you build market and close your offers, go to buildmarketclose .com.
And finally, if you're just starting with AI or currently stuck in a multi -agent workflow, go get your free files and folder system at filesandfolders .com. Now, go be dangerous. Always got your back.

The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

A business owner screams down the phone in 2011, and RyMac opens on that exact call before turning it into the reason he called back the next day and won the account. From there he builds a live, unedited cold outreach machine, wiring Claude Code straight into Lead Gen Jay's Consulti platform and Jake Van Clief's ICM folder system, crash included.

Frameworks

Named ideas worth stealing.

The Two-Part Cold Call

  1. Say the reason you're calling and name the problem you fix, never the tool
  2. Ask: is this worth discussing further when you have the time? Then stop talking

A minimal cold-call script built around never pitching the tool, only the problem, then handing the prospect a single low-friction yes/no.

Steal forany cold-call opener where the product itself is forgettable but the pain it fixes is obvious

The Old Cold-Email Stack

  1. Apollo (source leads)
  2. Trusted Leads (scrape the Apollo URL)
  3. MillionVerifier (clean the list)
  4. Instantly (write sequences, warm inboxes, send)

The four-tool, ~$65, 3-4 day pipeline RyMac used before consolidating onto Consulti.

Steal forauditing your own cold-email cost stack before consolidating tools

The 4-Email Cold Sequence

  1. E1 Pitch
  2. E2 Nudge (same subject, threads under E1)
  3. E3 Pivot (new angle)
  4. E4 Breakup

The cadence Claude Code was instructed to write: an initial pitch, a same-thread bump, a fresh angle, then a final breakup message, spread over about a week.

Steal forany cold email or DM follow-up cadence

The Reverse Lead Magnet

Instead of offering a generic report or video as the reply incentive, Consulti generates a PRD for a small personalized tool (an audit that reads the prospect's own website) that Claude Code then builds; the prospect's reply-yes gets a link with their own site pre-filled in.

Steal forany cold outreach CTA where 'reply yes' needs a reason to feel personal instead of generic

VERBAL ASK
58:38link
click subscribe, join the free school community, get your free files and folder system at filesandfolders.com

Stacks three low-friction asks (subscribe, free community, free ICM starter kit) only after the full build has already delivered value, framed as 'go be dangerous' rather than a hard sell; the paid Consulti affiliate link and coupon are disclosed earlier, mid-video, not at the close.
