Big Idea

The argument in one line.

Synchronicities are not random luck or mystical gifts but a readable readout of the belief system you are broadcasting, which means the same mechanism that locks in unwanted patterns can be deliberately reversed.

Who This Is For

Read if. Skip if.

READ IF YOU ARE…
  • You have experienced uncanny coincidences and want a framework beyond dismissal or over-mystification.
  • You keep hitting the same wall in relationships, money, or business and cannot trace it to a single external cause.
  • You are drawn to thinkers like Carl Jung, David Bohm, or Napoleon Hill and want someone who synthesizes all three in plain language.
  • You are already working on mindset or belief change and want a physics-adjacent frame to make it feel grounded.
SKIP IF…
  • You want peer-reviewed neuroscience or falsifiable physics — this bridges science and spirituality in ways that will frustrate hard empiricists.
  • You are looking for tactical business or marketing advice; the content is entirely mindset and consciousness.
TL;DR

The full version, fast.

Synchronicities are not coincidences to be dismissed or miracles to be worshipped — they are evidence that consciousness and external reality share an underlying connective field. Drawing on Carl Jung's acausal connecting principle, David Bohm's implicate order, and quantum entanglement, the argument is that your predominant habits of thought and emotion act as a broadcast signal that reality organizes itself around. The practical upshot is the Decision Matrix: identify the limiting belief embedded in your reaction to a recurring problem, make an opposite decision (not an affirmation), find personal evidence for it, and spend a week reinforcing that new neural pathway until the old one prunes itself out.

  • Synchronicity is a skill, not a gift — when you understand the mechanism, you can replicate it on purpose.
  • Carl Jung's golden scarab case shows that a well-timed coincidence can shatter a psychological block that months of conventional therapy could not move.
  • David Bohm proposed that the visible world of separate objects (the explicate order) rests on an invisible unified field (the implicate order) where nothing is truly separate.
  • Quantum entanglement is not a metaphor: two particles respond to each other instantly across any distance, with no math that explains the correlation away.
  • Your frequency is not woo — it is the integrated electromagnetic output of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system, broadcasting continuously.
  • Reality does not cause your beliefs; your habitual beliefs manufacture the experiences that then appear to confirm them.
  • The unexpected bill in the mail did not create the scarcity feeling — the scarcity belief was running long before and organized the experience.
  • Unwanted synchronicities are diagnostic data: the recurring problem is an exact mirror of the frequency you have stabilized to.
  • An affirmation is not a decision — a decision carries commitment and actually changes the signal you broadcast.
  • Neural pruning is the physical mechanism of belief change: stop feeding the old network, build the new one with evidence, and the old pathway deactivates.
  • If you keep meeting the same person in every new relationship, you are not unlucky — you are entangled with an identity that keeps attracting that pattern.
  • The moment you make a new decision about who you are, you begin entangling with an entirely different future.
Takeaway

Your recurring problems are a readout, not a sentence.

WHAT TO LEARN

The same mechanism that locks you into repeating patterns can be run in reverse — but only once you stop analyzing the circumstance and start interrogating the belief underneath your reaction to it.

  • Recurring problems in relationships, money, or health are not caused by external circumstances — they reflect a belief running underneath long before the circumstance appeared.
  • Carl Jung's golden scarab case shows that a well-timed coincidence can break a psychological stalemate that months of conventional work could not — coincidences are diagnostic, not decorative.
  • Quantum entanglement is a verified phenomenon, not a metaphor; it removes the assumption of total local separation and opens the possibility that consciousness works similarly.
  • Your emotional reaction to an unwanted event is the clearest map you have to the limiting belief that organized the event — the reaction is the diagnostic data, not the obstacle.
  • An affirmation leaves the old belief intact; a committed decision (evidenced and reinforced over days) is what actually begins to prune the old neural pathway.
  • Neural pruning requires roughly a week of active reinforcement because new neural networks need repetition to stabilize before they can outcompete the established ones.
  • The corrective step is to find existing evidence in your own life that the opposite belief is already true — this anchors the new decision in lived reality rather than wishful thinking.
Glossary

Terms worth knowing.

Synchronicity
Carl Jung's term for a meaningful coincidence: an external event that matches an internal thought or feeling with no identifiable causal link between them.
Acausal connecting principle
Jung's formal description of synchronicity — two events are meaningfully connected without one causing the other.
Explicate order
David Bohm's term for the visible, surface layer of reality: the world of separate objects, events, and people that we experience directly.
Implicate order
Bohm's term for the deeper, enfolded unity beneath the visible world, where everything exists as one interconnected whole rather than as separate things.
Quantum entanglement
A verified physics phenomenon where two particles, once linked, respond to each other instantaneously regardless of the distance between them, with no known signal passing between them.
Frequency
Used here to mean the integrated electromagnetic output of a person's thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system state — the signal that consciousness is always broadcasting to reality.
Primal state
A stress-driven, fear-based internal state characterized by negative emotions and reactive thinking; the low-frequency broadcast that organizes unfavorable experiences.
Powerful state
A calm, abundant, intentional internal state that produces a high-frequency broadcast, which the host argues organizes favorable experiences and synchronicities.
Neural pruning
The neurological process by which unused neural pathways weaken and deactivate over time, allowing new, intentionally reinforced pathways to take their place.
Decision Matrix
The host's three-step framework: audit the reaction to a recurring problem to find the limiting belief, make an opposite decision, and find existing evidence that the new decision is already true.

metaphoranalogystory
00:00Your life is giving you signs all day long. But most people completely misunderstand what they're seeing. You think about somebody and they call.
00:08You make a decision and suddenly the right people start showing up. Most people call these things coincidences. Others them synchronicities or signs from the universe.
00:17I think there's something even more profound. I think they're evidence that your consciousness and your reality are not separate things at all, but two expressions of the same underlying field.
00:28So today, I wanna introduce to you one of the strangest discoveries in modern physics, one of the most profound ideas ever proposed about reality in a practical framework that could completely change the way you create your life. So let's get into it.
00:46Alright, guys. A lot of people have questions about synchronicities. Why do they happen?
00:50Why do you think about someone and they call? Why do the same patterns keep showing up in your life? Why does life suddenly flow after an internal decision is made?
00:59Is it coincidence? Is it confirmation bias? Is it evidence that reality is more connected than we think?
01:05I'm gonna answer those questions for you today, but more importantly, I'm gonna give you a framework for replicating synchronicities. Because I actually believe synchronicity is a skill.
01:15And when you understand how you create these coincidences in your life, you can replicate it.
01:22And so I'm gonna be sharing with you a framework that combines psychology, spirituality, and modern physics equaling synchronicity.
01:30Now, we've all experienced meaningful coincidence. This was a term that was actually coined by Carl Jung. He described coincidence as an a causal connecting principle.
01:41Now once you get over the word salad, it's really pretty straightforward. It's a fancy way of saying something happens external to you that matches a thought or idea or hunch that occurs inside of you without any other identifiable connection.
01:57And Jung had this famous example that he referred to as the golden scarab case. So while treating a woman who recounted a dream about receiving a golden scarab beetle, Just as she's telling Jung the dream, he hears a tapping at his office window and he opens it to catch what's called a rose chafer, which is the closest equivalent to a golden scarab beetle, which flew inside the office.
02:22And what's interesting, as Jung tells the story, is that this coincidence literally shattered this woman's block and opened her up to the shift that they had been trying to create for months. And that's in some ways what I think coincidences are here for, to shatter our notion of a separated reality.
02:39And so most people either dismiss coincidences or they over mystify them. Right?
02:45But what I'm suggesting is that maybe they're neither. What if synchronicity is the visible expression of an invisible order that is always functioning, tying our consciousness or our inner world to the material or external reality?
03:01This could be yet another supporting evidence for the fact that you really do create your own reality. So David Bohm, considered by many to be the most influential physicists of the twentieth century, he proposed that reality exists in two complementary orders or structures.
03:16He said the world that we experience is what he called the explicate order, the unfolded world of separate objects and separate people and separate events. But beneath that visible reality existed what he called the implicate order.
03:33It is an unfolded order where everything exists as one interconnected whole. So let me give you an analogy for this. I want you to think about the ocean.
03:42Right? On the surface, we see separate waves, different sizes, different velocities.
03:48But beneath the surface, there's only one body of water expressing itself up above in countless forms or waves.
03:56So similarly, every individual thing or wave in the universe may contain and participate in the entire system or the ocean of reality.
04:08Right? Everything we see individuates itself, but there is an underlying connecting system.
04:15So according to Bohm, separation is useful for everyday life, but ultimately it may be an illusion generated by our perception and that the deeper reality is a unity expressing itself as apparent diversity.
04:30And so this takes us to the idea of quantum entanglement. And I know you guys love quantum entanglement because they are top performing videos. And honestly, I love talking about it because it is one of the strangest discoveries ever made in physics.
04:43So what we discovered was that scientists can cause two particles. So think about two separate particles, atoms, photons, molecules, particles, something physical in the world.
04:54Scientists can cause two particles to interact in such a way that they become linked. So after they become linked, those particles can be separated by enormous distances, miles apart, potentially light years apart.
05:08Yet when one particle is influenced, the other particle responds in exactly that same moment in exactly that same way.
05:17Now that's not after a signal travels from one to the other. It's not after enough time for information to move at the speed of light is communicated immediately.
05:27So Einstein famously called this spooky action at a distance, and experiments over decades have repeatedly demonstrated that these correlations are real and cannot be explained by simple local hidden variable theories.
05:42In other words, there's no math that explains how these two phenomenon could be correlated.
05:47And physicists still debate what entanglement ultimately means, but one conclusion is unavoidable, and that is this.
05:54Reality is not as locally separate as classical physics once assumed. That there exists a level of connection that transcends ordinary notions of space and distance.
06:08And what spooky action at a distance proposes is the possibility that there is this interconnected field.
06:14And that kinda makes sense because if you think about it, if you imagine the universe as a blanket and you think about separating two things at extraordinary distances, the moment you move the blanket or the field that's underneath, both would react.
06:32So there seems to be something connecting the material world. And so here's the big question.
06:39If matter itself can remain deeply connected, what if consciousness can too? What if you and I are also deeply connected?
06:47In fact, what if all of us are deeply connected? What if the universe is less like billions of isolated objects and more like one fluid expressing itself through billions of perspectives? This isn't proof, but this is a framework, and it's an incredibly powerful one.
07:05So I think that we, as participants in reality, are entangled in two ways.
07:12First, we're entangled with one another. So every human being participates in the same field of consciousness. And that is why I can think about someone and I run into them at a grocery store.
07:23Or I have a fear and someone else shows up and reacts in a particular way that fulfills on my greatest fear. Right? There's an interconnectivity amongst all of us.
07:32Second, we become entangled with the patterns of our own life, meaning our relationships, our finances, our health, our opportunities, and our struggles.
07:44They become ongoing reflections of the frequency that we've stabilized to.
07:50So our reality is something else that we entangle with, and it is a mirror or a reflection of our frequency. So what's frequency?
07:56Well, frequency isn't woo. Frequency can be described as the integrated output of your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, your nervous system, and ultimately your identity.
08:08Because when you look at how the human being operating system works, when you have a thought, that's an electromagnetic phenomenon in your brain.
08:16When you have an emotion, that's an electromagnetic phenomenon in your nervous system. And we are always thinking and we are always perceiving.
08:22So we are always vibing, putting off a vibration or engaging in some sort of frequency output. Now Napoleon Hill talked about this.
08:30He basically said that the human being is a broadcast system, that we are radioactive. And what we're broadcasting is a specific frequency which is correlated to thoughts and belief systems.
08:42And then all of humanity and all of reality receives this broadcast and organizes itself to create experiences that reflect back to you the belief or the thought or the emotion that started it in the first place.
08:57So I wanna give you a visual structure for this. Okay? Now if you're listening along on audio, you just listen.
09:03If you're following on YouTube, you're gonna see it. It's what I call the higher power system. This is also a diagram that is in the middle of my book, A Changed Mind.
09:10If you have not grabbed it yet, you can jump on over to Amazon and pick it up if you love this episode. But the diagram is there and what it basically says is, on a moment by moment basis, you are always thinking.
09:21You're thinking and you're feeling and you are broadcasting one of two channels of frequency. One channel we would call a powerful state of being, the other channel is a primal state of being.
09:33So when you're thinking thoughts that feel good, that are moving you into a powerful state, you're broadcasting what we would call a positive frequency. When you are thinking thoughts and feeling emotions that don't feel good, that move you into some form of stress or anxiety or overwhelm, some form of suffering, or what you might call a negative emotion, you're broadcasting this negative frequency.
09:54And so as you're broadcasting, all of consciousness, all of reality is receiving this broadcast.
10:01It's almost like you're placing your order with reality. Reality then, through human beings and through other miracles or acts of the material world organizes to create life experiences for you.
10:15And those experiences are always directly correlated with your predominant habit of thought and habit of emotion. So if you're thinking thoughts of abundance, which feel good, you'll create experiences in your life that will reflect back to you that abundance mindset. If you're constantly afraid that you're gonna be betrayed by someone and you don't trust people, which is a negative broadcast that's moving you into a primal state or or an emotion that doesn't feel good.
10:40Life will organize circumstances and situations of betrayal. So life is always organizing according to the balance of your thoughts, your beliefs, and your emotions.
10:52And so that's what teachers mean when they say your bank account or your body or your relationships are a mirror of your consciousness. The experiences that you have today in your day to day life, literally today, are a mirror reflecting back to you what it is that you believe.
11:09Because if you scrutinize the moments of your life, what you'll notice is when you meet these moments that are organized or created based off of what you habitually believe and think and feel, you have a reaction to these moments, don't you? A bill shows up in the mail that you didn't expect and you react and go, oh my gosh, I may not have enough or money is hard to make.
11:31Well, most people think that that unexpected bill is what causes them to think or feel a particular way. But the truth is, you've been thinking and feeling this way for a long long time.
11:41And that habit of thought and that habit of emotion is what has actually created this situation or coincidence or synchronicity of receiving a bill in the mail that you didn't expect to pay.
11:53This is a very simplified explanation of how we create our reality. This is a very simplified but but clear explanation of law of attraction, and it is an explanation of how we create synchronicities and coincidences in our own life.
12:08Now, the beautiful thing is that we have an opportunity to respond to these experiences that we don't like.
12:15We have a response ability. And the ability is to not blame the external circumstance or life as life keeps lifing, but to take a look at your reaction.
12:27Because your reaction is the thought or belief that created this coincidence or synchronicity or circumstance in the first place. And what you'll discover as you begin to audit and observe your reaction to the experiences that you don't like in your life is you will discover your limiting beliefs.
12:45And then you do the work. The work to interrogate the belief, question the belief, transform the belief, to come up with a better belief, to find evidence in your own life that supports the new empowered belief or new empowered decision. And so this is the work to do.
12:58But this is the mechanism by which we consciously or unconsciously manufacture coincidences or synchronicities in your life. And so what's important to understand is that coincidences and synchronicities are occurring all the time.
13:11We are entangled with with reality and reality has no choice either through our interaction with other people or through a bill that shows up in the mail or through the time that you decide to log on to social media and an ad that you see that leads you to a program or a solution that's gonna help you better your life or improve your bank account.
13:32All of those things are entanglements based on what it is that we believe about reality. So again, if if you believe, for example, that you're not worthy, you'll create circumstances and situations, coincidences and synchronicities that will reflect back to you your unworthiness.
13:49But the good news is is you have an ability to respond and that is to interrogate the reaction, which is the belief that created the circumstance or situation in the first place and transform the belief.
14:00Now, of course, that's what this entire show is about. We've got over a 100 episodes on how to transform your beliefs. But what I wanna invite you to do is to see how you've entangled with your current reality.
14:12I want you to see the power of coincidence and synchronicity and pick one recurring problem. Could be relationship problems.
14:20You always meet somebody new and you get really excited in the beginning, but they turn out to be the same person that you just got out of a relationship with over and over and over again. Or maybe it's the same argument that you have with the relationship or the partner that you have. Maybe it's a problem with money or a problem with your health or you've plateaued in your business.
14:38And ask yourself, what belief would perfectly explain why this pattern keeps repeating?
14:45Don't analyze the circumstance. Find the belief underneath it. Take a look at the problem and notice what you think about it.
14:54Right? That's step number one. Identify and audit the belief, which is the reaction to the problem in the first place.
15:03And then my encouragement is to make the opposite decision. Right?
15:08Not an affirmation, a decision. So rather than saying I'm not good enough, which is the reaction, I am good enough. Money is hard to make, money is easy to make.
15:16So come up with a new empowered decision. Right? Life never works out for me.
15:21Life always works out for me. And then what I want you to do is I want you to ask yourself a simple question, which is what evidence do I have for the fact that this new decision is true? And wait to see what occurs for you.
15:33What this simple process is is called its decision matrix. Now, if you're a regular listener to the show, you love the decision matrix. I know I was just speaking at Dave Asprey's biohacking conference.
15:43Literally, were coming up to me going, man, thank you for the decision matrix. It transformed my life. It is also outlined in my book.
15:49But this is a simple three step process for using the coincidences and synchronicities that you don't prefer in your life, looking at your reaction to that experience, revealing the limiting belief, and then coming up with a new decision and evidence to support the new decision.
16:05This is the simplest most powerful way I know of transforming a limiting belief. And then be present for the next week as the old limiting belief comes up and remind yourself that what you really believe to be true is the new decision and remind yourself of the evidence that you came up with that reinforces the fact that the new decision is actually true, that it is more true than the limiting belief.
16:32This is a process called neural pruning. Alright. This is a way when the neural networks that represent the old limiting belief show up, that you don't continue to perpetuate them but you stop, you remind yourself of the new decision, you start building this new memory, this new belief system, this new part of your brain, and you deactivate the old one.
16:51This is actually how you shift your beliefs, you shift your identity, you literally become a different person. And and as you're willing to commit to this work and this practice, watch what begins to reorganize.
17:02Watch the conversations. Watch the opportunities, the ideas, the coincidences, the synchronicities.
17:10Because reality has no choice but to transform according to your consciousness. So synchronicities might be miracles, they might be your guides or angels orchestrating things, they might be moments where the implicate order briefly becomes visible, where the invisible architecture underneath reality peaks through.
17:29And maybe the reason your life keeps producing the same results is because you're perfectly entangled with the identity that you've been carrying for a long time. But the beautiful news is this, the moment you make a new decision about who you are, about how life works, about how it's going to be, you begin entangling with an entirely different future.
17:50And over time, the field has no choice but to reflect that back to you. And, man, I hope you love this episode as much as I loved sharing it with you.

The Hook

The bait, then the rug-pull.

You think about someone and they call. You make a decision and suddenly the right people start showing up. Most people file these under coincidence — or, if they lean spiritual, synchronicity. David Bayer wants to reframe both: these are not accidents, not miracles, and not confirmation bias. They are evidence of a connective field between consciousness and reality, one you can learn to read and deliberately steer.
